Booked 2 pedicures and asked if they had time for a gel full set, they said yes. I sat with the 1st guy to the left and I didn’t like my nails at all. He was working too fast, he wasn’t being careful, I told him I had a cut and he kept pressing on it after he saw it. He added too much glue and ended up digging his nails in my nails to lift my skin off the glue. Not only that, he saw I was looking at my nails and being very picky about them and he still didn’t file them right. My nails are all lumpy, different nails have different shapes and he didn’t even put a top coat on. When I asked how much a full set was they told me $45 but they charged us $55. Not at worth the $55. The pedicures were great but the full set is horrible.

Trinh was the one who designed my nails and it looks fabulous. Ask for Trinh next time you visit, she is wonderful.

I went in today for a manicure and pedicure and everything was great! I unfortunately don’t know the name of the lady who took care of me, but she had short hair and was very kind. She offered me a drink, answered questions, and did a wonderful job. My nails look wonderful thanks to her!

They took a lot of time on a basic pedicure. We really felt pampered. Very nice people. Just dont linger at closing time they get snappy.

Decided to try a new nail salon after my usual nail guy moved. I got online to look at the reviews there was one not-so-nice review but I decided to give it a try anyways due to the overwhelming positive reviews. Im so glad I did. I got to meet Kim (not sure if I spelled it right) she did my nails the dipShe was extremely friendly and did a wonderful job. Looking forward to going back next week

I have been to this nail salon quite a few times always been amazing experience till the last trip. The guy in the 1st chair did my dip nails all janky... It seemed like he was stressed out and didnt know how to handle it. I booked two Pedi and Manis we never even got our pedicures... They guy literally just painted my daughters fingers and toes nails.

Love this place, been going here for years. Very pleased with how safe I feel when going to Nail Spa during Covid 19. I had a friend in from out of town we went in for pedicure and the placed a petition between us for extra safety. Always clean and on time.

Been at this place 2 times for the same serviceCant remember his name but the 1st visit I really y thought he did great. I had told him I have ingrown toe nails alot so he has to show me everytime he removed 1 he would show meWell long story short after 2 weeks the ingrowns were right back and he had told me you come back yes. Well I did and same thing again has happened he is removing them just trim enough to take pressure off so so I would come back to make more money off me 2 weeks later! Not again.i will not ever go back to this Place!

Horrible service, when they get busy, they hurry and don’t do a good job. They leave you with lumpy, horrifically painted nails and charge you as if they looked great. I literally have another appointment tomorrow at a different salon to get then taken off and redone. Biggest waste of $50. It was the guy that works there. Not sure of the name. SO so so bad.

I had a good experience with the lady who helped my little sister, but my mother and I where ignored when we tried to explain what we wanted. It was as if we where a burden, to the guys working there. Next time Im in town Ill find any other place. My mother was embarrassed that she took me here, the man working on her kept hurting her and the man who did mine filed my nails down on one hand, if youre going to ignore me and keep filing my nails after I repeatedly ask you to stop you could at least make them even...seriously.

Ive had pedicures here before and am usually very happy when I leave, but today was a disappointment. The pedi started out GREAT and was shaping up to be a FaBuLoUs experience, but in the middle of my leg massage, the tech stopped and another tech finished and the experience quickly went downhill! Im leaving $40 poorer and very disappointed...

I have been going here forever ever since i can remember. I only get my eyebrows done here and today I was highly upset. I asked for the lady to keep the shape of my eyebrows. I asked for a mirror multiple time but I dont think she understood me and spoke little english. Ive been going here for a while and Ive never had this women before. They were so thin. This place has lost my business.

Ive been their customer for a long time and their service was good but the last time I went for pedi, I had a terrible terrible experience. Nail technician was working really tough on my toes and ive noticed her using instruments that were NOT sanitized. From a plastic box that she took out from their little tables with instruments and lotions. That gave me a really bad infection and fungus. Ive never been to any other nail salons except that one so thats the only way I could get infection. Thank you very much, never coming back there.

Dont go when they are busy! Went for a Medi/Pedi was rushed through my pedicure, literally feet dipped in water and right back out. Nails done on Saturday and its now Thursday and they are already coming off!! WASTE of money!!

They take walk-ins. The service was great and my nails still look great a week later.

Got a mani and pedi. It was alright, but after left the softness from my pedi rubbed off. So, it didnt look like I got pedi at all. But, my toes looked nice. However, I wouldnt go again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have heard multiple cases of fungus infections after they left the spa. And I just slide by it. Thinking nothing of it. The guy made me bleed and the day after I had a HUGE fungus infection show up.
