I go here regularly for SNS and pedicures. The service is always good. The employees are kind and accommodating. I never seen a disgruntled customer other than the one that was asked to wear a mask.

These nails are my friends. she wanted a fill in. HORRIBLE and they look yellow still from previous color I understand things happen but based on the reviews this is a regular thing. they charged her sister 33$ to get her nails TAKEN OFF and rushed her out the door and locked it behind her. 33 dollars to have nails removed with a couple dollars worth of acetone is a SCAM. do not come here to get your nails done. terrible service.

Do not go here! Go to Liz Nails!!!! I went here before vacation to get my nails painted. I had previously gotten acrylic nails from another place and told them there was some glue left on a few nails. They said that would be fine and they would remove it. I was pressed for time due to another engagement and when I got to the drying section (in the light) I could see all these bumps and humps all over my nails where the glue has NOT been removed. $70 bucks for a mani and pedi... And the mani is lumpy! Also polish is slapped on and you can see where the 2 layers are. They wanted me in and out and gone. They got their wish bc I will not be returning.

Poor Quality of work!! The place inside is beautiful, they spent money to renovate the place but offer poor quality work, its not worth it! The employees didnt understand what i wanted which was simple even after showing a picture. I got the crackle gel polish on 4 nails and only 1 of the nails cracked into the design the day I was there. 2 days later, my gel manicure and crackle gel is coming off. My nails look so horrible, seemed like a 2 year old did them. I tried this place before and they did bad Quality as well, said I would give them another try only because blossom nail was busy and I was in a rush. Lush bar was completely empty with no wait and I understand why. Wouldnt recommend ANYONE to go here.

I will never go there again. Never ever on time. You sit and wait. Waste of time

My family had a great time here! Love the waterfalls and all the caves. Also, my husband is disabled and cant do stairs and they had a trolley to take us to the top to start. Kudos to them for thinking of others!

I decided to try this location despite the reviews. Horrible decision!!! Spent $125 on gel mani/pedi for my daughter and I. They didn’t even clean the excess polish off of my daughter’s toes. The first day our gel polish started to peel!! I literally got my nails painted on Tuesday and it’s Sunday my nails look like they need to be redone. It’s so beautiful inside but the quality and attention to details sucks!! I will never return again.

I took my baby and my mom to finish my birthday week, I decided to get a full set which resulted in some thick manly looking nails rushed by kevin. They were very nice people but kept asking how old my baby was to charge the most for a 3 year old $27 Mani pedi which my babys hands never touched water so I thought it would be just a polish job, also my moms sns Mani pedi left her nails snagging at her sheets only to be told her skin was an issue. So naturally we revisited the shop the next day to fix the issues for the money spent. I didnt want to go back and complain but I hate that customer service no longer exist but just trying to enjoy my birthday during the pandemic getting pampered after almost a year of not getting out, I expressed not fully be satisfied with my nails. Well kevin looked at them and stated when you get a refill have someone thin them out for you. And that the thickness was just a good size so the nails wont crack and if he went any further he would damage my nails. Off course not being satisfied but not wanting to argue I left. I just hate that you cant truly get what you pay for and people in the profession dont care to do there best job. Sometimes things arent all about money but I wouldnt support an overpriced place that doesnt care to make the customer happy.

The tech cut my left big toe uneven. My toe was unrepairable. Do not go there.

I stopped going here 2 years ago before their remodeling. Thought I’d give them another chance 3 strikes now I’ll never go back . 1st visit the tech seemed new & left acrylic globbed under my nail, #2 female tech was very good & paid attention to detail. I had French each time. The 3rd & last time the male tech was constantly looking away while sawing on my nails, & Scribbling on a paper. I asked to have the new growth taken down & he used clippers & charged me a cut down. Cut my fingers in a few places & once done & to the dry station I noticed the lumps in the acrylic & edges were terrible. My nails look like a child did them. I’m done with this place !

I needed the SNS off my nails. I was charged $12 for a mess. I still have pieces of the SNS on my nail, and my nails look chafed. They didnt even put a clear coat on them. I feel like I received poor service because I was not getting them redone, or getting any other service.

This place is slow as helllllll. All I wanted was my nail fixed and I’ve been here 40 minutes 😒

My daughter and I visited this shop for a few years, on and off. We live very close. The first incident occurred when our eyebrows were poorly waxed. The second incident occurred when I stopped by to get one nail fixed. The older lady, who is always there, told me that she did not know how to do sns nails🤔 She quickly forgot how once I informed her that I only needed one nail done. We have not been back nor will we ever return.

This is the work of Michelle.Michelle was beyond rough.Michelle nearly sawed my toes off.Michelle thought it would be a good idea to pour acetone on my broken skin to fix the gel polish that smudged as a result of her dropping the device that dries the polish onto my feet, both feet might I add.When it was all said and done, I voiced my excruciating experience to another technician, potentially the manager, who completely disregarded my concern for my aching toes. Instead she raised her voice at me in Michelles defense shouting, She tired, she work hard, pay now!!!Never again.

I had my nails done the day before Valentine’s Day; a Saturday, so I naturally assumed they’d be busy. Yo my surprise, I walked in and was immediately seated. I started with a spa pedicure which was lovely. The young lady did a wonderful job with my service. I then transitioned to another station where I was to receive SNS nails. This is where the issue began. A different technician performed this service, and I informed her it was my first time trying SNS. I chose my color and sat down. No sooner than that, people began to pile into the business for service. My technician began to hurriedly do my nails, globing on mounds of uneven powder to my poorly prepped nails (she didn’t trim or push back my cuticles). Powder and prep polish was all over my nails and the surrounding areas. When she was finished, I asked her if they were supposed to look this way and she assured me that after I washed my hands several times, the polish/powder that was all over my nails would come off. My nails looked awful. They were thick, uneven and sloppy. I felt like I had weighted plums on the tips is my fingers. To top it all off, my thumb nail polish was so thick that there was a ledge that caught EVERYTHING I wore. I would never go back for SNS again. 2 stars only because the pedicure was good.

I just recently moved to Georgia. I have looking a nail salon to accommodate my weekly nail appointment. I went into the Lush bar Fayetteville and the shop looked beautiful but the quality of work was horrible. I asked for almond shaped nails with nude polish. What I got was thick sloppy nails. The nails looked like toes nail. When I asked the manager for a refund and to take the nails off . He offered to reshape them . The nail looked just a little better. Nail polish was all around my cuticles and thick chunks of acrylic was under mail nails. My fingers looked a mess.

This nail Bar is terrible place to go. The lady messed up my nails, tried to redue them sanded them down till I had all mynail stub gone, then tried to redue it again my nails and fingers are cut, swollen, hurt and it will be awhile before I can get them done again. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have been a customer for 10+ years! I love the people and they all know me on a first namebasis! Kevin is my regular nail guy and does an incredible job! I just switched from gel to SNS and I am very happy! His attention to detail is superb and he always makes time for me! I highly recommend this place and bring friends and relatives here as often as I can!

If youre in the mood to wait 2 hours then have someone sloppily do your nails so they can rush to get to the next person, this is the place for you..

If I could give a zero I would. SOOOO rough, sliced my skin with the nail file twice in the same spot. Rushed the whole thing. The paint was done terribly. Didn’t even let my friend get her nails done there cause it was painful and terrible job.

No one said a word to me when I walked in. I sat there for about 15inutes, still nothing. So I left. Very poor customer service.

I went to get a simple set and i told her exactly what i wanted and she kept trying to change it to up the price and as she was doing my nails she would keep saying the price was going up it started as $30 then in the end was around $45 and the nail place down the road is half as much and WAY better not to mention she cut my fingers and left glue and acrylic all over me. mumbled the entire time I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

The owner Kevin and his wife are absolutely beautiful and caring people. They always make me feel welcome when i come in the shop.

Lets start with the positive, Tina did a wonderful job with my pedicure. She listened to me and I was very relaxed. Now Kevin on the other hand RUSHED thru my nails and when he painted my nails I had more polish on the sides than my actual nail. Then wanted to charge me separate prices for gel color and acrylic. I suggest you make sure you ask for pricing with EVERYTHING you get. Will NEVER return!!!

I love sns fingernails and gel toenails. They look like glass. Perfect. They last a long time. My only wish is that the process did not take Soo long.

If I could give one star, I would! In 15+ years of getting my nails done, this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had! I was in there for 3hrs to get a fill! They convinced me to do gel instead of regular polish & $53 later it literally looks like I did my own nails at home! At this point I don’t have anymore time to sit here. I truly don’t know how they’re still in business. The excuse for the AWFUL paint job (after two techs did them) is that “gel isn’t as clean as regular polish.” Who gets their nails done to have them look messy?! THE WORST!!!!!! I cannot emphasize that enough! I’m so upset! All the time & money WASTED & I’ll have to take time out of my day again tomorrow to get them done correctly! AND if they had a yelp page, I’d gladly post pictures! If the owner (who wasn’t there) would like to see the work these people did please contact me.

Sally is the best kept secret in the state. She does an amazing job on my nails. She is my new go-to person.

Went in and got a normal sns and 2 days later cracking begun went in got fixed by a different tech and today another nail cracked super waste ofmaney 77 dollars to be exact today only 3 days later must got find another salon to redo

After seeing the previous reviews, I was a little nervous about coming in. However, I enjoyed my experience at the Lush Nail Bar and it seemed that others did as well considering the constant flow of people coming in. The facility is nice, well lit, and clean. It did not take long for Trang to begin my pedicure. She meticulously attended to my crusty feet :-) (Im serious....crusty lol). Alyna was another lady I encountered that had a pleasant spirit and good conversation. And I felt no judgement about my feet. Its like the plant fitness of feet! I walked out of there feeling like tinker bell with my twinkling toes. Thanks Trang!

This has got to be the worst nail salon ever. I got SNS and a fungus grew under two nails. The manager stated that this always happens. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last play in Fayetteville.

This was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. Very sloppy.

The people that work there are the most unprofessional group of people I have seen. If i could have given less than a one star i would have. The service is worse since they moved. Another customer lost.
