Polo was amazing! He understood what I wanted and was able to get my manicure and dip done, he also done my nieces manicure and pedicure, within about an hour. The guy who done my pedicure wasn’t the best. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I am almost positive that he could not understand me either. I will say it’s definitely bottom 5 on my list of pedicures. But top 3 on my list of nail services.I don’t think that the quality was worth the value on my pedicure and the nail service was slightly overpriced.

This is by far one of Fayetteville’s best nail salons. My nails always come out beautifully and I constantly receive compliments on my nails. Vin and Polo are the best! Tonight I was the last one in the salon. I had to wait for my husband to arrive. Polo stood outside with me. That really showed me just how much he cares about his customers. I appreciated that act more than he’ll ever know. Do yourselves a favor and visit this salon if you haven’t already!

I just got my nails done and they are absolutely horrendous, they are way to thick and there is polish and acrylic all over my hands. it looks like i have raspberries on my nails. i do not recommend at all!

I visited her with my mom and sister to get out hands and feet done. The place was packed when we get there but we were serviced rather quickly. I was extremely pleased with the work.

Loved the hospitality, cleanliness, and friendliness. I gave the nail tech a photo and she delivered it perfectly. No lifting or chipping on my hands. My Pedicure polish came off but ive been swimming so thats probably it.

Just moved to the area and needed a place to service me for pedicures and gel fill ins. I was charged 67.00 for a pedicure that was supposed to be relaxing. It was not. No foot rubs, no leg rubs or anything. My home salon is La Vie nails in Durham Nc and they are SPECTACULAR! I will travel the 2 hours for great service

Communicate with the customer instead of being quiet. talk to customers to know what they want only nails. My second time coming to this nail salon for my nails to look like I could have done them at home. The prices are really expensive $65 for just gel nails not even acrylic. Its kind of crazy to ask for designs on your nails or even crystals because it looks amateur. They charge you for nail sizes Coffin Shape, Stilettos and others if they are very long they will charge you an extra $5 for it. I asked for black and teal stiletto nails that I seen on Pinterest the design was very simple easy to do. The man that was doing my nails seem to be aggravated that I asked for a simple design. I showed him the way the colors. He proceeded to tell me that they didnt have the colors that was on the picture which was teal and black which they had a whole rack full of nail polish and acrylic. He disappeared for a few minutes to look for black teal and another type of sparkly glitter teal nail polish he seemed to refuse to try to do acrylic so I didnt really want to argue so I just went with it. The color came out pretty but still he put the acrylic really on my cuticles more than anything. This might be my last time going to Best Nails it looks like a child really did my nails.The last picture to the bottom is the Pinterest picture that I asked For.Update January 9th Saturday 2021 it has not even been 4 days . While I was cooking food I noticed that some pieces of teal-colored nail polish were breaking off. I really dont know if this guy use old nail polish or cheap nail polish. The fake little diamonds already to fell out due to natural causes I guess😒 if you happen to go to this nail salon dont go to the guy stall number 6 he doesnt know what hes doing.

I have been using the same nails service, Coco Nails for over 14 years. I am the type of person that becomes a loyal customer to a business when I have had extremely exceptional service. Coco Nails the owner of Coco Nails became very unprofessional and very uncaring to her customers so my last day of service two months ago was the last date I ever set foot in that business. For two months now I have been in search of a nail salon that was capable of providing extremely professional service with a nail technician capable of doing beautiful nail art. I have found the place! The Best Nails Bar at 5119 Raeford Road is now my permanent nail salon. My daughter and I went to have our nails done this past Thursday and could have not been happy. Kathy the The receptionist was so sweet and cute and extremely professional. Jessica was very informative about the pedicure services and she also was very cute and professional, as well. I cannot believe how reasonable the prices are and how professional everyone was. I hate to mention the name of the technician because once I do everyone is going to want to use his services and it might be hard for me to get into see him. LOL! His name is Ven and he is amazing!!!. My daughter had a full set of nails and she got a design that was so adorable and artistic and I really have never been able to find anyone as artistic as Ven. So if you want a service that is extremely professional, detailed, and a true value for your dollars then you need to visit the Best Nails Baron Raeford Road. I have become one of their permanent customers. You really need to visit and say hello to Kathy and Jessica because they will make your day! Advertised price for gel overlay was $35 per person. My daughter and I went. Total should have been $70. Tech wrote bill for $95. When I disputed he dropped it to $90, charging me $45 per person.

My daughter and I went here to each get a new set. The wait was a little long but after the poor quality we received I would have rather waited longer if it meant a better outcome. If you decide to try them Keemia an eye out for the following shortcomings.1. Some nails were glued on crooked2. The length are in no way equal3. After applying the acrylic they never drilled over it to shape and smooth it. This left the nails flat and bumpy.4. The final shapes were poorly done, not only are they not the shape we asked for but they are all shaped differently.5. The polish application was bumpy, you know since they didn’t smooth the acrylic before applying the polish.It’s really aggravating that you try to enjoy time with your daughter by going to get pampered and end up paying for a horrible service, in this case ($125) down the drain and the experience left us both very upset and disappointed, that we now have to pay to get these messes fixed.

Im extremely picky and dont get my nails done for that reason. Iv finally found a CLEAN place and an amazing nail tech. He has the first seat the the left. His name is Polo. By far hands down great at what he does and if very gentle. My nail bed is very sensitive and he does amazing. Very glad I stumbled upon this place and I got him. Also the atmosphere is very nice and very clean 🙌

From the time you walk in you are pleasantly greeted. Even when I call I am pleasantly greeted. My nail tech Mia always smiles and and makes me feel special everytime I come by. My gf was treated with the same professional and kind services as well. I always recommend best nails!

Got my nails done today. Felt rushed with me being the only customer. Nails are super thin so we will see how they last. Also they are sharp And polish is chipped in one spot.

Very disappointed at the moment. I came into the establishment at about 6:55pm for a simple gel manicure (not tips or bells/whistles just a manicure), a service that normally takes about 15 minutes. The young lady at the front desk tells me that she’s sorry, but they are closed. I have several problems with this because it’s the second time that is happened this week. I’m disappointed because I’m a regular (Vin is the only one I let do my full sets) and I’ve recommended this establishment to several friends and family members who are now regulars as well. The business hours need to be updated if in fact the new closing time is 7pm and not 7:30pm. Prior to the last two experiences I loved it here, but again I’m disappointed in the time discrepancy that has occurred twice.

Terrible job for manicure. The lady rushed on my nails. She cut my nails without caution, and painted them very fast leaving paint around my finger. She used the nail drill on my whole nail which made them rough and brittle. Won’t go back.

First of all let me say this was my first experience here and last....I booked and appointment online and got an text to confirm the time and service. I drove 25 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t book appointments on the weekend, not only that but the receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask and there was no social distancing going on in the waiting area.

The guy that did my nails was extremely rude. I was there for a fill and he kept asking where I got my nails done prior. Eventually he said “they’re so bad”. He also made a snarky comment after i asked him to shorten my nails, he kept asking if he could put a design on. On the website the fill wasn’t supposed to be anywhere near $45+ yet i ended up paying close to $60. Beautiful work but very money hungry and rude

Okay so I went in today for just a fill in and everyone was super nice, the guy that did my nails was super nice. But the more I am looking at my nails the more I can point out some flaws. I have the coffin shaped nails and almost every nail looks different. Also I came in with a picture of what I wanted which was just a regular black with gold glitter on the tips of 3 nails. In the picture you can see that it definitely wasnt a matte polish because you could see the shine. But for some reason he did the matte nail polish and they did not look good at all. The glitter on my nails literally looked like a picture out of a printer on a piece of paper. I told him that it wasnt what I wanted and all he did was put a clear coat of polish on top of the matte and now I feel like the glitter still looks like its printed on it doesnt have the sparkle like it should. Im planning on coming back in tomorrow to see if yall would be able to at least fix the nails that have the glitter. & possibly fix the shape of the nails that are different. I am definitely not upset. I understand mistakes happen so please dont take these comments the wrong way. But i do feel as if it couldve been done a little better for a $45 fill in.. Everyone there was very nice and the salon and very clean other than my little slip up. Ladies rushed on me and my daughters pedicure. We got gel polish and the total came to $95. My daughter wanted matching toes and nails but the lady kept insisting on doing Christmas colors 🙄 . Left completely unsatisfied! Would not recommend this place for the price they are charging but only spend 15 mins on our feet ‼️

I use to come to Best Nails years ago and Polo always did an awesome job. Recently started going back. Have not been impressed with the designs but they werent terrible until today. I wont be returning. Totally dissatisfied, my nail designs looks like a child did them.Addendum: Polo was not the nail technician since Ive started going back.

Have been going here for five years . Just went today . It’s been the first time here since they expanded to their new location/remodeled and since this COVID 19 situation. Very nice inside and clean. Must wear a mask and sanitize hands before entering. Also there is an extra $2 per service due to supplies during this outbreak which I didn’t really mind.All in all super happy with my experience today. 🙂🙂🤗

COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. My nails were done by Mia ...I was charged for $45 for something horrendous. I specifically asked for a skinny square and specified “not coffin.” All of my nails are different shapes and sizes and not squared off but are in the shape of a coffin. Several of them are uneven, I pointed it out to Mia and she seemed confused and didn’t correct the problem. I got a fill....$45 where?

I had an opportunity to get serviced prior to the funeral and I am so glad I stopped in. The salon is beautiful...and thats an understatement. Nice....but slow

Today was my first time coming here and omg... This is the best full set I’ve ever had done! 😍 If you’re in the Fayetteville area, please check out “Best Nails” and ask for Ven. The nail shop really lives up to its name.

I went there for the first time last week with my daughter. My daughter’s nail came out perfect, but mine was horrible. Instead of the artificial nail being glued to the tip of my nails, it was placed in a way it stuck straight out, the tips of my nails were filed noticeably crooked, finally when I couldn’t take it anymore I asked for the manager. This point on is why I’m giving them 5 stars. Polo came over and tried his best to fix what had been done and I was able to tolerate it for a week. I went back today and had it all taken off and replaced by Polo. My nails turned out perfect and without me even asking, Polo only charged me the basic price for the full set and didn’t charge me a penny for removing them. Because of Polo’s professionalism and wonderful customer service, I’ll be going back to Best nails. Thank you, Polo!

This was my first time here them seem polite and I asked for design from the beginning and they say ok and the guy did my feet was ok and nice but kind of rough even after I told him the water was too hot and he was hurting me feet and then when he got done polishing my feet he just sent me over to dryer because I didnt need my nails or eyebrows done. I was gonna least give him $5 tip until he just brought me over to the dryer for nails without even asking me bout my design I was disappointed considering the good reviews I had seen or heard and the whole point me coming here was because I wanted design for my toes

They decide the price off the top of their head not really following their price list. And they use MMA on acrylic nails. Never been this hard for me to remove my acrylics before!! Go anywhere but here if you care about your natural nails!!

This shop cares about doing what’s best for the customer. They have improved over the past few years since I’ve been visiting with their organization, customer service, and efficiency. They’ve always been very nice. I appreciate the time they take when I come in to make sure I’m happy.

Found this place off google. Went in for a fillin, 2 pedicures, and cut down. Walked in there was a bit of a wait but the snacks they offered took my mind off of waiting. Prices reasonable I would definitely go back

Ive had my nails done here three times. Twice by gentlemen (one was called Van, I believe, the other Polo I think?) and they did a great, thorough job. Pricing seems a bit steep for the area, and you do get charged extra for things like a cut down during a fill. If you dont ask for it, it wont get done or offered either, which was unusual to me. Last time I went, a young lady did my fill. She seemed... nervous. Her hands kept slipping (with power tools on my fingers), and it honestly made me uncomfortable. My nails havent held up nearly as well as the past couple times and have lifted and my gel polish has chipped. So do be picky who you see here.

Ready for round 2. The customers made the lash lady cry so I feel like I should try again on a slow day.

I really enjoy coming here for my pedi’s. For the most part everyone is very sweet and helpful. There is one guy who is ALWAYS rude, and I’m not sure why. He use to work across the street at unique. Maybe that’s just his demeanor or maybe he’s just NATURALLY rude, but he needs to get it together. Other than that, very nice place and friendly environment!
