Troy is absolutely amazing!!! I have been a client of his for over 10 years! He knows his stuff when it comes to hair! I never need a picture of what I want. I can just look at him and tell him to make me look pretty! He succeeds evrytime!!!

Kalen and Troy are both absolutely amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable in their craft. Have been a client of Troys for 10 years. I may let others trim my hair when I cant see him, but for cut, color, style, you wont find anyone better. He knows how to style your hair to match your face, look & lifestyle. He also does my sons and daughters (all teenagers with very different looks). If I cant see Troy & would definitely sit in Kalens chair! Ive watched her do amazing things over the years!

Been a customer through the entire covid virus never had a problem was always great till today when I walk in and I was turned away saying it was to late in the evening its not even 6pm but hey your loss on business and your bad review I always gave them $27 or better for a 5 minute haircut. But I will never go back such a shame always thought they were great ladies especially since I was one of three customers in their building TERRIBLE THIS WAS A AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND TO THINK I WAS GOING BRING MY SONS HERE

DO NOT go. You will get messed up. This was a client who went in with a bang trim and came out butchered. The manager backed the stylist up and refused to give a refund.

Lady at front counter was very rude. Didn’t get her name, blonde with nose rings. Giving us dirty looks the whole time and rolled her eyes when we asked about hair coloring. We took our business elsewhere. Ridiculously rude.

Online check in is useless as they allow walkins to take place ahead of you regardless. A 15 minute wait turned into a 2 hour wait.

Halle did an absolutely amazing job both times I have been to see her!! If anyone is wanting to go blonde I recommend stopping in to see her!!

I had to go back three times. :,( This is from the second and third time I went back. I wanted to cry at the register. Why? First haircut took about five minutes. The trim around the ears was chopped and had long hair around. She said, I dont know why his hair does that? Nobody else ever left his hair that way. The second time I asked her for a tight fade, since she couldnt understand why some hairs were longer than others, well she butchered it again. What made me feel like she didnt want to even cut his hair or have us there beside the fact that she wouldnt cut it right? Not one time did she style his hair after the cut. The boys before him walked out looking amazing. Other people walked out with the hair do. My friend works at a supercuts in L.A. and every time I went every single person walked out with some type of style and so did I. Every time we take my boy for a haircut they gel him up. It was clear to me we werent wanted there. The only reason I didnt ask for my money back was to avoid a stereotype and have them think I wanted a free haircut. The manager did fix it, but she didnt erase the experience. I hope she was just having a bad day.

My dad got his hair cut here and he asked to leave the length of the top and take off the sides. The woman shaved the sides and barely left any on the top like he asked as well as barely cleaning the hair off of him after his hair cut. WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN do not waste your money here because they rush your service and talk to the other employees majority of the time.

My son has High Functioning Autism and haircuts are usually quite the task but Nikki at this location takes the extra effort to make him comfortable. The store is super clean and everyone is always smiling. I would give the store and this specific employee more stars if I could.

I Im so glad to have finally found a place to take my son for a haircut! Nicole is the only one whos cut his hair here but Im sure the other girls are just as great. They definitely keep traffic flowing here, but are so respectful and make sure everyone is satisfied with there work! Nicole treats my son like a little gentleman and gives him a precision haircut! Weve been several places that didnt give my young man a quality haircut. I highly recomend her work!

They gave me a AMAZING hair cut. I have really bad haircut phobia but here they dis amazing. They showed me a new way to put up my curly hair and they suggested a GREAT new product.

Ive had multiple issues with this location so decided to stop going. Gave it one more shot tonight since my son needed a haircut. Showed up at 750 when they closed at 8 and they said they closed early for the night. Unprofessional way to run a business.

My son wasnt welcome since he is unable to wear a mask. Very disappointing.

The salon has a new staff and they are amazing! It has had a great turn around and they are very knowledgeable.

Amber was fantastic. She highlighted and trimmed my hair. It was the first time going to supercuts to get a highlight. She was spot on. She listened to me ! They were very busy however she took her time to make sure it was right and that I was happy. Amber works on Saturdays and Sundays. I highly recommend her. She has 15 years of experience and it show. Been coming here for years, they have one employee on, very cheap! She couldnt even keep any fairness, I walk outside to My Car and she lets the next customer go right in front of me real nice;doesnt even apologize,real nice management. Stay Away!!!

Staff was rude at this location. I was the only customer yet the stylist seemed to be in a rush. She did not clean up after the customer before me. I wanted a trim and my hair thinned out. She did literally two cuts on both sides and was done. Walked away before I could ask for it to be done again. Cut was overpriced for the service I got.

Angie and the guy that was with her with the comb and scissor tatoo from the Taylor mill location sucked. They filled in today at Florences location and had awful attitudes. Making fun of customers and cussing. They also made fun of other employees. And the haircut she gave my brother sucked and I had to fix it.... If they dont like their job they should get a new one...

If you get Nikki, run. She smokes after every haircut, stops every 5 minutes to gossip with the other employee(s) and butchered my simple mens cut. I was on a time crunch and from out of town and like a fool I went to supercuts. She chopped off the left side completley uneven with everything else and I have so many scraggly hairs over my entire head. Its like half the hairs on top werent even cut. She has a terrible attitude and its apparent she either hates her life or her job. They get paid hourly and have.no motivation to do a good job, I assume. Spend the extra cash and go to a pro at a salon.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. Made an online appointment for a haircut and shampoo for 4:45 pm 01/18/20. Sat for 30 mins and waited. 3 people that came in after me got served before me. I was done waiting and left.

Brittany cut my hair. There was only one man in there when I went at 3pm on a Tuesday. Someone greeted me when I walked in and said theyd be with me in a few minutes. Brittany was not terribly talkative which for me I like that about a stylist but it can come off as being rude.I liked that she did exactly what I asked with my hair and even did some strange technique to trim my bangs which made them look great!For $14 I got what I wanted and I cannot complain there. Will likely be back.

This place has really gone downhill. The stylist clearly could not follow directions. I had to go and have my childrens hair cut, again. I will not be returning

Nicole looked like she got right out of bed and came to work. She gossiped with another employee and never interacted with me. She was very lazy and it was apparent that she didn’t want to be there. Also the worst cut I ever received.

My ex husband took my 3 year old son here. The hair dresser Brittany knicked his ear, his hair is completely uneven, and he has a bald spot above his ear. This is the worst haircut he has ever gotten.

Staff is usually on point and the wait isnt terrible. I mean, I wouldnt get a bridal updo but everything else is fine

I asked the girl for a v cut with layers in the front she did kind of a u shape that boxed around my face, I asked her to add more layers around my face and after the second round I gave up. She obviously has no business cutting hair at all. I got back to my house and realized that it was completely uneven and looks horrible. I will never go to supercuts again. Theres a reason why its so cheap. Lesson learned.
