Love this place! Family owned business, very cute place and they do a great job!

I came to Beauty Nails & Spas for a manicure today & left when they tried to use a dirty nail file on me. Dirty is really the best word to describe this salon and yet it is a massive understatement. The manicure stations are dirty, with nail clippings from previous clients littering the countertops. The paper towels they use to line the stations are visibly dirty and don’t get changed out between clients. The Covid-era clear partitions between technicians and clients are dirty and splattered with nail polish, etc. This place is truly truly atrocious. When I requested that CLEAN instruments be used on me, instead of the dirty, previously used nail files, clippers, nippers, etc. stored in case full of other clients’ nail dust, they were unable to accommodate. Please do not go here — it’s a health and safety HAZZARD.

Welcoming environment, you can tell they care about their regulars. my nail tech was extremely gentle! timed well between me and my friends so we all got out near the same time. my set was $45 with gel polish! :) great staff and conversations.

My appointment was at 1p, they took me quickly. I had to remove an old set and get a brand new set . They didnt finish my nails until 4:05p ... 3 hours ! My nails look nothing like the picture I showed them . When I asked how much would it be I was told $55 when it was time to pay I was charged $80 . When I showed the owner the work her employee did she said it looked great and didnt want to refund me. Horrible place would never come back again!

I have been before and they did a good job. However today they rushed my service and it showed in the quality of the work. I understand it was busy, but if I am paying for it, I would like for it to be a quality job.

I’ve been here plenty times before and always dealt with same issues but this time it’s unacceptable. I came to get a simple design on long nails . The design are literally curvy lines on clear nails . The lady that did my nails charged $85 .85 DOLLARS . For a simple long nail design and they didn’t even have to use double tips on me . Some of the nails are bumpy and some on the lines of the nails are messy and she didn’t even try to fix . She was doing my nails for an hour and started to get impatient and start rushing the process. I’m not a regular there so advise anyone that goes there to be a regular because if you aren’t they would scam you and make you pay higher prices and not change that .

I cannot express enough how wonderful this place is! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable of their regular clients and their previous conversations. They have taken great care of my mom for years!

Came in as a walk in, got taken care immediately, the girl that did my pedicure did an excellent job, so happy to have a nail salon close to my house, definitely will be back

By far the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! They do not rush threw it at all and the prices are more than fair. My only problem is that now I want to get a pedicure every week!

Waited over 45 mins and then was told they could not do my nails. Very unprofessional!

Place nice and clean, however not enough workers for the volume of people enter from bring on busy Ramsey street. I wait 20mins to be serviced by pedicure guy who is currently taking forever to do a fill and one fix. He’s nervous and so am I @ this point. The other ladies do a great job from what i can see ...

My daughter and I just received the best pedicures and she also got a manicure. I will definitely be coming back. The gentleman who did my pedicure did amazing and didn’t rush anything and the lady that did my daughters was so gentle and good with her as kiddos tend to be fidgety. Will definitely be coming back! 😊😊

I havent had a pedicure in over a year and being here makes me want to be a regular. Great customer service. Michelle took her time and was gentle and had a firm touch when needed. My feet feels amazing and looks amazing. I will be a repeat customer always!

I have been to every nail salon 💅🏼 in Fayetteville, but this place is hands down the best! They also have a lady that does eyebrows which before finding her I would travel to Dunn, nc to get my eyebrows waxed. She is fantastic. Did I mention the price is CHEAPER than ANYWHERE ELSE IVE BEEN!!!!! Now I’ve moved to Raeford but I’ll still go here it’s well worth the extra few miles 💕

Not often I get my nails done cause I’ve had issues with them afterwards. My first visit here was excellent and the second visit was even better cause I was the only one there. It was on a Sunday both times because I work everyday besides Sundays. I had the Gel type nails done for the first time and I’m very impressed with how they hold up. I recommend them for sure. I work with my hands a lot and I’m heavy handed too. I like this Nail Salon, very clean, comfortable environment even though it’s small, excellent service, great quality, they take time to do your nails not rushing through the process, and they take time to explain any questions or concerns you my have. Even if a may or may not move from this area near them. I will still come back to their business for service no matter how far I will have to travel. 💯

Loved it. Michelle is absolutely amazing. She took care of my feet as if they were her own. My first time going there was about a month and a half ago, and each time I visit, I dont want to walk on my feet, because they feel that good when I leave. Chelle is awesome and she will continue to get my business. 😍

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I went based on the reviews & when I say I am livid, I AM LIVID ! They painted my nails the wrong color and when I told them they tried to charge me to redo it . Ridiculous !

After trying a couple shops I am happy to say I may have found my go to! I prefer a natural look for my nails and this is the only place that can give me those sleek slim natural looking nails. I also love getting the best pedi package and they do not miss a step or rush so consistancy is also a big part of this review. Facility is clean and such a calm quiet setting. Very relaxing. My only suggestion would be to make appointments, they do appts and i have noticed it helps them run smoothly. They are great about fitting people in during the weekday just call ahead for a spot.

We had a nice nail technician assigned to us. However, I do not appreciate the fact that the owners helped two customers that came in after my daughter and I. The last available nail tech cleaned instead of stopping to doing her pedicure. I wont be back.

We have been in Fayetteville for over a year now, we get pedicures every couple of weeks. We finally found a place to call home with Beauty Nails. The customer service is at the highest, the meticulous details they take to ensure you are satisfied is top notch. Really had a great experience...only con I could say was the massage chairs are strong. Over did it and shoulder blade area was sore for 3 days.. Pros had. Pedi with hubby...did a great job and was glad they were open on sundays

They go the extra mile to make sure it is professional work and they dont rush you in and out. They listen carefully to what you want done and not what they want to do. Michelle is exceptional. All staff as I watched were meticulous with their work and were very cordial.

Very clean place and a wonderful pedicure. However, I had the husband and he did a d horrible job on my nails. I got the Dip powder and he was in such a rush, made multiple nails of mine bleed. The dip power looks rushed and uneven. He left yellow dip powder all around the skin of my nails didn’t even attempt to clean it up, I have to pick at it to get it off. I do not recommend the husband he rushes and isn’t delicate with nails. His wife however is excellent and I would only go to her.

I get my nails done here by a lady named Miss C. Ive been going to her for years all of my kids go to her my parents my relatives all my family. Even some of the people at our church down here. Shes very good they do airbrush designs they have gel nails they do pedicures manicures waxing fake eyelashes its the stop for every woman. They both do a great job in there its worth the price.

WORST NAIL JOB.At first the nails were perfect. But the day after the nail polish started to peel off. So I went back to get it fixed and then the following day the same nail they fixed peeled right back off and the other ones are also starting to peel. I told the man the first time I went to get them done that the thumb was peeling up and he completely ignored me. Maybe they was just having a bad day or they just doesn’t do it right but I may or may not go back.

I enjoy having my nails done. I love the attention that it brings to me. You spent extra time making me feel so adored! Thanks!!

Had a mani and pedi done today by Ha-Ha. He is the male on their team. If you want a great foot/ leg massage then his is your guy. I’m a runner and I’m on my feet 12+ hrs a day. He is a firm massager and he did great on my nails. I did gel on both hands and feet in the color he suggested. They are very busy so calling in and making an appointment is ideal if you need to be helped right away. I had to leave and come back an hour later luckily they were ready for me when I showed up. Every customer that walked through the doors were greeted by name. The place was very clean and organized. There prices are pretty standard to other salons that I have been to. I will be returning.

Visiting my son and DIL from several states away. Came in because of the other reviews with my 2 daughters. It makes no mention of needed appointments. When we walk in. They ask can they help us. 3 others walkin and they ask them do they have appointments...meanwhile weve been waiting almost an hour! Terrible customer service!!!!! And its like 6 people working

Elaine gives a fantastic pedicure. She knows how to get the tension out of those lower legs and make u not want to use ur feet, they feel so soft and relaxed. I hand the honey pedicure and she took care of my in-grown toe nail and corn like magic. This is for Queen Nails in Yadkin Plaza, run by Michelle, Elaine. & lil Diane! Love those girls!!!

Pleasent atmosphere friendly staff

Walked in around 12:30. The entire salon smelled like weird, rotting food. 2 people walked in after me and mentioned they had an appointment at 1:30. Waited until 12:55, and then was told the 2 women that walked in AFTER me would be done first because “they had an appointment” even though their appointment wasn’t for another half hour, which was PLENTY of time to do my nails.Ridiculous!

I love the ladies in there. They aim to please and are always professional.
