Weve been with Phillips since they stated their company. Our lawn is exposed to pests, weeds and a decent slope down to the water.Waynes team has successfully eliminated sod webworms, mole crickets, along with POA Ana and nutsedge. Phillips constant attention to detail and timely service has been a constant throughout. When there has been pop-up issues, the damage was contained and the lawn recovered.Im an avid DIY and took 2018-2019 and decided to take on the lawn treatment. Well, were back with Philips after my less than successful effort. Wayne was very supportive of my efforts, and wasnt rude or belittling when we stopped service and then after my failure was as supportive as any one could be. Hes beating back the weeds I let in and out lawn has improved dramatically.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about Wayne and his business. Wayne has got to be one of the most professional and attentive local business owners Ive ever dealt with. I know for a fact that he is constantly driving around and monitoring his accounts (my wife and I see him doing it). I personally had a tough year, this year with my zoysia (only yard in my neighborhood with it) and we went down the road of trying to correct it, but at the end of the day he went above and beyond to make things right with me and the yard. I know that not everything can be fixed and some situations can be overlooked, but he did everything he and his employees could do to make things right, and by making it right, he replaced every bad spot with new sod. I personally love taking care of my lawn, but its honestly cheaper for me to pay them monthly than it is for me to go to Lowes and buy the products needed to constantly combat the yard myself. It was a big pill for me to swallow to ask for help, but Florida mixed in with reclaimed water sprinkler system, and zoysia proved to be a tough battle. Wayne and his guys are always open to helping me out and listening to my thoughts, suggestions, and concerns.

Philips Turf Science professionalism is the “Best in Class”. They came and did their monthly yard fertilization on our yard on a windy day which in turn sprayed some of the fertilizer on our pool deck that resulted in staining. That said, I immediately phoned Philips Turf and explained the situation. That VERY SAME MORNING, Philips Turf was back at our home and cleaned up the staining problem. No questions asked... Because of Philips Turf’s expertise, we continually get compliments on how good our yard looks!
