Usually Ashley is the one taking care of our monthly pest control and has always been nothing but professional and great at answering any questions I had. This day Anthony was our tech and want a wonderful person. Very knowledgeable, personable and respectful individual. I used this company to treat my duplex due to wasps nest, they did an awesome job treating both units, since the treatment we have not seen any new wasps in the units or garage. Bug Busters has been our exterminator for a long time. And Anthony has been our inspector and treated our home (interior & exterior) for years. This company had installed rodent barrier at my residence so when I had uninvited guests in my attic, squirrels, I had them come in and install drip edge around the perimeter of the building, a sealed off basement vents (my choice versus metal grating) and set a cage where my little guests were entering. The cage was one way out the attic,no way back out of the cage.To my knowledge the cage was empty because my guests were out and about. It was not during breeding season otherwise I would not have had it done yet. If youre contemplating the job make sure its not breeding season otherwise youll be killing what babies are left in the Attic while the parents are away during the day.Ive not had any reports of any attic activity so the squatters are gone.The company arrived on time, on the day we arranged and followed up, as discussed, to retrieve the cage. All went well. I would hire them again.Though I gladly offer this review, au gratis, itd be wonderful if youd give them my name is my review influences you to use them. Id think itd result in a referral fee, but I dont know.(I support & advocate for Win/win/win scenarios; believing expressing gratitude for one another makes for a happier world).

Bug Busters took over from a previous company that they bought. Since then there is almost no personal contact with the company. They leave a phone message saying the day they are coming, but leave no chance to discuss schedule. The individual who provides service did not change and she is terrific. Rather than a message being left, they should talk to us directly so we can determine schedule together.

This was a follow up call from my call in questioning that call took place because it was raining and neither my dog or I had seen him come by. Chandler handled the follow-up call exceptionally well. The representative was good. However. I was not informed that he was coming nor did I know that you had bought out Scott’s exterminator. I should have been given the option of not going with your company bugs buster.
