I normally go to Sun nails for my pedicures. I decided to call and schedule an appointment for me and my 7 year old daughter. When I inquired about the price for my 7 year old I was told they need to see her in order to give a price because she may look like an adult. If you have a price for kids have a price for kids. I will never return to this establishment for this reason alone.

This Nail Salon is the best pedicure spot around!!! It’s the only place I go to get my pedicure done. The ladies here are professional, efficient and careful with your feet. The prices are affordable and the Salon is clean and Covid protocols are followed. They take care of you ladies believe me! Go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

This is the best nail shop. They value and appreciate their customers they all take their time on each customer and I noticed that even when theyre busy they dont rush to get done with you just because they see a lot of people come in they still give you their undivided attention. They let you know how long your wait. I feel they are so worth the wait.

Daniel was absolutely amazing! He was so gentle, made sure I was happy with every nail throughout the whole process, even asked what I did for work and if I wanted multiple coats to make the nails stronger. I am so happy with my nails, and have finally found my salon!

My daughter and I have been going here for almost two years. Young Lisa is the best, but more importantly, in this age of COVID they make sure hand sanitizer and masks are used the moment you walk in the door. In this day and age we need a little pampering and Sun Nails & Spa is the place to go.

Daniel is the man who did my nails. He has extremely great customer service however he kept having to stop to assist others who entered the shop. They need someone who only does the front desk so they can focus on the person in front of them. Overall, I will not return. The reason being because 2 days after my top clear coat of gel polish was peeling off. That’s unacceptable, especially with me paying $60. No thank you.

I so enjoyed stumbling along this place for the first time! They were so down to earth and did a wonderful job!! (Daniel was particularly awesome!)

They have always been awesome to me. Ive been going here for a year. So friendly. They did a design from a picture I showed them 💚it!

Nail tech was pleasant and did her best. I was not pleased with my nails. I asked for them to be square square and polished up to my cuticle s and they were not. The only thing I liked was the nail color.

I’ve been doing my nails here for almost 1 year and I’ve will never go anywhere else. I used to wait till I came to GA from NYC to do my nails when I was living bi-coastal because my nail tech in NYC was so inconsistent and I wasn’t always happy. So when I discovered Sun Nail & Spa I was so happy. Trinity and her team are just amazing. They are really skilled at what they do and I’ve never been disappointed. The SNS nails last a really long time and it don’t lift at all. Now during COVID, they have taken steps to ensure that safety is practiced to keep everyone safe. I’m really picky and have been to a lot of places before here and I can truly say as long as they continue to be opened I won’t be going anywhere else.

This is the only place I visit! They actually treat you like family! I would definitely recommend :)

Daniel was wonderful!! Did an awesome job and was so friendly... Tu did a great job on my feet. Im definitely coming back. I found my new spot.EDIT: Unfortunately, I had to knock them down to 2 stars. Daniel is still WONDERFUL, but todays experience when trying to book an appointment has lost them a customer. I drive nearly an hour to get to this location (that is how great I think Daniel is)... and during the week it is hard for me to make it there. I wanted to make an appt for Saturday but was told because of Fathers Day they are only doing walk ins Fri-Sun. Since I live so far away already I didnt want to get there after driving nearly an hour and having to wait an hour or more to be seen since I dont have an appt. I am unable to make it on Monday and they are closed Tuesdays so the next day I could make an appt was Wednesday (a whole week from today). I made the mistake of mentioning that in the event I get them done closer this Saturday I would call and cancel. At that point, she would no longer let me keep my Wednesday appt saying that it would be taking the space for someone else. I get that but I would have given plenty of notice. I explained the chances of me going somewhere else this weekend were slim but she still refused to set my appointment. Im very disappointed that a customer that goes WAAAAY out of their way to come here and passes 383873764 different nail salons was denied an appt twice in one call! lol So yeah. Ill just have to find somewhere closer.

Called in for a reservation and asked if I would be out in time to catch a flight and was assured I’d have plenty of time when I told her when I need to leave. I got in and sat in a chair for 30 minutes and then finally they started on me. Well low and behold I FINALLY almost a FULL HOUR after the time they told me I’d be done and at currently rushing to the airport. Would not recommend. I almost had to leave with my nails looking like the picture below. Notice I did leave with terrible looking cuticles.

Terrible service, they act like they are health conscious by having you sterilize your hands, but when you point out how dirty the upholstery is they get offended. Then I pointed out how dirty the restroom is. So they kicked me out.

I used to come here all the time. But Covid changed that. I used to see Trinity all the time and was always filling up their pink service cards. The quality has gone down hill. I recommend Bliss Nails in Morrow they do way better nails. And they’re ON TIME!

Best pedicure hands down

They do neat work but they don’t listen. They will do what they think is good on your nails but not what you ask for. I asked for pink and white. When I questions her after the first two she ignored me. She gave me French tips. No pink. No ombré. Don’t they ask what kind of pink you want for pink and white? She didn’t ask. Cause she gave me clear. Just clear and an ugly thin white line. French tip is not the same as pink and white!!

I loved coming to this nail salon, they were so nice and did a great job. I spend so much money here. However, today I came in and there was a 20 min wait. I signed in and told the lady I’d be back in 10 minutes. When I came back she told me there were 4 people in front of me, I calmly asked for some clarity because if there was a 20 min wait, it’s a 20 min wait for everyone. While I was talking to the woman, she just walked away from me. Black people need to spend their money with blank businesses!!!!!! We support their whole lives and they don’t even respect us enough to even listen to us when we speak!!! I am not only disappointed, but I am hurt as a loyal customer. I will never be back again.

I used to frequent this place yrs ago when I lived nearby. Was in the area one day and stopped in for services because the salon I normally visit had a lack of staff for that day.Found out Sun Nail is under new mgmt. Also found its best to make an appt or you will be waiting. I was very pleased with their services that I stopped going to my reg salon, who is a lil cheaper. I had been a customer of Sun Nail for about 6 months until ONE day I got a fill in. The very NEXT day one nail had split across the middle. I called Sun Nail and asked Daniel if I could get it repaired. Surprisingly, I was told it would be at a cost. I asked why and explained I was just in there the day before. I was told because it was a fill in there would be a cost and had it been a full set there would be no cost. Told Daniel this made no sense and Ive never heard of nor been to a nail salon who was not willing to warranty their work 1 or 2 day(s) after services performed. Theyve now lost a customer. Goodbye!

The shop is clean and the staff is very nice. I waited an hour for service, but it was so worth it. My nails and toes look great. I was worried they would not be able to fit me in because it was almost closing time, but they stayed an hour after hours to make sure I got both my nails and toes done. Very satisfied, service was great and I would definately come back :-)

They do great work but they really need to hire more nail techs. While waiting for over an hour after being told it was only a 30 minute wait I watched one tech work on 4 different clients at once and get no where fast. 2 clients walked out because of the excessive wait time. I do not appreciate being worked on while you are also working on several other people. And she worked on those 4 clients and it took her more time to finish all four than it would if she would have did them one at a time. They are toooo slow. On a Saturday you should have more people.

I came at 11:15 on a Sunday just after opening and signed in and waited for 45 minutes.A guy was supposed to be doing my nails.He was looking at the sign in sheet and repeatedly skipped over my name and took other people walking in the door .Its gross.I love this place but that’s not right like why have a sign in sheet. This white lady even told him she didn’t make an appt after walking in after me and she still was serviced before me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Horrible customer service.

I absolutely love how Trinity does my nails. She never rush and she make sure that your nails are the way you want them. Im a very difficult person when it comes to my nails, but she completely understands me. The shop is clean and the people are friendly. I will continue to get my nails done here.

Did not enjoy this place Saturday May 4 2019? I went for a pedicure and I was waiting for a good foot massage like a lot of nail places do. The little old lady act like she didnt want to put the oil on my legs and feet. She half rub it in no massage at all. Then I had to tell her she had polish on my skin. I could have stayed at home. She didnt get a tip and I will not be back.

Trinity did my pedicure recently. She was gentle and concerned with the overall care and look. First time Ive gone to get a pedicure that didnt hurt me or draw blood. Really great customer service!

I had just got my nails done yesterday and I will not be coming back! I waited 30 mins for someone to do my nails even though the shop wasn’t that busy . Finally someone came and started to do my nails. The man who was doing my nails took forever. What normally should take a hour to do took him over two. Everyone else was in and out the shop but I was still sitting there. On top of that I had got gel and my top coat already peeling

This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. My nails lifted in two days . I went back to express to them what happened they fixed it then my nails lifted again the next day I paid 60 dollars for ombré and I heard the man who did my nails ask this guy why was he getting his nails pink I felt that was wrong and sexist

I’ll start by saying they are very sweet and made me feel comfortable. However, the quality is not there. I came here and got acrylics a year ago and they broke within a week, today i came in for a pedicure and the work was sloppy.

If I could give zero stars I would! I visited this place it was a rip-off! I paid for gel nails that supposed to last atleast 2 weeks. Mine lasted for 3 hours and by day two all the polish came off! I am perturbed! I called and sent pictures and they will not issue a refund!

Ask for Trinity!!! Shes great at mani and pedi! As well as eyebrows, she doesnt take off too much but will make sure you have that perfect beautiful arch that youre looking for! And She doesnt make your Polish look thick !! You wont regret it! Trinity is great at what she does !

Took my mom for mother/daughter mani/pedis and everything was fine, until the next day when my finger nails began to completely chip off, in large flakes! Went back to show them and was told that because I didnt pay extra for the gel color, that they wouldnt fix anything. It didnt even last a day! SO disappointed especially for how much I spent and the large tip I left for something apparently I could have just done at home. If they would have fixed it, the next time I came in I would have gotten gel polish, but now, theyve lost business from both of us completely.

Very poor service I read the reviews on this place before I went to get a fill in the reviews warned that their nails dont last two wks well mines didnt last a wk. I went in on mothers day and by Thursday three of nails was loose / lifting at the curtice I went to get them fix and she (Lisa) did them with no problem or attitude but her and one of the guys who worked there tried to give me excused to why my nails were lifting at the cuticle so early. The guy asked me how often are my hands in water....sir what does that have to do with anything Ive been wearing nails for three yrs now NEVER had this issue from any other nail salon I went to then I get in Lisa chair and she said I needed a fresh overlay...again yet another excuse they both tried to blame me for my nails lifting at the cuticle. NEVER will i go back to this place

Nice Services, able to do what I wanted

Our experience was HORRIBLE! I took my sis in laws here to get mani/pedis and myself a Brazilian wax and they originally had a 40 minute wait. We signed our name on a wait list and we left and came back 3 mins later. They put my sisters in the chairs and had them waiting for an hour before I had to say something. The service overall was super slow. After I asked them how long would the wait be, they told me 15 mins. 30 mins later someone started on one of my sis in laws nails. Another lady who I laterfound out was the owner skipped over my sis in law to tend to another customer in which I spoke to another nail tech about my disdain. She tried to offer a rebuttal and I told her I watched the order of customers. She then said she would do it and started on my other sis in law feet. She also was in the middle of doing her full set and left right in the middle because of a family emergency. I asked the owner if I would receive a discount for the disservice. She told me no and I asked her to take off my sis in laws nails and that we would be going somewhere else. It was very disappointing! A first and last time for us.

I was referred to Sun Nails by a friend after complaining about other. I must say coming from New York, Philly, Jamaica and the Bahamas they are the best. The owner does my nails. And my guy does my pedicure. He is the best when it comes to pedicures. I really love the fact they have COLORS... NOT WATERDOWN BUT OPI AND GEL COLORS. They will be with me until I leave georgia.
