I was there for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for a simple French manicure with my wedding colors substituted. I could not get what i wanted. The lady was very very nice but could not do what i asked. I was talked out of the design i wanted and color arrangement; i think it was due to her skill level. I elected not to get the manicure. Also the tools were multi use. NOT SANITARY. My wedding is tomorrow and i have to go to another nail spa to get what I want. Pictures of ideas and pictures of what i got. Blue candy corn. Owner got upset when I asked for it to be removed. Not happy.

The first time I visited the shop had a nice visit gave me what i asked for. I went the second time with my husband we both got service but this guy that works in the shop.....he is a real funny guy smh. All i can say is they did a good job. Ty

The guy didnt listen to anything I said I needed. I came with 2 weeks old outgrown long natural nails that needed a fill, and walked out with super short nails and a thin overlay with gel! I have zero length.To the manager. Inform your staff to listen and ask customers what they would like done. Repeat to make sure you understand the customer correctly before proceeding. If you do not provide the dip method then dont say you do and have the customer find out after they have started the service that you dont do the dip method.Unfortunately I will not be returing to this place.

My daughter actually loves the male who’s done her nails here, but this one particular female is ridiculously rude. After speaking to her kindly several times, she was still ridiculously rude. Two customers left without even being serviced because of her attitude and a lady getting a pedicure even motioned to me about her negative attitude. I only give a 2 out of 5 because it’s clean and the man was so nice to my daughter previously. I still won’t bring her here again and wouldn’t have stayed if she didn’t really need these nails off today.

This is the WORST place ever for a pedicure. 1. Water was cold 2. Never put any softener or anything in the water to soak my feet in. Just used PLAIN water. 3. It was hot in there. No Im not a complainer and know that people do have bad days, but the service is unacceptable. Great location, not crowded. I will NEVER come here again. Only came because my regular place was closed.

The guy with the blonde Mohawk was rude as. I told him I wanted Chrome, he told me no chrome no good. Instead of him peeling off the old pieces to do a correct fill in he super glued the nail back down. WILL NEVER EVER NEVER NEVER RETURN!!!!!!

Do not go here the guy is VERYYYYY rude. They let everybody else in the store pay after their services but told me I had to pay now because I didn’t look like I was going to pay. I told him I have no problem paying but when my nails are done and how I want them.All my nails were a different shape luckily the lady there was nice to fix them for me.

Worse place to ever get your nails done . They are over priced and they don’t even know how to have good customer service . Horrible with shaping your nails and toe nails. Highly would not recommend going here save your time sisters

The worst place to get a pedicure, manicure, fill, eyebrows or whatever service need. I’ve been here 4 times and spent $105.00 dollars each time. Each time the service got worse and worse. These people do not care about the customer. Please don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of other professional nail salons that will respect your request and your money.

I am literally sitting in the chair now, this pedicure has been the most HORRIBLE one I’ve had so far since being in Fayetteville, I definitely should’ve read the reviews before coming in and sitting in this chair but I was in a rush. NEVER AGAIN this man with the blonde Mohawk is LAZY!!!!!

I went in for a gel manicure. I wanted multiple colors and as soon as the lady found that out she went “oh wow” and informed me I’d have to pay extra. I reassured her that was fine and she continued to sigh and huff and puff. While doing my nails, she was curious where I found such a crazy idea. She did not do her best work. The gel color is very patch. I had this done on Monday, today is Friday and 2 of my nails are chipped.

I use to come here and was in the area for an appt and stopped in for a pedicure....this lady did not but any salt into the water was just water and didnt scrub any callus because she said that was the 40 dollar pedicure. I wouldnt come here at all. Save your money Walmart does a better pedicure.

Pedicure was very rushed no massage and had to ask for lotion to be put on my legs. Kept trying to push other services when I was clear about what I wanted.

I came as a walk in and got a pedicure from Jerry. He took his time with me and informed me on numerous things that would help with my dry nails and feet. He also gave me a full set and the looked amazing. I have come back 3 times now for a fill and each time I feel important and he always takes his time on my nails. He also does extra things to make me feel special.

The lady hardly filed and shaped my nails, they are ugly. She did a horrible job on my pedicure also. Very disappointed!

The lady in the second booth did a horrible job and with my shaping. When I tried to get another person to fix it she wanted to charge me extra. I had bloody cuticles and no paint when it was all said and done.

The customer service here is horrible. They give the worst pedicures and a complete waste of time. Find somewhere else to go.

This place is terrible, they made me bleed on many fingers, for the paint job some of my fingers are missing nail polish and then got it on my hands then when I complained to the manger she was so rude she even answered FaceTime call while I was complaining to her and I told her that was highly important and didn’t care, in the end Terrible job and my fingers hurt never go here!

I just paid $70 for my pedicure and a 5 year old. I had a eyebrow waxing as well I just dont understand charge$30 for a 5 year old as well but the fact I spent that just to get a half done pedicure

TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time here. The lady did a terrible job on my nails. When I asked her to correct and fix an issue she refused to listen and did my nails the way she wanted them done. My nails were poorly done. Also the lady who did my nails had a terrible attitude and was throwing my hands around as if she didn’t want to do my nails. She also overdid it with the drill and made my cuticle bleed. She did not address it or attempt to fix it. She was extremely RUDE and for the most part a lot of the staff except for two people have nasty attitudes. She did a really rushed job and did not clean under my nails after she was finished. Thus my nails were jagged around the edges and very bulky. After getting my nails done I had to go to another shop (that same day) and get my nails re-done. They deserve zero stars.

I had Danny. He was nice and did a good job. I went during a Wednesday afternoon and literally no other customer was there. So maybe thats why my experience was a little bit different from most. I will keep going and see how it goes. One thing I will say is he did a way better Job than PAMPER SPA and NAILS. Thats a different story though 😊.

Would give this place 0 stars if it was possible....my gel polish ripped off within one hour, and the man doing my nails was rude as insisted me “not to watch” as he was painting my nails..? He did a sloppy job, I could’ve done better. Do not waste your money on this place. Not sure how they are still in business.

I totallllllly love this place !!! I get my toes done often and the they last over a month before I have to return and even then they still look amazing !!! Everyone is really sweet and very personable!!! If i could give them 20 starts i would 💜💜💜

Each time I’ve been here I’ve had great experiences! The pedicure is great and I absolutely love my nails! I’m pretty surprised about most of these comments and ratings. I have even brought my 3 and 1 year old here and all the staff have been extremely nice and welcoming!

They are very unprofessional the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable.. they talk about you and others in their language and they make it so obvious. They charged my card an extra $7 and I didn’t understand why because I did not give a tip! I had to go back in there with my receipt and she insisted it was accurate, I just left because I had my daughter with me and I didn’t feel like the headache. Worst pedicure ever. Don’t waste your money. Deluxe pedicure in a record 20 minutes flat. Part of the pedicure experience is the relaxing foot/ leg massage.... 15 seconds per foot/leg. Pitiful. I didn’t even bother with polish.

Please do NOT waste your money here! Very poor quality of work! The guy there named Stephen does horrible. I went back to have my nails fixed the very next day because I was VERY unhappy! They still charged me and I had to dispute charges because their work was below unsatisfactory. Very disappointing! I have never in my life written a review on a business and Im 35 years old. Awful experience. I had to keep telling him to stop drilling the paint off of my natural nails. Instead of using acetone to soak the gel polish off he was very rude and insisted on drilling. This was the worst manicure Ive ever had. Another employee had to fix it after he was finished. They werent very apologetic but they admitted they he did a poor job. He stood by watching while the other employee did my nails. Horrible experience. Gel paint came off the very next. My natural nails are ruined and Ive been getting gel manicures for years with no problem. Run! Especially from the male employee

2 stars because of convenience. This salon used to be ok. If you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere this is not it!!!! Loud talking constantly especially the lady with the short red hair. She hustles you as soon as you come in the door. Telling you what you need. Leave people alone. I came in for a pedicure and that’s all I want. She wants to be loud and try to force you into getting something you didn’t come for. A spa is supposed to be relaxing not stressful and sales pitches.

My first review of DJ nails was five stars, 6 months later that review has changed. My mother and I went to have our nails done, while we were sitting there waiting for our turn, we watched as the young lady finish working on one customers nails and took the exact same equipment without cleaning it go to another customers nails. This was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. This is how bacteria and fungus is spread from one person to another. When my mother and I saw we left the facility without getting our nails done and we will never return.

Ive gotten my nails done before, stopped and started back today. I adventured out from my regular salon to this particular salon but wished I had read the reviews. My acrylic isnt properly done. It is super thick plus the lady didnt try to file it down. She had me hold my nails under the light while the acrylic ran down off of them. My nails look like a beginner nail tech in school did them. I expected more for the price she charged me. They definitely need negative stars.

I’ve been here a few time. I’ve always had a good experience. I got the deluxe pedicure and my guy was amazing. Walked out on clouds.

Diana is always friendly and courteous. The wait time is not too bad and overall I am pleased with every visit.

Dont go here. Do not. The nail technicians clearly dont care about the customers experience. All they want is to get you out as quickly as possible so they can get their money. I was told when I came in that my gel nails would be $35, but after one of the workers had already started doing them, she insisted they were $45. I asked her several times to shorten and thin out my nails and she didnt. The end result is not what I wanted at all, she did what she felt like doing. The undersides of my nails are very poorly done and unfinished, my polish has dents, and I felt absolutely rushed and cheated out of my money.

Rushed doing my nails and some were crooked, shape was ugly and one popped off the next day. Also messed up other people nails that I recommended to go there with me. Won’t recommend anyone else

The only good thing about this business is how clean it looks and the nice looking chandelier in the middle. Besides that, the service was trash. The females and males kept conversing instead of paying attention to my nails, they kept getting distracted basically. I went in for a fill in and they charged me $25. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR A FILL IN?? Just ridiculous and I will never come back, you should not go here either.

This place is HORRIBLE! They overcharge, do a substandard job, and mock customers in the store in a foreign language. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your money here. I went in for eye brow, lip and chin wax. It was awful!! The lady got wax all over my lips! My top lip has blisters and my chin still has hair. I showed her the hair and said they couldn’t see it. I will NEVER go back!!

They are very rude. My nails are a 1/4 of an inch long and she still did a horrible job. They would not give me a refund. I tried to explain to the nail tech that my nails were messed up and she got up and Walked away from her table and didn’t try acknowledge the issue. The assistant manager then told me to come back the next day for a refund but still refused to give me a refund. Both ladies proceeded to yell at me. They offered to fix my nail but at that point I didn’t want their serv at all . I eventually talked to the manager and she told me that I wouldn’t get a refund because the nail “worked hard to fix it” . I tried to explain my situation to the manager and why I wanted my refund, and she hung up in my face. DO NOT GO HERE!

The first time I went was fine the last time I went i got acrylics and they were uneven and shaped all differently. Some were longer than the other and I got them painted red and the lady smudged my nail and couldn’t even fix it for me.

The experience and service was so unsatisfacting and unprofessional. The male Michael that is employed at dj nails pulled my hand so hard it made me slide in my roller chair. I calmly informed him, I will have attorney contact him and I left the establishment after being asked to pay the full price. Which I did for the peace. I will NEVER return to this nail place nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

I got there at 6 pm I didnt leave until after 9pm. The lady who did my toes, came in almost 45 minutes after I was waiting and rushed me into the chair she didnt pay any attention to what she was doing, the lady who did my nails had an attitude and when I asked get to fix my nails so they are the way I like she flat out refused. I had already paid her but I would never go back and if youre in a bind or must get your nails done its another shop on the other side of the same place

The pedicure leading up to getting my toes polished was great. This is where it went wrong...Im getting married tomorrow and I bought a specific nail polish for both my manicure and pedicure. The technician was super pushy about me getting shellac polish after countless times of refusing she gave up. She asked if I wanted a design on my toes I said yes and as I was going to show her a pintrest of what I wanted she said she could do a beach theme. Not only was the design trashy looking but, she used a ton of black...then we get to the mani total disaster. I know have lumpy, uneven nails. So now I will be undoing my nails and repainting them myself.

So Ive been here a couple times, and this will definitely be my last. I came for a pedicure and literally my left foot toes are partially painted and even some of my skin is painted... looks like you let your 4 year old niece try to paint your toes. Iam so very disappointed its ridiculous.

When I walked it in it was friendly, the guy who did my nails, then became rude when I asked for gel polish no fake tips . I asked for the color on the locator, he then said we dont have it, then brought two over and I told him I couldnt have the color for work. Then he rudely handed me the color locator again and I picked another one, he said we dont have that . I then just asked for a light pink, he brought me one he immediately did the gel, barely a manicure, didnt clean up the nail beds well at all . He was rude and hurt me when he trimmed and rushed me to pay . No tip from me, my business will go elsewhere .

Rushed my pedicure. Barely filed my toenails they are an awkward shape. Neither round or square. Her way of communication was tapping & tugging my leg hard. Disappointed. Will not return.

Terrible place. Would give negative stars if that was an option. Horrible customer service. The guy giving me a pedicure filed a chunk out of my toe and tried to say it was a blister. No apology whatsoever. Take my advice and pass on this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My nail broke when I scratched my leg and I just got my nails done two days earlier. When I called about seeing if I could get it replaced for free they blamed me for my nail breaking. A few days later and two more nails have broken off. They have poor quality nails and rush you.

I stopped going to DJ nails because my nails just didn’t hold up as they should have . I had to keep going back for repairs . I feel as though I was getting a rush jobs . I was a regular customer getting my nails done every two weeks
