I am an evacuee from the Caldor fire staying in the area until the evacuation order is lifted. I know it’s such a little thing but I only had one pair of shoes with me that are slightly small and my toe nails were hitting the tips of the shoes and becoming painful. I called Spring Nail and Lynn was able to get me in immediately. Lynn gave me the opportunity to share my experience and showed great concern for my comfort. She and her staff did a wonderful job and were sweet and patient with my distraction. At the end of my services Lynn told me that she wanted to cover my services. I told her no but she insisted saying she just wanted to help. So gracious and kind. Thank you to the ladies of Spring Nails. You are my new nail shop forever and ever and I’m going to pay Lynn’s kindness forward.

First time visiting, my boyfriend and I got pedicures, and we had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, the ladies were so nice and they did a fantastic job! I got gel polish and love the way they turned out. To the negative review about the procedures - it is what is needed to stay open and thrive during this time - Sorry for those who can’t handle the rules of businesses as it is a scary time for the economy, CLEARLY. Spring Nail Spa is the best! I’ve been coming here the last few months for pedicures and they are always so thorough and kind! They take their time with you and the massages are sooooo long! I definitely recommend this place!

I love this place because they are very friendly and clean, and when you walk in they do take your temperature and let you use their sanitizer for your hand. They also do have social distancing, they use face mask, they do have table shields and they sanitize everything after they are done. I’ve been going to this place for two years and I love them. They always take their time to give you the best experience. Definitely recommend this place

Just got a manicure and pedicure at Spring Nail Spa and I’m 100% satisfied! Ellie was my nail tech and she was wonderful. I loved that she took her time, was precise, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. I was unsure of what to do for Halloween mail designs, so she and another employee helped me come up a look that I really loved.The staff are super sweet and helpful. The vicinity was clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend anyone to come check them out for your any of your nail beauty needs!

This used to be my go to place, my favorite place but not any longer i went there earlier today and the young lady was doing my nails was very rude, she added way too much of the liquid powder the stuff that’s liquid but hardens it’s what makes the nail she put atleast 4 to 5 layers on each nail so much that i could feel the weight of it on my nails and she got very aggressive when i told her that they were way too thick and if she could thin them out. All throughout it was the most unacceptable experience i have ever had at this place, i was very very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will no longer be going back there.

Horrible was just in there. They dont have any information about pricing. Instore or their website. An Im 100% sure she added herself a tip an told me next time you bring cash. Then..ontop of that I tipped onto of it. Without my knowledge she added her self a tip

Ive lived in Folsom for over 30 years and this is the only place I will go. I always get what Im looking for and the pedicures are on point.

They’re crazy strict with their process. Took my temp, had me sign a waiver, made me put on gloves (to get a manicure?!?!?) and then brought me outside. I ended up just getting a pedicure after seeing their set up which was extremely uncomfortable. The lady didnt even file my nails properly. What can a girl do to get a decent mani/pedi round here?!? I wont be coming back.

Nikki is the best!!! I got gel nails here and a wonderful manicure. Wish I lived closer - Id be coming all the time. Great service, clean, inviting, with friendly people. Ten stars!

This place is amazing! Went in on Wed to make an appointment for Thurs. Without thinking made it for the same time as a Drs appointment. Went back in and they were happy to change it for me and my daughter for a few hours later. When we got there early they sat us down and started right away. I kind of knew what I wanted and so did my daughter. The gentleman that was doing her nails explained in detail that he could do exactly what she wanted but it wouldnt pop and talked to her about different options. We both walked out singing its praises and will continue to ONLY go back to these wonderful, caring artists. Perfectly clean, professional yet caring people. I just cant say enough great things about them or the salon!

This place is amazing! Me and my friend went together and had an amazing time! They even offered us water when we walked in. We had Linn and Amy and they did an amazing job! Totally recommend!

When I first went in the employees were very sweet from the start and very welcoming. The lady that did my names ( didn’t catch her name) didn’t dry them long enough and would only paint a few nails at a time then dry them and do it again. Which was different to me, and it’s only been like a week and the polish has been changing colors and is already chipping. Not pleased unfortunately, I really wanted to like their salon, will not be returning.

Today I brought my 87 year old mother to have her nails done, and her toenails clipped, the wonderful people at Le Chandelier are the kindest, gentelist, patient people I have ever seen. I find it ludicrous that someone who doesn’t speak their language would proceed to accuse them of using curse words, being unprofessional, not speaking English, and not interacting with their customers. Two of the nail techs, Amy the owner and Mimi her niece, both speak perfect English, and the other techs speak broken English which I can understand perfectly. If you prefer English, go to an English speaking salon.The employees at Le Chandelier go out of their way to make you comfortable and to have conversations with you, possibly they didn’t interact with Aubrey because she was unapproachable!I’ve been getting my nails done at Le Chandelier for a year now, I would never consider going anywhere else!

The ladies there were really nice and made my nails look amazing. Not to mention the massage was fantastic.

I personally don’t speak Vietnamese but I heard a lot of bad mouth and curse words around the room and that is unprofessional. We customers would prefer worker to speak English or being active with their customers. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last time being here because of poor quality work.
