Tried Nu Nails out for the first time today, and my experience was wonderful. The employees were so sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere was very comforting and relaxing. Lots of color choices and they made sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend and will definitely come here again soon!!

I needed a pedicure and a dip manicure and wanted to try a new place. I was seated immediately. My tech gave me the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. She also gave me an amazing dip manicure.

The man who greeted me was super sweet but the lady that did my nails ignored me when I talked to her, it was my first time there and also my first time with dip powder. She never told me when she was done and to go dry my nails, she just immediately got up and started working on the other customer that just walked in to get her nails done.

My tech does an excellent job on my acrylic fill. I watched the staff diligently cleaning while no customers were present. This was by far the cleanest nail salon I have been to.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve been. They put only four layers including base coat and top coat. And a woman who did my nail filed not my finger also!! She didn’t realized that. Also my nail gel is coming off within a week. I paid $35 for the awful service. I won’t be there again!!!

Definitely a five star treatment! I had a few special requests which my tech executed beautifully. I am very particular I like things a certain way and she did all that I asked for one more.

I had a pedicure and a manicure asked for a tip on one of my nails bc my real nail broke didn’t receive that.. had dip on my nails and they are already breaking. Had a gel pedicure done and the gel is already chipping on my toes and I’m only a week out from having it done,. Very not satisfied 100$ later.. already had to schedule for my nails to be done again and I’m a hair dresser and everyone sees my nails... would not send anyone here

All the ladies at here are friendly and personable; every time Im in there, conversation is lively and fun. They are always on time, super professional, and quick! You wont be disappointed!

I got my hard gel extensions. She was very gentle and detailed! Really love my shape and I love that its not too thick either! Also sometimes it takes hours to get extensions but my tech has really fast hands!

The lady argued with me about my color when I tried to correct her on my first nail I told her it was wrong she insisted it was right n kept going then told me the color will change. I wanted blue nd need up with green. Then didnt fill my nails all the way end leaving Marks n still made me pay extra.

I have been going to this place for many times and I love her work. My tech is great - her place is super clean and cute and she does a wonderful job whenever I get a mani and pedi.

After one visit here that all changed with just one visit now I have standing appointments every 2 weeks and dont plan on missing not one. highly recommend!!!

Cut wife to bleed multiple times when shaping cuticles. Sloppy finish work on final nail painting. Pedicure hot rocks was nice. Should have listened to other reviews to stay away. Will not be back.

DO NOT GO HERE! My daughter just arrived home after getting a fill in which her tech RUINED the shape of her nails and not only refused to fix them but forced her to pay full price for them. They look horrid and she now has to go pay to have them removed. I do not recommend!!!!!!

I didnt really enjoy my experience here. The man was sweeter than the women and understood more English. The girl doing my manicure did my cuticles so hard that it started to bleed. Then the color I selected was very close to the one in the mail catalogue but boy quite. The girl did 5 coats and still didnt come closer to the shade in the chart. She also forgot to massage my hand and on reminding her, rolled her eyes a little. I wouldnt go here again.

I got a fill on a set on October 28th and the lady filed the cuticle edge down so much she went completely through my nail into my finger on two nails on my right hand. I repeatedly told her it hurt and she laughed and said it doesnt hurt. She destroyed my nails and I will never come here again if you value your nails I would avoid it also.

Customer service was welcoming I decided to try a Dip powder for the first time and I am very disappointed in my nails I had these done Saturday and its only Tuesday couple nails have already Bubbled peeling off and some nails color is not even solid color. I never complain or really do reviews but I do not think Ill be going back here for my next service

My friend an I did not have a good experience. They were very rude.

They painted on my skin and filled my nails too much one side it looks like its missing a chunk. They werent even busy and it was only me in there. I asked for simple circle flowers and it looks like a random dot pattern insted of cute little flowers

Went once and will NEVER come back again. Instead of soaking my nails that had a little bit of dip on them, the lady went straight to shaving them until i instinctively moved my hands because of how painful it was. At one point, my nails started bleeding and she continued to work without wiping the blood away. She did two layers of dip and when she was done, she shaved them ONCE AGAIN. I was left with uneven dip, dip on my skin, and my nails hurt for the next week, just for my dip to crack off and break my actual nails. I had to pay full price and I tipped. The lady was unapologetic and was mad that I was literally crying in the chair. Don’t go here.

So i got a horrible experience with them for manicure n pedicure, even the nails were not shaped evenly, so I called this person today as they told in the reply from the review and he siad nothing, just you came and thank you welcome, thats it. So please all never ever go there to waste your money. Im saying it honestly NEVER GO.

There was a problem with the staff like they were very angry. Imagine they fought with my 2 years old son like dealing with adult. I smiled all the time try to make nice atmosphere. They don’t talk, listen or smile. Very rude people.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The polish is sloppy and the cut is jagged. “Fixed” multiple times and it still looks horrible all while receiving an attitude!!!!! I will never return. Also, nails are uneven and sloppy!! I wish I had read the reviews myself before going there!! Worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here!!!

Just moved here and needed a nail salon. When they finished my manicure and polish, the polish was on my cuticles. I pointed it out but she said it would be fine. Within 2 days, the gel peeled near my cuticles on several nails. I have never had such a sloppy job done and paid $80 for it. I will never go back. HORRIBLE!

Called this morning hoping to get an appointment for two peoples gel manicures at noon. They had availability, so we went and they finished both of our nails in 38 minutes!! Was able to make it back to work on time with lunch - Super fast, and I even got a gel French manicure which typically takes a little longer than a solid colored gel manicure. Fantastic job done and Id definitely come back.

Went yesterday for a simple fill cut down and very simple nail art and all I got was laughed at by my nail tech . He kept trying to get me to redo my whole nails and all I asked for was a fill. Saying “look it time it’s your 4th fill” when it had only been my 2nd. I I showed him my simple nail art and he kept laughing asking why did I want that . Was trying out new places that day and just wasn’t pleased, nails were fine just felt like I was being made fun of whole time I was there for not choosing to get a whole new set of nails and my selection of nail art

I went today and the man who did my nails was very friendly and entertaining he was interactive with me and asked me questions and what i like. I think his name was Nan but i give this 5 stars and would definitely go back again

I have been going here for over 3 years. They are amazing. I have never gotten so many compliments about my nails everywhere I go someone comments on how beautiful they look. Highly recommend this place for the best manicure and pedicure and excellence in service.

Customer service was okay, I got a full set of dipped acrylic nails and the color I picked was nothing like the color she pulled out. If they don’t have the color they shouldn’t offer it... the service was quick but too quick. I felt a bit rushed and I was the only customer in the place. She didn’t ask me the length or the shape of how I wanted my nails. Communication is a bit off. She did slip the nail filer on my finger tips a few times and I’ve never had something like that happen to me. Her fill of my nail was pretty accurate so my nails aren’t terrible but I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

First &last time coming here. The way they did mine & My sisters nails were unprofessional. They didn’t clip&clean our nails & cuticles & didn’t shape them after. The guy that was doing My sisters nails was coughing without covering his mouth & not wearing a mask. The owners wife was rushing doing My nails & there were no people waiting. I told her My nails were uneven, the nailpolish was way more thicker than the other finger, She said no. There was nailpolish on Mine & My sisters fingers they didn’t clean up. The edges of our nails weren’t even painted, & the next day The nail polish on My nail peeled off. I paid $50 for My nails She could’ve put some time & effort to My nails.

Waited 45 mins to been seen which is fine. The girl rushed threw!! all my nails are miss shaped and crooked. And are really really thin. The lady yelled on the phone the whole time she was nice but for $53 you expect better service would not recommend

I was in last week to get a manicure. Everyone was great! The man did such a good job! Im going back to get a pedicure tonight!

I came here because Modern Nails where I always go is closed on Sunday. I told them I wanted my gel nails redone in white chrome like they already were. Instead of soaking the gel polish off with acetone, the lady grinded it off along with the whole top layer of my nails. When she was doing my cuticles she ripped my skin off and caused my finger to bleed. She sprayed it with alcohol SEVERAL times which stung. When she went to put the chrome on top of the white gel polish it wasn’t even chrome. It just looked dingy yellow. Then she tried a different chrome powder on another nail which was dark gray (keep in mind I wanted WHITE nails) and not really even shiny at all and was all spotty. I then told her to just take it off and leave it plain white. So she just wiped the powder off with alcohol leaving some of the gray powder on ONE nail. When that was over she rubbed each of my arms with Dollar General unscented body lotion for seriously no more than 10 seconds each JUST so they could charge me for a manicure when all I asked for was a polish change. It ended up being $35 when at Modern Nails its $20 for me to get my gel nails redone and $30 to get them redone with chrome. I will never go back to Nu Nails.

Very rude. I ask for a design and he said I have to come back Monday, but I had set an appointment. He does not take care of your nails properly and do not know how to shape them correctly. They wanted to paint my nails and toes a different color so they can charge me extra for gel. DO NOT GO HERE.

I always have an amazing experience at Nu Nail. Kim and Peter are so hospitable, and Kim can do any nail art you ask. My nails last long periods of time and are always perfect. I work long shifts and have come in at odd hours, but Kim and Peter always accommodate me. Thanks Kim!

Just left this nail salon (Nu nails). My daughter had saved up her money to get a gel manicure. Their salon had two TVs blaring two different shows, several people in the back area talking very loudly the entire time, and their own children yelling back and forth across the studio (anything but tranquil). But the 1 star review is due to the horrible job they did on my daughters nails. She has 3 cuts (on 3 different fingers) on her cuticles- one of which hasn’t stopped bleeding even 15 min later. Overall, very unprofessional and not good at the one service they perform! As an addition- they told my 14 year old that she needed her eye brows waxed! First of all, she doesn’t! And second of all, way to boost morale of a vulnerable teen! Stay away!

I went to Nu Nails because my regular salon was closed and they were very rude about hurting my fingers when I jolted away, they didnt fill my nails all the way, they are very bulky, crooked, and not filed well at all. I had three people who worked on my nails instead of one person and at the end of my appointment they made me look up their salon, took my phone and gave themselves a 5 star rating. Please do not go to this nail salon

The did the exact shape that I wanted, and did not hesitate to correct the nail that I thought was crooked. The staff was awesome and very professional. I will be coming back again

I am a former nail tech and the person that did my pedicure gave me the worst pedicure I have ever had. She literally punched my feet and legs during the very brief massage, she cut me with the cuticle nippers, and did a poor polish job. I had requested the pedicure with intense callous removal which she did not do. I had to ask her to do it and she still did not do it correctly. I have never written a bad review before but this was beyond terrible.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They do not use sterile tools.They were hateful and extremely unprofessional.When I told her what she was was doing hurt, she told me I was fine. Turns out it hurt because she had ripped part of my nail off. I asked her to spray alcohol before painting and she tried to refuse.My friends and I felt trapped there and unable to leave this horrible place.When we left one said New nails? No way! I want my old nails back. That pretty much sums up the mani pedi relaxing girls time

If you say youll put 5 stars on google he’ll give you lots of candy. I wanted to get my nails reshaped after removing the acrylics they took off and asked for oval or round shape but she cut them to the bed and left them stubby. Perhaps she didn’t know what that meant.

Ive never had my nails done, but we enjoyed our experience. Everybody was very nice & helpful. The lady that worked on us was so patient with my daughter considering thats shes only 4. I believe their prices were reasonable. Definitely going back when we need our touch up. ☆♡☆♡.

Went there today for a shellac manicure. The owner was pushy, and fought me on all of my preferences as far as color and nail length. At 2 different points during nail prep, he hurt me to where my cuticles were red and one of them was bleeding as he was buffing my nails. He continued buffing those same nails despite me having told him that they were getting sensitive and to be more careful. It seemed like he was in a rush the whole time. His wife then colored my nails. He continued to hover over her as she did, and at one point, they just walked off and were clearly arguing. When the manicure was dry, there were ragged edges and paint on my cuticles still. For $50, I expect better. Will not be returning

I spent over an hour arguing with the man about filing and shaping my nails the same. He proceeded to tell me that it was due to the shape of my nail bed or the fact that some nails were new and others were old. He had an excuse for everything.I had a nail that he had filed basically off on one side where you could now see my actual nail and there was no longer a tip. I have a nail that the entire nail is only in one side. I got and paid for a fill however my nails look to be over a week old and each nail is shaped different some have huge globs on them.. I went back and demanded a refund but they have a sign that says no refunds.. I have to now pay again for them to be done.. the guy said that he refused to do a refund because he has to pay rent there, I told him I paid for a service that he obviously could not preform.. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE NOR YOU TIME! You will not leave happy.. I have gone here several times and tried to give them chance after chance but they are unable to do nails. I have NEVER asked for a refund before on nails because at the end of the day a service was performed, but it simply was not the case here.. I left in tears because of how bad my nails look! I didn’t want them touching my nails again so I am going else where today..

My nails did not match they were uneven not straight. I didn’t like the lady who did my nails at all. She didn’t care if I liked them or not. She caught an additude over her poorly done job. When I asked her to correct my nails. I had to go home and reshape them myself. Rediculious! And I paid $65 Do not recommend going here at all. They worst place you could ever get your nails done.

My friend and I got ate nails done here the other day and hers came out amazing mine not so much they are too.. I got a full set they are too big for my fingers and started hurting really bad I payed way too much for this to be happaning my Tec hurt me with the file several times during my experience it was horrible never again will I be going back

Got my nails shellaced. It didnt take and the color was weird. Another lady came over and helped to take off the bad color and repainted my nails. They were super fast, they apologized, and even gave me a discount! This was only my second time here! Found my new place!

WARNING LADIES DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst place I have ever been to. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Not only did the lady cut me but she never once asked me the length I wanted and cut them way to short. Not a single nail was the same length and most of them were curving and going in different directions and when told the lady thats when she cut me. I immediately ended the session and was still charged $40 for no polish and messed up nails. I hope this makes them lose business so they cant butcher anyone elses nails!

I have been here several times and excellent service ! Today not so much ! Pedi fine although had to wait a while! When I asked for gel i got told to wait and got passed to 3 people? I waited for a very long time .Then when finally got to me she was VERY rushed ! Just noticed still color on my nails under the French! Done ! not going back nor will I ever recommend!

Peter was very nice but a little insistent in trying to upsell to gell and an extra manicure. Not the best acrylics I’ve had done but a nice a clean area. All the nail technicians in the shop also didn’t shape nails well for me or the friend I came with.

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! I went to go get a fill on my nails yesterday, the man basically rushed me to get my polish. As he was doing my nails he tried to use to finger nails to take off my acrylics which ended up causing a breakage in the middle of nail. The shaping is horrible, my nails were suppose to be stiletto but like 2 of them end up being almond shape. After I told him they need to be shaped up more he got super snappy at me & made very rude remarks. He later switched me over to a woman once it came time for the polishing which was decent but she was definitely in a rush. The man tried to kiss my butt after I left but I was not going for it. Afterwards I went to Walmart to pick up some items & bout time I walked out of there..guess what?! I HAVE A BROKEN NAIL! Waste of my money & time.

Me and my friend went here and by far the worst servies i have ever got. Got gel on my toes and its like they didnt finsh letting it dry its like coming off and and they rushed threw is so fast i was done in 15 mins i am so disappointed because its not something i can get done alot because its so expensive so when i do go i except the besy servies possible. Its super upseting rubbed my legs for 30 seconds and didnt do anything.

Staff was friendly and quick. They offered me a water and chocolate as soon as I walked in. The store was clean too! Ill be back

Horrible job on my nails. When I said that I did not like one of my nails the lady was very rude. It had a huge smudge where it was peeling back. When finished I had the glue and powder left from the dip on my skin.
