He puts you at ease by making you feel as if hes an old friend of yours. This is the spot! They arent the cheapest, but how do you put a price on quality and consistency. Garrett is my go to for my fresh fade! Its always a great experience.

The Red Headed guy does amazing hair cuts, the guy I got to cut mine not so much... Not all of the barbers are on the same level. I’m not sure of the red headed guys name but I’ll definitely be asking before I pay $25 for a haircut again... All is well though, the haircut looks okay, the back is by far not faded properly and it’s REALLY uneven. Just not as good as the rest of the people I seen leaving. The guy who cut mine seemed very rushed and only took about 15 mins to cut my hair. The guy who sat down in the chair beside me (before I sat down) left after me, and our hair cuts weren’t very different. I also don’t think that a time limit should be put on a haircut, I find it odd that barbers are expected to finish every haircut before 30 minutes, and have time to clean up before their next booking. So I do not blame the guy who cut my hair for his rush. I will be back, just probably with a different barber.

Its a motorcycle shop that cuts hair instead of fixing bikes! Pretty cool place for men. $30 for a hair cut and beard work. I will be back and recommend to others! Thanks Daniel!

This is the best place for a haircut. I’ve tried a couple of places recently, but there has always been something that was done incorrectly or not what I was wanting to have done. After having a haircut here, I can honestly say that it was the best haircut that I’ve had in a couple of years. You do have to make an appointment which is the only drawback (no walk ins) but for how methodical and attentive to detail they are you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Marco and it’s a pleasant experience every time. He does a superb job and has attention to detail. I consider myself to be picky but I always leave quite satisfied and relaxed so the 1hr drive to Florence is worth it for me. I can’t recommend this place enough. 👍👍

The first time I went to Greasy Hands when it was just Austin, I sat down and said “Do what you think would look best” and it was the best haircut I had ever got in my life. The last several times I’ve got my haircut I’ve scheduled an appointment with Garrett and he kills it every time and for both weddings I’ve been in he especially killed it. Reliably great haircuts at this place. While I was getting my haircut today, I watched Daniel give one of the flyest haircuts I’ve seen in a long time.

5 stars all day long. Been going to the Florence location since Aug 2018, and have never once had a bad cut. Marco’s cuts are always on point, Austin’s cuts are amazing, Daniel’s cuts are fire all day long. I’ve never seen anyone walk out of there with a bad haircut, style or beard shape up/trim. I will never use another barbershop as long as I can help it

Everytime I have been there you are treated like a club member. Have to book. An appointment cause of demand. It is higher than anywhere else locally but found they are extremely professional.

The atmosphere was great and I felt comfortable. Daniels service was friendly and quick, yet not rushed. I left not feeling itchy but rather confident and refreshed. Awesome atmosphere. Good, clean, close shave. Old school barber chairs. I started going here when it was just 2 chairs cause they were the only place I could find to trim my beard for me. Theyve grown exponentially into multi-locations, a bigger shop, more barbers, and a lot more clientele. Ive sent 4 or 5 friends and coworkers here to get a tight fade. And theyve all come back and thanked me for the recommendation. If you like a hot towel, straight razor shave, go here. If you like a old school barber shop, go here. If you want a haircut to impress the ladies, go here. If you like the $5 haircuts they give at Wal-Mart and the mall, for the love of all things holy, come here once and they will change your mind.

Since I found Greasy Hands over a year ago I havent had my haircut or beard trimmed anywhere else. These guys are great! Austin, Sanford and Garrett all three have cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Each one did a fantastic job. They are highly skilled at what they do and the atmosphere is great. You wont find a better place to go. Make sure to book ahead of time. They fill up fast!

By appointment only, found out the hard way after my husband & I stood there for awhile waiting. Came back the next day (next available appointment) but wasnt worth the $25. We sat there waiting for the one cutting my husbands hair to come in (meanwhile no one was courteous enough to greet us). My husbands hair looked like a 12yr old cut it (Im being polite about it). The barber didnt cut it to go with the way my husbands hair naturally falls. Parts were way to long & others were too short. I had to fix it at home & trim the hair that was falling literally in his eyes & try to make it look ok with the parts that were too short. The people at Walmart couldve done a better job for half the price & we wont go to Walmart because of the horrible experiences weve had there. The only good thing was the hot towel my husband liked. We wont be back.

Would have been great if the barber had listened to what I had said and he didnt do anything I said, and did the one thing I said not to do. I was not satisfied at all... and will never be back.

I have been one of Austins customers since he first open the old shop in Florence on College St. Always been a great experience, no complaints here! This aint your mommas best friends salon where you just show up and hope to get worked in to get a haircut. Maybe some folks just need to get with the program and understand that the guys at GHB use a web/app based appointment system (Resurva) to get you on the books. Yes, people of Florence, AL this is different than what youre use to. Guess what, ITS SO EASY ONCE YOU LEARN IT! Oh, and it reminds you when you book your appointments weeks in advance like I do. Come on guys get with the program and dont be a pansy and whine about it.

Let me start of by saying i just moved to florence after being in the marine corps and living on base where there are easily a hundred barber shops in a 20 mile radius.So I went to this place bout a month ago found out its by appointment and the next one available was later that day. No big deal ill just come back then, so i return and tell em i need a medium fade with a hard part and a seven on top. Yeah I guess all the barbers I went to in camp lejeune use clippers on top and the guy said he would cut it instead. After its done I dont really get a good look at it thinking it would ve been fine. That was my mistake. I literally had no fade and my hair felt as long as it was before. The reason I gave two stars is cause obviously one is mandatory but they do carry uppercut pomade and the place is actually pretty cool. But as far as haircuts maybe I didnt make myself clear or the guy didnt really know what I was talking bout but it wasnt worth 25 dollars.

I get my haircut there every 3 weeks really nice barber shop they even offer a face shaving with a straight razor and after your haircut they run a nice warm and very good smelling towel over your face and neck they also own the turbo coffee shop next door and I heard its really good
