My mother went to get her nails done and she was SCAMMED horribly. Wanted a dip set and ended up getting overcharged because Michael “the most recommended” cut off all of her nails-only to add new tips and charge more “for extra length”.On top of that! She was forced into getting a wax! What’s even worse is Jenny, who waxed her, BURNED her! She has blisters all over her eyebrows now that are itching and painful. DO NOT go here, it is a waste of money and time.

Jenny gives an amazing pedicure and cleaned up my eyebrows. Very sweet tech.

Michael took extra care with my nails as I have nail problems on my left hand. Nail salon up the street didnt want bothered with them. Had eyebrows done. Very good prices. Would suggest to anyone !!!

Paid $55 for a gel pedicure and both pinky toes had no polish after 24 hours. Would not recommend.

Paid $60 for very poor quality nails. My acrylics are all different shapes, the coat is so uneven that some spots are completely see through and the guy who did my nails kept trying to force me to get ombré which I did not want. He cut my finger with the drill and filed so aggressively I had to tell him he was hurting me. Will never come back.

Amazing service! Paid $55 for an ombre acrylic set - coffin shaped and I love it! The man paid close attention to detail and kept making sure they looked good through the process. They are very appreciative and entertaining! Will definitely come again.

My nails are NOT what I wanted and prices are CRAZY when they do not listen :( had a very bad experience. I called to tell her and she told me she won’t do anything but if I come back she’s just gonna charge me the full price. VERY upset 😢 lol they use CHEAP nail glue that you get for a dollar at dollar general 😂 not a clean place as well!!

Beyond impressed with the staff here! They took a really bad situation from another nail salon and made it into the expectations set. Michael and Jenny really care about then people coming in and you could tell they do their best to remember you even if you dont remember them. Michael is really funny and REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!! Hes being doing it a long time and you can tell! They made me feel really welcome and like I was a regular! Not only that but not once did they tell me no we cant do that or make me feel like I was an inconvience. Very happy that I tried them out and will have as many people as I can go!

Worst place to go to get your nails done. I went with my aunt and a girlfriend. Our nails were completely rushed. They were so worried about leaving then they were about our nails. It didn’t even take an hour. Sloppy work. My nails are crooked, chipped, and my thumb is bleeding. The tables they had us sit at were never wiped down or cleaned from the people before us. Such a waste of money and maybe 30 minutes of my time. You’d figure people would take pride in their work or at least put some type of effort. Why would anyone want to go back to a place that is only worried about taking your money and not about what you’re paying them for. I am already removing these nails, It’s embarrassing.

So I went and had my nails done on my birthday, 10/02, and given that I got there late and they gave me a $5 discount, it was excellent service. However, the manicurist filed down my nails incredibly rough and the next day I got an infection on my right ring finger. The nail wasnt infected, but the skin around it is infected. Its swollen, hot, gross, and Ive been trying to clean it everyday, but its still bad. Ive been to Hollywood Nails before and this didnt happen, so I dont know if it was because they were rushing to leave or if their drill was dirty but I am assuming the file or drill is what did this. Also, the next day, my pinkie nail came off very easily and that was frustrating. But Im more upset with the infection.

LOVE this place frI got my nails done at Spoil U today and it was not at all what it should have been. So my sister suggested that I go here and have them fixed and that was a fantastic idea. They turned out fantastic, looking the way they should have the first time. Not going back to that other place. Hollywood nails has never done me wrong! And SUPER nice people too.

Ok. .I love what Michael does but no one else. Then it depends if michael is in a rush or not. I paid $40 for my own nails to be dipped and didnt last a week and half. Im ready to go somewhere else...this is not new. Ive given the benefit of doubt but I say time to move on.

Asked for acrylic and she offered dip since I’ve never done that so I went with it and the color came out pink and not rose wood like I asked for. I have random sparkles only like 1 in every other nail and air bubbles in them. Sign said $40 and they charged me $45 not a huge deal but then my mother in law got a brown acrylic and had black lines with some random dots maybe from the brush or grinder in her nails, the lady saw the black in it and tried to go over with more brown and it didn’t cover so the lady just didn’t say anything about it and finished doing her nails along with not being flat and shiny they are bumpy and rough. My mother in law has been here a few times and this was the first time she had a bad experience, says there’s only 1 lady who knows what she’s actually doing Lisa maybe is her name. She wasn’t there, Definitely didn’t get what we wanted and I won’t be back.

My daughter got her nails done there yesterday and they cut under her nail, it hurts very badly and it’s turning purple... also they didn’t do what she wanted :(

Went with my girlfriend Lacey Edwards to get pedicures. Not really my thing but she finally convinced me and I enjoyed it! Lacey also got a manicure which looked great, and the service was very friendly! I’d recommend going here!

The service was nice and everything but when I asked if I could them longer because I was get acrylic nails they said it would be extra. I thought well why would they charge extra for the length. I had gone there once and they where amazing and didn’t charge me for length but when I went today I was very confused as to why the length of the nail would be charged. I don’t think I’ll be going there again and for an ombre set $55 I think that’s a little to pricey as well. I had gotten my nails done at lovely nails and there prices where amazing and didn’t charge me for length either. My nails are okay I think they could have been better too.

Terrible, will leave your eyebrows looking an ocean apart and I just dont have time to be trying to nurse them back to health. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I cant. Crazy enough the workers SEEM nice, but the real tea is they up in there SCAMMIN.

I really enjoy this place for some relaxation! The techs are wonderful. I would definitely say the atmosphere is a spa-like, pampered approach. The menu is fairly extensive, with plenty of wonderful options(I recommend the top pedi choice). Only downside - can be pricey.

I have been here a couple times because my friend recommended it to me and I haven’t had a problem until today and I got the worst manicure ever. The girl was so sloppy with my nails and very rude, she hardly knew english and she got frustrated with me. I could’ve done it better than her, definitely not worth $35!!

Anyone who knows me knows I love nails. I have been to almost every salon in town. Every place has its ups and downs but this place is just downs. Out dated equipment. Not attractive decor. Rude customer service. Over pricing. The guy set my daughter down a full set is supposed to be 25 all of the sudden it was 35 bc of length. It was a normal length nothing long. I did nails myself for 4 years so I know this is a scam. I had seen a bad review going around on fb about how they refused to do a burn victims nails. I didnt want to believe the review but after my experience I know it was not exaggerated. All well their loss.

Love the nail techs and they are great at what they do. Just dont get waxed if you have sensitive skin. Learned my lesson lol. But I still recommend this place!

This was by far the best $25 pedicure I have ever purchased. Walked right in at 2pm on a Saturday and got to sit down and soak until she was ready shortly after. Maybe 5 min wait. VERY friendly customer service. I’m never one to leave reviews but felt it was well deserved. I think she massages my legs for at least 20 minutes, maybe longer since I fell asleep from the relaxation of it. Hands down my new pedicure go-to!

Asked them on fb the price of a fill and gel color, told me 15$. So drove an hr to find out it’s 35$ and tried blaming a child for the replies . Was rough and halfway through doing my nails she said it’s an extra 3$ to trim them. Ive had my nails done countless times and I definitely won’t be returning here.
