I showed up today at 6:05 pm and they stated they are already closed for the day when the store clearly states close of business is at 7:00 pm. When asked why I wasn’t given an answer. I am a respectful and educated individual I honestly think because of my race is why I wasn’t served and that’s so unfortunate in 2021 smh! People who look like me please stay away the professionalism is very poor!!!

Great nail salon. I love the option of getting my pedicure in a private room where they have decorative pillows and blankets. When getting a manicure and a pedicure they will prep your nails while youre getting your pedicure which speeds up the process. If you visit on a weekday when they are not crowded you can get in and out with a pedicure and manicure in a little over an hour. I also love the text message notifications of the discounts they are offering. That is really the only time I go to get my nails done.

I started 3 months ago I have had a great experience each time. Lena is my favorite manicurist. I received many compliments on my nails.

I’m not exactly sure who did my nails but I got liquid gel for the first time and I’m absolutely in love with these 🥰😍 very friendly staff!

This was my first time here. The lady at the front was super nice. I had to switch nail techs for my pedicure because the first one had an attitude. I do not spend my money with people that have attitudes. The second lady that actually did my pedicure, she was awesome. I also recommend getting the jelly pedicure. It was different and nice. The place is also pricey. I would only come back here every once in awhile. They get a 3 star because of the attitude I received and it being too pricey.

I expected so much more from this salon based on the reviews. The pedicure station wasn’t very clean in my opinion. I completely did not get what I requested. The length, the shape, the design, everything was completely off after showing photos of exactly what I wanted! I was quoted a price but didn’t get the design that was supposed to go on three of my fingers. The only reason I’m okay with the one star is the pedicure was okay. Back to Best Nail Bar I go. $212 gone straight down the drain.

I am so disappointed!!!! I when on Saturday to get a pedi with my daughter. This is what it looks like. I know My feet can be bad but that it the service I paid for. I have NEVER had any issues with my feet looing like this. I looks like nothing was done. I even had to remind the girl to scrub my feet!!!! I was going to let it go but $40 of money I work hard for and do not treat myself very often to get this!!! Very Shameful!!!!

I use to have a very pleasant experience here. After waiting over an hour and being skipped multiple times today. I decided to leave quietly. I called to speak to Katie and was disrespected in return. The receptionist is HIGHLY disrespectful. Their was another lady that had to bring to her attention that she was next and was being skipped. I came in and there were about 7 or 8 people waiting as well. All of them were serviced. 2 additional came in and were immediately serviced. A group of 4 were then serviced.( This is when I left) I called to vocalize my concerns. The receptionist responded with “All the techs don’t do nails” However, they came and got 2 of the 4 for nails. I was told they had an appointment but they did not AT ALL mention an appointment when entering the shop. (Nor did she ask if I had one)It was a lie! When calling she knew exactly who I was and why I was calling without even vocalizing my concerns.( really defensive and belligerent) It leads me to believe she was aware of the mistreatment and was more upset that I chose not to spend my dollar here. Although, unbeknownst I am a woman pushing 30 and not a teen who can be easily disrespected. With connections to the nail world I will be sharing my experience and no longer recommending them. I’m not one to complain and very patient but this was unacceptable!! Other reviews here are pretty accurate to my experience today. Go else where!

I’ve been happy coming here but today was just a mess when it came to my gel fill on my hand nails and color change on my toes. Last time I went I spent $100 pedi and coffin nails the girl was excellent. Today the girl who did my toes did not remove the previous black polish I had on my toes the way she should have…I spent $70 today…kept telling me next time I came for pedicure they would clean all the black off better…excuse me? I don’t think so…she tried to add more polish on my toes but didn’t work looked like I had been playing in the mud. I will not be going back.!😡 Not sure if photos downloaded. What a let me down.

I have been going to this place since moving from another state and as far for manicures I can give it 4-5 stars no complaints there, however never ever will I come back to do my pedicure, mind you once again this is only place that I’ve come to do my pedicure and never in my life I’ve had fungus on my toes and that’s exactly what I’ve got from coming here the last time !!! 😩 it’s just a big disappointment because the inside looks super clean and elegant but don’t let that fool y’all !! All I know I won’t be risking it again !!! So unfortunately as much I liked this place I’ll have to start looking somewhere else to do my pedicure but for manicure so far they haven’t disappoint.

Got a pedicure and they did a fantastic job also handled a problematic nail well. Also I used a gift card and I love that there was no experation date. To me this should be standard. I bought a gift card at sassy nails on skibo and theirs expired on me. This is bad business. Thankful coco nails dont do this to their customers. I will definitely be back here

So went in and asked for pedicure, dip nail, and eyebrows. My pedicure was ok but my nails... I asked for dip and dip is supposed to look natural and thinner unlike acrylic. My nails are lumpy and not shaped the same. When I got in my car I noticed a small piece of hair and red glitter in two different nails... then I explained to the woman doing my eyebrows I just want a clean up... she reshaped them and made them thinner... everything was rushed and I didn’t leave feeling pampered. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I spent $100 for sloppy work.

Yesterday was my first visit there. The Nails Spa is immaculate with plush seats.I was treating my 5 girls to a girls day.Katie, the owner, made our visit visit the best. She had us all seated and taken care of within minutes.They treated us with kindness and made sure we had something to drink.Katie is very hands on with her clients; and makes sure we are taken care of.Peter did a great job on my gel pedicure.We will definitely be there again. Thanks to everyone that made our day the best.

One of the best nail salons Ive ever been to! Its beautiful inside, they offer a beverage of your choice when you sit down and the feel of the place is just elegant. The nail technicians are wonderful and personable, I like Tom, Katrina and Tyler . Theyre a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, the quality of what they do is outstanding and Tyler and Katrina are incredible nail artists. I typically pull up something on pinterest that I like and ask them to recreate it, they usually put their own twist on it to make it their own, which I love, it usually comes out better than what Ive asked then to recreate.

I usually love Coco Nails but this experience today was just messy. On June 14, I made a appt with Katrina. I showed up for my appt and was told that they didnt have the appt written down and there was nothing the could do.

Absolutely horrible. I live in SC and drive to Fayetteville for work. This place was recommended. I showed a pic how of how I wanted my nails but was told they don’t do nail designs. I told the girl I wanted my cuticles clipped and she said it would be an additional $15 because that would be a manicure. She didn’t massage my hand, clean under my nails but instead took to much skin off. Nails are medium length and I asked for thin acrylic because I can’t function with thick acrylic. They kept saying that it had to be thick based on my nail length. Which I’ve never encountered before. The owner stepped in to thin the acrylic which she never did she went over my nail one time with the machine and it’s still thick on one side of my nail. Then it wasn’t filed on the sides good because it’s jagged because the first girl was using cuticle clippers to get excess acrylic off because she put too much on. Horrible and definitely over charged. Didn’t even get full manicure but was charged for it. $68 total

Normally I dont have a problem in there but I felt rushed on the 23rd when I went in and the guy doing it felt like he was irritated with the rush. Needless to say its the 28th and my nail is broken. Im unhappy

Excellent service and atmosphere. Very relaxing and enjoyable time with my 10 year old daughter as we both got pedicures. We will both be back and definitely recommend Coco Nails.

Elegant and beautiful rooms, but the regular polish manicure I got lasted 5 minutes tops, was very rushed, only one coat of an opaque polish, no dry time in between that layer and top coat, and a blunder was not fixed by wiping and re-doing the layer, but was noticeably and badly patched. It was my first time here and Im sure there are techs who are good, but I didnt luck out with mine, and Im getting married tomorrow...

I went there for the first time about a week ago and three of my nails already popped off, the first one came off just four days after getting them done . These nail were expensive too! I got a $90 full set that didn’t even last me a week . I also felt that towards the end of my services the nail tech was rushing to finish and didn’t make the design as opaque as it could have been . They were just good, but charged like they were great! After paying so much and my nails not lasting more than a week, that was the first and last time I’ll be visiting.

Beautiful place but my nail tech seemed to in a rush. All nails had a defined shape except my middle finger. When I mentioned that I would like them all to identical. The tech offered to redo the entire finger. I just wish more detail was shown the initial time.

They refused to do my nails. After i pointed out that the towel i had my arms on had a person real nail left on it. I asked her for another towel in a quiet nice manner. She then got up and sent another to tell me they cant do my nails after doing my feet. Even tho i was sitting at the table they sent me to which was not clean. I left out because i didnt want to cause a scene. My mom was inside drying her feet. The lady followed me out to accuse me of not paying. Uhhhh my mom was inside. Im definitely upset right now. I have been a customer of CoCo Nails for about a year now. I was a regular of Katrina. I came to her after seeing her work online and it was nearly perfection. In the beginning, I received the same quality. However, the last couple of times Katrina did my nails I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. Today, I finally said something to Katrina because it is truly upsetting to pay $40 for a fill-in and the quality come out trashy. Even when I was unhappy the last time I never said anything. I simply did not want to complain. However, when I brought the quality of the work up to her today she did not care at all and actually made me realize I know no longer wish to be her customer. Normally, I have received great customer service. As previously provided Katrina used to do my nails to almost perfection. I think lately she rushes and it has been detrimental to the shaping, filling and painting of the nails. Today my nails are uneven, bulking, and the polish looks streaky.

I enjoy getting my manicures here, in and out service. Worth the time and money. Great experience every time.

I recently visited Coco Nails Bar in the Food Lion shopping center on Legion Road. My experience there was great. This place is beautiful inside and one of the most upscale salons i have ever been to. They have a selection of wines for you to enjoy while getting your manicure and pedicure done in a pleasant and professional setting. They also have a private room for you to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and does great work. I will be going back there and would definitely recommend this salon to my family and friends.

Made an appointment the day before and when I got there I didnt have to wait at all. I got the jelly pedicure and it was amazing. The lady I think her name was Mary, she took her time and did not rush through it. On the other hand the guy who did my nails pretty much rushed to do my nails, but still ended up doing a good job. I do recommend this place and also recommend making an appointment because they do get pretty busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for horrible quality and I’m not paying for an attitude. Came to get dipping powder done. And it looks like a two year old took play doh and did my nails. Dipping powder all over my skin and nails stuck to my skin. how are my natural nails stuck on my skin?? When I asked to get them fixed. OWNER is trying to change my shape and not do what I’m asking her to do. WORST experience ever getting my nails done. 0/10 recommendations.

Today was my first time there for a pedicure. The staff was extremely friendly and they also did an amazing job on my feet. My feet are so soft. When you entered the place, it certainly customer friendly. I brought my sister for a spa treatment hand and feet. They did an awesome job! The prices are reasonable. Im very picky about my hands and feet. Im from New Jersey so when I Google it, reviews were good. So I came and I have to say reviews were on point. Another satisfied customer.

Prices have gone up tremendously!!!! I understand they may have to make up for what they lost during this pandemic....but still be considerate of your customers!!!! Daughter received an Ombré Full set $55 and she’s 12.....I received the same thing $55 and I had foil strip designs placed on my 2 ring fingers.....that was an additional $20.....

I have been a customer for several years now, went in almost 2 weeks ago wanted to do a full gel set was told $45 or $55 no problem but then was told if I wanted to add color it would be an additional 10-15. Why are your prices going up each time I come into the shop? I settled for just gel polish because I was told my nails are beautiful, didnt really want gel polish because it chips within a few days but was told it wouldnt chip, now Im sitting at work with 3 nails gel polish has came off completely and the other 7 chipped polish. Other then that they are really nice and the shop is beautiful

After several months coming here the service started to decreasing quality. Rhinestones kept falling and they make you feel like it’s your fault that they’re falling not because of the quality they put in the work. Once they told me I could bring my own rhinestones that it would be less but when I brought the rhinestones this last time they told me it doesn’t matter if I bring them or not because it’s going to be the same price. The owner doesn’t back you up or gave me great customer service when I went to complain because she will defend her employees no matter what. She wasn’t next to the employee when he said “no color? I said yes, no color” but I was expecting the clear coating but she says her employee did offer it. He didn’t. He told me I was done. I felt like I was being punished. Very disappointed because I referred this place many many times.

I had to get some polish fixed. Simply, the marble design that was performed by someone else did not look like marble at all.These folks got me in within 10 minutes, although their shop was full, and they did it with a smile all the way through. Cultural differences can make some feel as though theyre being treated rudely at times, but everyone at Coco s was extremely friendly. And on top of it did an extraordinary job on my nails. Itll be a 30 minute drive but theyll be well worth it.

I went here yesterday and ask for a full hour and 30 min Hot stone and centric private pedicure. The service was horrible the lady rushed the service and did a 40 min sloppy job when it was time for hot stone she had the stone pouring hot water on cold rocks which that is not the proper or process to heat up the stones it’s was a ridiculous mess. The nail paint is water down and you don’t get the color your looking for . The private room is actually not private when others are entering in and out . The tv don’t work in the private room, and your basically paying for sloppy service. The manager has a nasty attitude seem to be racist so please do not spend your hard earn money on this nail shop that does not have good quality or professionalism or good service to paying customers.

I went today for my first time. As soon as you walk in everything looks clean, new and updated. I needed my toes painted and a gel fill in. I came in at 2:50 and was out by 3:45, keep in mind this was during one of their rushes. My nail shape was perfect, and my toes looked great (and I’m very particular about my nails). Katie did my sets today and I’ll definitely be returning. It was $40 to paint toes and have a gel fill in and french tip for both toes and fingers. I recommend trying them, they get you in and out quick, fits everyone in, and does a great job in even a short amount of time. They were high staffed which is why everyone seemed to be helped right away. Plus their color range is huge, from bright colors to mood changing to chrome. I would probably schedule an appoint prior to coming in, but even the walk ins seemed to be a priority.

They ruined a good set of nails. I only needed them filled in. They were unable to do the shape that I had my nails in. After they messed up the shape and couldn’t fix them. They offered no resolution and asked me to leave as if it were my fault they messed up my nails

Tony was FANTASTIC! I wanted to do acrylic to protect my real nails. I ended up doing the powdered dip nails and I am so HAPPY! All the employees were very warm and welcoming! I will be coming back here for sure!

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars! Please do not waist your money at this place! Horrible service and Horrible Set! You tell the nail tech what you want and they give you the opposite! They obviously just hire anybody! My three year old niece does a better job than them!

I normally dont do this but the owner was so rude. I wish you could choose a half of a star when rating because they do not deserve it with the experience I had. I had my nails done a week ago with the dip powder. Three of my nails broke while on vacation and today a nail popped all the way off just buttoning a shirt. She would only fix those 4 even when there was a chance for the others to break or pop off. She told me they are only gonna fix the ones that were broken and if I didnt like it I could go somewhere else. I am actually writing this review while Im waiting on my nails to dry. I will definitely not be coming back for any of my services. Dont let the upgrades fool you cause their work needs to be upgraded as well.

Very upset about how my nails came out!! The owner just brushed me off! The receptionist was rude and just wanted to smoke her cigarette!! My nails were polished on yesterday and today this “supposed to be” gel polish is chipping and looks dull!! I will not be returning back to these people!! Someone please suggest a nail salon that works well with natural nails!! My advice....do not go to this salon if you are expecting a great outcome! If no stars were an option that’s what they would get!!

I would NEVER come back to this establishment. They do NOT know how to do gel polish. This is my second time going and having someone else do a gel pedicure and they messed up . Instead of saying they are not 100% sure how to do gel, they blame it on you. And the store manager is no help at all, the only thing she say is that they don’t provide refunds . I came in wanting to get my eyelashes and an overlay on my nails. I told them I wanted the single lash extensions (so I could have a natural look), she took me to the back and pulled out a package of individual lashes that you can get from the store. When I was done they didn’t look natural at all, they were very thick. After that I sat down to get my nails done. The guy was rushing to get them done, he made my nails uneven and didn’t do my cuticles. In the car on my way home I was looking at my eyelashes trying to think of a way to take them off. I was thinking maybe the glue is still wet and I can pull them off, well I went to pull them off and they just came right off, because they didn’t use eyelash extension glue they used false eyelashes glue.
