I go to get my nails and eyebrows serviced… The guy shows me the chair to sit in and there’s a wet spot. So I ask him if he has sanitizer to clean the chair and he says that they only have hand sanitizer. So I put to him that there’s a wet spot in the chair. So he says to me, “Oh you want paper towel?” Please tell me why in the Sam Hill would I clean at the nail & spa that he works at or possibly owns? I say, “No, thank you and begin to walk out.” He has the nerve to be facetious towards me! I wasn’t even rude!!! I will never go again!!! NEVER

Needed my eyebrows waxed. They have someone there, just for eyebrow waxing, which I desperately needed. She was nice and Im satisfied with the end results.. Of course I put a little personal spin on it.

Although they may not speak the best English, they are always very nice, quick to service, and I have never been dissatisfied (maybe once). It’s a “mom and pop” type of salon and I love the atmosphere! I’ve always gotten just what I ask for!!

Happy Birthday to me.. I was greeted by a lady and then sent off to this younger guy.. I wanted an overlay and showed him a picture because I never had overlay before.. I told him what I wanted and asked for his assistance but he shrugged me off and was very rough with my nails. He hurt my cuticle several times while filing and never once looked up. Needless to say I will NEVER come back!

I didn’t make an appointment so I knew I would have to wait. Wait wasn’t terribly long. Beautiful salon. CLEAN. Hands down the best fill I have ever gotten. Everyone was so gentle and I even got a hand massage after words. Fill with gel polish only 28$! Definitely my new nail spot.

Don’t go here. They are absolutely terrible. I got my nails done on a Sunday here because I had switched up because they were the only nail salon that was open by me. I walked in, got my nails done, they were good. At the time. I spent $30. I was like omg so cheap, I like this place. Then the next day comes, I wake up with my nail polish chipped, and they all started falling off within not even a week of me having them. Now I see why they are so cheap because their quality of nails are so terrible. Go here if you wanna waste money, but if you want better quality nails for a better price, go to Fantastic nails. They do a better job than this place.

Do not go to this salon if you want an overlay over your natural nails or long nails period. They use very little acrylic and the acrylic and possibly your nails will start to crack within a couple days. I have a desk job and do no heavy lifting but yet 7 out of ten nails cracked within a couple days. I went here to get a fresh over lay. He made the acrylic really thin and within a week one of my natural nails broke at the breaking point. I went to another salon to get a tip placed on this nail. I went back a week later for a fill and explained that 7 of my nails had cracks in the acrylic and one in particular was starting to snag on things because not only had the acrylic cracked, but my natural nails cracked too. He assured hed fix it but by the time I made it home my nail was cracked (gel polish, acrylic and the nail) and was snagging on my hair and clothes. I went back the next day and showed him that my nail was cracked on both side. At this time he explains they only do natural nails aka they only use very little acrylic on your nails regardless of your nail length or request. I advised him (though he is the professional nail tech) that he needed to use more acrylic when doing longer nails because they will break. He responded by saying we dont do that. He fixed the nail and within 2 days my natural nail broke at the breaking point. I have been on the search for a good nail salon in Fayetteville but I guess Ill keep looking. I will never go back to this place again. They should just be up front and say they dont cater to long nails, so people will not waste their money or time.

RUN, do not walk, as fast as you can from this salon. Even 1 star is not warranted. Absolutely the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had! Will never go back there again.

Decent service. The nail polish on my kids nails chipped off before we got home. I would say its because shes little except the polish done at home lasted a week. Im thinking it was cheap polish.

It wasnt horrible but it wasnt great either he did not file under my nails like I usually have done then he clipped them way shorter than I like, just kept filing until they got shorter and shorter however my cuticles arent cut up so thats good LOL!!! I believe I will stick to my usual place.

The lady that did my nails didnt speak to me. She did a rushed and sub par job on my nails. I asked for gel on my natural nails and nothing else. She cut my nails square without asking and when I did not ask for that. Unprofessional atmosphere in regards to the employees. Not somewhere I would recommend or return to, especially if you have any preference for how your nails turn out.

Horrible salon. I asked for eyelash extensions and the lady literally only put 4 individual lashes per eye! She didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and the eyelashes came off within 2 days.

This salon HAS HORRIBLE customer service skills!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They only have 1 Nail Tech that can do any type of fills or full sets!!! It has been like this for over 5 months now!!! I kept cominng back because Im loved the previous owners and thought it would get better but it did not!!!! They still have yet to hire more techs and today the owner tried to do my nails! The past 10 times Ive come she says she cant do NAILS but all of a sudden today she tries to do them because the salon is once again JAM PACKED with disappointed customers. When I asked when she started doing NAILS she had the audacity to tell me shes always done them...but she just doesnt like the smell. I was furious because Ive waited for assistance in countless passions. Hours at a time. Finally she starts doing my nails and HAD NO IDEA what she was doing! She Did the acrylic wrong! She didnt even still them or file them. When she realized how bad they were she tried to tell me shed make it free. I thanked her for the free service but told her that after waiting 3 hours I still wanted them done Properly and in a sanitary manner! She got mad and started filing my nails hard. To the point that a client next to me asked is she hurting you? I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! Ive never been so disappointed in a salon!!!

I was confused about the reviews but they are a few months back. I honestly should keep this place my little secret but I have to share bc the reviews before me are not good. When I say that I have NEVER had a pedicure this good, I have NEVER. He (Canh) put so much attention to my feet and legs, it was amazing. Seriously! Maybe because it was not a lot of people, but I doubt it. He truly enjoys what he do. Im sure the others here are just the same. I will definitely be back! I mean the music is soothing, the scents are amazing... I could keep going. Lol

I took my daughter, my mother and myself for a pedicure. Chairs were nice, people were nice, and great message on feet and legs. I would go back.

Worst manicure Ive ever received. They rushed the whole time. They filed my cuticles instead of clipping them. Left my fingers bloody and sore. I brought it up to the cashier because I was so upset. They didnt offer an apology, just held their hand out for my money. The picture below is what I left with... for a $35 gel manicure.

Beware do not go to VT Nail and spa located on 7737 Good Middling dr. Fayetteville NC. went today with my daughter for a pedicure. First I got all wet by the guy he apologies and I took it has a simple mistake. He gave me a menu to pick out which pedicure we wanted I pick the spa one for my daughter and I at $35 a pedicure. We were done with 20 mins tops and our feet came out horrible the nail polish never dried and when mine sort of did became clumpy. When asked for it to be fixed the said they were to busy. When I asked for the owner manager they refused to give me the information. The lady said they did not have to give me the name of the owner they refuse to give me his name and when I told them I did not feel like they did a good job they told me I can leave and come back another day. I paid them but I wish I would not have. I will be trying to find out who the owner is because I want my money back. Terrible service. I wish I could upload the photos.

D Dont go to this nail spa unless you want shallac on your nails and your toes. Their regular polish is old and they put finger nail polish remover in it to keep it from drying up. It falls off your nails immediately

Prices i recieved at register did not match the menued price. $3-$5 was added. Makes thr think they added because they expect little tips. One nail was not painted all the way when finished.

I enjoyed my visit but after my pedi and an hour of setting my polish still smudged.. I spent too much for that!!

Honestly I wouldnt even give them a star if I didnt have to for a review. They rushed through mine and my friends set and when painting got the paint all over our fingers (didnt wipe it off) and left parts of the nail unpainted. My friend and I were both cut from the negligence of the employees and I will NEVER return.

A friend told me about V T Nails, and I’ve been satisfied with the service every time. I only go for a pedicure, and the gentleman that does it has magical hands, I swear. All in all, the place is quiet, clean from what I see, and they are so very nice. I cant wait for my next pedi.
