Had my nails filled in at Tin Tin Nails and there was nothing short of a stressful situation. The guy I made the appointment with kept trying to force me into getting more than what I asked for and kept insisting I pay more for every little thing. When he finally excepted that I was getting no more than what I requested he walked away. I was moved to another table with a different tech who was willing to do the service. When I showed the tech that a nail was crooked she didnt know how to correct it but she tried and failed. She also walked away and an other tech took over. By the time I left I was just over it. My nails were jacked up with sawtooth sides, uneven filing and shaping, air pockets and incorrect polymer match.The nail shops in this greater area charge two and three times the cost of good shops in the country and provide inferior services. My recommendation is if you go to any metro area out from here to get your nails done you will then see the difference in quality over quantity.

Very disappointed I got gel nails and this was the third day after I got them. I had already got one nail fixed and then they all started to peel! Not happy I spend a lot of money when I go here. I think I will have to start looking for a new nail salon

I went in today 8/27/2021 for pedicure gel polish & manicure powder dip. They had a new person in there a man wifh blonde highlights. He did my pedi first which i felt like he rushed thru & some of the polish which is gel looks like its chipping already and didnt fully do my toes all the way. The manicure he messed up on my thumb & some other fingers mediocore job. When i asked him to fix it it looked like he didnt want to but did it anyway but just dipped my thumb again so the bottom of it looked cracked if that makes since. I will probably have to get my nails done soon instead of the 3-4weeks mark which dip powder normally lasts. I always go to this nail salon they are nice & friendly but I didnt have a good experience this time.

I was looking to get my nails done and unfortunately I wasted 1 hour of my precious time waiting while other people who walked in after I did got their service before me. It also doesnt help that I called in with a set appointment. Another lady was there waiting just as long with an appointment. She was not serviced either. Sadly they lost my business and I will not be returning.

Adequate service and pedicure. Would prefer the staff not continuously speak in non-English language. Feel that is a little rude. Overall a good experience.

They did great with the pedicure but the nails are not it. they’re not painted all the way & it looks like i need a fill in already, the shape is even terrible. I point it out & they refuse to fix it. will not be coming back.

This was my first time going there. I had a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure. Everyone there was so warm and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. It was the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. The experience was very therapeutic and the young woman who took care of me did a fabulous job. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the 2 hours of pampering. I reccomend this place and look forward to my next visit.

New to area and was looking for new salon near my house. Unfortunately, Tin Tin will not be it. I usually dont write reviews, however, I was extremely disappointed in their subpar service to potentially new customers. Recommend not going unless you have 3 hours to waste for one service. This nail salon prefers quantity vs quality with substandard customer service.

Super satisfied with pedicure!! First time here & I will return to Tin Tin Nails again! Staff were very welcoming & friendly!! Comfy massage chairs. Atmosphere is nice, but not extravagant. A good pedi matters more to me than fancy atmosphere. Salon is clean.

Awesome place to go to i went in to get a pedicure and fill in and they had me out in about an hour. The staff is friendly and makes sure that youre okay. I get the gel set and have yet to break a nail. Extremely satisfied every time.

My gel lasted THREE full weeks and was still perfect, I was sad to even ruin it but my nails were growing out. I can tell that she was detail-oriented because her work speaks for itself. The services arent too pricey either. I think I found my new go-to nail salon. thanks.

Amazing experience!! went with my momma this afternoon and not only did they move our appointment to be earlier for us, they took splendid care of us. the person who did my gel pedi did an amazing job and was so sweet and took care of my severely damaged (i’m a dancer) caluses and nails. can’t thank them enough and can’t wait to go back!

I just moved to the area so I thought I’d try tin tin nails. They’re were lots of predicate options which I liked but the polish didn’t last long at all, way less than a typical pedicure would. I also got dip nails and the lady made me bleed twice because she was filing my skin down not my nail. Because the skin was so raw it would break after I left the salon even a week after I left the salon. I will not be going back.

I love it here! Phil is professional and does the most creative nails. His skill are remarkable. His wife, Mary does my eyebrows and she is great as well. I never go anywhere else. They are great!

I was afraid to go here because of the bad reviews but we decided to give it a shot today, and had the BEST experience! One of the best paint jobs for a that I have had in awhile. Ha was amazing - I would recommend working with her.

Im reading some of the reviews. In my opinion Tin Tin has an awesome staff. They are very caring and do a wonderful job. The weekends can be busy because of how well they treat their clients and the quality of work they do. Usually when they are crazy busy and you come in they will ask you to come back at a later time so you dont have to wait. (I call that courtesy.) If you have any kind of problems they fix it for you. You call even make as appointment if you need to. I recommend this place to all my friends and strangers all the time. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails from people. When I do I tell them to go to Tin Tin. Thanks all of you for a great job.

Very nice environment. Clean and the service is great! My nails always look amazing, although one of the ladies didnt want to do the color I liked because she didnt like it, so I chose another one. That was a bit disappointing, especially since theyre so good at what they do.

Low key laid back place to chill. Drinks are decently priced. Buckets are the way to go! Food is average like other places in Fayetteville. Back in the first days of its establishment it was better, but like all things Fayetteville, the good is always ruined.

We always have good service here. Actually getting my toes painted as I type. Its a Sunday, I thought there wouldnt be a lot of staff here today, I was wrong. We waited a few minutes and got right in.

I went in an hour after they opened for a pedicure and gel manicure. The service for having me seated and tended to was great, however, after drying my toes for 30+ minutes during the time of getting my gel manicure and leaving to take care of errands my polish smudged on every toe. I went back into the establishment to get a refund on the polish alone. I only asked because there was no sign to state otherwise. The lady that was tending to my request only said that she could fix it now for five minutes, I told her that I didn’t have time for it for the remainder of the week because I’m a college student. Then she said I could come in when I have the time but not in the weekends since they’ll be busy. I understood that because it’s their place of business. Lastly the person who did my services said that they don’t do refunds and that I can only come in today to get my polish redone. Needless to say, this issue could have been resolved simply by saying they do not do refunds and the only thing they are able to do is the correction on the polish on the day of service. I’m not going back due to this reason it seemed they were being unreasonable. I’m not bashing the services done I only feel that they were blaming me because I didn’t have the time to sit around another 30+ minutes for the polish to dry yet again, this seemed unfair.

Experienced staff. Worth the price for the Aloe Vera Pedicure. Hot Rock massage, heel treatment, parafin and french tips on the toes (not gel) for under $40. Plain manicure was very nice. I am going back! Thank you Tim!

Went here for years. Tina did my nails. Sometimes her father. Loved loved loved the place.Then...they sold it.I tried to stick with them but they changed products. The staff will argue with you about what you want. I walked in a couple weeks ago and it was near 90 degrees and no A/C. I asked if something was wrong with it and was told no.Who wants to sweat while getting a pedicure?Class has went down big time.Sorry guys.

If I could give a half a star I would. I go because it’s really close to my house. It’s 730 pm on Saturday night (they close at 8pm) and I walked in to get a pedicure. Not usual staff there tonight, but the guy that was present was incredibly rude with a “we closed” and shoed me out the door. You just lost a customer for good. Great job! Went across the street to Harris Teeter parking lot. Y’all a dime a dozen.

Im a diabetic and the lady given my pedicure was aware of it, but she scrubbed the bottom of my feet so hard it began to feel very uncomfortable. My wife sitting next to me. My wife was about to say something because she gives my pedicure and knows my feet are soft and not calloused, this was a treat for both of us.Two weeks later still trying to get my feet straight.

I love to get my nails done there but I think its a little expensive.

We had a small group of 3 people and after waiting 20 minutes for pedicures one of the manicurist approached us and said 2 people and we corrected and said three. The lady had an attitude and visibly rolled her eyes as she walked off. Talk about rude treatment! Needless to say we left.

I had been coming to this shop for almost 5 years. Now they changed owners and the service is horrible!! Just paid $40 for a pedi and not only was this woman Lena, or whatever, couldn’t do the pedi I requested, she did not clean my toenails. Then they are so disrespectful speaking about you in their language like you don’t exist, but if you speak yours, they have a problem with it. Not ever coming back here again. Y’all don’t need to take my word for it. Feel free to spend your hard earned money on a lousy job. If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would!!

I got a basic pedicure. And it was ok. But I waited a while before they got to me and it wasnt busy. The manager had to tell someone to help me. The nail polish job was pretty bad. They missed parts of my nails and it was sloppy looking. The manager looked at them before I paid and thought they were good. I wouldnt return

This is for the man that was in the background giggling that they do not honor expired gift certificates . In my opinion is a poor business choice to put an experation on a gift certificate in the first place. I’ll take responsibility we let it expire. For this life lesson I will let everyone know how unhappy I am about this establishments policy.

She only paid when the cop ordered her to and also had her sign a form that stated if she were to step foot in that place again she would be arrested. Lisa has no idea what was done to her feet because she was on the phone the entire time bragging to whoever she was talking to how shes just jealous of me because I buy whatever I want, when I want. She was so loud and obnoxious that the entire place could hear. Lisa, not only are you a thief, but a liar as well. I have gone to Tintin nails for over three years now and have always had a pleasant experience and top-notch job done on my nails.

Do not waiste your time at TinTin nails. First of all, they do not employ enough staff to take care of customers in a timely basis. You have to wait EXTENSIVE periods of time to get service, and then on top of that, they treat you very rudely.I was getting a pedicure that I had to wait a half an hour for, and the technician did not massage my legs or use the razor handle to remove the dead skin from beneath my feet. She went straight to the pumice stone to smooth, without removing the dead skin, first.I sat there with my feet left in the water for about 1/2 an hour, I finally decided to ask the technician if she was gonna finish my pedi, esp, since she was engaged in giving another paying customer their full pedi massage. The tech didnt speak English well, so I ended up asking the manager, Tina.Tina got very nasty with me and told me that my service was complete. I tried to explained to her that the tech did not give me a leg massage, nor did she remove the dead skin from under my feet before she used the pumice stone.Tinas answer was, yes, she did, you are through. I dont know where this rudeness came from, so I got up to pay and she wanted to charge me the full $40 for simply getting my toes painted, without the removal of dead skin or the leg massage, which is part of the pedi package.I informed Tina that I was only willing to pay her $20.00 because I only received half of the requirement of a pedi service.Waiting for a long time, partial work, and nasty attitudes was all I encountered, thanks but no thanks. LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!
