I was serviced on 9/25/2021. Each of my nails have lumps and bumps and are uneven. They also began lifting on the 3rd day. This is by far the worst Nexgen service I have received. I knew my nails werent perfect while in the salon, but didnt notice how truly terrible they were until after leaving. My friend whos also a nail tech told me theres no way the nail tech shouldve allowed me to leave with my nails like this. Though the outcome was terrible, the nail tech was very kind and personable. Nevertheless, I feel taken advantage of as I have wasted my time and hard earned money (including tip). I will not return to this salon.

My 5 y/o daughter drew a picture of what she wanted her nails to look like and the technician took an hour to recreate it. It was amazing and it meant so much to her and to me. My technician, Baker, was a perfectionist in all the right ways. I highly, highly recommend this salon. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out!

This is my go to place! Everyone is upbeat and friendly. My nail tech, Erika, is AWESOME and does an amazing job. I love my beautiful nails every time! I get compliments all the time and tell them to go see Erika at Splurge. The pedicure is so relaxing. Erika is bringing back my toes from a dark place and making them sandal ready.

I have been seeing Bee for sugar waxing for over a year now and I could not imagine going anywhere else ever again! She makes the experience relaxed and not awkward at all. Im OBSESSED with my most recent experience here. I moved to the area and have been bouncing around to different shops based on when Im free. No more, this is officially the only place Ill go. The staff was wonderful, courteous, fun, and extremely welcoming. Most salons you go into and its obvious that they dont want to be there and just want to get your service done so you leave. The staff, especially Baker who did my mani and pedi, were funny/engaged/uplifting the whole time I was there and they really cared that I was happy with the finished product. New loyal customer here!

Splurge delivers Every. Single. Time. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing yet the staff are unbelievably professional. And they’re really really good at what they do. I’ve been getting my nails done my Sahn, the owner, for a year and half now and it’s the absolute best, cleanest (sanitary and visually) work I have ever had. My nails are ALWAYS straight and perfectly polished. My son comes to get his nails done my Diego who has such an incredible and vivacious personality. Ari does our manicures and is extremely tentative when it comes to the water and how much pressure/if anything is uncomfortable. Really tho, every single person who works here has such a high standard or work ethic it’s really a well operated salon. They have PLENTY of nail techs so walking in is never a problem but a few of the really OG people can be booked out a week or so. I recommend calling ahead but I discovered this place in an emergency so it’s always worth calling if you’re on a time crunch!Needless to say, if you want the job done right you need to come here. I can 100% guarantee you won’t find better work anywhere else in NWA

My husband and I grabbed a dinner to go from Mcalisters and saw Splurge tucked away. We decided next time for a Mani/pedi wed try it. So today we went. I was there for about two hours and got a pedicure and a shellac manicure (my husband got a pedicure too). The quality was high, the price was spot on, and I enjoyed Ericas company. She took very close attention to my cuticles and the polish isnt too thick. Everywhere was very clean, pleasant music but not over powering, and a beautiful glam decor. My husband felt totally comfortable. We will definitely be back.

After looking for a while and settling for less, I FINALLY found Denise. I know that dip nails are all the rage, but its outdated acrylic (in my opinion) with a new technique. Denise offers Light Elegance hard gel, a far superior product, with outstanding nail skills. She took the time to listen and gave me exactly what I wanted. I like the fact that my nails look natural, because hard gel allows my nails to grow out and retain their natural shape. She can sculpt nails, which is unheard of in a walk-in salon, where their focus is on move em in and move em out. Light Elegance and Regular Gel polish is included and not an add on. So many reasons to make an appointment with Denise and let her pamper you. You wont be disappointed.

Was not impressed. Had to wait 30 minutes for our appointment. My daughter got a gel manicure. The guy who did her nails used a drill on her cuticles... She did not get a hand massage or anything other than the drill. If you like a drill and no frills then youll like it there. People were nice, but just wasnt a quality experience overall. My manicure was average. I had to stop her from using a drill on my cuticles...

I had a fantastic experience at Splurge! The employees are so friendly and welcoming, and they KILL it when it comes to nail designs. I got a gel-polish manicure a MONTH ago and I haven’t had any chipping or peeling. I work in a restaurant, so it’s honestly miraculous. I will definitely be back!

First of all, 5 stars isn’t enough to rate my 1st Brazilian sugaring experience with Bee at Splurge.2nd, I have been getting Brazilian waxes for about 4 years and each time my skin is beyond sensitive so there would be red marks and swelling.This is my 1st time trying sugaring and I can honestly say I am pleased. I thought it would be just as painful and irritating to my skin as waxing and it is NOT! The process is quick and essentially painless. Bee used clean gloves for each sugar ball and witch hazel to clean the area. The area is smooth and irritation free! It is an all natural experience and I will return in 4 weeks for another sugaring. I am so happy I embarked up this journey. Goodbye traditional waxing! Book with Bee!

I scheduled a updo appointment, I arrived on time the salon was beautiful was greeted lovely but I had to wait because the lady I was scheduled with was late! I showed her a picture of what I wanted (I know 100% that it’s not going to look the same) but she started on my hair and she just seemed so rushed which I didn’t like she finished so quickly and when I saw it looked NOTHING like what I wanted at all I can’t believe she wanted me to walk out like that! I told her that wasn’t like the picture so she tried again and it was ok so I just left it at that because I had to leave! I wouldn’t recommend the lady for hairstyling she might be good at other things but not that.

Okay, I usually dont try to give bad reviews, but today this was just irritating. First off, dont trust their Vagaro account. I tried scheduling a perm with one of their stylists. Which was confirmed, then received a phone call and text saying that this person didnt know how even to do a perm. That someone else could do it. Well, my 4:30 pm appointment could only be 2 pm or Saturday. I took off work, which they knew I did because I was trying to accommodate their staff. Showed up, almost busted it on their slippery floor when I was in water shoes!! To sit down, and them tell me my hair was not in the proper condition for a perm. I appreciate the fact they said that, but maybe when they were so concerned with time, they could have asked if I had dyed my hair recently. I then was given a half-hearted Im sorry, I know you took off work and was asked if she could curl my hair instead. By far the worst service Ive experienced in Fayetteville.
