I have always had a great and relaxing experience here. Every employee always greets me. Always clean! There have only been a couple of times over the years that I’ve walked in and they’ve been overly busy, the longest I’ve ever waited was about five minutes. I also appreciate that every technician I’ve been paired with has been able to read my vibes, sometimes I’m in the mood to talk the entire time and other times I don’t feel like talking at all. I never feel like I’m having to force conversation but I also never feel neglected.

Ive been going here for a year and have had no issues my aunt has been going for a couple of years and she has had no issuses. Ive always gotten good service for what i want. Prices are decent too. And to the lady who posted about her toe nails being messed up they have never been open on a Sunday. I work in the shopping center and when they see me they always check to see if I need a touch up or anything John and his wife take good care of me and anyone me and my aunt send that way they are human so they have there good days and bad but speak to them make sure they know what you want and need just like any new place they have to get to know you to know what you will expect from them there English not so good but they are very good people and rule number one dont rush them and if they make a mistake they will fix it.

Love this place! They always get me in right away. Very clean and friendly. I searched around for months after moving here for a nail salon and I never go anywhere else now. Great prices for the area

I dont get my nails done, but they be slaying my eyebrows for $10!

I got coffin shaped nails and my thumbs are messed up. Then my nails weren’t dry so when i grabbed my Wallet my nails messed up. Then i was charged 90$ for a pedicure and full set. Worse salon and I’ll never go again. I’ve NEVER spent that much for mouth

I go here often when my regular nail tech isn’t available but today!!! they had a inexperience person doing my pedi & it was one of the worst, he tried but when it’s busy you shouldn’t have someone training or learning especially when it comes to your money. he literally spent a hour on my feet doing nothing but massaging nothing else smh & the lady refused to do my mani over after I told her they look bulky, will never return here.

I typically don’t get my nails done or eyebrows waxed and decided yesterday to treat myself.It’s close by, and it’s the service you get if you want something decent.The technicians were not rude towards me and my relative as some others have mentioned here but I would have enjoyed it more if they were more inviting and sociable.Also, tip them for the service!—While prices are reasonable, please do not expect what you see on TV. The technicians are human too and really try to provide you the best of their nail salon.

Gel nails peeled within 1 wk. The older gentleman had come in and he fixed it. Had gel nails again and peeled within 1 1/2 weeks. It was conveniently located to my home, but I rather pay for a good job. Dont waste your money.

Nicole & Calvin take care of their customers. Reasonable prices and good work. Theyve gotten a lot busier the past couple of years, but I believe thats due to their service, so thats a good thing!

I wanted nails with the marble design and they didn’t know how to do it but insisted that they could so after 4 different times they kept redoing them and i still was not satisfied, it looked like chicken scratch on my finger. all they had to do was be up front and say they couldn’t do that or didn’t know how. Immediately after I left there I went to another place and got them fixed how I wanted them.

They do a great job here. Always pleasant and take their time to pamper you. 😊

I came in to this nail shop (definitely not a salon) after calling to make sure they were not busy, because all I needed was a color change on my toes.The lady on the phone said to come right away, she could do it for $10. I brought my own color to match my hands that were already done. My regular girl had the flu. I don’t usually shop around when it comes to hair, nails, and eyebrows.Anyhow, they gave me a friend of theirs that normally doesn’t work there but was helping them out. She was a very kind woman, we had a great conversation about my husband that was sick and hers also was sick. I sat down to let them my toes dry, and as I was about to leave; I noticed the color was very blotchy and appeared to have a cloudy application. I had brought powder pink. I asked the owner if she could apply (1) more coat. She hastily and rudely asked me why I didn’t ask their helper to do it. I replied “ I just looked at them”. She rudely told me to go sit at pedicure chair. I said “ I would rather wait about 2 minutes so they could dry alittle to avoid thick and sloppy application”. Because that sometimes happens with (3) coats. She told me “NO” that I needed to go sit, now. Against, my better judgement and swallowing my words as a reaction to her outrageous rude behavior, I complied anyhow. Now, this was late in the evening about 7:00pm. Well, in the morning and in better lighting as I was getting dressed for church, my toes looked very sloppy. So, after church I went back up to the nail shop. I asked to speak to the owner. They were eating food like a Sunday dinner. I mean this is a nail shop, NOT a restaurant. I asked for my $10 back, because I had already address the problem twice before I left the nite before. I was told to comeback Monday and they would fix them. I patiently told them that they had already had their time to do a quality job. They made fun of how I wanted my little $10 back. I told them it was my money.Please, DO NOT waste your money here or time. I went in to get a service, paid them exactly what they ask for $10......I am asking to to vote with your wallet and DO NOT go here. I told them I am a small business owner also and that I would never talk to a customer rudely and I always take pride in my work.

Horrible quality...went there a few times & one of the times being that my nail got infected & had pus coming out of the side of my nail. I tried going there again a year or so later & they are still the same way. I just got a simple pedicure & it was terrible for $28.00 on top of that the nail polish has already chipped & she missed the corners of my toes nails with nail polish.

Only rated 5 stars so this would be seen I went up there to get my nails done for prom and they were very poorly painted they also had bubbles under them and when I went to get them fixed at 11:00 am I was told to come back at 6:00 pm and they wouldnt even give me my money back!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Its use to be QP nails, now its Bella nails, they are closed on Sundays. They are very nice and care to your needs. Ask for John!!!

This nail salon did a very horrible job taking off my nails. i got them done here and they did a fairly decent job, but when i came back to get them off the bruised my nail and said it would take 6 weeks for my nails to be back to normal. ive had my nails done before by a different place and taken off and that was never the case. horrible service and very rude people.

Great job but sometimes long wait

Inexperienced nail tech. Messed up my nails a numerous amount of times. I had to go home and file/shape myself. Charged $40 when I brought my own acrylic powder! Seemed like very rude people and poor customer service. Usually get my nails done else where but was an emergency and close to home.

Twice now I race to get off work and get there 630 one day 7 today and they closed early this is not good business and after my fill in in the morning I will not go back here again unless they genuinely wanna keep a customer and make my wasted time and disappointment better!!

Service much better when empty. Too expensive for sloppy work when shop is busy. Inexperienced technicians should be monitored for customer satisfaction .

I took my daughter in for her first set of nails done and they did a great job, but I only gave three stars because when I took her back for her fill-in they came off after a week

The work at this place is trash! I was also overcharged for a basic fill-in with nail polish. I was told one price but had to pay another price. Smh

This place is AWFUL, old nail polish, poor nail painting the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had!!!! They only want money POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
