Started going here because it was walking distance from my house and been going there ever since its been about 7 years not 100% on time but forever...they make you feel comfortable and talk to you like your family. Small shop but love going there

They are super rude and their work is low quality. My nails looked terrible and Chi the woman that worked on my nails would not hear and accept my requests and explanations about my preferences. She kept on doing a terrible job on my hands. Then she told me they are not accepting credit cards anymore, although they still have the equipment to do it (she said it was for new customers that didn’t know). She demanded, or else she would refuse to provide her services, for me to pay with Zelle using her personal cell number so the money would go directly to her bank account. Since she isn’t the owner I was suspicious. If my nails had been nice all would have been forgiven, but they looked terrible from the start. I do not recommend this place

Very nice customer service and interaction with the customers. For being a small shop it gets really busy and packed the good thing is that the nail tech do not hurry just to get u out they take there time and they also do a stamp card rewards.

I thought this was the best place to go for lashes and nails, but then the lash lady was surprisingly mean to me. Yelling at me in front of EVERYONE!!! She messed up my scheduled appointment, but kept taking others before me. So then when I said something about it, she began to raise her voice at me.

FIrst time at this salon, i waited for long time, they cut me, and some of the nails didnt come out clean.

Literally the worst nail shop ive been to. I called and they said they werent busy so I get here and they seat me right away. But then some lady and her mom walk in, only one had an appointment but they took both of them before me and another lady on top of those two. I had my feet in cold water for almost an hour. Never going back to this shop ever again.

I had a horrible experience . I was literally there for 3 hours for a simple pedicure and set of acrylics. I asked for coffin shaped nails, some of which look horrible, and was not pleased with their idea of coffin shaped. Allowing her to do her job i resisted from giving any criticism (thinking she knew what she was doing), i trusted her judgment; once my nails were finished i took a look and realized they were a mess. After being there for hours i was annoyed that they looked as bad as they did, not to mention she cut me when doing my pedicure. We i said i was unhappy another girl said she would fix them, but i was not about to wait another hour. When i refused to pay for the service the lady who originally did my nails grabbed me, attempting to cut my nails off. No customer deserves to be treated this way . In the end i paid for the nails, and cussed out the employee for grabbing me and yelling at me. Long story short, dont go here!!!
