Daisy did my nails perfectly to what I asked for! Dip powder, thin and natural! My pedicure was clean and every time I have come here I have not been disappointed! Love this place!

Absolutely amazed by my experience with this nail salon. Been coming here for over a year now always get the best service and recently got to try a new nail tech (Linda) this woman is AMAZING she is so gentle and will go ABSOLUTELY 100% out of her way to make sure I was happy even when I asked to change nail color and design she didnt get upset or frustrated she was understanding calm and simply made sure I was happy and thats all! Love this place! I personally see Linda all the time for my manicures and a few different people have done my pedicures. They do such good work. They are so friendly and accommodating. Clean during Covid times which I appreciate. My mom sees Bella and loves her. Honestly I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

They do great nails. Dont be afraid to speak up for exactly what you want. So many nail places try to push things on you and rush you through your decision making.

I have been coming to this Nail Salon and seeing my favorite nail tech Bella for almost 6 years. During that time the salon was sold to new owners who gave it a beautiful make over. I love coming here and I am always happy with my nails !!

I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and Ill never go back. Usually gel nails last me a month but my nails started chipping only a few days after my manicure. Its been about a week now and my nails are all nearly chipped and coming off. I noticed as the gel chipped off how thin it is almost like plain nail polish, unlike a normal gel manicure which is super thick and actually lasts.I had also noticed how aggressive the manicurist had been filing my nails. My cuticles are pushed back too far and even look damaged now. My nails feel thin and are much shorter than before. Despite me asking for the length and shape to be kept she still over filed them.The customer service was awful. The ladies chatted amongst themselves the whole time, which made it really hard for me to relax and enjoy the treatment. They were pretty rude with me, and did not seem to care at all. I felt super rushed, they even refused to do any designs on my nails..The only draw to this place is how beautifully done the decor is, too bad the Staff and overpriced services do not meet even minimal expectations.

Trisha is the best for Pedicures and she’s so fun to talk to. Ryan is the manicure Guy to see. I’m in love with this place.

The girl that did my gel manicure was very nice but the manicure itself was terrible. My nails were coffin shaped and I told her to keep the shape. My nails were completely square when I left and I had to reshape them myself. She also buffed my nails so much they were paper thin and 2 of them ripped in half within a week of getting them done. I ended up having to cut all my nails down to nubs. For $35 plus tip I am very upset about the quality of this place. It was a complete waste of money and time.

My manicurist, Tiffany, is excellent at manicures, pedicures and today I had my first eyebrows shaping with her and that was great also. I followed her from her last salon to continue with her!! That is how much I like her work.

There is a sign posted clearly on the door that states masks are required. Five customers and one staff did not wear masks even after I asked them to. We are in a pandemic, and it is people like this who keep the virus going. I will never go back to this nail salon.

I’ve been to this salon three times now (had a gift card) and had gel manicures with a different technician each time. I have not been very impressed with any of the manicures I received. They don’t hold up as well or long, (and cost more) than another Folsom salon I frequent.The staff and salon itself are nice, but the manicure quality just isn’t there.I’m on vacation and haven’t done my usual laundry, cleaning, and dishes. That being said, the picture I’m posting is after only 4 days!😕

I treated my daughter to a gel manicure. The spa is beautiful, however the employees are rude. Manicurist had almost no communication skills and had earbuds in so she could not hear anyone else speaking to her. No hand massage or lotion included in $37 manicure. I handed my Visa to pay and clerk said, No Cash? Who pays with cash during a pandemic??? It just felt very uncomfortable.

They do an Amazing job every time. I really love how they do the Hombres.

I LOVE this salon! This is the only place I’ve gone for the past three years and each time I go (every two weeks) I am impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and great customer service. Kim always does my nails (acrylics/dipping powder/French manicure) and Tin does my toes (French pedicure) and they are both PHENOMENAL! As soon as I walk in the door, the owners greet me and make me feel welcome- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ❤️

I love this place! I’ve been going here for pedicures for a year now and I’ve even had a mani a time or two. I see different manicurist each time, and every one of them has always done a great job. The main reason I’m sold is because of the standard of cleanliness! Just be sure to make an appointment because they are always busy!

Great place.Always friendly and accommodating . I got gel polish and they always look amazing, but I see the technicians in there change a lot. I like my girl who did my nails but when I come back she was no longer work there. The manager told me all people work the same and do good job. I tried some girls, but I am not really satisfied, and now I love Anna who did my nails 2 last times. she does gel polish very well, good design, amazing. For me, Anna is the best now. Hope her last long with me at this nail shop. I love this place because of pleasant, big shop and good customer service.

Went in for manicure and pedicure. This place is $$$$. I gave a great tip to each too. The polish on my fingers is peaking off after 1 week.People are very nice though.

Rush on my nails. Had three people worked on my nails so they could start on other customers. It was all about quantity versus quality. No tips and still $50. However, one lady was nice.

Just your average nail salon. Some technicians are very good, some are horrible. Service just okay. Sometimes they make you wait longer than they tell you. Sometimes theyre super nice. Sometimes theyre very rough. Selection of polishes is great. Pedicure not very good - asked them for a good heel scrub multiple times and never got it. Oh well....

I’ve been coming here for 2 years. I love the owner he’s so good to his customers remembering faces and names. The staff is all very good and make every effort to make sure you are happy with your nails (shape, color, etc). I can’t say enough good things. The ambiance is great, even have a large private room in the back for parties (birthday, bridal, baby). I’ve referred all my friends.

I was greeted with a smile. The wait wasnt long. My daughter and I got seated. The gal who did mine was good. Except she really didnt want to listen to me about the color I wanted. But I was OK what ever. But the gal who did my daughter nails was just awful. Didnt listen didnt ask what my daughter wanted. She just did what she felt what my daughter should get. Rude. Manager was OK. And only charged half for her. But I still feel that they should listen to what the customer wants.

The actual salon was clean, organized and nicely decorated with soft classical music playing. We went on a Friday morning around 11:30. There were only a few people in at the time. The ladies were friendly and greeted us when we walked in. My sister and I both had the pedicure plus. My sister enjoyed her pedicure, but the Polish was applied unevenly, they also did not offer any designs. My pedicure was a bit painful at times, and very rushed. The Polish was done well with the exception that she put my sandals on before she polished my nails and got a smudge of polish on my shoe. When we were finished we waited at the front desk for a few minutes before waking back to find someone to ring us up. When I have her my debit card she asked me if I would pay with a check instead. When I declined to give a check I could tell she was not pleased, but there was nothing stating a preferred Methoodest of payment. I defiantly do not feel like I got $72.00 worth of services. We will try some place out next time.

This is the best nail salon ever ladies & gentlemen! Every nail technician is incredibly helpful, talented, personable & friendly... All of there nail techs are amazing every time I get my nails done they last me 3weeks no chipping or nail breaking....they are nail whispers here...lol I highly recommend this salon you wont regret it!The salon is so cozy clean & smells so fresh not like alot of the nail salons thats its impossible to stay more than 30min inside this place is the BEST!

GO TO IVY!!! I’ve been here many times and have had bad people and awesome people do my nails. It really does just depend who you see. I get acrylics every time I come in and I always request Ivy. She’s so sweet and always does my nails 100% perfect. It may be a bit pricy here but if you go to Ivy you’ll see why! She always takes her time to perfect everything. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Two days before my pedicure I ripped off half my toenail by getting too close to a door. I thought I was going to have to wear a bandaid for a month until it healed. Went in to Nail Palazzo and he was incredibly gentle with my foot, did a fill on the nail to hold it in place till it heals. It looks fantastic! It doesnt hurt to touch it anymore. Great experience, considerate service.

This place was horrible. I booked a party for my wedding with my bridesmaids, we were all from out of town. We were all so excited because the manager told me they would open an additional hour for us and serve us champagne. During the appointment we felt rushed and they were rude to us. They did not do a very good job on our toes and expected more of a tip then what we gave. We tipped on service not because you stayed open. We didnt get champagne either! Or water. They only let us dry for a few minutes and told us to leave. My toes got messed up and so did my sisters hands. I wouldnt recommend this place

Always do a good job! My last gel manicure did not last a week. The owner told me to come in and they will fix it. She only gave me a $5 discount and charged me to fix the manicure. I was a little disappointed at the situation and wish they were clear about their intentions to reaolve the matter.

My Daughter just received an eyebrow wax at this place and they severely burned her eyelids almost to the point of burning her eye pupils especially her left eye. She immediately talked to the manager and he did not take any action to relieve her of her pain nor did they take responsibility for their actions. The employee that performed the eye wax did not know any English and was not able to explain why she did what she did. I do not recommend anyone go to this place for any service whatsoever. I am also thinking about suing due to the extent of her burns. The address for this place is 1655 Colusa Hwy # 100 Yuba City CA 95993. I do not recommmend this place whatsoever! Don’t go!!!!!!!
