Hopefully, after the next visit, he will be sure that they are all gone from my yard. I am allergic and my yard service employee has been stung several times. Great inspector! Great sale. Terrible customer service. The inspector failed to let me know there were going to be multiple visits to my home, as he just described one visit was necessary. Also, made appointments to come to my home without letting me, the customer know. And when I found out about the follow on appointments I made it very clear that their time didn’t work and asked to reschedule. Well the gentlemen working proceeded to come by two hours early because they were in the neighborhood. Then decided to argue with my wife.Great work and thanks for preventing termites in my home and treating my crawl space.Garbage and needs extreme improvement on customer service.

Ive used Terminix for years! Great service and friendly and professional technicians that come into my home. I dont like bugs of any kind and with Terminix there are none!! Also, no lingering odors that run and your pet out of the house. I may see an occasional ant mound outside which they handle quarterly. If you want your home free of bugs....TERMINIX is your best friend!

They have been out 3 times from the 29th.Got worse I go outside and spray myself and roaches come out the ground going up side of house where its supposed been treated for 4 months.I about to try orken running out of patient and maybe a refund.

I was told that the crawl space moisture barrier was not up to code and that th moisture there was causing fungus to grow. Even though Terminix had done the original job12 or13 yeas ago. I was still charged $30130

Brought our first home and saw these big flying bugs call someone and they told me they are termites. Mr Jeff came in and never been bothered again around my home. Fortunately, for us if we do see them all we need to do is call Mr.Jeff our Terminix guy and he takes care of it. He’s really knowledgeable of what he’s doing and his job.

Since having Terminix service for past 5 years, I have gotten nothing but Grate Service.Jeff is my Tech Guy, always on time, schedule, answers all my goofy questions about bugs.My only concern is when the office calls to schedule, they call on a 800 number, and I never answer those! So we play phone tag every time. I would like to have one number in my contacts so I know it’s Terminix calling.

Had great service today from Joe Ortiz (tech# 1548). He came back to retreat some stubborn ants that are finally starting to get better. I called when I saw them appear again and he was out the next day. He didn’t just come out treat and leave. He asked me where I had seen them, walked the yard with me and pointed out a few more smaller piles forming. Thanks, I feel better with kids and my small dog’s being in the yard 😁

I did not have a real bad infestation of fleas but I called Terminix to spray for precautions to get rid of them completely. So far I have not seen any in the house or outside. I will continue to have the service each month to keep them away. The technician Jeff is very professional and is very knowledgeable about his job.

Recently had vapor barrier installed underneath home. Very impressed by quality and workmanship. The guys who installed the vapor barrier were professional and answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Project supervisor, Justin, was extremely helpful throughout the process from initial inspection through to final inspection. I would highly recommend this service.

Prompt and professional from start to finish a little pricey but for guaranteed service no complaints here.

We experienced an infestation of german cockroaches while using a competitor service for over a year. Although we called the company back on several occasions to complain that their service was not showing any signs of ridding the pests, we called Terminix. We noticed a 95% improvement on their first service. Understanding that it would take at least 3 applications to get rid of the pests, we have not seen not one cockroach after the second application.

So I had finally had it. I was tired of trying to fight the pests on my own. I expected it to be an exorbitant amount of money but I was so tired.We got a free estimate by a very friendly and frank gentleman and it was absolutely reasonable! They even treat the ant piles outside as part of the service. We scheduled our first treatment right away. We had to do some prep work which was mostly moving food from areas to be treated.Billy was our technician. He arrived right on time and was super friendly and it immediately put me at ease. He was willing to answer all my questions and at the end it was like we were all friends. He’s very knowledgable and went the extra mile to make sure we were properly covered. We have a 18 month old and she even liked him. The stuff they used are kid and pet friendly. Even the spray he used, once dry is unnoticeable.

They did not do the most important service I had requested which was the termite inspection of a particular area. And the services are not thorough enough as far as having my whole house sprayed down.

I no longer allow Terminex in my home! He dripped poison everywhere he walked, and even sprayed my roll of toilet paper on the wall. I have dogs and he said it was Fine for them to walk in the poison- as I walked around trying to clean up behind him. He didnt like it when I suggested for him to lick it off his feet or for his children! Dont let them inside!

I paid $150 for a one time treatment and it was not worth it. All the technician did was spray the corners on the inside and outside the home. He was here for around 20 minutes. I could have done what he did myself with a store bought pesticide for a fraction of the cost.. Big rip off and so not worth it

Not overly happy with my first service with Terminix, I was billed twice and when I called about it I was told it was a credit added to my account. To be applied to the my next service. Well the first service was not a good one. I was told they would do certain things and the guy didnt touch them. He blew through my house and all I felt he did was spray my yard. Im not a happy camper with them.

I love the call backs in between the quarterly services. I also appreciate the information on prevention of issues.

When my mom found out the damage that was caused to her home she freaked out and ready to cry by the time these 2 gentlemen left they had my mom laughing and feeling so good about her decision. Terminix did a great job on identifying the needs in my home. I called for attic insulation and they inspected the crawl space and identified some issues with the crawl space. The installers were friendly and did a great job. The representatives (Spencer and Mark) were wonderful to work with. I recommend Terminix for attic or crawl space needs.

Representative came to the house with nothing but a Business card. He was not helpful at all and cannot even give me quotes on services that I needed. so I still have no idea what I should be doing as far as getting my pest control service done.

Terminix always call to let you know when they are coming. When they arrive, they let you know the services they are about complete. The technicians even treat my ant piles and clear the cobwebs from around the house. I dont even ask them to complete these tasks. The technicians are friendly and courteous.

Such a great company had two technicians come out to check my house for termites. Spencer and Mark they were very courteous and early for the appointment. I would highly recommend this company as well as them.

The tech is great always professional and punctual. The only thing that is disappointing is that I have to call every time to tell them I dont want something and its the same thing everytime. They will right everytime but still have to call. That is very frustrating they should be able to put a note in the system as a reminder for the next time.
