I enjoyed it. The pedicure was lovely and the lady took her time to make me feel good. I received a fill in with gel and design and that was slightly expensive, especially when she rushed through it. Didnt get to wash my hands before she started applying g. The end product was good. I will be back when I have a little extra to spoil myself with.

All I can say is WOW! Never have I ever been to a salon as professional as this one. They soak your nails off instead of trying to pry them off with a nail tip and they make sure that you get exactly what you want. My services were quick, my eyebrow wax was basically painless and my nails are shaped to perfection!!! Thanks Tammy for an awesome service! I have a new nail tech!

This was my first time ever having my toes done and I was so nervous! However, my experience was excellent. I arrived late to my appointment (white acrylic toes), but they finished me in less than 1 hr, cost was $55. The guy that did mine was so nice and asked me at the end if everything was okay or there was something I didnt like. I will be returning, love it here! 🥰

Payed 120 dollars for this. i wanted my eyelashes lifted & my nails done. Whilst doing my eyelashes asked if they could do an eyebrow tint, i said okay, but no waxing please. then i felt hot wax all on my brows. i had beautiful thick eyebrows. waxed them even though i didn’t want that & now i look like a clown. my nails were very long, just wanted a french tip. she filed my nails down to super short. and they look so bad:( i am getting married & i have never felt uglier ! everything i said i didn’t want, i got. the lady at the front desk was so sweet, you could see in her face she knew the other girl messed up . i also left a tip, i didn’t want to make a scene. but would have appreciated not paying at all after them seeing how bad the lady did. most people would have refused to pay& i should have . but i don’t want to come off a mean person. also, i know i’m not the prettiest, but still….. this is bad:’)

My tech was Jenny and I am happy with the services she rendered. She worked quickly and did a great job an my pedicure and the manicure was done well. Because I choose to get regular polish the quality of the polish did not make it past the first hour without fading. I have had gel polish before but chose to not gel due to my time being limited I would not recommend regular polish if gel can be afforded and time is not an issue, gel polish is a better quality polish that will last. This post was started over 2 months ago and never posted! Still I AM VERY PLEASED WITH JENNY!! Just left salon enjoying her PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! ❤💯

Scheduled an appointment. As soon as we got there, we were greeted and then seen right away. Service was really good. Nails looked nice afterwards, for me and my daughter. Only problem was the price. I thought my daughters acrylic nails were gonna be like $41 and it ended up being way more than expected because of shape, and design she asked for...$76 to be exact. Thank goodness I had the extra money!! It wasnt as clean as expected either for it to be a fairly new place. Overall though customer service was good!👌🏽 Not sure if well be back, well see.

1st time customer with 2 kids also getting services. They were quick but didnt rush to get us in and out. I had the best pedicure and gel application Ive personally ever had and I get them frequently! 6 year old actually got a good pedicure not a typical kids pedicure. They also did a fantastic job on my 12 year olds eyebrows. Staff was very cheerful and treated all of us very well. All around great experience and worth paying a little more for it!! We will go nowhere else from now on!

Very rude staff. I made an appointment just to get my eyebrows waxed, when i arrived and signed in no one addressed me and when i tried to get their attention i was ignored. As women came in after me they were addressed and catered to and put ahead of me. I left after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time without being helped.

I’ve been to this place couple times and one day I decided to take my grandma. We both got pedicures. My grandma wait 2 hours to get her pedicure. I was done in 30 minutes . I can tell no one of the staff wanted do her pedicure.I guess cause she was old. They were making faces and laughing. I was disappointed. I felt bad for her cause she noticed, But I didn’t say anything and it wasn’t a busy day. Please treat people equally!!!!!

I love luxe nails!!!!! Thammy does it for me everytime! They are all great tho, you go to them with a design and they can also duplicate it or if not, what they do will be better than the pic u shown to them!!! They are always busy tho because they are so good and popular so I recommend either making an appointment or being outside like 15 minutes before they open! Lol

This is a good salon and I’ve been coming pretty much since they’ve opened. My only issue is that now that it’s gotten pretty popular it’s not very walk in friendly anymore. Twice now I’ve waited 2 hours or a little more in order to be seen. I just had to walk out after I hit 2 hours of waiting for services for me and my daughter. I understand it gets busy but that’s a long wait just because I don’t have an appointment. I don’t have a predictable schedule so I can’t always make an appointment. So my only complaint honestly is that it’s just not walk-in friendly.

Tech checkin and booking is easy 5 stars for that. Registration offers lots of real rewards that matter to consumers. Prices are on the upscale side, service was Normal but friendly.

I got a full set of acrylic nails and the man started by cutting the nail way shorter than I asked and when I told him it was too short, it seemed like he got upset. From there it was all down hill. When he got done I didn’t think it looked terrible so I left. When I got home I took closer look at my nails and it looked horrible. There were gaps and my natural nails were visible on the sides. I came back the next day to get them fixed and another man acted frustrated with me and all he did was file it, my exposed natural nails. I will DEFINITELY NOT be coming back here again. Terrible service and even worst customer service!

A Basic Manicure is not the way to go when you visit here. Mgr told me that the regular polish used will chip if you work at all with your hands. So be advised, if you plan to use your hands to function with, go get some nail polish from Marshalls and do a basic manicure at home instead. It will likely last longer and you save $20 plus tip!

I won’t never recommend eyelashes to anybody at this place. The salon looks great, but I think the quality is horrible and expensive. I had my eyelashes extensions done today and soon as she finished both of my eyes were red and hurting a lot. I thought that would go away and even she said so that is a little bit uncomfortable but that would get better. 5 hours later my eyes were still red and hurting to the point that I couldn’t even close my eyes. I called and they said to come in. I did and the lady said nothing was wrong with my lashes so I said to take it off since she couldn’t do anything. I asked about the refund and she said they don’t do refunds. I didn’t argue and I kept quiet while she was taking my eyelashes( it was hurting so bad while she was removing the lashes) the product all the time went in my eye. After all she decided to give me the refund and said it could be the type of my eye. I honestly think she didn’t do a good job because the way she putted the lashes was no more than 10 minutes!!!

I have visited the shop for the past six months. And today was the worst customer service I have received. I came in to get a fill-in powder and a polish change on my toes and the young lady that I normally deal with Miss Young was busy with another customer. So one of the other technicians whom I think is a great technician started doing my nails soaking them off she left, another technician came it was going to do my nails that I have never seen before so I asked the lady can I please either have the one who was soaking my nails or Miss Young and she immediately copped an attitude with me. I really don’t understand why me not wanting her to do my nails became an issue for her so much so that it became a conversation between multiple ones in the shop and of course in Vietnamese. The shop could also use a broom a mop a dust pan and wiping chairs between customers. It’s pointless to have barriers between stations if you do not clean the station. Again very disappointed with customer service. It’s obvious to me there is no value in the treatment of their clients but their money because they get so much business people skills are not necessarily. Great job until today. I choose customer service. Guess back on the hunt for great nail tech who appreciates how much money I spend in their business. I spend on the a average $130 plus dollars every 2 weeks and that doesn’t include the random ppl I pay for their nails. Wow.

First time I went here my lashes were amazing I got the wispy extensions from a female technician.. I came for a fill and the guy tech did not do the same style and nicked me while he was cutting lashes he wasn’t even supposed to cut. Came back the next day to show them the lashes wasn’t right. The same tech tried to fix I had to tell him how they are supposed to look and although they didn’t look like the first time they were a little better...over the weekend half my lashes fell out. I reached out to someone they never responded. I can smell the beer on their breath while doing my lashes but want to make it seem as fits my fault he don’t know how to do lashes! I’m infuriated that I paid as much as I did and would recommend having real certified techs that actually know what they are doing...Thanks for my first eyelash set but am disappointed in the quality I received afterwards! Only giving 2 since the first time I went it was great but would have gave a 1 if it wasn’t for that..

When I first went to this place I thought this might be the nail salon I was looking for . This review is my honest thoughts . First off, the attitude are not friendly. Secondly, I went to the nails salon for a mani and pedi I did not what gel wish they are gonna offer you and trust that a rip off too. I just wanted regular acrylic nail polish. When I was seating at the chair getting my pedi the lady didn’t seem to know what kind of pedi service I wanted after the fact I show her and told her which one I wanted. The customer that was next to me was also mad because her daughter had got a pedi and mani and both nail polish started to LIFT . How that was even possible ? When she just got it done that’s how I know they are ripping people off . Acrylic nail polish shouldn’t even do that. Mines started lifting too with in a couple of days my hubby said I shouldn’t pay all that money for a poor service job. Personally I’m not coming back to this nail salon until something get done especially their attitudes and better QUALITY POLISHES if they wanna be high price Service.So No, I don’t recommend people to come here .

Ive been coming to this place since they opened. Initially the male owner was the one doing my nails. Hes always pleasant and does a really good job. He is always pretty busy and Im always short on time ( cant wait an hour and a half just for him) so I started going to others in the salon and that was probably the biggest mistake. Every time Ive had my nails done the past 4 times they come out badly, the nail techs have horrible attitudes except snow. Every time I come I pay well over 100 dollars plus a tip. Ive tried to be patient and give multiple chances but I wont be back. Its clear they dont care about quality unless you have ridiculously long nails.

I hadnt been in a nail salon in a year due to Covid 19. My daughter got me a pedicure for Mothers Day . They were kinda busy...its best to make an appointment. Snow was great hope she stays

I would never visit this location again. I was getting a gel polish for my feet. While I waited, I was asked by a lady prepping the station what I was getting and I said a gel polish for my feet. She said that’s $25 and if you add $25 more, you could get the full pedicure massage. I agreed but when I finished, I was charged $75. $50 for the pedicure and $15 for the gel polish. I didn’t argue, I paid but will never return.Social distancing was not applicable at this site either. The longer it took them to finish my service, it became super crowded like COVID wasn’t a thing. Packed like sardines.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I was a loyal customer going every 2 weeks always spending over $100 and I will NEVER BE BACK! Between them being rude, charging different prices every time you go, and not caring about the quality of your nails I am not sure how they still have customers. They talk about you right in your face and do not have any ounce of professionalism. They also wanted to rip my acrylics off rather than doing what your suppose to do and soak them off just to save them time! DONT GO HERE, I PROMISE THERE IS MANY BETTER NAIL PLACES THAT WILL TREAT YOU NICE AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR NAILS.

Love this place. It is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The quality is great across the board and surprisingly consistent among all the nail technicians.They really honest with price before they do your nails.

The place was absolutely filthy. Empty Starbucks cups, open water bottles, and pop cans everywhere. Towels on the floor. Someone’s hair was all over the chair I was supposed to sit in. On top of being dirty, the quality of my mani was subpar. Cuticles look good but the polish was rushed and is messy/uneven. I will not be going back.*Edit* changing from 2 starts to 1 star because of owner’s argumentative response instead of acknowledging the issues.

Got a pedicure here on Saturday 5/8, it took them 2 hours. Then my nail tech I guess thought I had an ingrown nail and cut the side of my nail and ripped it off. I do mean ripped. I’m still in so much pain, it’s been almost a week later. I can’t even walk on it, I think there’s an infection and now I have to go see a doctor. I will never go here again.

Excited to visit since this was a new business and several of them did service on my nails before at another local nail salon they worked at. I was pleased with the service at the time it was given. But gel polish started chipping and peeling the very next day on several nails. Ok this could happen. I called and was told to come in and they would take care of it. I go in and wasn’t pleased with the greeting and response after explaining what service I was there for. After waiting for 30 min. Another lady comes in and was sent to a table for service before me. Remember I was waiting for corrective service. No she didn’t have an appointment. I thought that was very unfair when it was their quality of service that failed. I was waiting and was there before she entered. I definitely would not have gone out of order of arrival knowing their was a complaint. Very poor customer service. Customer service is number one in my book. If you fail at that you fail period no matter how you put it. I could speak on other things I noticed but I won’t.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, and quick to get us in when packed. I looked at the work being done on others and their nails and toes where on point! Definitely will go back again, they honored our appointment even when they were packed. I got a charcoal detox Pedi and my feet are happy again lol! Very pleased!😊

I came to this place with my friend because we had nothing to do and didnt mind a wait. I got a wonderful pedicure and it was relaxing. I got a manicure that was also good but that night as I was sitting on the couch I noticed it swelled up, was red, and it hurt to the touch. I am hoping to get a refund soon for it because I think my finger got infected or something.

Love this place!!! Only place that does liquid gel nails for me and gets them right every time! Love the variety of pedicures they offer. Some things are a bit pricey but it’s worth every single penny I spend here!!

Luxe nails is amazing! We haven’t had any issues from any of the techs. Every time we go for pedicures and nails, they always provide superb service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their customers have the exact design that they requested. They are also willing to help you design something if you’re indecisive, like myself. We will continue to use Luxe as our preferred salon.

I love the staff, the atmosphere, and the qualities but I feel like they finesse me on prices. The first time I got my nails done I got marble powdered and paid $65. The second time got a fill in and one plain color same length and gel polish they charged me $85. I asked them why is it so much all they kept saying with length but it was the same length from last time. So I don’t really know I really want to keep going there but if they are going to raise my price everytime I come in I rather not. Appreciate the service

Left me with gorgeous floral design. Clean, spacious, and welcoming staff. Their equipment is up to date, they have a billion colors to choose from and they are in a convenient location. This was my first trip here but not the last. A bit pricier than my usual place but the work is gorgeous. Worth the money

I’ve been getting full sets for 13 years in Fayetteville and I’m SO pleased this salon is in town. It’s hard to find an artist who can do exactly what you want. I’ve been settling for basic one color nails for so long but not anymore. I showed Tammy a picture and she did just what I showed her. Her attention to detail was everything. I just came home after 8 months and she did not disappoint on cleaning my toes up. It also started to get pretty busy but she did not let that bother her quality of work on me and I appreciated that. I will 100% be back for Tammy. So thankful I can be myself with my nails now! ... it helps that the salon was very beautiful and clean.

This was my 5th or 6th time at this place, I have spent an average of $100 each visit. My last visit was not great either but I decided to give them another try. But today was outrageous. The worst part of all the tech was clearly sick or recovering from something. She was literally coughing and clearing her throat the entire time she was touching my feet; i could literally feel the coughing on my skin. Since she had her mask under her chin the entire time. When I tried to say something she walked away with an attitude and had an attitude the remainder of the session. Not only did I pay for service that I did not receive because the tech was in such a rush to get to the next customer and be done with me; but the manager tried to excuse the bad service with “some people like her and some don’t” no sir, if I pay for a list of services I expect to get each and every single one. The tech did the minimum and half way pretended to do what I payed for.

They are great, the nail technicians know how to design nails. Love this place.

Nail techs were Friendly, efficient, Quick, and Listened to My simple Requests! I recommend!Note: I got recommendations from other customers. Suppose something is not right with your nails. Don’t hesitate to ask the owner (Tee). He will fix your nails until they right.

I have been coming to this salon for about 3 months. It took me a while to get comfortable but Teresa and Eric have never dissapointed. Teresa is extremely patient and sweet while Eric is absolutely exceptional with his craft. Both are amazing artist and make you feel right at home. So far Ive gotten a few jelly pedicures, eyebrows, full sets, and polish changes. The thing I love the most is the atmosphere of the salon. They do get busy sometimes but it is so worth it. Beautiful salon with a nice staff but I think it’s a bit overpriced. I got a basic pedicure ($38) eyebrow wax ($10) and buff/file down my finger nails, no cutting, no polish, nothing else ($16). The eyebrow wax was good. My pedicure was nice and relaxing but she only put one coat of color then a top coat. So the polish didn’t last but 3 days before it started wearing at the top.

Good quality service, but the prices are a bit ridiculous for something so simple. I’ve never paid $55 for an overlay on my natural nails EVER, that’s a bit much. Service was great and quality is great, but I probably won’t be back.

This used to be my favorite nail salon but lately the customer service has gone wayyyyyy down. They overbook appointments, tell you a short wait time and have you waiting for hours and are just no longer very personable.

I went to get a fill in and was charged $67. I knew it wasn’t right but I couldn’t understand what the girl was saying. When I called back about it the guy said a fill in with gel polish is $35, design is $10, & a nail repair $5. ’m trying to figure out why I got charged $67 when it should’ve been $50. The customer service is always fufu in there. I really thought this place was going to be a better experience than the other nail shops here in Fayetteville. Back to the drawing board. I’ve given this place three chances & the third time most definitely wasn’t a charm! They are very high and only three people in there can actually do nails. The attitudes be at an all time high! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog!

I have never been so upset that I felt I needed to review a business, but today’s service or lack thereof, changed that. This was my 3rd time going into Luxe Nails. I always make an appt for nail salons because I know they get busy and prefer it. The first two times I made an appt and was seen within 12-15 mins. Not bad, nail salons get pretty busy depending on their clients.Well I made an appt yesterday for 5:00pm today. I get there at 4:50pm, sign in and wait. A girl with a 4:45pm appt goes ahead of me because her appt is obviously before mine. I sit and wait and wait and wait. At 5:30, that same girl ahead of me, is finished and I am asked to take her seat and they’ll be with me. I wait some more and at this point I’ve waited almost 40 mins when I made an appt for 5pm.They consistently had walk-ins come in and they kept telling them it would be a 30 min wait. I decided to leave and not wait any longer. I am so disappointed that I had to sit for 40 mins just to end up going home because they overbooked themselves.Fair warning to those who book here: you’re going to wait longer than you’d like for average nails. No surprise I won’t be coming back here.

My daughter and I went today and it was a very pleasant atmosphere! My nails are the bomb.com and I also did the express lashes “this is my first time trying” and she did amazing! I’m so happy! Forever customer now! Only down side is, the prices are a bit too high, but it was worth it!

Yo-yo is the best!!!!!! She does my nails and toes perfectly the way I want them every time and is always in a positive mood. Shes my favorite💕 Tee is funny and does a great job as well!

Busy but they work fast but not too fast you feel rushed. The man who did my pedicure I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde/blue hair, he was AMAZING! I will most definitely be coming back

Phung, Tammy & Quinnie were amazing. Especially for my husband, who had never had a mani or pedi before. Hes hooked.**Update**Paul is also amazing. He manages to get nails to stay on me so well they wont even soak off. And he manages all my weird nail art requests. Hes officially the only person allowed to touch my hands anymore. 😀

My former nail tech moved leaving me in search for another salon to get my nails done at. My sister recommended Luxe. I though Id give it a try as I was coming up on 3 weeks since Id had my overlay filled in. It was very busy when I went in but I didnt mind waiting. A nail tech finally came along and seated me. I was explaining to her that I had broken my nail on my pinky and nearly half my nail came off with the overlay and it would need a tip. She then proceeded to chop my nails down without asking me how short I wanted them. I assumed she thought I had on tips so I stopped her and stated these were my nails not tips. She then grabbed a tip from the nails they use for tips to wedge the overlay off my nails...literally ripping it from my nail and destroying my nail bed. I have no clue why she didnt soak off the overlay. It was so bad another nail tech came over to stop her and took over my nails. As he looked at the damage done to my nails all he could do was apologize. He looked lost as to what to do to try to repair my nails. I asked him to chop the rest short and I will just start completely fresh and grow them out again. It will take a little while to grow out the damaged nail beds but fortunately my nails grow fast. In the end I ended having to get two tips put on instead of just the one on my pinky. They did give me a discount...$40 instead of $45 which I did not feel was enough considering their tech literally destroyed my nails and nail bed forcing me to cut off all my nails. There is another nail tech there that does amazing nails that I dealt with at another salon some years back. If I ever step foot back in that salon it will only be because of her. I dont remember her name unfortunately so I will update when I get her name.
