I went yesterday and had my feet done and eye brows! They did a great job as always! There also is a fun group of people working there. They will have you laughing out loud most of the time. This place is also very clean!

Literally almost cried, the length was not what i asked for, the hearts were crooked, and the tips were curved and just all around unpleasant looking. also acrylic was all over my finger. the owners were very nice tho, the highlight of my appointment

My nails started coming off immediately after i got them done. I was more than happy to support my neighborhood nail salon but it didn’t work out

I made an appointment for 4:30 came to my appointment and was asked to wait another 40 minutes whenever I ask for my money back they said no we dont do refunds and then proceeded to tell my bestie / Rumi that she couldnt get her nails done dont go

Havent visited Angel Nails in over a couple of years, but today I took my daughters and myself in for manicures/gel polish. We were able to schedule an appointment, they were very kind, and we will definitely be back!

They give a good pedicure but really slow

We had a very nice experience today getting a pedicure. Was able to get in same day for two of us. The ladies were so nice. It was a very relaxing appointment. The basic pedicure includes a 5 minute massage and hot stones as well as a sugar scrub. We will be back.

Had an amazing experience here as I do every time I am in town and visit. Even with a ride customer walking in during my appointment. They where very professional and handled the situation great!

My experience today was amazing. And fun ! They’re so kind and funny ! The whole crew was very professional and attentive. Under new management for sure ! I’m very satisfied and will keep coming back with my whole family.

They are really nice but man did they mess up my nails as well as my friends. I even went back in and had mine redone and it came out worse. She immediately went to a different salon to fix hers, and ours were done at the same time by 2 different people. I have posted pictures of both sets. They are super nice but I was sick to my stomach that I paid for these nails.

My girlfriend always get her nails done here. She love it here, the people here are super nice and dont ever rush. They take time to make you look good !

I loved my experience

I was the first client of the am. They started on my dip nails and within 10 min 2 other clients walked in with appts. I sat there for 30min as my nails soaked and then was told I’d have to wait at least 30 min more to begin completing dip. Unless u have an appt. expect to Wait a super long time. I will Never return to this establishment

Make an appt or you will not get services. I’ve been 4 times and every time they asked me to come another day.

I recently went to this nail salon for the first time a week ago. I went to get a French tip and an acrylic fill in. Normally acrylic lasts a good two weeks before it be begins to wear off. I got my nails done on Saturday and they were cute for the duration of the weekend the following Monday the acrylic started to wear and my nails had a tint to them. Now my nails have a yellow tint. When she applied the clear coat (what I thought was clear ) it appeared clear and turned yellow afterwards. I was able to peel the yellow off and under it the French tip look like how it was when I first got them done. I have not used anything harsh on my hands, it was the clear polished the she used.I read the reviews before I went, but I did not listen. I wish I would have. I went their because it was close to home and I was in dire need of a fill in. However I WILL NOT be giving them my services ever again. I hope you make the smart decision to find another nail salon with better quality.

I have been coming here for years! Customer service is excellent as well as attention to detail. Have gel nails, pedicure and waxing of eyebrows! They are awesome!

First time coming here. The girl who did my nails took her time and engaged in conversation which I enjoyed. One thing was I was there for almost 2 hours just for a fill. Second then was they didnt tell you when you walk in that their card machine is down it was written on a small piece of paper and placed on the counter and not noticable until you get up to the counter. So, I ended up having to go to the questionable atm that was next door because I dont carry cash. Now I have to hope and pray my info doesnt get stolen.

Had the aloe treatment pedicure done here and the technician was very thorough and courteous. Will do business with them again!

Like any nail salon I came in they asked what I needed and I waited my turn! Well this is the second time this has happened they skipped me and took the person who came in after me I dont care what service youre getting I was first period!! Just bad business!! I refuse to give my money to someone so rude!! If you dont want to do nails youre in the wrong business!!😠

I will NEVER go back to this place again. I went to get my eyebrows done so I decided to go which I thought I had an one hour and a half time left before they closed. I googled them to check and see what time they close and according to their online website it stated 7:30. I went up there at 6 and I seen that they changed the hours til 630. Low and behold the doors were already locked. Bad business. This is not the first time this place has done this, but Im the type of person that give people the benefit of a doubt. I know the workers were still in there. It was a convience for me being I live up the road from this place. I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in for a toe polish change and the rudeness of the owner was unfathomable. I asked for a design on my big toe, I’m sure she heard me and after painting my toes she told me she can’t do it. Will never return here.

This place is a trip. My daughter wanted to get a different color on one hand. They were going to charge her extra for that. $3 extra to be exact for nail polish. I just laughed. Its a shame that they try to charge you for using their nail polish. I came here because its right up the street. I may have to rethink my decision next time.

I was thoroughly disappointed in the services that I received at Baywood Naila & Spa. It was my plan to get a pedicure and new set of nails, however during my pedicure, I changed my mind completely, as that was the worst pedicure I ever received! So if the pedicure was bad I’m sure the nails would have been worse. My feet looked and felt the exact same way it did before I had the pedicure! This is ridiculous! I will never return to this establishment again! They are a disgrace to their profession!

These people believe they do nothing wrong. My wife came to me about to cry and saying that she told the guy before he finished the nails, they were not correct. I drove down the road to the place and asked for a refund. He automatically burst out with rage telling me something about Home Depot. Point is Im a guy and I know what nails should look like when done correctly. He would not give us a refund. Please make the drive a little farther and not come here because its just down the road. This guy has a short temper and if you request something he gets mad. Not a way to run a business.

This should be No Star!!!My daughter got her nails done for prom, and they look so bad! She has acrylic and the white tip went halfway which gave them a wide look. They would not repaint over them. The owner was hateful on phone. She went to Millinimum nail salon on Robeson and they painted and they look beautiful! Very unprofessional, they need to know how to handle their anger. You guys need to make it right! I should read reviews before going to any salon!

The worse nail job EVER!!! The wait was 1 1/2 and then they just seemed to not know what they were doing .. Couldnt even paint them right .. Had part of my nail showing that had no polish on it ... Really??? Will NEVER go back .

This was awful, my mother and I went there because it was so close to us and let me just say, they were very rude they wouldnt talk to us and the TVs they provide were in Korean so we could not understand anything. Now when we got our nails done (mine acrylic and my mothers gel) they used an illegal substance in our nails I had to pry mine off for weeks and my mother had to file the nail polish off. We tried acetone for 20 minutes to try and get her nails off didnt work. And I couldnt even get mine to budge. They charged $60 for mine and $65 for my mothers. Awful awful place dont go here unless you dont want nails anymore

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst nail shallac job ever! Nails had bubbles and polish so thick it starting peeling same night. When I advised owner she told me to wash hands at home and bubbles would go away...ha! Stay away from these no nail doing crooks! Awful. Run away!!!

I was so excited to get my nails done today and while the guy was putting the powder on my nails I informed him that I was unhappy because he didnt fill the nail all the way it looked as though I had them on for a week plus he told me no that I did not know what I was talking about and dismissed my consern and at the end I told him I was unhappy and he ignored me again I was in tears .. My husband went up there after to Address the issues he yelled at my husband and made a huge sene about me wanting them fixed the whole time the other lady was trying to fix them he kept yelling at my husband .. I will never go back to this place !!! Even after the attempts to fix them they still didnt look right ..
