The ease of booking online was great and there was no wait when we arrived. The salon technician was very friendly and professional. The haircut was just okay for my 5 year olds hair and the price was reasonable.

This afternoon I got a wash, cut and blow out by Carolyn (sweet blonde). I haven’t had a haircut in over a year? She did such a great job getting rid of the dead and still keeping my length. I told her a modern Farrah Fawcett but long layers. I appreciate her so much. My favorite part was the wash so relaxing and the blowout because I can’t do it on myself so I’m fascinated by people who do it well. Even better I was in and out in 30-40 mins. Which means a lot to me because I rarely get a mani pedis because they take forever. I’ll be back, from this low maintenance new fan. By the way my sister saw my hair and she’s driving from Euless to get her and her daughters hair cut after I sent a selfie

Kaylee was awesome, (she did great with my boyfriends hair) but she is no longer there. Thought I would give the place a try. I think her name was Lisa that cut my hair. I came in as she was getting off her break, no worries, Im patient. She mistakenly thought I was there waiting on another person. No biggie, we all make mistakes. But she told someone she would get them next. Then in a hurry to get to them, she unevenly cut my bangs, didnt even up the back of my head hair, and spent about 5 minutes on the entire cut. Didnt give me a mirror to check details, said that looks cute. Then took off the apron Indicating she was finished. I left with wet hair. My boyfriend and I are looking into other places now.

I called the day prior to make an appointment the woman noted she would set my appt at 9:15 but said I could get here at early to be attended sooner. I got here at 9:03 and was not attended till 10AM. I had to reschedule another appt due to not being attended on time. I wanted to bring it to the attention of the stylist just as an FYI and she very quickly became argumentative and defensive. She noted my appt was made for 9 and I should of been here on time because she can’t turn anyone away. (Again o was told 9:15 and could arrive early) Nothing was said to me when I arrived as a courtesy a simple hey we had a walk in can you wait? I was not looking to argue with her which I said to her TWICE because she felt very aggressive to me. This was truly a verbal misunderstanding and I’m not one to complain but I wanted to politely bring it to her attention. I came to this location because ours was closed due to COVID, my girls haircuts were okay but needless to say I will NOT be returning to this location due to the lack of professionalism and hospitality.

I didnt have to wait too long. Quick cut. Didnt look my uch different from my last cut but its cute.

Just received the worst, most painful haircut I’ve ever had, and I’m sure everybody that went before and after me would say the same. There is an older man cutting hair here that has TERRIBLE tremors; he can’t hold a razor still even with both hands. He has NO business cutting hair and should have his licensed revoked immediately. Every movement this man made was like shooting a gun with your eyes closed. My hairline looks ridiculous and I’m literally bleeding. Will never go back.

The staff are friendly and professional. The shop is clean and tiddy. I drive past at least two other Supercuts and numerous salons to have Marietta cut my hair at this location. Marietta cuts your hair the way you ask and want it cut. It always looks good as she remembers the little things that make it lay right after it is cut.

Went to get a quick cut after getting there with one customer ahead of me another lady walked in that was a call ahead understandable I would have to wait. One of hairdressers tells me that the other lady is almost done then she will get me. I hear the one hairdresser telling the other that she doesnt want to cut my hair cause she has been busy they open at 9:00 I was there at 10:30! A few men came in after me. The hairdresser that didnt want to cut my hair says conveniently that another man was a call ahead and I would have to wait again. Needless to say I left without a cut. Very disappointing that cutting hair is their job but neither wanted to do it!

I called and tried to make an appointment for color, but was told to just come in, it wasn’t busy. I go in and waited an hour and had to leave because I still hadn’t started.

How in the WORLD did this place get so many good reviews? I went there last week and asked for My layers to be evened out. This older long haired blonde chick spent the ENTIRE TIME she cut my hair complaining about Mormon compounds and men that have sex with little girls at those compounds and how enraged she was. Yeah its enraging. No, you dont talk about it loud enough for everyone to hear. My 13 year old daughter was there. Her bangs were cut by the same lady. They look ok but werent anywhere close to what we asked for. My hair was limp and wet so I asked her to style it. She aimed a blow dryer for 5 minutes at it, no product and no brush. I left in a hurry to get home and style it. It was so messed up when I fixed it. It was a mullet. I didnt even want to go back to get it fixed. I went to another salon in Greenville and had it fixed beautifully for only $5 more than this place charged. Ill NEVER BE BACK.

The worst customer service, came with my aunt and little cousin to get her back to school hair cut, we have never been to super cuts before and didnt know the procedures, well when we got to the counter my aunt was trying to tell the stylist, that we wanted a haircut for my little cousin, but before she even finished talking the stylist rudely interrupted her and gave her the clipboard and told her to sign in, our entire visit this guy looked super annoyed and once he was done he left my little cousins hair uneven
