I just had a basic Mani Pedi and had a great time! They were so good and it was so relaxing and now my nails look great for my trip. Everything was so clean and they are so friendly. I made my next appointment before I left. I cant wait to go back and be pampered again.

Its the 3rd time Ive been back there since they opened up in February Mia the owner is awesome and Nina who worked on me to day is great.. Well be going back again.

This was my go to place pre covid but needless to say I won’t be back. Rough/painful pedicure with a distracted technician who was repeatedly on the phone (without changing gloves). He was too distracted to notice he did not put a top coat on both feet. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been going to a place in Cameron Park and was thrilled by the extra steps and care taken by Mai at Devon’s Nails! She made them THIN as I requested (which no one has done successfully at the other salon). She filed down the natural nail under the tip which is SO helpful to keep clean and also never done at the other salon. Super nice and communicative about the whole process and I’m thrilled by my experience with Mai. She will give you what you want and you will enjoy it! Thank you Mai!

Made appt.online and received confirmation. I even tried calling to make sure but line was busy. When arrived they could not honor my appt. because they did not check their schedule. Wanted to me to come back! No theres a reason why I booked appt.

This is my second time goes I absolutely love how gentle they are and I scheduled a appointment at 2 but Mai fit me in at 12:15 I will never go anywhere else this is my forever nail salon I definitely recommend the place is extremely clean as well

I love these people. They have taken care of my needs for the last few years. These dip nails rarely chip and are so well shaped. My favorite things are the hot stones used in the pedicures and the people there that take care of me. I look forward to my me time and they always make it worth every penny!

This salon is under new ownership, Vicki. (Devon was nice too). Who is awesome and keeps her staff happy!! They are very attentive to details and your comfort. I love the fact that they are always asking if you like the nails, through the entire process. So far Ive had Anna and Kim, which make sure I leave with beautiful nails everytime!!! Not the best pedicure, the person I had was really rough with the nail filer, it was a little painful/uncomfortable, and she did a half fast job, and was rude. For the price I paid, I got a very poorly done and basic level pedicure. At other places Ive been able to get a full luxury pedicure, with warm wax, hot stones, warm towel, a massage, and skin softening cream for $35 dollars. I wont be returning or recommending to friends.

I was like 5 minutes late to an appointment I had made and when I got there I kind of just a stood around clueless until 10 minutes late someone told me to take a seat in a chair. Didnt let me know there was a control to my chair or anything and I sat there for another 30 minutes until someone finally came over to me and proceeded to laugh with her coworker about how I was late and asked me where I lived and why I was late. Other than that the scrub and massage was great and the rest of the visit went fine but Jeez I was only five minutes late!

I WOULD NOT recommend, I asked for acrylic nails and my nail lady asked me if I wanted an Ombré design and I said yes, she started doing two nails and realized that she couldnt do the ombré. And then got frustrated with me when I asked what was wrong. She went to the back for 15 to talk with whoever was back there and then came back to me, she then was so rough with my nails, I had pulled my hand away several times because she was burning me and causing the sides of my fingers to bleed, after my nails were done I paid and left real quick. 3 days later two of my nails already breaks, and 3 of my real nails are all lifted up ready to fall off.. its been about a week and my nails are falling off. Never ever will I waste my time going back. These new owners suck.

Very disappointing first experience. I called at 12:30 and asked if there were any availabilities for an appointment at 1pm same day because I had another appointment afterwards and the gal I spoke to said yes and booked my apt. I drove over from 20 mins away and arrived at 1pm and every chair was full and there were not even enough staff to cover the people sitting in the chairs let alone anyone already waiting. I waited 20 mins and wasnt even told they were behind, I had to ask about my appointment and they said they had more people come in and others ask for colors now...I dont understand what the point was in making an appointment then. I would not recommend them if you have any type of schedule to keep. It was going to be at least an hour before they would be able to get me into a chair at that point and have anyone even free to start the pedicure. They had 6 chairs and only 4 working and the other two chairs had people waiting to just start their pedicures. Very disappointing since they came highly recommended.

I am also conflicted, my first time there great service, second time great service, only 1issue, I prefer the Dip Powder, I kept getting asked over and over, the 2 times I had been there, why I like it, why do I prefer it. U mm mm cause I like it! Then I get told, well I dont think I am going to order anymore colors, I just provide it cause its only requested sometimes. Mind you, they hardly have any colors as it is. Well unfortunately I wont be back, I feel like this time the technician wasnt really feelin it. I had to use a nail file when I got home cause a few nails were not buffed out right. My nails look kinda sloppy. Im tired if paying $35 plus tip for this kind of work.

Im a little conflicted about writing this review and Ill explain why.... I work for a cimpany that writes reciews on establishments and at times Im given assignments to review places. I normally go on reviews in areas that I would normally go anyway outside of work. Nails for instance. After years on the search for the perfect place, I originally thought I found it with this place. My visit yesterday was perfect. The new owner was pleasant, attentive and earger to please. Over and over, I was assured customer satisfaction was his goal...if I didnt like my nails for ANY reason, if something happens whether their fault or mine that a repair is needed (a week for reg polish or 2 weeks for gel), I could come back and have it fixed for free. Again for ANY reason I dont like it, come back and have it fixed for free. That said, I liked everything about their service but unsure of the color. Turned out to be more pink than I had imagined. I expressed this to the lady doing my nails...she said give it a day or two and if I still dont like it to come back. Now normally, I wouldnt have since the color was my choice. However, outside it was just too pink for my taste. I felt like I would be going to a prom to match my dress. So today I went back. Unfortunately, the attitude was much different. I felt grilled about why I didnt like it...not just the owner but by two other workers. I waited while the man assigned to me finished doing whatever he was doing on his phone.. it wasnt long, only 4-5 minutes but if you sit still for that length it feels longer. Then the repeated questions again on why I didnt like it. This visit was not friendly or pleasant. The owner disappeared in the back. The job was hurried my nails looked better yesterday with the pink. My french nails today has knicks and lint (from the cotton ball) and no one made sure I liked the result. AND I WAS CHARGED. Not sure Id recommend this place if youre thoughts are you should get what you pay for or the promises youre given. My conclusion is, if you dont go back to get anythibg fixed this place is perfect. If you find you need something fixed, this is not the place that honors customer satisfaction. Its a shame though, because as I said, I thought I found my place. At $58 + with tips every two weeks...its worth it to fix a problem that you promised instead of making your customer uneasy and change their entire opinion of this establishment. But because of the great service the first day, Id probably give this place another go. Thats before I consider taking my 2 daugters with me. At $150 + for all of us, Im going to make sure this place is worth it.
