Great place, with good service and advice

I’m very overwhelmed with the work that this company did. I asked for a tune up on my car because I was going out of town. They did what they did while I was driving my car started to shake (which it didn’t do it before) my car started to mark the check engine. They did a very poorly job and charged me like crazy... leaving me with only 3 plugs working. My car would loose strength when trying to go over 40 mph. Very disappointed with the work that was done to my car.. literally they left it worse then before..

These guys do an awesome job. Extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what needs fixing and what can wait. Case in point, I took my truck in to have new pads and rotors put on. They replaced the fronts but explained that the rears were in fine shape and wouldn’t need replacing for another year or so. I’m willing to bet very few places would be that honest. Won’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.

My car broke down on the way to work. Their day was full; however, they found a way to schedule me in and found out the problem with my car. They informed of the problem and informed me they could not fix it, they were very honest and gave great service.

The guys at Siems are the best around. They know their customers and work to get what needs to be done, with the best price they can.Honest, no bull type of guys. A rarity these days.

Cameron, we repaired the leaky radiator and water pump in your car.when you came back your heater core was leaking. when you fix a external coolant leak, it can cause the next weakest part to fail. Your car was leaking and it caused to to overheat, prompting you to come in and that was your complaint. You and your mom came in the shop after the repair and talked to you about what was going on and you guys left understanding the situation i hope your review was before you returned to the shop. if it was it would be nice if you would remove it . Your mom has been a customer with us for 6 years and havnt had a problem with our service. thank you for your business
