I stopped in here after a VERY long and grueling haul from Laredo to the Fort Wayne area, and these fabulous fairy godpersons let me walk in with no appointment and gave me a fill and THE MOST AMAZING SPA PEDICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. EVER. I dont know how this woman did what she did, but Im not ruling out sorcery. Do yourself a favor and take your feet here. And please tip these fantastic humans.

I came in with a picture of what I wanted. The nail tech asked me many questions to make sure i got exactly what i was expecting. I get so many compliments on my set of nails! I’ve never been disappointed leaving nailed it and ill always recommend to my friends

10/10 recommend the chairs at Nailed it over the handful of other nail salons Ive been to in Fort Wayne. Their pedicure prices are definitely more reasonable and you always get a great leg massage. One negative Ive run into is even if you make an appointment for multiple people to get a pedicure at once they are almost never able to accommodate more than two even if they say they can. Nice clean environment the few times I was there.

I have been a regular customer at this salon for about 6 months. I get acrylic an acrylic fill from them every 2 weeks and a pedicure as needed. I am officially switching salons. This place does a horrible job on acrylics. Every few weeks I’m having to get an entire new set because they lift. My nails are never quite the shape I want and if you want any type of decent decide. Good luck, only a few people can handle that there. The only thing I can actually recommend there is their pedicures. Love the menu and being able to chose how in-depth my pedi gets.

Poor service, not as good as in the past, long wait,no customer welcom, I used to work with a nailtech named Jenny. She did a great job. Impressed. But now shes moved to a shop. Can anyone tell me where to do it? I am very impressed with her work.Im looking for you Jenny.

I stopped here because my regular nail place had to long of a wait and I was on a time frame. 40 dollars for a fill, is over priced! I got them done on Saturday and by Sunday I already had chips out of it. I love how they looked and they did a good job, BUT they are all chipped and it hasn’t even been a month.

Came in for manicures with friends and I’ve never had such an awkward experience. Firstly my friend wanted her nails in a matte finish. The girl doing her nails said they’d look better shiny so that’s what she got instead even though my friend still insisted she wanted matte. I always do something basic and so today I thought I’d do something different which was a huge mistake. I showed them a picture of ombré nails and every worker acted like they couldn’t (or didn’t want to) do it. Needless to say I walked out with gel polish, and the guy who finally helped me was nice and I appreciate him but I don’t think I’ll come back. As a fellow service provider, it’s your job to give your clients what they want. This industry is all about passion and it really shows in the work you do.

Stood in lobby for 20 mins before anyone greeted me....they sat in chair for another 20 mins before anyone took care of me. The best part was I had an appointment... the place was dirty and far from a spa! Ill never go to again!

Prices were ridiculous charge to take off the polish. A basic pedi was 25 they charged me 45. So a basic mani and pedi 80 most Ive ever paid!

I went to get some simple short nails and up leaving with clumpy sloppy and they ended up cutting my thumb with scissors I will never come back kinda scared to ever get my nails done again overall a terrible terrible experience

Ive been to Nailed It! multiple times for both pedicures and manicures, and have been happy every time with the services. The staff is friendly and take their time to make your nails perfect. I especially love when Jenny does my nails, she is so sweet and makes my nails look fabulous.

This is the only place i come to get manicures and pedicures and i love it! They always do such a great job, but a couple days ago i got dip nails, and at first they were fine but 2 days later i noticed how bumpy and discolored they were! My thumb nails are also 2 different lengths, and i am just very disappointed considering i paid $50 to get my nails done for Christmas. :(

My husband and I ended up here after being told by Cali Spas on Dupont they couldnt do our manicures and pedicures because we were FIVE minutes late for our appointment when their doors opened at 9 am. There wasnt one client seated yet at 9:05 and every tech in the salon was standing around laughing and doing nothing. They asked us to leave because we were late. When I said Id been going there for years and it was terrible to be treated like that, the mouthy receptionist started screaming over the top of me trying to talk and threatened to call the police on us!! I was in complete shock and will NEVER walk in their doors again!! We drove down the street and stopped at Nailed It without appointments. They werent open till 9:30 but their door was already open and they jumped up and greeted us with HUGE smiles and juggled things around to get us right in!! I had shellac and a pedicure and my husband had a manicure and a pedicure done and the results are FANTASTIC!! Everything about the service was PERFECT from ordering drinks and ACTUALLY getting them to not being rushed through like cattle!! They have made some LONG term clients in us and we will tell everyone we know about our WONDERFUL experience!! If you are spending a DIME at Cali Nails... you are spending too much!! Customer service matters now matter how big you think you are!! Way to go Nailed It... you definitely Nailed It with us!!

While I live in this area, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Jeni is my GIRL! She is the only person that I have ever had 100% confidence in. I’m never even slightly disappointed. 10/10 do recommend this place!

The staff at Nailed It Spa are super nice! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Which is great! I love that they take their time and actually have conversations with you. My nails always look great and they have a super large selection of polish.

These guys were super busy! But I was able to get in, wait about 5-10 and then get out in less than a hour! Super clean place, staff was friendly, and a fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend!!! 😍😍Ill be back!

Very busy, made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived on time, checked in and then they proceeded to seat 6 walk-ins ahead of me. Waited 20 minutes for a technician to come see me. Mediocre pedicure at best and the worst manicure Ive ever had. Will not return.

I went in to get my nails done and for the most part it was good until she got the the acrylic, it is not smooth, lumpy, and she applied the French tip with the red sparkle and it looks ridiculous, not something I’d want to pay 50 for, also she made a comment that they “looked like Santa hats” I am taking my business elsewhere. I am not happy at all, I amNow having to pay another 25 to get my nails fixed somewhere else

My daughters had an appt at 2:30 and had to wait even though they went in early. It has been 2 hrs and they still arent done. When I went in to find out what is taking so long I told the lady who spoke to me that it shouldnt take 3 hrs to do nails and she said yeah. Business comes from word of mouth most of the time and I will not recommend your business to anyone. Stop over booking for more business.

It was my first time there and my nails didnt line up the white tips were crooked. The lady who did my nails not only messed up but she didnt try and talk at all!! I will never go back. Worst service Ive ever had!!

My adopted daughter took my 2.grandkids, hee and myself. They were very.kind and curtious...took my suggestions on how my 1 granddaughter should have her nails done. Am looking forward to our touch-up visit.

Ive loved coming here since the first time I went. Always super clean and everyone is so nice. Only issue I had last time I went was when I was finishing up with my pedicure I was set with Silver to have a full set done once she was finished with her customer (Silver is my favorite artist) UNTIL someone called wanting to make an appointment with her right when she was available and the lady didnt ask her if she had anyone else and went ahead and scheduled the customer. I was a little upset about the professionalism and just hope that doesnt happen again, I dont want to discontinue going.

I liked the nails, loved the color and matte finish. Silver did my nails. I asked her if she could paint one of them with matte polish so I could see how it looks (I hadn’t gotten acrylic in years so I really didn’t know how big of a difference matte makes) and she initially said she didn’t think it would look good. Then later on she said she would paint one. I asked for coffin and I feel like these are mostly just squared. They were a bit too thick for me also. Silver is friendly, but she was very rough on me, she filed so hard that she made my skin bleed (she essentially filed my skin!) and didn’t apologize. Also, one of the people in charge and one of the nail techs kept arguing and it just didn’t look professional. Overall I liked my nails but I’m not sure that I’ll return.

Was my first time going to Nailed It and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to go here. Jamie was exceptional and so sweet! Every nail tech was so down to earth. Loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be going back!

It is easy to see why this is a favorite nail salon. The prices are reasonable and the workers are friendly.

Best pedicures for the money. They do a really good job and its comes with a hot stone massage and exfoliating scrub which both feel amazing. For that reason, I keep coming back. I do not get my finger nails done here though because every time I do the acrylics chip and break off within a week because they apply it so thin.

I went here with a friend this past weekend for mani/pedis. We both received great service. I got the dip power on my nails which has held up well. My toes, which was regular polish, not so much. I think it was just an old bottle that should’ve been discarded. Other than that, we were pleased and will go back! Very clean, as well!

Been going to Nailed It for over a year and they ALWAYS do an amazing job!! Amy is an amazing nail tech and was extremely kind! Also the atmosphere is great, I’d recommend this salon to anyone who wants good quality nails that last!

The technician who did my pedi was very nice and took her time on my feet, which I very much appreciated. Ive been to Nailed It! 4 times, and each time I have had fast and professional service. They offer beverages, and you can tell they get to know their regulars.

I had an acrylic overlay done that didnt even last a week. I had it done on a Friday and by Monday one nail was chipped. They repaired that nail for me. No problem. By Friday, one week later I had over 5 chipped nails. When I went in for repair i had to pay for a new overlay. They gave me a $5 discount. I wont be back.

Ive been several times now, for different services and Im quite satisfied. Lon does a perfect job every time. Nailed It is my new go-to for all thing nail related!

Had daughters in for pedicures and acrylic nails. Pedicure was rushed and super basic. I was very disappointed.normal pedis las almost an hour these were done in under 25 min! Now onto the full sets of acrlic nails. Not one of us is happy. Not even, too think, not right style. Before we left one daughter had to have 3 nails redone. And came out to the car and every single nail was messed up. Too wide, not even. Other daughter had to have toenails redone they said the had the matching foil for her nails but was totally wrong color. Even my youngest daughter is disappointed. Wont come back.

This is one of the nicest and most taken care of salons in town. Everything is clean and well organized.I went in for a pedicure and had one of the male techs. (Too shy to ask for his name) He was very attentive and did a great job. Massage and sugar scrub were great and my toes look perfect!

This place was recommended to me by a couple of people so I gave it a try & the first time my nails were amazing but the second time around I got a lady named Anna & she did my nails super rushed, you can see where she put clear polish because she didn’t do the whole nail, all of my nails have a couple bubbles in them & look bad, the first set I got from here was nice, so I decided to try it again but i’d rather pay $70 somewhere else where they actually do my nails not rush & half do them

I left this place speechless. The ambience was amazing, they were so welcoming and courteous. Also they didnt rush nor force Gel on me which we all know can be annoying. They offered drinks and overall did an amazing job. After a long search I can finally say I found my forever nail palace. Jenny was extremely nice and Judy did an amazing job on my French manicure. Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience. Oh and my eyebrows are fabulous! Thank you!!!!

First visit and it won’t be the last! I had acrylic nails and I wanted to have them removed. Last time I wanted them removed, I went to a different salon and they literally ripped them off and it was so painful. I was nervous about coming here but when they had me to soak my nails, I knew I was in good hands. Anna was super kind & gentle! She did a great job & was super quick too! I will definitely be coming back!

I drove in from Warsaw looking for a nail place open on Sundays. Nailed it! Spa was great. I was greeted right when I walked in and even though there was a wait they moved very quickly and didn’t rush the quality of the services. I got a beautiful gel manicure and the basic pedicure. The staff was great and the prices were fairly cheap. I’m very happy with my experience here and will definitely be making the drive to come back. Their hours are super convenient, definitely recommend!

I was a walk in and they were very friendly. Place was super clean too. I just wanted a basic polish put on, I didnt get any pressure to get something different. The lady was nice and when I had to get to an appointment another lady stepped in and put my polish on with lightning speed. The polish itself lasted about a week but it was very pretty! The service here is great so I will be coming back.

Took my sister out for some manicures, and we had a great time. I am a medical scientist, and I was so happy to see that they sterilize all of their tools. The staff is friendly. They dont rush you. Wait time is a little long, but not awful. And wow. The prices compared to quality are AWESOME.They take pride in their work, and it shows. Will never go anywhere else!!

Not impressed with the quality for the price. Staff is more concerned about pocketing money than actual quality of work. Seemed like they were always whispering and then would say oh well that’s $10 or $20 more than listed price. Will not be returning.

I took my 3 year old with me to get her nails painted and myself a shellac manicure. We were walk ins and they brought us right in. Sandy and Mary both did a wonderful job and they doted on my daughter. They even gave her a fancy little drink which she was thrilled with. Prices were reasonable, staff was great, and our nails look beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this place! Once I discovered it, I realized that where I was going before was not up to par. They are very friendly. Always greet you with a smile. They listen to you and do exactly what you want. Its very clean. I have never before seen a shop that pulled everything out of the auto clave, completely sterile and sealed! They give you your own box with your own files in it! You wont regret coming here!

The staff at Nailed It has renewed my interest in nail salon services. I had given up on nail salons. My history with them had been rushed, rude, and overall disappointing service. My daughter talked me into giving Nailed It a try and I am sold! They are friendly, courteous, and provide excellent customer service and quality product/service. Nailed It holds cleanliness to a premium standard. They use liners in pedicure baths, provide autoclaved nail tools, and each station is pristine. And yes, they still give a hand/forearm massage with manicures. Also, the staff seem genuinely happy there, contrary to those at other salons that appear to be indentured servants.

Love the salon, our place to go for Mom, and daughter time. I had my nails done with the dip three weeks ago and the still look great.

Have been trying out different nail salons in Fort Wayne. This place is by far the best. Great staff, super clean, very attentive and care, and they have the best massage chairs. Theres cool, different colored lighting in the pedi tubs and theres even a nail bar. And an added bonus is that coffee and tea are complimentary. Oh, and the prices.... super reasonable. In my opinion, for how nice it is, they could probably get away with charging a little more!

Second time coming here and the first was horrible experience paid 40$ acrylic gel set and 4 days later my nails were coming off done by anna!! Second time I asked over the phone for a powder dip and the nail tech still did gel polish because they were all too busy talking instead of paying attention

I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff was sweet and the facility is very clean. However my nails were painted twice after I had to request they fix them and there is STILL paint on my skin and cuticle, heck it was between my toes. I heard lots of good things, but if you have to fix what the first person did I think you should take your time but instead the manager rushed through painting then “cleaned them up” with remover. It’s red paint on my skin, the first person didn’t even file or shape the nail. From other reviews it sound like this is a nice place but for a younger person to spend 35 bucks plus tip it wasn’t worth it :-/

Its been a couple of weeks since Ive had my nails done and they still look good. The people are amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I’ve been going to this salon since October of ‘17 and since then the quality has really declined. The techs are nice and the place is very clean, but the past 3 or 4 times I have gotten my nails done there, the acrylic has lifted, broken, and cracked and the gel polish has peeled. It’s hard for me to justify spending $35 plus tip if I’m having to get my nails fixed a few days later when they should be lasting a couple weeks. I’m not sure if I will continue giving them my business.

When I got acrylic nails they were put on crooked and have only had a few good experiences when I would get my nails filled some of the bad experiences one lady was on her phone texting her friends while doing my nails and another lady completely butchered my nails and would always end up breaking the acrylic nail and when I asked for a matte finish she used regular matte instead of gel matte finish so overall I had some pretty bad experiences with their company

This spa is by far the best! I moved here from Chicago area about a year ago and was looking for a new spa. I tried a few in the area till Nailed It Spa opened. I will not go anywhere else. Beautifully decorated interior and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Came in from out of town was told told to come in for fill in for two people . Arrived and was told she can only take one person. Did not allow us to choose who goes and told the other she could go first. Very very rude will not be back.

Worst fill I’ve ever had. My polish all peeled off my acrylics in a little over a week (that has never happened before to me). It was super expensive $40 and the design did not look good on the one nail I asked to have done. Also an employee started arguing with the owner or manager in front of several customers. I will never go back.

We made a reservation for the same evening and they got us in and did a beautiful job with our manicures! This was my first visit to Nailed It! and my friends first time ever getting a professional manicure. Not only were the manicurists professional and talented, I was also impressed by the price! Nailed It! is now on my top list of nail salons in Fort Wayne! I will be back.

Asked, noticed something wasn’t right with color for cats eye. He said let him do another nail and show me he did then all as I kept telling him I didn’t like them bc he had shorter Person waiting on him. The color was supposed to be a darker rosey tint. My NAILS LOOK LIKE HALLOWEEN!! how is that even the same?! He said it was just the lighting. Rushed me to pay so he could start on the next person. AWFUL!
