The staff were very nice and I absolutely loved how my nails turned out.

This place was horrible it took my friend an hour to get her lashes removed bc her eyes were getting infected.

Fast and efficient service! Excellent customer service. Had my nails done last week, today i had a couple chip. I stopped in after work and they fixed me right up no charge, and told me if I have any more problems not to hesitate to come back to have it fixed. Ty was the best and does beautiful work! I will definitely be back!

Excellent service every time. They can do whatever you like on your nails, just ask. Mine last 3wks -month usually. They do lashes too. The ultimate foot pedicure/treatment makes you feel like you can walk on water afterwards. Definitely worth it. Usually they can take walk-ins and are able to get you in pretty quick.Used to be located in shopping center by Aldi’s. This is their new location.Also sell clear mask’s that cover your eyes and face but allow you to breathe for $10.

Exceptional service, I always receive the best care here. Mindful of my allergies, helpful if Im in a rush, let me relax if I want to take my time, very personable. They so so good with my daughter too, shes only 3 and loves getting her nails done., they never get frustrated with her! Definitely the best place Ive ever been to!

My daughter and I went to this salon today. I have to say it was so relaxing and comfortable. The two who worked on our nails were amazing! Great attitudes, great quality and just a positive vibe all around.

I stopped in Kelly Nails minutes after receiving a HORRIBLE set of acrylics from Spoil U. I was almost in tears, horrified.. they looked like a child tried to set and paint them, I was cut several times to the point of bleeding, needless to say my fingers were in bad shape. TY took such great care of me! Was so sympathetic, had helpful suggestions and Got me right in. He removed the bad set of nails and replaced them with a BEAUTIFUL set, absolutely perfect... I will never go anywhere else again!!! 10 thumbs up for customer service!

They’re too fast and don’t pay attention to detail or listen. I ask for gel nails not dipped and of course since they don’t know how to listen they did dip. 💆‍♀️🙄🙄

Got eyebrows not just done but fixed here. The woman that did them was clearly very talented. Will def be going back to get my nails done. If only I had the time today. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Amazing prices!!!Also other salons I have been to (which is quite a bit) have had a overwhelming chemical smell. Kelly Nails had no chemical smell whatsoever. My 6 yr old loves her nails done but I have been very hesitant to take her to salons I would go to due to chemical odor. Couldnt be happier to find this salon for both my daughter and myself!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Went in on my lunch break. Fast, great service, tons of colors. Great atmosphere! All of my questions were answered during the whole process.

I can safely say Ill never go back. After 2 infections, one on my finger and the other on my toe, it became quickly obvious they were using the same tools on each customer with no sanitation cleaning in between. I brought it to their attention and was told the infections must have come from somewhere else. Learned a lesson and hoping to save the next customer from the same fate.

Went in and got a ombre dipping on my nails and they rushed so much that they looked like a student learning to do them! So disappointed called and told them I want my money back and they made me get them soaked off before I finally got my refund! My daughter was with me and wanted her nails done and they didnt file them evenly and also up charged her without letting her know that they would be a higher price! Not cleanly and rude! I will never step back in their door! I rate them as a 1

I’m new to the area and needed to get my eyebrows waxed. Wrong place to go... she left spots of wax alll over my eyebrows and missed several hairs. It didn’t even look like I just got my eyebrows done. Not impressed, and won’t be coming back.

I liked Kelly Nails for the low prices. I learned my lesson about going for the cheaper nails, though. I went to Kelly Nails and they cut up my fingers to the point that I had a finger bleeding. Then, come to find out, their tools were not clean when they used them on me and I developed an infection in my finger which spread to my throat. I had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and my finger was so gross for months. I haven’t had my nails done since because I’m too scared to go.

My experience was not that good. I asked for long nails and he gave me short nails. They did not shape my nails the way they needed to be they were crooked and some of them were miss shaped and they just did a really bad job. The guy rushed through my nails instead of taking the time to make them look right amd I will not go back.

I got acrylics there for the first time and they were very rushed. The paint job is sloppy and the nail tech cut my nails crooked.
