Hands down, this the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had.My hair is natural and I came in for a wash, blow dry, and flat iron. I made an appointment for 1230 and waited nearly 45min to be seen. After my wash, the stylist sat me in a chair with my hair dripping wet and no towel for about 15min while she worked on her other client; her associate noticed and brought me one of her own towels.Once finished, so much product was in my hair that my hands were greasy after touching my hair. With further inspection, my scalp was not even clean. I’ve had to rewash and do my hair because it was worse than when I came in.

Great salon. Friendly staff/stylists. Convenient downtown location. Meter parking. I went there for the eyebrow threading service. Call ahead to make an appointment. Very happy.

These people are angels sent from heaven to remind us just how beautiful we are inside and out. I had the best experience ever at ingas she truly is the best. My lashes are amazing and amazingly affordable. If youre looking for a place of peace while you get pampered go to ingas lashes and more!
