I came to this salon on 7/10/21 and was a walk-in customer. I arrived before opening on a Saturday morning and there were already 7 people waiting outside for them to open. To my surprise, all the employees were on time and extremely nice considering it was 930 Saturday morning and already had 7 people waiting outside. Everyone that was in line was made first priority as it should be but you don’t see that in a lot of nail salons. Branda did my full set and she did an AMAZING job. She took her time, she was gentle and focused on details! It’s hard to find a good nail tech and this is definitely the place to go for quality service! I also got a pedicure that day and both employees really took their time I never felt rushed. I wanted to get my lashes done as well but they were short staffed that morning so Rose said to leave her my number and she will give me a call that afternoon to let me know when I can come back to get my lashes done. I really appreciate the fact that she kept her word and did give me a call and was able to make time for me to come in that same day! Not to mention she did an AMAZING job! I will definitely be back and this should be the #1 nail spa in the city! Customer service was perfect and the service itself speaks for itself! Hard working owner and great employees.

They did an excellent job! Steven is great on the pedicures! Strong hands for those of you who like a deeper tissue massage. Some are a bit too gentle. And VeeVee started my full set on the dipping powder with much precision and care. Thanks for creating the experience. Great customer service 💅🏾❤️

I went to Rose at Pearl Nail on a referral and I am so please with the SNS Dip results. I did however, choose not to add tips based on Roses suggestion. Rose and staff are very professional and the place is spotless. I love where I used to go (DJ Nails-Diana is AWESOME!) but I prefer this Dip method as it is healthier for my nails. The photos arent the best and I do have stubby fingers but I 💜 N21 SNS Dip on my nails! I need some lotion! 😳

Love the atmosphere and the nails techs are really nice. I took my six year old for a mother daughter mani/pedi and Henry made her day. She wanted a specific theme and he made it happen. Clouds and cows...🙂

I love how they asked me to sanitize me and my friends hands soon as we walked in. The manager was very nice and patient and understanding. I asked for a acrylic overlay and he explained to me the best one for my nails. Mr. Luck did my nails I asked for a natural look and he did just that, he did amazing I’m definitely going back to him in 2 weeks. He even corrected a mistake he made instead of just letting me walk out with a messed up nail. I definitely got what I payed for. I highly recommend this place. THEY ALSO HAVE SNACKSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!😍

Pearl nails has been so great. I’ve been going here for as long as I’ve lived here and they are so great. Every tech is so talented and sweet. They always have the latest nail techniques, were one of the first (if not the first) salon to offer dip manicures which I highly recommend. Absolutely amazing service that has serving clients in a timely manner down to a science. Highly recommend!

I wished I would have know about this place since the time I moved here. I had the best experience both times getting my nails done here. The nail tech named Lucky really took care of my nails and they turned out amazing! It is really hard to find a good nail salon around Fayetteville that actually cares about how their work turns out. So if you recently moved to Fayetteville or need a new nail spot, I definitely recommend this place.

BEST PLACE IN FAYETTEVILLE!! My best friend and I tried them back over the summer and we haven’t been anywhere since. My whole family now goes here and everyone loves this place. I went and got a fill in on my natural nails and cat eyes gel polish. My fill in looks like it may be due sooner due to slight gaps near my cuticle. They make sure you wash your hands when you enter(cleanliness 🙂)The environment and staff was nice. I enjoyed watching the excitement from the customers who go there often for their nail care. They were anxious about getting something different and loved how technician listened to the specific wants pertaining to the designs/color

Rose has been doing my SNS dip powder nails for months and shes the best in town! They always look great, last for weeks and they have every color of SNS imaginable.

I would recommend this salon. I had a great experience with Rose. I love that they have the SNS organic dip powder because not many salons in Fayetteville do! I prefer that so much more than the chemical based acrylic.

I began getting dip nails about 2 months ago, and I have tried multiple other nail places in Fayetteville. Nothing yet has compared to my experience at Pearl Nails. Ha was my tech and she was great. My nails look better than in my past experiences and she took less time to remove my old dip and redo my nails than other places I have been. Its clean, everyone was friendly, and the color selection is unreal.Update: I went back again and had Kevin as my nail tech. He was also amazing and was super quick! I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my nails were on point. Thanks guys!

If you are looking for a nail salon with top quality work and products then this is the best place to go!! Kevin slays my nails everytime. I drive 40 mins just to sit in his chair if that tells you anything. Thankful to have found a place who provides excellent work consistently.

I have been going to Pearl Nails for 4 years on and off, Ive used most the technicians there. But on Friday 1/17 was the worst experience ever. I had the older man, he was very rough and cut me twice. I asked for gel nails, rounded, as you can see by the images the shape is horrible and the profile is as well. It was $40.00, I had a $55 gift card that I was using to pay with. He was so confused and didnt know what to do. I was already late for my appointment at the bank so I told him to just keep it and left. Ive stewed over it over the weekend and my nails look horrible and cost me $55. Get any Tech but the older man, I hope he enjoyed his $15.00 tip.

Now let me start off by saying this, I am not hating on them. They have good service along with good quality but it is wayyy over priced. I got my toes and fingers done with powder nail polish only. When I got there they were inviting and took my friends and I right away. They took me more towards the back and put my feet in warm water. They then gave me a notebook looking thing with the packages for your feet (nail polish not included) I picked the cheapest one which was $28.00. They massaged my feet and calves for a little then put this exfoliating scrub all over my calves and they did a little bit more but that’s the jist of it. This was amazing quality and good service but I feel that if I had the choice i would not have gotten the massage, I would have been okay with getting my cuticles pushed back and them my nails painted. I feel that there should be a cheaper option. My total over all was $95.00 and I feel that is very over priced.

I was visiting my friend, and this was by far the best pedicure service I have ever had. Everyone was extremely kind, easy to talk to, and really put in the time to make sure you are happy. The prices are so affordable, $28 for a pedicure and the massage was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new nail salon. I saw the reviews for Pearl Nail Spa and a tech named Rose and decided to give the business a try. The salon was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I have only worn acrylic nails but I decided to step out of my comfort box and try the dipping powder. Rose did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the process and the look of the nails. I went with my friend and left with the wrong nails, color, shape and they are sideways.I told the guy doing my nails they are uneven and sideways and he said once he adds the color I wouldn’t be able to tell.Once I left an hour later my gel color was fading off and a piece of it broke on my nail. He also didn’t get the extra nail acrylic stuff from under my fingers so they go inwards funny

I love this salon so much. My wait used to be longer but now I always schedule an appointment with Danielle, and she normally is availability the day I call or the next day. She does not let me leave unsatisfied and knows what colors look good against my complexion. The prices are wonderful and I love being known by name.

My coworker referred me to get the powder dip & I can say I was completely satisfied with my quick & professional service. Very clean, inviting & friendly atmosphere. Rose explained the benefits of the SNS dipping powder which was very helpful. I also got a basic pedicure by Steven who did an amazing job. He even offered to redo my toes if they mess up because I didn’t have on flip flops. I believe I’ve found my new spot.

If you’re in the military and want to get your nails done this is the place. After a nightmare from another shop Rose fixed my nails to perfection. I was about to lose hope in finding a nail tech as good as my one in GA but my search was over with rose. SNS natural with one coat of N27 pink is all you need!

First time here. I would have given 5 stars but it really irks me when two different people work on you. I never know the best way to tip to make sure they both get their tip. Sometime I wanna tip one more then the other. But other than that the place was clean. Pedicure was done with sterile out the bag instruments. Very great on detail. I am definitely going back.

Finally found a nail salon that is consistently amazing. They’re the only salon in Fayetteville that has the SNS dipping powder and my nails last so much longer with it and also stay healthy. Their prices are great too. Rose always does a fantastic job on my nails! So happy I found my new go to salon where I know my nails are going to look great every time.
