Very professional attitude but didn’t push my cuticles back so my nails look like they need a fill in as soon as they are done nails are super thick nail polish wasn’t done right either today is Saturday I had them done yesterday and look at them $45 and I’ve called and reported them for taking clients money but not doing the work properly and I put a picture of who to contact if y’all want to help look at my fingers the nails came off at top and wouldn’t come off at the tip of the nail I am in so much pain woke up to blood all in my bed 🤦🏽‍♀️

I had the worst experience here. The nail tech was out of his chair majority of my so called pedicure. Ive never seen anything like this is my life or had this happen to me before. This was horrible service. When I asked for the tech to allow me to leave he literally would not let me out my seat and tried to convince me to stay. I hate that I had to spend my money here, I will NEVER come back.

They rushed to do my nails, some of the nails werent the same shape (I asked for coffin shaped nails ), the man who did my nails was very rough and he put the wrong size nail on my thumb, and the lady that painted my nails didnt do a very good job with painting them and doing the design i asked for... they lasted for about a week and a half until i decided to take them off... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE

My gel started lifting after less than a week. Horrible

I have been to this nail salon numerous times and have referred several friends as well. Kind and friendly staff that are very accommodating; they stayed open late one evening to give us a manicure/pedicure! Sheri is absolutely amazing and has great attention to detail as well as a fantastic personality! We love going here and highly recommend it!

I just say pass if you can. My pedicure was rushed, my technician was rude and my nails look horrible. There was a reason there was no wait or rush at 4PM on a Friday.

Should have turned around and left when I walked in, the lady before me walked back in and said her Gel nail had come off. Same thing happened w/me. One came off before I got home another the NEXT day! And my French gel tips were crooked and uneven! Will NEVER patronize this shop again!

I decided to go despite bad reviews. All in all a pleasant experience. Tech took her time and my nails turned out beautiful! I’ll be coming back! Fair prices and great results!

I went and got my nails done on the feb 29 and not even two days later two nails came off . Went to have it fixed and they said $8 to fix it which it’s not about the money it’s about the point the nails didt even last a week before comeing off So why should I pay for something that didt even last four days I will never go back to this nail shop again

The nail tech rushed and my nails came out sloppy. I had to go right back in the same day to have them fix the job. After a few days the paint started to chip off. Went right back in to show them and they wanted to charge me to fix thrm! When I said that it wasnt my fault they dismissed me and began talking to other customers. I will NEVER come here again. Would have been better off doing my nails myself.Rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!

Very good service !! First place I been to they didnt rush & be ruff.. they also speak PERFECT English! Also first place around Raeford as I know of that can do a DECENT design.

Worst full set ever! The tips were not glued on correctly. Too much gel applied and not properly shaped. Nails are crooked, full of ridges, and pointing upwards. I had to actually file my own nail to show her what straight with round edges meant. she filed the nails slanted and tried to say it was the way my nail was shaped. In all my years of going to nail shops, Ive never had such an incompetent person. she is an older lady with a short hair that has burnt orange high lights.

I was going here for over a year and the guy that works there is AMAZING. He does a great job. Wish I knew his name. Buuuut the last time I went there they hired this new lady and I must have been her first client. She did a horrible job. Theres a beauty supply store basically right next to them and I went there and bought one if those big nail files and went home and spent another 30mins on my nails, reshaping and filing them down.

Not fully disappointed, feel like my nails were rushed and i didnt really like the outcome. they offered no fixing it. just took my money and that was it.. will never come back, good last minute place if you only need your nails to look good from far away for a day or two 🙄

I went not too long ago for a $70 mani pedi. The manicure was rushed and I kept being asked for a pedicure so I said sure. She stopped doing my nails and gave me a pedicure she was really rough and rushed through it, then proceeded to finish my nails. Which were very bumpy and although she said they were gel, had polish missing as soon as I walked out. Three days later several toes are chipped and all my acrylic nails have come off. I will not be going back ever again. It was a horrible experience. Now I have to pay more money to get my nails redone somewhere else.

They take their time. Today makes 2 times Ive been today. They speak GREAT English & give you exactly what you want!!

A horrible nail salon. Nail technician was ok at first. Had a nail break off a day later and one nail was not even the same nail they used on me. Went in to have it fixed and got attitude from her. She refused to take the one nail off and redo it saying it was because of my nails. Will never go back. And if I were you I wouldnt go there at all.

Rude and do not fully get the procedure done correctly!!! Never would I return to this establishment!

They opened at 11 but had nobody there to do a full set. This lady just sat me down for 20 minutes with nobody else there. They had the TV playing something very innapropriate and loud. Several guests came in after me and just sat there because the employees hadnt even arrived yet. This is not the first time this has happened. This is the second time Ive had to walk out. I really want to like this place but its not likely.

Just got my nails done had two broken nails and got an over lay on my real natural nails. The two tips were longer than my real nails and the tip was separate from my real nail you could totally tell the difference save your money and dont go to them!!

Oh my goodness I had my eyelashes done and she put them inside of my eye underneath my lashes!! They cut my eye I had to take off instantly!!!!
