The first time I went to this place, the lady was extremely rude and aggressive with my nails-causing me to actually bleed at one point. Didn’t think I would ever go back. I went back and on Friday and was assured that lady no longer worked there and got my nails done by a very nice man. While he was very nice, he convinced me to do dip powder instead of my normal acrylic after I told him my concern with dip powder being more bubbley. I was charged $70 for them to take off my previous set and give me a new set with dip. You can see the “dip” in my nails where he did not fully smooth out the dip powder. I am so annoyed with this place. I can pay much less for far better quality elsewhere.

Daniella did an AMAZING job. I just moved from Tennessee and needed a great nail tech. She took her time and delivered excellence. I could not be more please. I think I found my NC nail salon. Thank you for the great work!

I’m just leaving the shop, and I thought I was satisfied with my gel manicure but I’m not.The manager was able to make a comeback with my nails, he handled the situation and nails very well I am now satisfied with them. The first four pictures were the ones I hated, the next set of nails are the ones the manager fixed for me

It was last minute and I decided I wanted a pedicure over the holiday. I called and the guy on the phone told me to come on in knowing they close in an hour. They were super busy and he got me directly in. They obviously know the amount of employees to have on staff and ready. The salon is clean and everyone is super nice. They work hard in here! Their staff keeps it sanitary and everything seems to be prepared in a sanitary manner. All of the customers seemed to be happy with the work on their nails and I was too! I selected the basic pedicure and it was still really nice without all the bells and whistles. At a cost of $32 plus tip I’d say it was a great way to spend 45 minutes!

Very clean and professional. Was a walk in but was seen very quickly given how busy they were. Staff was very kind.

Went in without an appointment and was helped without having to wait long, but I did get there 10 mins after they opened. I got the classic pedicure and dip powder new set. You pay for what you get, my feet were polished well and my nails were done beautifully, definitely will return for future business.

Being new to the area, I found this lovely nail salon on Google. The customer service is top notch and each experience is consistent. They offer a menu for what type of service you desire and offer you a beverage as well.You also have an option to book online appointments with any nail tech that you may have made a connection with, so thats a plus. It’s a nice atmosphere but I don’t recommend getting French tips at this establishment. Also, as you can see I have polish on my hands and under my nail. Well, the nail tech told me to scrub my hands with the brush. It didn’t fix the problem. I came in to fix the first problem and now I’m leaving with a different problem. I give up

Such a good first time experience here at Grand Nails. Came for my birthday with my mom. Kate did my feet and Lisa did my ombré nails 💃🏽. Lisa took one look at my photo for how I wanted my nails and she even did them better than I expected! If you want a good/friendly service. You should definitely stop by! Very beautiful business but Im not satisfied with my nails. I have natural nails and have been getting them done for years so Im aware of what they should n shouldnt look like. They were not evened out, theyre very sharp on the corners, and lumpy. Ive also never gotten gel top coat put on top of my SNS but I did this day. I can also see spots where he missed putting the dip powder. The lady who did my pedicure even asked where I got my nails done at and her face wasnt a pleasant one when I told her there. My pedicure was great besides the tech complaining about me having glitter polish on my toes and a bit agressive. Sad to say I will not be returning.

Went last Thursday get my hands and feet did. I got a tip on my Toe and it came off in 3 days, also the polish was not neat at all, and didn t even polish it all in. My hands are horrible, they wasnt shaped to my nails at look like it was rush for no reason and noone was their. This is my 3rd time coming here and its never right even so i will find another. Wish I could get my money back thou. Oh well..

First let me say my nail tech was great! She was very personable and friendly!!! Loved her. As for the rest of it, it’s a no from me. We made appointment to avoid having to wait long. My appointment didn’t start until an hour after I scheduled it and I ordered the nicest pedicure and didn’t get the full treatment because they were running late and probably wanted to go home. It was a 22 min massage and my whole service lasted 22 mins aside from the polish. Such a disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I never take my time out to write a review either good or bad but this time is an exception because Valerie is AMAZING and the service is A1! She is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technicians do. Her shaping and polishing skills are on point! She CARES & takes the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

I went to Grand Nails for the first time ever today. They had really good reviews so I figured Id give the place a try and Im so glad I did! I am beyond pleased! To start off the place is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. I had a 3 oclock appointment and arrived 45 minutes early. They started working on me and my daughters pedicures almost 20 minutes earlier then scheduledappointment time. Katie did my daughters toes and nails and my daughter absolutely loved her. My daughter is very shy and Katie made her feel very comfortable. My daughter bummed her nails before they were dry and Katie had no problem fixing two of her nails. Val worked on my toes and nails and I can say enough good things about her. She took her time but at the same time was very quick. She was focused and she made sure I was getting exactly what I asked for. I am beyond pleased and will definitely be back!! Thank you Val and Katie.

Got my nails done here for my wedding back in December, they did the shape and all around wonderfully! I was very happy for these results for my big day! Very expensive though when you could go somewhere else with the same quality. They also offer you sodas or water which is nice.

I always come here for pedicures, and bring my daughter (5) with me to get her nails painted. i never feel rushed and my feet always come out looking great! customer service is really good and my daughter loves the snacks lol

We decided to try a new place and we are completely satisfied. The location is easy to get to. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is welcoming. The menu is easy to read and understand. There is no nickel-and-diming. The Pedicure Chairs are extremely comfortable. The huge color selection for polish color and dipping means you will find the right color for any occasion. Thi was our nail guru. There are 26 pedicure spa stations. 2 childrens princess posh pods. 15 manicure stations.

The last few times I have been here (with an appointment), I’ve had to wait 30-60minutes. Unfortunately they are short staffed, which is fine — but that should be reflected in their online appointment booking system. It’s very frustrating.

Went yesterday for the first time to get my nails done for my wedding day. I usually don’t like nail salons and go to private artists but this experience was AMAZING! Michelle was very good and the results are exactly what I wanted and even better! The place is clean and has snacks and drinks. Nice employees !

Been here pre pandemic and loved it. Just came for the first time post Covid and I’m not thrilled with the results of my manicure or my experience. I asked for my nails to be filed a little shorter and the tech filed them painfully short. The entire time she was on personal calls. If I’m gonna pay $84 for a mani and pedi I’d like to be happy with the result and not feel like the tech isn’t paying enough attention to the work that’s being done. I got a gel manicure and she would put on a topcoat and have to redo the nail after the topcoat was already done. Way too many layers of polish and constantly having to file away mistakes. I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m honestly just not happy with the result at all and if I’m gonna pay almost $100 for a service I expect them to turn out good.

Beyond decadent. This establishment sets a rather high level of customer service. Very attentive to their client needs. Exceptionally wonderful manicures and pedicures.

Nice girl but not constant with the foot massage, it was more like a rub and done. She didnt do a very good job and ultimately I had her take off the nail polish. It was definitely not worth $65. Very upset that they didnt have a basic deep hand treatment and massage and the owner wasnt willing to do one without polish attached to it, I even told him charge me as is just dont do the polish and he wouldnt do it. BAD BUSINESS! Will not be coming back.

2nd visit and not a disappointment! Made an appointment online about an hour before I wanted to come in, walked in showed him an image (booth 1) and he copied it to the T!!! I’m getting married this week and they are prefect bridal nails❤️❤️Ombré nails cost me $45.Update: lasted a month, went to get a fill in and was told I had to either continue the ombré colors or have it taken off completely ($60) and new set. How annoying that I can’t pick a color I want after this without having to redo everything. Seems like something should be told to customers before getting ombré nails that they cannot change then .

Terrible wax job. I came in on February 26, 2021. My eyelids were burning and very red. The pictures show how my eyelids looked after getting a wax there. There are sores/ burn marks. I will never go back there for an eyebrow wax. I only got a eyebrow wax because I was there to get a pedicure. Bad choice.

I am a caregiver so I don’t do much to pamper myself. I had been wanting to get my toes done with a massage so I picked a package I thought would do that. What I got was a rush job with not much massage care. The color that I picked to do my nails I didn’t think looked right for me so I ask for a color change as was told I would have to wait 25 more min and pay 14 dollars more!! Was clear it was all about the money here!

Have been coming here since opening. Nails are done well, last up to 3 weeks, good customer service. High employee turnover. Plexiglass bwt nail tech and customer. Not a fan of them still offering snacks and beverages, as people need to remove masks to eat/drink.

Will not go back.I Went there in less than a week for gel manicure and my nails are already chipped. Very disapointed...

Went in a couple of weeks ago for a manicure & gel polish with my daughter. It really was just a hand soak in a bowl of cold water & a polish. She completely reshaped my nails & polished them. Unfortunately they chipped the next day. My daughter was done with hers before my were done being filed. She told me they didnt shape her nails but buffed them down with the drill, on my 15yrs natural nail. Liked the setup & decor but still looking for a regular nail spot.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done as a birthday gift to myself and 5 hours later my thumb nail was burning. I did contact the facility and they offered to correct it and they even asked today what steps were taken by the previous technician and said they’ll speak to them about it! I went in today they did a redo but now the thumbnail does not match the rest of my hand, it is a dull (gel nail polish) Color now and have multiple prints due to not being cured long enuff. The facility is nice and the greeter is very welcoming to clients as you go in. Still will go back to try another technician tho.😔 I got my natural nails done 1/12/21, 1 broke on 1/14/21(the one w/ decor I glued it back since I another broke on 1/18/21, and then 1 this morning 1/21/21. My nails were strong the technician said..The acrylic did have air bubbles. I booked with a nail technician who is no longer there but is listed online still😒.. That is my final visit.

What is the point of making an appointment days in advance when I have to sit there and wait over 30 minutes with 5 people ahead of me. I ended up leaving because even after 35 minutes of waiting no one was wrapping up and there was still another person ahead of me. This is very poor customer service and I had been coming here for a few months now.

UPDATE:The owner promptly reached out after my review and I went in the next day and he personally fixed my nails. They look great and he was very nice. He even took a picture of my nails so he could teach the one that did my nails and so it wouldn’t happen again. Very great experienceI haven’t had my nails done in forever so I was looking forward to this. Sad to say I’m very disappointed. I got a gel manicure on Thursday and now Monday my nails look terrible. The gel has already lifted and peeled off all my fingers except my thumbs. It looks ridiculous and waste of money. Also when I showed up almost ten minutes after opening the front desk woman let me know that no one had showed up for work yet so I had to wait a bit for someone. I feel that is unprofessional. He was nice and the place is gorgeous I will say that but disappointed in the results of my nails especially when you pay $35 you expect gel polish to last longer than three days.

Iv been to many places and always see people leave a review based on what kind of mood there in or based on how much money they had to spend. I’m leaving a review because this place has an outstanding staff. They are professional, friendly and excellent at their job. Erica was my nail tech and I highly recommend her and this place of business. This place has earned my business and I will definitely be back.Side note: To the customers next to me you need relax and stop telling the nail techs how to do their job. They weren’t rushing anyone out of there chair. Just because another place puts your and your mothers shoes on before they painted your toes doesn’t mean you have to get rude with your nail tech she gets paid to do her job not put up with your attitude and rudeness. Change is a good thing, we are all different and set in our on ways but it doesn’t hurt to break the rules or our habits every now and then. When you asked for a glass of wine I thought to myself if this lady is like this sober I’d hate to be sitting here after 1 glass. Enjoy life and relax!If you have a problem with any place of business you should let a manager know your experience before bashing with them reviews instead of hiding behind your phone. Everyone has bad days and makes mistakes. Get over it we are all human.

Manicure & pedicure was very good. The lady has very good attention to detail skills. Just be prepare to pay more than other places. Basic pedicure & manicure with gel french $92 + tip. So it was higher than expected.

Second time ever going here and I will never go back. I literally just left and I’m getting a better look at my nails and feet and it’s crazy. I paid over $100 for a full set and for my feet to be done and am completely unsatisfied. I shouldn’t be able to see the brush strokes, have paint on my fingers and lumps in my nails. I’d rather not get my nails done at all next time

The second time I went was the best. Nae (or Nay?) Was the nail tech who took care of me. I had the SNS dip done and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The correct length, a smooth finish, and very efficient. My new go-to nail salon in this area.

Grand Nails Salon is the very best nail salon I have been to. Two months later, they are still great! I had some health reasons I could not get back before now. They are thin, not thick like most salons do. They look natural. I had no water seeping into the nails underneath. They have stayed perfectly attached to my nails as they should. The backs are smooth as they have grown out. They are still perfect! I had to send a review! Cannot wait to go back!!!

The best place Ive ever been for a pedicure. This salon is super clean, friendly, and affordable. They had plenty of color options and complimentary drinks. I will definitely be going back!

This was my second visit. Was really impressed with first visit. However really disappointed on this visit. My pedicure was probably 70% complete when the associate got up and started working with a different customer. The manager came over to finish the polishing then he got up and left. It took a third person to finish the job and by then I was taking actions to leave. When asked how was my service I told them I was very disappointed. I thought they were very unprofessional. I was offered a 10% discount. To top it off when I got home 2 hours later the polish on 2 of my toes flaked off. I sure hope the other customer is a very good and loyal customer because I will not be one.

Id love to leave a better review as the nail techs are nice and try to do a great job, but 3 visits and $83 in a 9 day period later I just cant say Im happy. At all.I had a full set done here, and while it didnt look spectacular, it was fine and the tech really tried. 4 days later, a nail popped off. No big deal, I went back in and paid to have it repaired and my nails repainted by someone else.Well, fast forward 3 more days since that visit and 5(!) more nails have come off. Ive had my nails done for years and this has never happened. I went back and explained the situation. They fixed my nails and did a fill-in, which I normally wouldnt need this soon. I paid essentially as much for this service as I did the initial first set, which is unacceptable. My nails look good now, but it shouldnt take me having to double and triple pay for a service that should have been done right in the first place. Very disappointed.

I normally dont go with the wife when she gets her nails done but the rain drove me inside. My wife normally gets her nails done by T with beautiful results but as he wasnt in at the time, Ly filled in who also did also did an amazing job. I was offered a beverage, Coke for me, water for the wife and wine for my daughter getting a pedicure trying to de stress and succeeding. Fantastic customer service. Happy wife, happy life, for me!

The salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. However, the girl that did my nails wasnt the best. I got the classic pedicure which is supposed to come with a 8 Minute massage according to the menu they give you when you sit down. I got maybe a one minute massage on each foot and the paint job my nails and my toes could have been much better for the price I paid. I have paint around my nails on my fingers along with pieces of skin and cuticles.

This is my new favorite place! First of all the customer service is phenomenal. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and everyone had a smile on their face which was nice. I was offered a selection of water, coffee and snacks. They have a great selection of colors and PLENTY of pedicure and manicure chairs. The decor is very inviting and upscale with a relaxing atmosphere. Vanessa did my pedicure and was very nice and meticulous.i would highly recommend!

I really enjoy this place. Im stuck between a 4 star and five star rating here. I love my nail tech, Tee. But sometimes the wait time is ridiculously long. And sometimes it seems like other techs just rush through your nails because they get so busy. Dont get me wrong, they are a great place to visit. Just, make an appointment FIRST so youre not waiting nearly 2 hours before you get seen.

Business was clean and organized but service was ok. I wanted the same shape and length as my friend sitting beside me but my nail tech did my nails much shorter and not as nice as my friend’s, which came out beautifully. The nails on my left and right hand were very different and I am pretty sure that my tech was rushing so she wasn’t worried about checking for consistency or errors.

The gentleman that was doing my wifes nails kept getting up making the whole ordeal last way longer than it should. Were still here right now and its been 2 hrs. He needs to hire a cashier.Update: it was another 40min after I posted this that my wifes nails were finally done, and theyre not up to par. We definitely will not be going back.

Im completely disappointed of my nails. I told her they were crook it while doing them and it still was not fixed. I wish I never went in. The place is nice and beautiful but the quality of my nails is if an 12 year old did them. I wont go back! Now I have to spend my evening fixing my nails which is what I was trying to to avoid.

I had meet Jenny before at another nail shop. She was so professional and attentive, doing a great job on my nails that I followed her here. I have been here now 3 times and seen different people each time and received the same quality of service and professionalism. And my nails look Great!

The salon is super clean & nice but worker does not know what she was doing during the process, massage no worth for the price i paid for detox pedicure. I also got a full set by a tech named Lisa weeks ago but her work and her attitude does not amazed me.

I think the tech I had name was Clara. She was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She did exactly what I asked for and I like that in a nail tech. I also love the atmosphere of this shop, so classy and upscale.

On Aug 18,2019 I went in a paid for a pedicure and a full set... less than 2 weeks in, day 9, my nails were coming off.. nails that should last 3 weeks or better before needing a fill in! My nails broke off and the set was coming loose from my nail after only 9 days.I have been traveling so I wasn’t able to get back into their location until the morning of day 11. This salon refused to repair there low quality work!! He offered me a 15% discount to fix their mess!I would rather pay full price for quality work instead of giving them more of my money!!I would still be paying for a whole new set instead of a fill in!I would not recommend ever going to this salon! The quality is terrible and customer service is even worse!!

Wasnt the best experience. Communicating with the nail tech was like pulling teeth, she kept misunderstanding what I was saying and I had to repeat myself a lot. I dont know who did my nails because she wasnt wearing a name tag and Im pretty sure she never introduced herself. I got dip powder for the first time and I wanted to like it but it just didnt meet my expectations. I left with my nails different lengths, 2 bleeding cuticles, and a bunch of powder left under my nails. Ive heard that dip is supposed to last 2 or 3 weeks but one week later and the dip had cracks in it and all the dip on my right hand is separating from my nails. I ran my hand through my hair and my hair got caught under the dip and ripped out. Its frustrating that I already have to get it fixed.

My daughter and I had a nice relaxing time at Grand Nails Salon. First time in and we were Amazed on how beautiful the salon,but the customer service was perfect,they made you feel special,not just a number. Im big on that kinda of service. My new nail spot.

I have no issue paying for a top notch service . I typically dont complain but I want to warn others because I checked the reviews before I came. I went with my husband and we both got pedicure and manicures. Usually places start on me first because I take longer as the female. They started with which we both thought was crazy. The pedicure its self was alright . I got my nails dipped and as the guy was doing my manicure, I started bleeding. He put some green stuff on it and continued going . Two days later and now I have an infection . Not worth the money or service !

Grand Nail Salon is a brand new salon on Raeford Road next to Publix. It is very elegant, relaxing, beautiful, the salon is very upscale. You are greeted pleasantly and immediately. The service is great; you get offered water, snacks etc. They make you as comfortable as possible. My nails were shaped just like I wanted them; so that was a plus. My pedicure was amazing along with the warm scented roll around my neck as I received my pedi and chair massage. Nice mix of appropriate music in the air. Very professional but relaxing atmosphere. This has been by far the best experience I have had since moving back to Fayetteville. The staff is friendly and attentive, their work is professional. The establishment is very clean as well.

This nail salon name speaks for itself! I have not seen a nail salon as beautiful as this in Fayetteville area. Customer service is outstanding, from the very beginning. They make you feel comfortable, offer several different affordable services. They also did an outstanding job on my nails and my pedicure!! Thank you Staff if Grand Nails for the awesome experience!!
