I can only give PDGO a 5 star rating at this point because they treated my children so well. I love the way they they made my children feel comfortable, and they explained everything to me as it was happening. If you can make my kiddos happy, you will make me happy. They were able to do exactly that and more.

My kids and I really love this practice. Everyone is friendly even when in the back with the kids. I get a thorough explanation at the end of each visit. The premise is always clean including the parking lot. The special happy birthday messages are so sweet.

We had the best experience with PDGO! It was my daughters first visit to the dentist and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and included throughout the entire process. And she absolutely LOVED being able to pick a prize out of the machine at the end. She’s already asking to go back! 100% recommend!

OMG !!! From beginning to end WONDERFUL . It snowed on the original day we where scheduled for our first appointment. They made sure to call and reschedule not sure who I spoke with but she was VERY NICE . We had our first visit today when I walked in I literally felt like I walked into a cabin. The staff was LOVELY we received gifts and a hand written thank you letter that top the cake for me . The visit was for my daughter and I felt like I was the patient lol, my daughter received a few gifts as well . I can’t wait for our next appointment..

On a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11! The staff is great and they are always super nice to my kids! My 9 year old, Oakley, had to have a tooth pulled yesterday and he wasn’t a bit nervous. The girl explained what was gonna happen and that she would take very good care of him! They even called to check on him to make sure he wasn’t hurting! I can’t say enough about the PDG in Olive Branch!!

PDG has been caring for my daughter’s teeth for two years now. They are always professional and get you in and out. They take time to see if you have any questions or concerns and they explain every option relating to your child’s gum and teeth health. Excellent choice

My 3 year old LOVES going to the dentist. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. All the hygienists are so polite and explains what they’re doing so she doesn’t get scared. They let her touch the tools they’re going to use so they’re not intimidating. And the dentists are so down to earth and explain things so well. Love this place!

We took our children ages 6, 4, and 3 to PDG for the first time today. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids felt very comfortable with them. The TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch during their cleanings are a fantastic distraction!We will certainly be returning. Our 6 year old liked it so much, he just asked if he could go there for his birthday. No joke! So let that speak to the quality experience we had there today!

When my insurance changed in January I had no choice but to find a new dentist for my kids. I was a little bombed because their previous dentist was great and I really didnt want to move them. Luckily, PDG (Olive Branch) was in network with my new insurance. Ive been so pleased with the service we have received each visit. An added bonus is that they are right down the street from the house. The atmosphere is clean, up-to-date and most importantly kid friendly. The staff is courteous and pleasant. We also love our dentist! Im glad we were forced to make the switch. I would recommend this group to anyone!

This dentist office is the nicest, cleanest facility Ive ever seen with the friendliest staff. I wish they took adult patients! Lots of perks for the patients and parents, too. It was my 4-year-olds first time to the dentist, and they were amazing! No tears, no jitters, no cavities! Everything was great, and my son keeps asking me when we get to go back. :)

Its a great office and atmosphere. All of the dentists were male. And all of the dental assistants were female. The only negative is the dentist that we saw could’ve been a little more “kid friendly”. It seemed like he had a hard time relating to my child. I feel that should be a necessity if you’re choosing to working with kids.

PDG Olive Branch has been great from the start. My son started going after breaking his front tooth playing with friends. It was a holiday week and they got us an appointment ASAP. The staff and dentists are incredible!! The office is very nice, comfortable, and clean!! I could not ask for anything more from a kids dentist office. I dont know how they handle everything they do. I would recommend them to everybody!!

My children (ages 13, 8, and 4) have been going to PDG-Olive Branch for years, and theyve always had great experiences! The staff provides great customer service, and the doctors are phenomenal! My oldest recently got braces with Dr. Collazo, and things are going well. I love the interactions he has with his patients.

I really like this office my kids have been going for a few years now. The staff seems nice and friendly and they take the time to fully explain your childs dental health. The only draw back that I have is their appointment availability. The latest appointment given seems to be 2:30 during a work/school day. This almost makes it impossible not to miss work or school.

My boy is only 5 but he LOVES coming to the dentist. When you arrive there a new patient, they take you into a side office where the dentist or dental staff personally comes to great you and give you a little gift bag with a PDG shirt for your little one to wear. Ours had a PDG tumbler, new toothbrushes and a little toy in there for him. The second waiting room has an ENORMOUS tv which plays kids show or they can play video games. The staff is very bubbly and kind and when they clean the kids teeth they get to wear sunglasses and watch tv from a tv mounted above the teeth cleaning station! If they are good for their dental cleaning they receive a token and if they wear their shirts each time they go they get a second token which can be used to pick a toy out from a machine. Thankful for this dentist for my boy!

This place has a lot of positives. We initially turned to them because our old regular dentist was out of town and my son hurt his mouth. They saw him, and it wasnt an issue that he wasnt a regular patient. Then, our old regular dentist suggested that we go here twice. First, my oldest has special needs and can be difficult during appointments so the old dentist suggested we go here to get x-rays and cleaned. Second, my middle child had to have some work done and the old dentist suggested we go to PDG because they would be equipped to handle the work. So we have started just taking the oldest 2 here.Another positive is we arrived early to our last appointment and we were seen early and got out of there before our regular appointment time. All of our appointments have been quick actually.Finally, it helps that the place is modern. Our paperwork could be done online prior to the appointment and then finished at the office on an iPad. They had a room for me to go while finishing the paperwork that allowed my kids to be contained; that was a lot easier than trying to watch them in a crowded waiting area.Overall, great place.
