Love the team at Mailroom Barber Co! I dont always have a consistent schedule, so Im not always with the same person but everyone Ive interacted with and had cut my hair there has been awesome! Shoutouts to Kiwi and Cameron who cut my hair recently for the amazing cuts. An easy recommendation, just make sure you schedule ahead of time as bookings can sometimes be scarce.

I used to love their matte clay hair product. The last one I got was greasy and more like a lotion than clay. So sad.

I switched to the Mailroom earlier this year based on a friends feedback. I couldnt be happier with that decision as my haircut has been much better quality. Cameron is one of the most caring individuals I have met. He goes out of his way to make sure our experience is excellent. Thank you, Rob for taking the time to clear things up. I appreciate it.I booked an appointment for a haircut and beard trim with Trey Witt for 9/12 at 3pm. I got a confirmation on TMBC website and a confirmation text message. The day of the appointment, I left early from my second job to get ready. After I got home, I received a text from Trey (around 12pm). He let me know that my appointment wasn’t available and I would need to reschedule it for the following week. I let him know that I had already taken time off work and that I would have to go somewhere else. I then thanked him for messaging me. Trey never responded.Normally, I wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review. But given the fact that my business meant so little to Trey that he couldn’t even respond and the fact that I lost $120 for the time I took off work, I feel it’s necessary to post. I also feel the need to point out TMBC also has a cancellation policy that states that anyone who doesn’t give a FULL 12 hour notice before cancelling their appointment will have to pay half the amount of the booked service. Apparently, TMBC doesn’t have a policy on their barbers cancelling on clients last minute.I was a client of Rob Watkins for several years. Back when it was Watkins Clean Cuts, when he was cutting in the mail room at SmartPhone Repair and when he started apprenticing at the barber lounge, I was always happy to get a great haircut and even happier to support a small business that I cared about. As his clientele grew and prices went up, I had to find another barber that better fit my schedule and budget. Being a busy and broke college student at the time, it wasn’t within my means to go to TMBC. Now that I have the time and money, I was very excited to go to the new shop and see how things have changed. That never happened. This is the first time since 2016 that I have tried to book an appointment with TMBC and it will most likely be my last.

The atmosphere matches the quality of the hair cut experience, Superb! My son and I travel a bit to get here because they are simply the only True Master Barbers around. We get our hair cut by Rob Bispo. The guy is genuine and really takes his time to make sure you are happy with the style you want. The other Barbers haircuts Ive seen are great too. You cant go wrong with either location.

I searched for months trying to find somewhere that could do a detailed design in my undercut, when I stumbled upon this gem! Rob and his staff are phenomenal. I love Mailroom Barber. All my life Ive hated getting haircuts and even cut my own hair buzzcut style for years to avoid the disappointment of getting a bad haircut every time. Then one day a friend got his hair cut at mailroom and it looked great so I decided to give it a try. Ive since been visiting Rob Bispo for my haircuts every month for 3 years. He cuts it right every time and I really enjoy the hot towel at the end. As of this review theyve recently moved to a new location where they handle exclusively gentlemen which makes for a very signature experience that you just dont find outside a classic barber shop. Their downtown location is now a salon that I have to assume is also excellent.
