Nails done by Hannah which she did a good job with shape. Went back 2 weeks for a fill and requested Hannah. After removing the polish there was green fungus on one of my nails under the powder gel. I wasn’t happy and I told her 25+ years of having my nails done I have never experienced nail fungus. She said to trust her. She cut the part of the powder gel for the fungus to be exposed and cleaned. She said it was fine to move forward. Uneasy I allowed her to move forward with a fill. 2 weeks later I was out of town and went to a different place for a fill. Once the polish was removed there was now a ANOTHER nail with green fungus on my other hand. The lady told me the previous person didn’t do what she should have. I removed everything from my nails and cut them down to treat the fungus. Almost 2 months I’m still growing out the ugly green on my nails and have since found a new nail tech who takes pride in his work and customers.

MYA and MARY is alllllll I can say!!!! Mary has been my mother and I’s nail tech since I was a freshman in high school (I’m 22 now) and Mya I give all creative freedom! They never fail. I HIGHLY recommend Majestic Nail Spa! They understand the assignment every time !!

Came into this place Saturday 09/04/21 for mani pedi and left with all nails. By today 9/07/21 most had fallen off with my index finger bleeding because the nail cut me! Woman named Mary did fix it for me when I came in this morning but for $20 . Never ever eveeeerrrrr come by here!!!!! That’s what I get for not waiting on my shop to open ….

I went here after skipping another place because of wait time. This place had the least wait time so I went. The receptionist was nice when I called and he was nice when I got there and got me seated in a chair. I waited about 20-30 minutes before someone started working on me which was expected. The lady who did it did a good job on the process of my pedicure but when it came to the paint job, it was lackluster. By the time she was done I was exhausted and needed to head back home to take care of the rest of my day. So I decided I’d wait till the next day to get the paint job fixed because I led already been there for over an hour. When I came back the next day, I told one of the techs what happened. She told the others and one of the lady’s asked to see my receipt because it’s better for business. I showed her and they took me back to a seat and had someone fix it. They all started taking incessantly in their language. A couple other tech looked at me feet. I felt like I was being made a spectacle. Because I didn’t know what they were saying, I didn’t know if they’re were talking about me or the lady that did the work. but the whole ordeal made me very uncomfortable. As I was getting my pedi fixed, the lady that asked for my recipe it came up to me and told me that if I wasn’t happy to tell the person right away to fix it. To paraphrase I feel like she was saying they didn’t want to do rework and that it was all on me in this situation. Her delivery came off snobbish and I didn’t like it at all. The lady that fixed my paint job was rough and kept slapping my feet as if she resented helping me. I won’t be coming here again. They didn’t offer an apology once. I will stay with my first mind and stick with 4+ stars nail services.

This place is a skip. Now I know. I paid $130 for a regular mani pedi with gel for my niece and I. We did not get tips, or an elaborate design. Rip off. I was told it would be $45 for the mani pedi which included the gel and I agreed to that but then they added an extra $30 each for basic work? Do yourself and your wallet a favor and just skip.

It was my first time going and Im definitely coming back. I was able to get full set with design and deluxe pedicure in 1.5 hours on a Friday. Great Customer Service and really affordable!

I really thought I was going to have a pleasant experience. I went in wanting to soak my nails off regardless of how long it was going to take. I wanted to keep my real nails as long as possible so that I can get jel nails with my real nails. Instead of listening to understand what I wanted they listen to respond. I asked them more than once that I wanted to soak my nails off the ladies continue to cut and pick and chip at my nails and eventually broke most of my nails off then made me extremely uncomfortable while they talk amongst each other in their native language so after I got my nails soaked off I left.

This used to be a decent place but I had a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure deluxe. There was no foot massage or nothing deluxe and the manicure was a joke. The lady wanted me to soak my nails in a bowl of acetone and I refused and I ask her to use the cotton soaked in acetone for ten minutes. She didn’t care what I said she got the Dremel and did it her way worse manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had I will not go back I would not recommend that you go there either

I havent had a pedicure in well over a year. (since the pandemic began) I am glad I went here! They were very nice everything was clean, masks required and temp checks performed. They did an amazing job considering it had been a year, The young lady was nice and didnt make me feel bad (for having gone so long between pedicures).I was a little shell shocked at the prices, (but always a but) they were on the same level as the other nail spas in the area. It has after all been a year.Long story shortI was completely satisfied, excellent service, nice employees, I recommend Majestic Nail salon 100%

I waited for about an hour total sitting in the pedicure chair waiting for someone to start on me. I had put my shoes on and was about to leave when someone came and put water in the tub for me to start soakin. Then it took another 20 minutes or so before the lady came. She did a pretty good job. I upgraded my pedicure to the $40 one but it seemed to be the same just with a different scented product

If I could take a star away... I would. The young lady at table #4 this past Sunday, was horrible. Thus woman was not about quality at all. She only focused on time. Yes... she will get you in and out. Thats all!!

Went there yesterday again, thinking hmmmm let me try these folks. SMH horrible end to my requests. My nails were long before I started said this is what my nail looks like now and I want them to look the same after the fill in. So me knowing how hard headed they can be, I took a picture to show them again. Well nope, not even with showing them the picture did my nails look the same and wanted to charge 55. Nope nope nope! SMH lady in table 9 and 10 horrible! Table 10 gets an attitude because I want my nails straight. Hmmmmm my money is paying for this not yours!

Got my eye brows arched. Technician was friendly and really fast. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service.

My nail tech Mary is AWESOME! Shes very attentive and once she knows what you like and how you like it done you dont have to constantly tell her what to do. Her sister Maya does my feet and shes just as great. It must run in the family. I have nothing bad to say about Majestic, so far so good!

ZERO STARS! Very substandard work! They charge high and prices but do novice work! Please do not come here. Trust me theres gaps all in my GEL clear coat! She lied about using gel powder when she really used acrylic. Charged me $5 extra for acrylic like I didnt know what acrylic versus gel powder looks like her name is Maya and avoid the place like the plague. There may be a couple that are good but theyre not worth finding them!!! My feet look like a four-year-old pretended to polish them Theres dead skin still on my feet and I have to go get my feet done over! Truly horrendous first experience!

Would not recommend or return. I had service for 4 and the lady who did my husband’s manicure did not do it properly. When he asked for her to smooth his edges and take care of his cuticles l, she responded she already did massage. He was upset because it was all she did. She didn’t even buff his feet or hands. Between the 4 of us we spent $300+ dollars plus tips. This is unacceptable. This is a result of no patience to wait for my preferred shop. They were very nasty even after looking at the mess of a manicure.

Horrible!! Not a large selection of SNS colors, my nails had to be corrected 3 times and my tech was done with my nails within 30 minutes because she was rushing to get other clients...I decided not to get my pedicure nor eyebrows arched after that. Never going even if service is free.

I ended up getting my nails done here for Mothers Day. Very cute! My favorite nail tech is Lillian. She takes her time to make sure its right & she understands me so we can enjoy a little conversation while she does what she does. My only downside is Ive been serviced by one of the techs that doesnt speak english & when I tried to tell her that I have thin cuticles & I will bleed she said yes as if she understood & then cut live skin on my toe 😭. It wasnt until that happened that she asked someone to translate 😠. I have gone back to Majestic 3 times since then & will continue to go. I just make sure I ask for someone that can understand me if I cant get served by Lillian. Im never rude & they arent either.

Been going here since 2010 and they have never disappointed. I always get SNS on my nails and I have yet to find another nail place where it last as long with prices this good. I live in Decatur but I will make the drive just for them.

Went to this place for a full set. Returned two weeks later for a fill and pedicure. The person who worked on my feet was HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN. The guy Ben who did my fill in nails did what I thought was a good job until I went to another nail shop for a fill and tech noticed a dark spot under the acrylic. She soaked the nail off to find this fungus on my nail. She said the person who did my nails last didn’t make sure that there was no condensation underneath the acrylic. They were just getting money and not nurturing the nail.Needless to say they just lost a customer! Already had 2 horrible experiences, why try for a 3rd time?!?!?

Ive been here twice and both experiences have been terrible. The first time, my full set nails lift in the first week. The second time, a different tech did a Sloppy rush job. The shape is crooked and the acrylic and polish are Sloppy and lumpy

The gift certificate was for a pedicure & manicure.Due to the pandemic my husband decided to finally go in July for his birthday. Had the pedicure & manicure done. He was presented with a bill to pay more money because they went up on there prices. So unjust. But is being greedy. I’ll never ever recommend this place to anyone. Greedy Greedy

I would not recommend this specific establishment. I got my nails done a week ago, and one of them already broke, the sides of the nails are chipped, one of my nails was crooked and when I went back to get it fixed he only shaved it down and filed it so now not only is it still crooked but it’s shorter than the rest of my nails. My pinkies are also two different figures. One is wider than the other. Last but not least he left polish around my cuticles. They have good customer service however they’re work was not at my expectations.

I got a gel mani & pedi, and the next week my pedi was chipping...came in to get those re polished at no charge and 2 days later, polish chipped again. Paid too much for my toe polish not to last.

I was visiting from Memphis & needed a place to get my nails done & I ran up on Majestic nails and Im so glad I did. The person I first encountered was a bit rude but the other Staff (Mary) of the salon were very friendly & warm. I paid a very reasonable price to have my nails done (refill), toes repainted & my eyebrows waxed. I really enjoy coming here & when Im in the area again I will most definitely come back!

ALL VIETNAMESE Nail salons for some reason have a bad habit of rushing their work, this one lady in particular who is heavy set and always sags her pants and wear slides was very rude. I had one acrylic toe, I asked if she could drill down the acrylic because it was so bulky and out of place she uses the drill and goes over it twice and says she done all she can THATS A LIE, I could see if all my toes were acrylic but they weren’t and then she proceeds to speak in her language very loudly after she got frustrated and you mean to tell me you don’t think she was talking smack ? That okay cause WHEN THE NEW APPLE HEAD PHONES COME OUT AND YOU ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND, THE NAIL SHOP IS GOING TO BE REAL FUN AND I HOPE THEIR READY ! 😘

The technician who did my gel nails & eyebrow wax did not do a good job at all. One of my nails started coming off in less than a week and she missed most of the stray hairs she was supposed to wax off. Im giving three stars instead of two because my pedicure (by the same tech) was just fine.

Today when I went into the nail saloon, I asked for a Pedicure and a nail repair for two of my nails. First I got my pedicure which was amazing then I sat down somewhere else to get my nails repaired. The nail tech I had was HORRIBLE! She was talking and walking around on the phone, she was not attentive to doing my nails. What made me mad enough to write this review which I NEVER do is, she hit me on my hand to “get my attention” to swap hands, then 2 seconds later she proceeded to text the person she was texting....I will never go back there again.

This is the only place Ill get my nails do e Im a bartender so I get sns and they do such a great job that when I go back in 2 week they still look amazing. If they didnt grow out it would look the same as the day you had them done.

I’ve been coming here for about two years and the unprofessional experience I had today just ended my services. I’ve had minor issues before but worked them out. This was the last straw, I was ridiculed in Vietnamese because I wanted a specific person to do my nails. They entire salon was in an uproar because I’d rather wait than to use the techs that were not busy and did a horrible job when I did try them once before. Myself and two daughters spend good money here and should be treated with a little more respect. I own a business and I know that I’m not the only one in my field so I treat people with respect and dignity. Mary is thee best tech so if you’re lucky you may get her. Judy does the best pedicures. Good riddance

I find them to be arrogant and condescending. They attempt to up charge their services and get an attitude when you refuse. I was satisfied with the work but not the customer service.

Very disappointed with my SNS nails. They only do 2 coats (dips). When I left I had lumps and bumps on my nails. I had to get the nail tech to fix my nails after we were done and the nails are still terrible. Under my nails was not filed so they are ver rough. I will not be returning.

Today is Sunday, on Saturday I received a service of a new SMS set. After getting home and going about with my daily activities I noticed that one of my nails chipped because she did not do my nail the nail was not dip thick enough there for a chipped. Also on the nail that I got a design on it already peeling the gel polish that she put on top of my knee out is already peeling. Needless to say all this happen so I went today to receive the correct services and to get the problem fixed,After telling the lady what the issue was when they asked me hello what service do you need. I explained it, I then sat there for 30 minutes while they just walked around doing what they wanted to do speaking in their own language and pointing. Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!! Awful customer service, horrible relationship with customers, and just plain rude. After they saw me getting up to leave as I was heading to the door no one stopped me and told me wait let’s fix this or anything!

Horrible service! The lady at the first desk to your right when walk in. Did a horrible job on my nails. Didn’t do the shape I wanted and painting was bad and lumpy ! I had uneven nails and a piece of hair Stuck inside and it seemed like she tried to cover the hair but couldn’t. I went back the following day and the lady was very rude about redoing my nails. All I wanted her to do was make then thin and shape them in coffin and she said she couldn’t do it . I asked her to change the color and she said it would be $20 when on the menu it said $5 . Over all this lady was sooo rude. No one is gonna pay $60 for a crappy job woman ! Don’t go here to get your nails done please you’ll regret it

I came here last week for the first time and asked for a gel manicure. the woman who did my nails rushed through my manicure and she applied the gel polish so badly that I had lumps in my nails. I told her I wasn’t satisfied and of course she immediately pretended like she didn’t understand English. The polish actually started to peel off within a week! I’ve been getting gel manicures for years and have never had gel polish peel off like that. I feel like they didn’t really use gel polish on my hands but charged me for a gel manicure anyway (which costs more). They scammed me. This place is absolute trash and i’ll never give them any business again.

I have been to this nail salon a few times. This evening I went in and told the guy what I needed. I sit down and wait. 15 mins go by, two young ladies come in and they were immediately seated (they asked the guy how much they charged for pedicures and full sets so I know they didn’t have an appointment). I waited a couple of mins then left.
