I left about 5 minutes ago and Ive never been so quick to leave a review. I knew the moment I sat down that the nail tech wasnt going to perform well. She was way too quick, she actually cut me when she was cutting my cuticles. She did a mess job with the paint and my nails look horrible. I normally go to Kevin- he does a good job. Everyone else is awful.

I believe her name is Melinda(?)…she was excellent! Fast, gentle, precise, and stayed late to be sure my manicure was completed. Very nice place! Will be back!

Went in today as a spare moment idea. Linh was amazing. I wanted solar with dip, and she gave me exactly what I asked for.

Did Pretty good only issue was the lady wasnt paying much attention. This is a gel acrylic coffin tips, it was $60

Brought my step daughter for a girls date. I got a pedicure, she got a manicure. They trimmed my nails and they look very awkward and not uniform. Cut into me when working the cuticles. My step daughter was told to put her nails in front of the fan and was left there for 10 minutes without any instructions or follow up. Her nail polish lasted maybe an hour before it started peeling. I dont go to nail salons often, but this was easily the worst experience so far.

I love going to see Jane. She does a great job every-time.

It was my mothers first time and they made her feel so specials! I loved watching her laugh and enjoy the experience! Ask for Charlie and he will treat you like a queen!

Every time i go in, they are not very nice. i always leave with my nails not completely dry or messed up and they refuse to fix them. my mom actually got a fungus on one of her finger nails because they do not clean their tools. they are always hateful to my mom and i.

The wait is sometimes long but the customer service is excellent! My nails are always well done and last for weeks. (GEL)

Decent price but the woman was rude. Pretty much had a conversation with a coworker then paying attention to her job.

The owners wife found our lost credit card in the pedicure seat and proceeded to spend $5,500 at the NWA mall, and then was arrested. Needless to say, we won’t be retuning here.

Ive been coming here for my nails and they are good, quick and nails look good. Nothing super special and the massage chairs are not amazing.

I showed them a picture of what i wanted and they still messed them up . and not even two days later they start peeling and cracking . i paid 50

When me and my friend walked in they were very nice and told us the price it be for our nails for me and one of my other friends they said it would be $55 but then raised it to $60 for my friend and they were rushing and the nails are not good quality at all they look a mess on the sides and I can see my real nails in the side of it all so. This was my first time going to them and it will probably be the last.

Mothers had pedicures which got started right away. Daughters were to have manicures & they sat them & forgot about them. We finished our pedicures & had to ask if they were going to do their manicures before they started on them. Multiple people came in after them & was started & finished while they were sitting & waiting to be started. Bad service for $50 nail service & $50 pedicures.

We called at 7:45 to see if they were open and did walk ins. They said yes they are open until 9 and do walk ins. Showed up at 8:05 and they were closed. Very rude! After seeing the reviews on their service I may have dodged a bullet. Will not attempt to come back.

Ann is da bomb!! I showed her a design I wanted and she did exactly what I asked her. I have looked for somebody in and NWA who can do my nails exactly as I asked them for the last 3 years, and I finally found her! And her name is ann at best nails. Everyone there was nice and helpful and went out of their way to make me happy.

My mom and I have gone there as long as I can remember, and all of them are absolutely amazing. There was one person in particular that did an amazing job on a pedicure I asked for. He even popped my toes!! Sure, it sounds weird, but it was so relaxing. 😁 definitely a great place in my opinion.

Affordable and quick!

Avoid chair One. Chair two seemed really friendly and didn’t talk bad about the other patrons. This nail salon is great for the visitor to NWA or someone not looking for quality just wanting nails done. The only plus is the hours all other nail salons in the area close at 7 pm. If money is no object to you then throw it away here. Nails will not last. I am sure many people have had goo experience and many of the people could be great. This was not my experience. The worst job I have ever had ever. I was cut three times. I could go into details but you get my point. It was really bad and dirty. Tech in chair one used all dirty files everything. Yuck. I am so disgusted I stayed and paid for it. Live and learn. I hope to save the next person the time and money.

Impression Waiting: So far not a very pleasant experience........... the only reason I said this is the way I was greeted initially. I was not made to feel welcome or invited into the salon. :/ particularly by one lady- who at this point in time I think is just a fireball of a soul.. You either like her or you do not lol.-------------------------------------Impression Afterward: The kind lady that actually did my nails stayed late to finish them. I waited patiently. She took her time & did not rush me. She was encouraging about my personal life & offered a precious smile when I was on my way out the door. The shape of my nails could use some improvement on the sharpness of the edges. However, like I said it was after close by the time I left & she did not even have to do my nails in the 1st place. So..Overall, not the terrible experience I thought I was going to have when I 1st arrived.

My nails were done by Jimmy. Ive always preferred a male nail technician. He was exactly the right person to pay attention to details. Timing is great. Patient and still did everything very well. No pain. No blood. Did a full set: pink and white. Oval square tips. Lasted for 2 weeks. Thats because I washed my hands a lot and my nails grows very fast. Thanks Jimmy! You are truly exceptional!!

Went to get a gel pedicure and acrylic gel on my hands. This is by far the worst pedicure I’ve received. The gel color does not cover even half of my toe nails. Not enough coats were added to cover the toe nails completely therefore some nails have spots that are less covered than the rest. Nail tech rushed through pedicure so she could start on my acrylic set. Had lots of cuts and at one point nail tech covered my bleeding cut with glue. Really wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Second time coming to this place and still received the worst customer service/experience! The nail techs are very rude and very rough while working on my nails, they also work very fast!! They don’t take the time to give you what you want, they don’t care. They also WILL NOT stop bugging you if you don’t get gel nails.. they want the extra money, they don’t even care if you’re on a budget. The second you go home, you’ll notice your nails are so sore and sensitive because of how rough and fast they worked on your nails!!While getting a full set, I noticed an uneven nail, I told the guy working on my nails it was uneven, he hesitated in a completely unprofessional way- then grabbed my arm, filed my nail extremely hard then just threw my arm back at me.... the nail was still uneven.. And paying for horrible service and ugly nails I felt like I got taken advantage of.I hope you guys gain something from my experience.I’m never going back to that place.

Got my nails done on Thursday August 22. Less than 24 hours later they were chipping. Went in to get them fixed, and by today the 25th the same nails and a couple others have chipped again. I’ve had my nails done for 3 days and it looks like I’ve had them done for almost a month. I spent $45 on my nails I expected better quality. I’m gonna have to pay to have my normal nail tech redo them. 🙄🙄

I came to get my nails done at 7:50pm because they say they close at 9pm on Google. I’m aware of the pandemic but they need update their hours on Google and any other websites they’re on.

I came in they did my nails good and then not even a week later one broke off, i came back in they fixed it for me but was very impatient i told them it wasnt the right color and said i have to live with it. Instead of letting me look more. Ive came here for a long time and the nails usually last i wont be coming back. Learn how to treat your customers.

I had quick service to get my nails done by this really nice lady who kept the conversation going so I wouldnt get bored 😄 the price was better than I had expected! Everyone was so kind and patient, she even recemended some colors, overall i had a really good experience there and I would go again. 😊

Went on to get an acrylic set and had a terrible experience. I was cut twice with the electric nail drill and the guy was filing my nails all too roughly then trying to tell me to relax when he was hurting me. Im a licensed cosmetologist and I know how all of these procedures are supposed to be done and nothing was done correctly. Tools were not clean. The man kept trying to up-sale gel polish to me multiple times after I initially said no thanks not today. Very pushy attitudes and also very rude to their customers. My nails didnt even stay on long and Ive never had an issue keeping my acrylics on. The nails were cut uneven so some of my nails are longer than others and some are way too short. Nails are lumpy and not smooth. My technician had me feeling rushed and unwanted. Ive never been to a nail salon where I felt my business was not appreciated or wanted. Definitely wont be back.

Great and fast service. They were able to get me in and out without me feeling rushed. They have mall hours so thats convenient for me.

Walked in to get a quick wax. I was not greeted. It took 20 minutes before someone decided to come see what services I wanted. This happened numerous times. I refuse to go back there. I do not mind tipping for great services but their service and customer service skills are awful. I also had to ask for my change back, because she believed that she deserved a tip. Never again will I go there.

Ive come to this place for months for acrylics and gel polish. 40$ or more. Ive never minded the price as long as the quality was good. However this time I decided to take off acrylic there which I never have, its cheaper other places for removal, and get a gel coat. I wanted them squared and not long but not to the nub. I showed the nail tech what I wanted before hand. However, he started it all off wrong when he removed them with a plastic nail instead of allowing them to soak in acetone. It was extremely painful and my nails are still sore. It punctured my actual nails. Literally I have a little hole in my ring finger nail. I kept telling him it was hurting and all he could do was say sorry instead of stopping what was causing the pain and doing it correctly. He completely ruined my nails they were jagged and ugly due to incorrect removal. Then what little acrylic was left behind was pried off with a plier. Everything got worse. He filed and cut to the nub even after I told them they were getting to short. He did a terrible paint job on the sad nails he left and didnt do anything. They didnt use sterilized tools either. All second/third/fourth hand used. I told him I was unhappy and he didnt say anything just told me it was 30$. Im a frequent customer but I definitely wont be back.

Spent 35 dollars not even a full 2 days later one of my nails already broke. Waste of hard earned money. Don’t waste your money!

Went and got my nails done there for the first time last weekend. Got dip done like I normally do. It’s been one week today. Both my thumbs have several cracks in them. Pinky nail has crack in it as well as ring and middle fingers. The lady who did them cut to of my fingers too! Might have been do to the fact that she kept checking her phone and rushing to get me done because they where busy. Sooooo disappointed! Won’t be going back.

Nice place, and clean. People are nice, but several of the older ones really should have glasses on when doing dip or designs. Not the best, but I would return

One of the women, i guess the boss. She was incredibly rude. I just needed my acrylics taken off was going to get them painted after but quickly decided not to. If my hand is relaxed or not when you move it, it will move. She told me i was too stiff for acrylics. My nails still have acrylic on them thet are shaped so unevenly with paint still in the creases of my fingernails. Will not recommend or go there again.

I went and got a pedicure and manicure done and they used the blade on my feet and they cut up all parts of my feet. Im 7 no the pregnant as well. And havent been able to walk for almost 2 weeks

Went in to get powder dip removal and new put on. Felt rushed picking out a color she didnt give me much time to look. They barely let my hands soak before using the dremel on my nails. When I went to pay she was supposed to give me back my change which was $5.00. She didnt even try to give it back to me just kept it. I usually always give a $5.00 tip anyways but that wasnt the point, she could have gave it back to me first. When I got home I had to refile a few nails and take glue off my fingers. Probably wont go back.

My girl got her nails done 3 hours before the nails came off. On an entire hand, they only painted half of the finger nails, not entirely covering them. The second layer of paint is very sloppy and noticeable as well; they painted over cuticles making bumps in the gel. Other experiences shes had, they’ve made her bleed several times. A lesson has got to be learned, don’t go here, as they do not have the “best nails”. I can only wish all of this was being made up.

I love this place so much.. the place itself is beautiful and the people are so friendly.. I always go to Karen because she straight up is the bomb diggity. Ive never left here disappointed.

They were advertising their hair waxing service, and so I tried it. It was not done properly. The hair was not pulled from the follicle, it was broken off at the surface of the skin and this caused irritation. I tried their manicure and pedicure also. I ended up with a fungus in my toenail and the gel manicure broke off within a week. HORRIBLE PLACE!

I agree with the reviews that listed this place as awful. My thumb nail broke after 2 days. Although I never felt rushed the lady didnt shape my nails right and cut them too short. When I asked her to at least reshape them she said that they were suppose to be that way. At that point I knew it was useless to argue. They can keep the $50 but I will never go back! I hope $50 was worth it to them.

My step mom and I decided to get pedicures for my baby shower this Sunday so we went here since its conveniently placed in the mall. However as soon as we walked in no one greeted us and I asked if we could get two pedicures and she told us to pick out a color. Before I could even step over there to pick out a color the guy said he was ready for me. He did a decent job on my toes and I asked if he could do gel nails in the same color for my fingers, he didnt ask me what shape I wanted or anything. I have naturally round shaped nails and they were decently long but by the time he finished and showed me my nails were filed super short and square, a couple of them almost down to the nub. I am very dissatisfied because he should have left my nails in their natural shape or I dont know maybe ask me what I want since Im a paying customer?? I wont be going back.

I got a fungal infection in my toenail shortly after receiving a pedicure here. I had been there many times with no problem, but now I will not go back. 5 months later and Im still trying to get my nail back to normal!

My friend and I came here and had great and wonderful service. But sadly the outcome was not what I expected. Over half my nails were crooked and not a define shape. I feel like she rushed finishing my nails. I will not visit anytime soon.

DO NOT spend your money here! They push you to pay in cash and have installed an atm to avoid you using your card. My mom used her card here and they insisted it was declined so she had to take out money to pay in cash. Her bank said other wise and the transaction went through. As she went to get her cash back, they refused to give it to her. This sounds like embezzlement of money if you ask me! Don’t go here!

The nail tech I had was nice, BUT her station was disgusting. There was dust everywhere, and when it came time to cure my nails I had to put my had in other peoples shavings! I was so grossed out. I could feel all the crumbles inside and the top of the light was caked in nasty. I also felt really rushed to choose a color. I will not go back and recommend everyone steer clear for hygienes sake. I give it two because like I said, the tech was sweet.

Called twice to confirm prices. Waited 30 minutes then they tried to add $10 on to what they told me over the phone. Rude and aggressive. Completely unprofessional.

Extremely rude woman told me to “relax my hand” as she twisted my finger all the way around. Horrible polish job and then she told me to go sit under the light. When I got up she tried to get me to leave my wallet on the table. Heck no. So I picked up my wallet and said I’ll be careful and then she said she refused to fix my nails if I messed them up. I didn’t. Come here if you want to overpay for some woman to be rude to you.

My toe nails and nails look like they were done by a second grader. I am abosluetly frustrated and even when I told her it looked bad, she said sorry and that was it.....DO NOT GO THERE

I took my daughter in to get a mani/pedi. It was literally like a chore for the man to do her nails. He didnt file her nails, he slapped the polish on so quickly and didnt even speak to her. Also was talking to the owner the whole time which sounded an awful like complaining to me. Then said it will take a long time to dry and just left us sitting there. I had to ask for the temporary flip flops for her and ask where the drying lights were. I will NEVER TAKE her back there again or go myself. It was supposed to be a fun trip for her to feel pampered like mom and they just ruined it.

The owners that used to be there the woman was one of the rudest person I have ever worked with very rude when I would walk in at any time and forbid if any of the women there look at her husband who also works there thankfully she is gone. And yes they still rush you to find a color which is really frustrating to people of said to me you need to remember the number and I told them excuse me I don’t have to remember anything I’m a customer. The Lady had a really bad attitude since I arrived. She was rushing everything burned my finger with the drill 3 times. Nails were not shaped evenly and nail polish was all over finger WORST EXPERIENCE.

They do not clean any of the equipment. Everything used was visibly dirty and then just put back in the drawer after use. Gross. There’s a small sterilizer collecting dust in the corner. Will never come here again.

My sister and I just had shellac manicures done and had a terrible experience. Both of our nail technicians, David and Tina, sped through the entire process, made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, and did not speak to us once. Whenever we got up to pay, they were insistent that we pay in cash... wanting us to go take money out of an ATM. We both left disappointed and frustrated and will not be going back.

My daughter who is seven ask for a polka dot design and while she is looking for the picture the lady says hurry hurry i dont jave all day and after paying 60.00 for two pedicures and our nails painted she said it would be 15 extra on a little girls hand to put colorful polka dots after confronted she put the dots on bad and put no clear coat i will never go back there worst service ever!!! My daughter had planned this day out for weeks for mothers day and for this women to ruin it i was so upset uhhh

I walked in and I started getting gained up on to pick a color, then the lady couldnt shape my nails right and they were all uneven. Goodness, I really had a bad experience and other people say they dont, but it depends how you like your service I guess.
