I set up an appointment for 10:30am for the reason being that I have a tight schedule, keep in mind I booked it five days in advance. I get there exactly at 10:30am and they tell me it’ll be a thirty minute wait, I then proceed to tell them I have an appointment and they go silent. For what this place charges the professionalism is awful, what a joke.

I have come to this salon a few times and I am never disappointed. It is always very clean, looks very trendy and beautiful inside. The staff is always kind and courteous. I enjoy the small details they add like an orange slice in the water for your pedicure, or a rose pedal in the bowl for your manicure. They have great presentation. I recommend Emily.

At MJ nails and spa you fully get the experience of being pampered. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodate you. It was my first time going and it will NOT be my last. I look forward to getting my nails done again!!!

This place is fantastic. It is a very clean salon and the nail tech are great. They helped me when I left my phone there by accident. Definitely try this place of you havent.

It was my first time at this place I went for a pedicure and I ask for the #6 they put all kinds of stuff but no massage also I ask for a normal manicure and no nail polish all she took about 5 minutes no more than 8 so you can imagine what she was able to do in that time? I was charged $98 for that theyre really dont do a good job at all and also over change for the service done for completely unprofessionals Im completely desapointed:(

They were very welcoming & the man that did my nails was extremely kind to me and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. Thank you for being so kind to me. Oh & my nails came out beautiful!

Horrible service, I told the lady several times she is hurting me, I got cut 3 time in the same spot. I told her Square and she did Square round. On top of that she has nail polish on my cuticles she said okay I will get it....after 2X my hands going into the dryer, she said it’s okay. I told her no. I’mpaying for them & I’m not happy she grabs my hand and is mad because I’m not happy. I walk up to pay and still not satisfied and asked the man are you the manager? He said yes what’s up? I told him everything he gave me his card and said come back to see me I do amazing work. I said wow really that’s what you have to say. He laughs.

Im not too sure how the ratings for this place got so high but they certainly shouldnt have. An appojntment was scheduled in advance and somehow this place managed to overbook themselves. Eight people requesting the same service at the same time were told they had to wait because they were short staffed. Mind you, these were all appointments that were booked!!I totally understand with all the craziness going on in the world, things are a bit hectic. However, they manage their own books and should do a better job ensuring their staff isnt overworked/overwhelmed if they cant take the people. Not only did they waste eight customers time, they are stressing out their employees. Great job guys. Do better.

They didn’t ask to wash my hands off ever after taking nails off and applying a final coat of powder manicure so you can see the coat of dust that was painted over and even a few raised spots. Kim seemed rushed today

First and last time here. I dont think that I will ever come here again. I came to do a pedicure and the lady who did it she was like on a rush, she didnt took her time to do it right. They had me waiting for a while on the chair and the water was cold. I didnt like this place of all. Bad service!
