Great service, excellent products, friendly staff, extremely clean and decent prices. The best part is that it wasnt overcrowded. I enjoyed my service so much that I brought my husband the same day. I just found my new nail spot.

I went yesterday Friday, June 11. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. Don’t let the men do your nails or feet. The ladies can do acrylic nails and pedicures very well. The old man was talking and not paying attention while doing my nails and kept stopping. The lady had to fix my nails because the man half did my nails. Basically the man rushed and did every bodies nails. This lady got her nails done by the same man and had to come back because one of her fake toe nails was hanging off.

They always do a great job. And the owners are a very nice ans pleasant couple

Was able to find Tony and Kim after they moved (no thanks to the dishonesty of of the crew that bought his original place on 54 and Brandywine!) to Hudson Plaza where Michael’s is. (Behind McDonalds on 85).Been going to TONY NAILS for 10 years and have ALWAYS been happy with how my nails look when Tony is through. I always get a French Manicure and it’s perfection!My sister had a bad experience with another salons pedicure and refused to let anyone else touch her UNTIL KIM showed what a professional touch is like!I recently moved to Tennessee but get back to Fayetteville often. My first “To Do List” note is to make an appointment with TONY NAILS as soon as I know when I will be in town!They are clean and take all required steps to insure our (and their) safety when in their salon. Their clients are treated like family friends and make everyone feel important and special. Their prices are fair and very competitive too.I give them 5 STARS for service, cleanliness, personal touch treatment and fair prices!

The appear to limit the number of patrons at one time. [I say appear, because if more than one person comes together, they are permitted to wait inside the shop.]They have installed plexi glass throughout, and wearing masks (although) some are wearing masks below their noses. I had to clean my chair and my side of their workstation with my own wipes!They do not address that. So tread carefully here.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 7 years I absolutely love tony and Kim their so kind and they do a really good job. A super friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends

ABSOLUTELY LOVE my nail tech JENNY! She is the best. I followed her from Eagles Landing. She does the best design and she is so detail oriented. The owners are super sweet and very respectful and their two sons are super cute.

Ive been a client of Tony and Kim for over 7 years, as has my daughter. We love coming to see them. They always do a fantastic job. The colors are gorgeous, and theyre always getting new ones. The pedicures are amazing. The new scents for the water, scrubs and mud masks are wonderful! I just tried ocean! The massages are my favorite! Were treated like family and have hardly ever gone anywhere else. Theres no need. I highly recommend them!!

The service was alright, but the old man rushed to do my feet . Both of the women did okay but my nail is lifting up.The younger man did good.😌

I enjoyed my experience at Tony Nail. My nail tech is Jenny and her work is nothing short of AMAZING!! I received Ombré SNS and a deluxe gel pedicure. Jenny is the best to ever do SNS and she also did my pedicure. Jenny is fast and pays close attention to detail and I love that she’s a perfectionist. OMG! the brand new massage chairs are heavenly during your pedicure, I fell asleep. The salon is beautiful and the gel colors with matching SNS selections are plentiful. The staff members are also very nice and accommodating, needless to say, I’ll definitely be a long time customer.

Not very happy at all! Went by yesterday (2/26/28) to get gels done with AMERICAN manicure. She cut almost every finger, then kept digging her nails into the side of my fingers, the acrylic is WAY too thick, coming lose around the edge, and she done a French instead of American. My nails look hideous and fingers hurt SO BAD! I was the only person in there all its not like she had to rush to finish. I WILL be going back today for someone else to fix what she messed up but after that, I refuse to go back.

Absolutely horrible. I try and stick with the same person when I get services done that I like because that person does it the way i like and of course they eventually get to knkw me as a client. I have been visiting this salon for the last 3 months. The first time I went I loved how clean and quiet it was. The service was exactly what I wanted also. As I went back every 2 weeks I noticed the satfc was always different. I could hear some of the other customers complain to the staff and to the owner (which is the woman who does my nails) about not being satisfied with the service. Every time the owner was dismissive with them. I paid this no real mind because I knew I at least had my nail person untrusted and I always went to her . Today I went to get my usual pedicure service and there was yet another new girl doing nails. There were 4 women in the salon when I arrived. 2 were drying and one was with her friend and theybwdre getting gel polish on their nails. I asked when the owner whwn she would be available and she said about and hour. I said cool I had my phone in was just going tonwait and kill time with that. The new girl was doing nothing and the owner asked her to do my pedicure. Ive always gone to the owner. And I explained to her that it was fine I would still wait. I really dont like to spend my very hard earned money on something I could potentially waste it on. The owner told me if I dont like what she was doing shell finish . So I said fine let me try since I at least had that guarantee. The new girl starts my nails and I just want to say I and 35. I have been getting my nails done pretty consistently since I was 17 years old. She skipped steps, sit into 3 of my cuticle, half shaped my nails so I asked her to stop. I could tell she was knew. If I wanted to spend my money on someone practicing on me I would have gone to a beauty echo. Im sorry. If I pay the actual price I expect the actual service. I dont know if the owner was just tired because they close at 7 and ideas there at 5 so Iknow she may have been working all day however she made me a deal so I stopped the girl before any more damage was done and told the owner I would juat wait until she was done. The owner came over and did not fix anything she literally juat briefly scrubbed my feet and got back up and started cleaning. I thought she was doing it before she got back to me but no she was cleaning to leave. I asked what was going on and she didnt answer me she sent the new girl back to finish my feet. I got up and explained to the owner that I did not want her to finish because it wasnt being done correctly. The owner ignored me as I spoke to her. She was counting her receipts . When she did look up to address me the the only thing she said was that she scrubbed my feet and that was enough because my feet were rough. Im already self conscious about my feet thats why I trusted her because she knew how to make them presentable. When she said that to me I was kind of hurt because it was never a pronlem during the last 3 months Ive been coming. I dont know what happened today but because she was so dismissive and she made a negative comment about me. Noe I do hair for a living I dont treat my clients like that and if Im to tired or cant accomodate thier appointment i communicate that to then and come up wirhbsomething that can work.for both of us if thats what the issue is because I can understand that. But blatantly not responding to me and then insult me anni have brought additional clients with me and again I was really loyal to you and thats the treatment you felt I deserved. I would give this place negative 5 starts if I could. Unacceptable service. Also she uses a drill on the natural nail for her sns clients because its fast for her and thats literally not the way its taught in school and its damaging to the nail fyi. The and is useless if put on wrong. Waste of money .
