This is on behalf of my significant other. They do not pay you. If you leave after 1 day of working apparently you forfet your pay. Who does that? STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I worked for this company & still haven’t been paid. I’ve called h the office multiple times and no one accepts phone calls. Would not recommend🗑

Fast and efficient friendly environment

Went in the office filled out all paperwork,(personal information, w-2s, orientation paperwork,etc). Get hired today start work tomorrow, weekly pay every Friday, nice and clean office, must wear a facemask while in the office, nice staff, will answer all your questions. After filling out the paperwork, office staff will take your picture, make your ID badge and laynard, and give you a Arrow t - shirt to wear as part of your uniform.

She does her job very well and helped at least 4 people within a 1 hr time span, any questions she is willing to answer. She is also great when working with Felons that are still going through the halfway house process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER 😊‼️

When I worked for them everything was cool. I’m just waiting for my W2s still though and it’s mid March and no one ever gets back to from the phone calls. I noticed the owners reply to these I thought it was worth a shot lol.

Esmeralda is the recruiter at the Madison office,and I must admit she is awesome at her position. She puts extra effort in making sure the assignment you get is a good fit for what you are looking for. Niajul Adams is the on-site that I had the privilege of working with during my employment with Arrow and he is the best. He handles every person as individuals with the understanding that situations come up that are outside of our control and works with you to find solutions that are within the means of the company.

These workers they have inside the office handle business so unprofessional. Will not answer the phone, will hang up in your face and dont have any phone or business etiquette. Mouths are smart and they are so lazy. Its unbelievable that they were even hired on so it reflects the owners. These people are in for the profit only. Beware stay far away from this company. And not to mention the slave wages they offer God good just go start your own business you will suffer less stress.

The only reason this company is getting a star is cause i have to give them a star. I live in Texas and they have been giving me the run around about paying me from last week! THE MOST HORRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE i HAVE EVER WORKED FOR!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! I Am definitely reporting to the better business bureau!!!!!!

Not very helpful

Great people but they NEVER answer the phone and that makes it an inconvenience for workers on an assignment. Sometimes their lack of communication with the facility they assign you to causes an issue with you working. You will show up to the job and they wont have you on the list BUT if Arrow will just answer the phone while youre at the job, you can still start working but no. You have to go up there then they end up assigning you to a different location or an entirely different job AND shift. They NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
