This was the only place that was accepting new patients in my area. I was a little apprehensive about visiting a corporate dentist office since I’m used to family owned practices. They were amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was explained in detail throughout the entire process. The office manager explained my insurance benefits and the cost of upcoming appointments. There was no pressure to make an appointment or buy anything. The dentist & hygienist were thorough with explaining everything they were doing. I have no complaints other than I wish I had found them sooner. I can’t wait for my future appointments!!

Very expensive! The Daphne office manager is very unprofessional. My nose still hurts days after having an incisor worked on. I was told that it was normal. I’ve never had that problem before. I have many more reasons why I do not recommend this place.

Had work done today, including wisdom teeth removal, I survived and it was over fairly quickly without pain. I would recommend Aspen to someone wanting work done. I still have few more steps to go before everything is complete. I will update after those things are done.

A family oriented business everyone from the reception desk to the back office were absolutely amazing. I have never felt so encouraged going to the dentist. Love filled caring dental office would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had the most extensive dental exam that I have ever had. Everyone that took care of my check up including the girls who did my X-rays and tooth scan, the hygienist, and the Dentist were so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They all made me feel very comfortable and they were very gentle. I enjoyed being there- not the usual feeling going to a Dentist’s office. I feel everyone was very thorough and helpful to answer any questions I had. This is the first time since the pandemic started, that I had been to a Dentist, besides me being fairly new to the area, so I was not looking forward to going, but I was so pleasantly surprised. I actually got a first appointment quickly, also, within a week of me calling for an appointment. I had a female Dentist, I am sorry but I forgot her name, but she was great in every way. I am a RN, so I recognize professional, knowledgeable and courteous, great patient care. I just can’t say how impressed and pleased I am that I chose Aspen Dental to go to. I am looking forward to my cleaning appointment in two weeks. Thanks again.

This was my initial appointment at Aspen Dental. From the receptionist to the Dentist, I was treated with enthusiasm, respect, professional and courtesy.I was extremely impressed with the technology used to evaluate the dental health of a patient in conjunction with the physical examination.The dentist, dental hygienist, x-ray technician, insurance manager were absolutely superb!The hygienist explained the findings on my dental scan, which I have not experienced anywhere else. It was very informative and helpful in making priority dental work decisions.The dentist, Dr. Dickinson was the last to evaluate me. He thoroughly reviewed all diagnostics, medical history, medications, etc.What really stood out to me was his quick whit and demeanor. He made you feel like a family member. His evaluation was positive, to include the discussion of problem areas. You didn’t feel marginalized and berated because your teeth aren’t celebrity status.Aspen Dental is an entirely different type of dental practice. They offer flexibility in payment plans, especially for those without dental insurance.The prices are excellent, and far less than other quotes I’ve received.Aspen Dental is a one- stop shop. When you receive stellar front desk, hygienist, radiology technician, patient-centered education relevant to your specific healthcare needs, and a dentist who’s actually enthusiastic to provide your dental care; that’s a drop the mike, need I say more, touchdown 🙏🏾.

Im very unhappy with Aspen in Daphne! 19 extractions and wouldnt numb. Not with shots or nitrous, but was told, there was no infection. After no less than 4 visits for adjustments, they still dont fit. I asked them if they would remake them, cause I cant eat, or talk plain with them. They just sent another asst in to do adjustments and tell me, they cant trim anymore or theyll break. So, what to do for the next few months, but keep going back. Just ridiculous!

My initial visit was awesome, I had a very extensive dental exam and was relieved to see that I could get my fillings done relatively cheaply without insurance. However I have an anxiety disorder and it felt like like they were rushing with me, I was not made to feel at ease. The second appointment I had was to receive two fillings, when it came time to restore the natural anatomy of my teeth, it felt very rushed. She ended up grinding my two teeth down on the sides as well as the fillings. My natural tooth anatomy is gone, I still cant believe that happened. Whats worse is the fact that Im experiencing alot of pain in these two fillings, they are super sensitive to heat, cold and, pressure. I cannot eat very well, I am already struggling since I need so much work done. I will be going to a different dentist to get the work fixed. In the end this will end up costing me more time, money, and comfort.

1st time coming here...the ladies in the office was so sweet and polite...the lady that did my xrays was the sweetest and she made sure I was comfortable...definitely going to be coming back

This office follows COVID-19 cleaning measures and disinfects all surfaces between patients. I have no stress/anxiety when getting work done here and I’m extremely comfortable during my visits. My fell off. They told me me the crown fell off because I missed an appointment with the dental hygienist. They were not able to fit me in right away, so I had a serious problem with sensitivity to cold where the crown was missing. It was a different dentist to redo the crown, she said, “who did this crown? It is too shallow.” Anyway, she got it back in, but it came out again 6 weeks later, it fell out again while I was eating a piece of boiled potato. I found another dentist and he took great care in redoing it again, and it seems solid now. I will not tell anyone not to visit Aspen Dental, but I will not return.

The dentist knows what hes doing but the staff is unprofessional and rude also they didnt honor there 25% off they would not give me my change they owed me after paying in full they told me to run to the gas station to get them change really treated me like trash because I did want everything in there 6,000$ bill will be finding another dentist and they can keep the change

This rating is only for the Aspen in Daphne, Alabama. Ive been to another Aspen in Florida and it was awful. Tiara, Lauren and Dr Evans were amazing. They educated me on my teeth and put a plan in place that is good for me and my teeth. As most people, I hate the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. Very friendly.A few weeks after this 5 star rating, I received a bill in the mail for $24. Not sure what it was for as I paid in full to the business manager before the cleaning was completed. Thats how they do it there. Pay first and then the work is done. So sad and mad that they think they can add to my bill after it was paid in full. Shame on you Aspen Dental.

Went to Aspen Dental Daphne Alabama, a month and a half ago in February 2021 set up an appointment for a month later on April 29th, 2021 after a full examination. Which was rushed and telling me if you don’t do the cleaning we want do your caps. So I had another dental office do the cleaning because Aspens Office financial manager said they cant do the caps on the same day they do the cleaning, evening though thats the way they scheduling it.Anyrate So called on. April 28th to ask if my appointment is still scheduled for April 29th, no one answered, I left message. I received a call back within an hour “Amazing!! Well the association told me they had no scheduled appointment for me at all and are completely book up. Not willing to help me at all.. I’m blown away !! I’ve been waiting we’ll over a month, and half amdyou have nothing scheduled?! What kind of business is this?!!! Aspen Dental is a complete and utter JOKE!! The most non customer service oriented dental business I’ve ever had to deal with. Unbelievably the worst dental business ever.If I could give them a 0 or no star . I would, their not deserving of one star.I would pay 3x times amount to someone other dental office than have these clowns touch my mouth. Can only imagine the work they would do in your mouth if this is how the Business is ran. I will pass this forward to friends family social media etc.Thanks wasting my time. The work Ive had done and my overall experience was fair.

Pulling my teeth on bottom was very agonizing. Dr didn’t give me enough sedition on my teeth to pull them out! Her assistant was not trained enough for suction in my mouth. The second time I came in, was a pleasant visit because of the beautiful black assistant.The other little girl with the glasses was very knowledgeable and sweet. She took the x-rays.

After breaking a tooth on Friday and calling multiple places, I was told that Aspen would be able to help me on Monday morning. The location nearest me was unavailable for 2 weeks, I would have to drive to the next location which is an hour away. After induring a weekend of pain, I got up and made the hour trip. After multiple xrays and being told the tooth would need to be capped. I was then taken to someone to discuss payment options. I was then informed that it would take 2 weeks for the cap to come in. I asked about a temporary cap and was told that they dont do that. There was no way I could indure another 2 weeks of pain. I would not recommend using for emergency treatment. Thankfully I was able to find a much closer dentist who was able to remove my old filling and put on a temporary cap. Also, my permanent cap will only take 4 days. Only a $90 difference in price but, Ill receive quicker service and not have to wait 2 weeks in pain.

Very clean office. Pleasant atmosphere. They did a thorough job in reviewing my teeth, tongue, and gum. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

This initial visit was a waste of precious time. Before I could ask my specific simple question can you repair this partial? to receive the simple answer no accompanied by several irrelevant excuses, I was subjected to hundreds of dollars worth of full mouth and specific area x-rays that occupied the first hour. Before I could proceed to leave, an administrator with a computer spent 10 minutes analyzing my mouth to offer me a replacement partial at a cost of $1000. Repair was in the $50 cost area.

I had a very pleasant experience today at the Daphne location. They were ver professional and made me feel at ease. I told my family it made me wish I had not put it off so long. Look forward to the rest of my treatments.They have a plan in place and reviewed with me.

Since moving across the country I had yet to have a professional, kind, caring and reassuring dental group. Aspen got me in the day I called. I was seen by a gentle, kind and well trained team. (While this may not matter to others I loved being cared for by an all female team in a state of the art, clean facility!) The level of care needed was extensive and most definitely needed given a new diagnosis connection to cardiac disease. The dentist understood her side of care and the medical side without explanation.) I will follow through with them and recommend them to anyone!!! Great addition to our community!

$342 to extract one tooth is in my opinion a rip off. That is way to much, especially if youre paying for it yourself no insurance. I will never use Aspen Dental again. The staff was great but all they do is try to up sell you things you dont want. I just wanted a tooth pulled. I am traveling for the winter in our rv and they got me in right away but would not take my out of state Wellcare ins. I paid because I wanted the pain gone and did not want to try and find another place to go, worried it could be days or longer to get in somewhere else, where I could get it done right now, so I just bit the bullet and paid the extremely high price

No wait time. Was seen.promptly. Exam and XRAY done well. All the work i needed was explained clearly and options given for payment.

I had a terrible experience in here, and I should have listened to the advice of others that have used this chain in other locations.I went in to get my permanent retainer re-concreted where a piece had knocked loose. The made me come in for 2 separate cleanings so they could charge my insurance twice, I have never been to another dentist that did not clean my teeth in 1 session. They tried to charge me $400 for a toothbrush, and they never fixed the permanent retainer I went in to have fixed.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Foley makes the entire experience worth it. We drive 45 min one direction to be patients at this office. They take up time to explain everything yet remain very courteous and professional

Review below was after my great extraction experience with Dr. Stephanie! Today, 7/22/21, I had to see Dr. Scott because I had to reschedule an extraction appt from last week due to being in the hospital having an appendectomy on my appt day. Aspen front desk got me rescheduled within a week! However, Dr. Stephanie was out of the office today, hence my visit with Dr. Scott. HE WAS AMAZING, as was his whole team!!! Numbed me up really really well, and talked to me throughout the procedure, telling me what he was doing the entire time, as I conveyed to him I had a lot of dental anxiety. He has a great, caring bedside manner, and a hilarious sense of humor! I love Dr. Stephanie, but would recommend Dr. Scott (as well as all his techs too!), and would not hesitate to see him again in a heartbeat for any dental service Aspen provides. A++++++, cant say enough good about experience there and Dr. Scott!!!Dr. Stephanie and her whole team were great! I was very apprehensive about having dental work done at all, much less to the invasive degree I knew I would need. However, they went out of their way to make sure I wasnt embarrassed, my concerns and worry werent marginalized, and aside from treating me very professionally, did so in an extraordinarily compassionate manner. While I am still in a fair amount of pain a few days out now, my expectations were managed very well and the procedure and aftercare havent been nearly as bad as I had anticipated. I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental office and Dr. Stephanie in particular and will continue to use them again for all my future dental needs! Pricing was also very competitive in my opinion, and every effort was made to make sure the total came in under the number I needed in order to get the most important and pain relieving procedures done in the single visit I requested. Will post an update after completely healing as well.

The most wonderful dental experience I have ever had! Every single person I came in contact with from reception, to assistants, to hygienist to dentist to the office manager who helped me set up my follow up appointment was absolutely kind. I have only great things to say about this office!

My daughter has major anxiety and was extremely terrified about going to the dentist-to the point of not being able to eat for a few days prior to her visit. Everyone at Aspen Dental in Daphne, AL were absolutely wonderful with her and very understanding about her anxiety. They quickly put her at ease and now she’s excited about going back for treatment.

All-all, it was one of the best Appointments at a dentist I have ever had, since I developed an extreme anxiety to dentists, dental offices, and anything else associated with the mouth and teeth. The anxiety was a result of an unfortunate event as a child while at the dentist.I am having major work done, to the tune of nearly $9000. No, there are no implants included in that work.The only downside was, after having my appointment schedule, the morning of, they sent me a message about coming in a half hour early, to have an unplanned cleaning. I had recently had a cleaning. This news about the cleaning the morning of, totally freaked me out, and turned me into a slobbering idiot. I had to call several times, crying, to get them to understand what happens, when anything changes on my calendar within a few hours, if it is something I already fear.However, when I got there, after I had explained on the phone, I couldnt do the cleaning and the procedure back to back, I calmed down, took with me everything to distract me and get me more comfortable, it was FINE.Before I knew it, we were done!Yahoo!I have another appointment in 5 days, for dreaded cavities, and am praying the appointment will go just as smooth!Thank you guys at Aspen, for helping me restore my teeth and smile. I was late for my appointment and they had to reschedule me me but got me in late day so that was nice. Everyone was professional. I made an appointment with a specific doctor I researched and asked for by name. When I got to Aspen I found out he wasnt even there and I would be seeing someone I knew nothing about. I felt this was really bad form. They didnt say anything from the time I booked till I was done Xrays etc that I wasnt seeing my requested dentist. The lady I saw was very nice and I liked her. But she wasnt who I wanted. I found them expensive in the optional add on charges like a pressure sensing toothbrush they sell. Found it at Costco for half the cost. Now I also found out I have to drive an hour to see the dentist I wanted to see at the start. I was supposed to hear from the office manager about getting an appointment with the dentist I want but its been a week and no word. Poor form again. So basically Im pretty disappointed with mostly everything. But the office manager at Aspen who I went thru my charges with at the end of the appointment was very nice. Just wish hed called like he was supposed to. I kinda just want to go somewhere else now........raspberry.

Everyone was very nice. The office was very clean and updated. I didnt have to wait long at all. You know exactly what your insurance covers and how much you have to pay out of pocket, before any procedures are done.

You all advertise . Free exam and xray for those that dont have insurance. We found out that was not true, told staff that i didnt have insurance and i was a veteran. Told me it be $94 for visit. Upon arrival asked staff about advertisements. Staff not very up front with cost other then i needed denture with cost being close to $2300.00 . Had to Pay $94 for a brief visit. Got to pharmacy the medicine ordered was to apply topically not orally glad my wifes a nurse very bad mistake.

We thought we would switch to Aspen because you always see their ads on TV saying how reasonable they are and how they didnt even make a veteran pay for his dental work on a cavity. Well, we are a military family as well and they sure as heck charge us even when they made the mistake of doing full stays when our insurance only covers some xrays. Their mistake cost us over $100. And they would not do anything to help us out when I asked. Then my husband went in for a tooth that was bothering him. They literally took a few minutes to look at it and sure enough they wanted to take xrays and when he said insurance wont cover it so he cant do them they didnt help him out and sent him on his way knowing he will be gone for a few months at his base. And I just got a bill for over $60 for them just to poke his tooth. Seriously NOT reasonable dentistry. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

One of the worst dental experiences in my life. I went to them initially to have an annual checkup and to have a chip/break in my front tooth repaire. The repair they made looked fine but only lasted less a few weeks. Then the dentist recommended that I get a crown. My tooth was prepared and they took molds of my teeth for the crown and supposedly did a color match (WRONG). When the tooth came back it was the wrong color. But the temporary tooth that was put on in its place fell out the first day. No adhesive was applied. The doctor left before the temporary was placed in my mouth and the technician who put it in obviously used no glue. I did not go back for them to glue the temporary (my fault/busy schedule). I just persevered until the crown came in, When the first crown came in it was too long and the wrong color. So it had to be sent back for a color change and to be shorten. I received another temporary tooth. Well the doctor put on another temporary this time and he really glued it on. He glued it on with an adhesive that obviously was WRONG for a temporary because they could not easily remove it. The next dentist I saw had to drill the temporary tooth off. Then the second crown again was the wrong color (WRONG AGAIN!). Another temporary was made and put on. So now I am waiting for the crown (Third time) and hoping it is the right color. In the meantime the temporary I had fell off while I was eating a salad a few days ago and is broken and can no longer be used to hide the ugly tooth stub. I have this HIDEOUS gap and STUB of a tooth in the front of my mouth. I have had so much anxiety regarding this dental situation and no resolution in sight for a few more days. This is not a matter of insurance, nor a matter of money...I have both and have paid in full my co-pay for this procedure. It is a matter of good dental service of which I have yet to receive. After the first two disastrous appointments and having not received a crown that matches and is acceptable I am very disappointed and disgusted with ASPEN Dental.

If I could put a BIG FAT GOOSE EGG I WOULD!!!!!!!My fiancé is still crying 45 minutes after being seen. She is 26 weeks pregnant with our son and they would not give her the right medication that she was cleared to use. They numbed the wrong spots and still tried to pull the tooth anyway, the best part? When she told them it hurt THEY KEPT GOING!!!! I AM COMPLETELY OUTRAGED AND WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

The dental hygienist is a poor example of a “ health Professional” she has terrible attitude and makes you despise going to the dentist even more.Caution advisory to anyone expecting friendly compassionate service. The truly sad part is that she spoils the place for the other employees.Seek care elsewhere.

The doctors and staff are the best ever!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of everyone I met.

I was told by the office staff that they will not put fillings in my cavities unless I pay over $600 for a deep cleaning (scaling) on my teeth.Outrageous! Unbelievable!!You can’t have dental care for any cavities like you need unless you pay for an extremely costly $600 + cleaning of your teeth.

Their xrays were more thorough than other dentists Ive been to. Because their xrays were more thorough, they alerted me of things I needed done. Their dental hygienist had a softer and more experienced touch than other dentists Ive been to. The Dentist herself was pleasant and did great job. I have nothing bad to say about them. And I like writing bad reviews. Lol

I have had some bad experience with getting my teeth clean, Lauren was very gentle and very nice. My overall experience was very outstanding!!!!

My experience at Aspen Dental was the best I have had in years.

Its too soon to rate the actual dental service, but if you provide your Email address, be prepared to be overwhelmed with messages. You will be Emailed an appointment confirmation, after the appointment, you will get 2-3 requests for a review & another appointment confirmation with a request for you to respond to confirm the appointment you just made. If you dont respond within a day, you will receive another Email that informs you that the appointment must be reconfirmed or you may lose your slot. Gee, I have nothing else to do but communicate with Aspen Dental.
