I’m so disappointed. From reading all the reviews before I made my appointment I was really looking forward to this experience. Unfortunately it wasn’t good. I needed my acrylics taken off and just a gel manicure and I ended up getting my nails filed down so that the Acrylic blends in with my natural nail but not good enough because you can still see the fake nail and just that took an hour! Then after All the acetone and filing cuticle softener Etc. he started putting lotion on top of all of that without having me wash my hands first to get off all the chemicals. I don’t ever do reviews but my nails look so bad that I didn’t even have him polish them because I didn’t want to be charged for something I’m just going to have to fix when I get home. Hopefully there pedicures are better 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great experience! Amazing customer service and high quality. I’d recommend coming here with friends, family or as a treat for yourself. Expensive but well worth it for the entire ambience. They did a great job!

I love coming here. Great customer service- they greet me by name, and always honor my appointment time. Online booking makes it very easy to reserve an appointment. I usually get a gel pedicure and I have liked every technician I’ve had. They pay attention to detail here. The hot stone massage is my favorite part, they don’t rush it. Social distancing, masks- the pandemic is taken seriously here. Also no chemical smell, TV’s, or other distracting elements. O Nails truly delivers a spa experience.

Dimmed lights, soft music, complimentary water, wine, or tea, and skilled technicians will make your visit feel like a royal spa day. I got an organic pedicure and my feet have never been so happy!🥰

This salon is always clean (esp. the air!), quiet & relaxing; guests have been spaced out well before Covid. I never feel rushed or like I can’t ask for certain details with my nails. They are also all very kind, which goes a long way these days!

Wonderful new Nail Salon and Spa in Folsom. Beautifully decorated and serene tranquil experience. The owners and staff are very nice and gracious. Great organic and Big Five Free products. Enjoy complimentary wine, champagne, beer and other beverages. Everything is very clean and no toxic smells. Hundreds of colors to choose from. I love this place and you will too. Look into the membership if you like being pampered every week with manicures, pedicures, facials or waxing.

My gf and I went in for a treat-yo-self millennial monday! I must say, this was the best first experience i could have had! Our technician, Rosie and Ly, went above and beyond for our experience - the water was perfect temp, the hot stone was perfectly relaxing, not to mention the nail service which was spot on! You can bet ill be back, and bringing my gf with me.

Had an amazing time at Organic Nails and Spa. Decor was magical and tranquil. I was surprised by no toxic fumes at all! It truly felt like a spa experience with soothing music, dimmed lights, wine tastings and great service. I had a supreme pedicure with himalayan salt stones, paraffin, massage and masks, it felt so good! The owner was so sweet and welcoming. Im definitely coming back ❤

These folks are great at what they do and their hospitality is off the charts! Katie and Danny are great. They give awesome massages and take care in what they do.

I visited this salon for the first time today. First I have to say first impressions are so important and this salon nailed it! Ben at the front desk made me feel so welcome. He used my name to welcome me before I even spoke. The decor is so tranquil and inviting. I loved the intimate setting. My pedicure took place in a very dimly lit room with beautiful decor. My pedicure exceeded what Im used to. Hellen was easy to talk to and was very detailed. I was given three amazing leg and foot massages. Once with lavender scrub, once with a lotion and finally with hot stones. All I can say is Wow! Id pay just for that. My nails look amazing and I feel amazing! Worth every penny. You wont be disappointed!

The overall experience was really good, nice staff and service. Very clean, and neat. Everything is brand new. They use organic gel polish nails, which is good for your nails, but they wont last long as the regular one.

It was a very clean and nice salon. The staff was friendly but the dip manicure was just....not great. My nails are thin and feel like they are going to crack easily. They have sharp edges and they did not dip my nails enough and you can almost see through my nail in the light with a deep red color I choose. There are also bumps from dust and debris in the nail color. My friend went with me too and hers are the same.

This is an organic nail salon I thought. So why can’t I remove the polish from my nails?! I had to soak them in acetone and wrap foil around each toe. Horrible! Never going back.

The best pedicure I’ve gotten in my life! Plus it’s super clean, fresh, and stuff is amazing!
