They were very friendly and careful with my nails.

I have been to this place before with my sister she actually goes here a lot, but as of today have lost mine and my sister’s support. They really turned down my friend because of her weight after she’s a regular there. Very rude and disrespectful, simply disgusted. We’re in 2021 come on be about love.

Even when I have to wait it’s worth it! I always leave very happy with my nails I like that they take time ! so I don’t mind waiting cause when it’s my turn they take their time with me too

Went in to get a pedi at this establishment that my sister always goes to and today the man working the desk turned her away saying she was to heavy for their “new chairs” that he can’t do a pedi on her ... their chairs where not new obviously noticeable and he was very rude how do you tell a returning customer they can no longer attend you because of their weight when it was never an issue until that one man worked the desk !? An explanation for the plus size community please !

After waiting for almost two hours, they had the audacity to ask me if I could wait because someone with an appointment had arrived. The appointment was at 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:20pm. Mind you I had called before and they told me I didn’t need an appointment. Walked out immediately and will never go back.

If you want fungus come here and very rude and I called to tell them I got fungus it was horrible they did not care.never again !!! They also seem to treat there larger customers very bad I notice them treating me more aggressively and pushy and smaller customers more nice smh I think they discriminate against plus size clients disgusting horrible experience

I asked for coffin shape and once they were done they looked nothing like coffin shape and werent even straight and the paint job was horrible. They were way too thick and the paint didnt even cover the whole nail. When I asked to fix them she had an attitude and made it even worse. I then asked for my money back because I wasnt happy and she refused to give me my money back and kept saying the nails looked fine. She then said to ask other customers to see what they thought of my nails. Never again will I be back at this place ever again.

Literally WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Arrived and put my name on the list then about 3 min later they said a man would help me and makes my name off I continued to wait an additional 30 min until I notice he was sleeping in a pedicure chair so I asked how much loner and she to him to get up he gets up and then continues onto another person! Which they insisted I went first and then I sat down showed him what I wanted and he said oh I don’t know how to do that! It was just white and pink coffin nails! He then continued and shaped my nails then told me to go sit and wait for another lady well the lady he tried to help before me got up and then he told her “no now you have to wait” I’m in complete awe of the horrible customer service here!! GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!Update: Angie fixed me up and gave me beautiful nails still unhappy it took 2 and a half hrs but if u come here make an appointment with her and you’ll be fine!!

First time as a customer very sweet people and took my time on my nails. Well be going back..

My first time here an it was sucked, the I waited about 45 min to just get a pedicure an when it was my turn, they took to other people who CAME AFTER ME. Once my service started the lady helping me kept hurting my toes. An once she gave me the colors she assumed I wanted gel polish, once I said I didn’t want gel everyone in the shop started talking and looking towards me. Which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. An which ever lotion she put on my legs started to burn terribly. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be here again!!

Remember that this review is being done by a man so my point of view may differ from that of a womans. This shop closes at 7 and of course my wife and mother in law want to come in 1 hour before closing to get their nails done. Well they were attended to right away but I feel like it took forever to complete the process. We walked out at 7:50 pm. That pretty much 2 hours!!!!!If I take my wife to the nail shop then Im a willing participant to the good ol what color should I get? question! Im not that guy that goes and sits and looks like hed rather be anywhere else. Well it seemed like every color I picked they were out of at the time. . The staff seemed friendly but again, it took 2 hours and they didnt have the 3 colors I picked out for my wife.

Ive been here twice and I must say I loved the place. Both times Ive got a pedicure and manicure and I ended up with a smile in my face and beautiful hands and feet ... however this last time was more expensive than the last one

I got a pedicure here and it was HORRIBLE!!!! The next morning my foot started to feel itchy then there was redness my foot started looking bad i immediately thought oh no i have fungus i work for a doctor and yes confirmed i got fungus i called the shop to let them know i contracted fungus and the manager told me how do i know if its fungus and i told him it was confirmed by a doctor and his stupid response was well how does the doctor know its fungus? He was rude instead of trying to make it right he. My foot has not been the same ever since anti fungul medication doesnt work my foot gets itchy all the time. Its a nightmare. He needs to get his shop and licence taken away its not right

Horrible experience! Asian lady who did my pedicure was hesitant for me to get gel informed her I rather not because I have to do do my nails every 2 weeks. She brought me the whole box to see the colors and kept pushing for gel I said no and she grabbed it and took it away, as I was leaning and looking at her work she stood up and turn off the message chair because I was not using it.WTH if Im sitting there means I want it.. Her nail clippers were oxidated and she was in a rush her color did not cover my whole nail. While drying my nails I asked where I had to pay she said to wait as she was helping another customer. Never again not worth your money!

Me and my mom came to get our nails done. Our nails were done by to different ladies and theady who did mine rushed and through out the whole time she was on her phone 😡 the service there was nice and the lady who did my moms was very nice and the nails were well done.

Came today for my first time just for a pedicure waited more than 1 hour, when they finally decided to call me the lady was very rude. The whole time she was filing my toes very hard and hurting me the whole time. I was not comfortable at all. Not coming back!

Really bad service. The guy who worked on my nails was very rude and was working sloppy he got nail polish all over my hands. He was also was rushing me.

I wish i could give this place no starts she made my eyebrows so thin and square like i don’t want them to look like hers i told her a clean up and mine were so thick and can out with box eyebrows hope one day she messes up hers and shaves then off i should’ve never paid !

I love the people and how well i am treated. Yes a bit costly but i do enjoy my manicures and pedicures.

The lady that did my nails made my left nails all smoothe, And she was literally hurting my finger and she has got another white color nail and that nail color had junk all over my nails and they were charging me for that.

Horrible. Paid way to much for the horrible service. Nails were uneven and I think my 5 year old neice could have done a better Job at painting my nails. I had left over nail stuff on me and my fingers had cuts like no other. Left with bloody uneven fingers and nails

After my brow was waxed I looked like I was in a boxing match and lost. I have a black eye from the worst waxing ever!
