I love the atmosphere. I live in Georgia and drive 3 1/2 hours just to get my nails and feet done. If you are having a bad day and walk in the shop you will leave refreshed from the love and laughter they provide.

Got my nails done purple French tip and she rudely let me know she couldn’t do French tip swoops or V j a straight line and then she messes up my nails and leaves before I can say anything onto another customer. Rude place and bad work.

I went there to get my bails done and i asked hiw much seemed like she was upset cause i asked then she started being rude about how much this and that is but seemed ahe was upset the only one there 3 customers already walked out cause the wait. I walked out cause she was cutting my nail down the middle of the ved to get these nails off instead of soaking them

Had to let her finish in order for me to leave, also they only take cash now.. she was hurting my nails, being rough and rude also with an attitude.. I have to go to another shop in order for it to be corrected. if a customer asks for something you should not shake your head and also tug on their hands. $85 is a lot for just acrylics full set and no design.. but it is what it is.. Did NOT like the service will NOT be coming back. especially being the only customer they had this morning.

I will not be going back to this nail salon. I am not satisfied with my nails and they are deceiving with their prices...I thought I was getting them for $35, but she said that is before getting them painted. They were quite rude when I questioned them about it. Never again will I waste my money or time with this place. I would rather go to a place that is clear on how much I will end up paying and that does good work.

I went here for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. Katie did an excellent job. She really listened to what I wanted and I was very happy with her work. I got a French pedicure and I always ask that my cuticles not be pushed back or clipped and she did exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Ada is awesome. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years and Ive never had a more beautiful, even, and gorgeous set of acrylics put on. All other staff very nice and thanked me when I left. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Came for a polish change and wasn’t greeted by no one upon entering the salon. One of the lady even looked at me twice and still didn’t asked “how may I help you today?” I politely left. Never will go there again!! Oh yea I even at there for about 30mins before leaving.

Love Love Love this place. Mrs. Katie, Mr. Patrick, and Ms. Ida are always full of cheer, and the jokes never stop but they are still very professional. I went to the field and did a number on my nails, cracked the Gel and my real nail on my thumb in half, it hurt soooooo bad, and wouldnt stop bleeding. Mrs. Katie could tell it was very painful, but fixed it right on up, like it never happened. They are awesome!

Overall my experience was ok. i did pay $93 in total for a pedicure and fill in which i didn’t understand why i paid $40 for my nails when all she did was paint over them. don’t think i will be back

My pedicure was good but when it came to my nails, they were rushed and I asked for a coffin shape and I barely got that. My nails were wide and cricked. My fingers looked broken. I wouldn’t come back but if I did it would be for a pedicure ONLY .

It was my first time coming to this place and had the absolute best experience. upon arriving, katie, was honest upfront and told me that it would be a long wait to get a full set. i didnt mind waiting since i am currently trying to find my go-to nail salon and it wasnt even that long! it was only 30 mintues and i was thinking maybe an hour. there was only 3 people working, one guy patrick who was doing pedis, another women who was working on a client the whole time i was there and katie. she had to multi-task a little bit between me and another women but i totally understood since there was so many walk-ins and not a lot of workers and even though she was multi-tasking, she still did absouletly amazing on my nails and i dont have one complaint. i will defiantly be back in two weeks to see her again.Tip: just make an appointment and then you wont even have to wait at all.i saw the previous 2 reviews and those ladies came in the same night i did, on friday and i witnessed the whole thing. i just want to give a disclaimer and they didnt even say what really happened. katie did NOT call that women fat at all just that shes changed since she was last in and didnt recognize her at all, the word fat never came out of her mouth. They had a $50 gift certificate and used some and i suppose waited to use the rest, it had $22, but it was expired! so she got mad a katie for not accepting it. i dont understand why you would get mad at an employee who just works there and who is NOT the owner, who does not have a say on whether or not you can accept expire gift certificates, it expired in march and its september now, no business would accept that. there was no additional workers in the back doing nothing, since they never even went back there and of course every single person who walked in she said it would be a wait, because there was! she was being honest.im only speaking on this since i know how damaging a pretty bad review like that can do to a worker (and reputation of the establishment) who really didnt do anything wrong at all. forget all the negative reviews and just go there, you wont be disappointed.defiantly my go to nail salon now.

I have been going here for years Katie and Patrick are great people. Someone posted “not to go there they are closed” Yes unfortunately at this moment they are closed due to a car driving through the front door of the shop. They have immediately begun the work to reopen, so keep an eye out for the reopening of Westwood nails.

So glad I found this place! I’ve had multiple people at this salon do my nails (tips with powder gel) and it has been perfect every time. I’ve tried multiple nail salons in the Fayetteville area none of them have done a good job and overcharge. This is my new go to place.

Ive only been to this nail salon 1 time and I was disappointed with the outcome. My daughter wanted a full set of acrylic nails for her birthday so I let her get them done here. I asked upon entering how much a full set would cost and was told $25. After they were finished I was told it was $40 because she (the nail technician) used the gel polish on my daughters nails. I felt like she got over on me especially since she kept that bit of information to herself until the end. I can say we wont be return customers.

I absolutely love Katie & Patrick! They do awesome work, they are both so friendly, and take their time doing everything. As long as they are open I wont ever go to another nail place in Fayetteville.

Best set of nails I have ever had. Three weeks later they still feel and look great. I am very rough on my nails and have never had a set that lasted this well. The price is also very reasonable. Wait was about 20 minutes with having multiple people in front of me.
