Owner, Peter permanently damaged my nail bed. Extremely PAINFUL!Peter, the owner LAUGHED at me when I complained. Its been 5 months and I still have a damaged nail bed and CANNOT get any nail treatment because of it. SHAMEFUL!

I’ve been trying to find good nail salons in Fayetteville and i saw that Nail Fever had a high rating. I made an appointment for an acrylic soak off, manicure and full set. When i got there, the woman who worked on me tried to ply my acrylic off instead of soaking them, which causes damage. When i told her i wanted a soak off she then caught an attitude. While I was soaking she took on a new client and did an sns manicure. My nails were done soaking after 20 minutes and i was not helped nor checked on until her appointment was finished, which was an hour later. I’m very disappointed that i was not able to get what I came in for. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SALON IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND PROFESSIONALISM.

My tech did a great job with my nails! My sis got a pedicure and they did an amazing job as well. We plan on making this place our tradition each time she visits!

Went here for wedding nails and 3 of the 4 people in my group were unhappy with our experience. They didnt have a lot of the colors they displayed in the gel and SNS boxes and then they couldnt do the designs we wanted. Service was slow. Yeah the people were friendly but after having to wait despite having appointments and then the process taking FOREVER, we were all ready to go. I removed my polish on my toes the next morning and got them done elsewhere. I will not be back.

So 4 hours after my appointment my nails are burning, tender and feel like they were lightly shut in a car door. The pedicure technician was great, the nail technician however was rude. She acted like I was a bother, sighing and speaking her language almost under her breath, when I spoke she didn’t speak back, nor did she really do a great job with my nails, was very rough. I will not be back..Then a lady and her daughter couldn’t help but constantly stare at me. Mind your business... Guarantee there are better salons, go look elsewhere.

I almost never get pedicures, but I was going on a trip to this place and wanted to look nice so I decided to leave my toes and nails to a professional. My tech did my nails and she did an amazing job.

I came in for the first time today for a manicure. They offer a variety of services for men and women. Very clean and organized, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Already booked my next appointment!

This experience was awkward from the minute i walked into the building. I assumed all the unpleasant stares were brought on by me being a male walking into a nail salon. The male owner made me very uncomfortable by staring me down the majority of the time i spent there and he never greeted me during the entire visit. The pedicure technician was great! she took her time and i could tell she cares about the work she does there. My manicure technician on the other hand was very rude. She never made i eye contact with me, she avoided conversation by making only hand gestures and rushed aggressively through the service she was providing. I will definitely look for services else where in the future. If the point was to make me feel unwanted as a customer, mission accomplished.

This is my 1st time going to this nail salon. They have a huge variety of nail colors from SNS or Gel or regular polish. The nail techs are very friendly.

They give great customer service, communicates well, and really aims to please. She is also really good at nail art. Let her know exactly what you want and bring in a pic- she does it all.

Yesterday, I went in for a mani/pedi. LOVING IT! Soft purple is the color on my nails. It was relaxing going mid day. like the service, the safety precautions theyve taken.

The wait time is ridiculous, I had an appt at 1:30, we came about 10-15 mins early and our nails/feet were not started until after 2. Meanwhile other people who came in after my partner and I were started and finished before my feet even touched the water. An excellent salon nice and clean but appts time should be honored and appts should definitely have priority over walk ins. Unfortunately will have to find somewhere else to go as 3 hours for a nail/feet appt is far too long and a waste of my day off

This is definitely my new nail place. My boyfriend, and I just decided to get pedicures off a whim and walked - it was beyond our expectations everything was clean and smelled heavenly!!!!!

Was trying to decide if I wanted to go to this Salon or another. After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. While it wasnt horrible, it wasnt a place I would want to return to either. DH and I decided to walk-in and get a plain manicure. Since we were walk-ins, it was not a surprise to wait a bit. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were taken to chairs where we waited another 15 mins and then about 20 mins for actual manicure. I only give those times to share that we were at the salon a good bit. While at the salon, there were six others receiving services and another pair of walk ins arrived along with another client who clearly had a appt. For the person with an appt, she was set at a chair immediately and her service began shortly - which is great for those with an appointment! What was no so great was the atmosphere. While the salon was decorated nicely, the vibe was not chatty, smiling, happy, or relaxing. I almost left a couple of times because it just wasnt that salon vibe that makes for a good experience. It was all business. The ladies that came to give me and DH our plain manicures were rushed, not sociable, and even seemed a little irritated by us walking in. Again, the manicure was a little rough and rushed, not relaxing. I needed to ask for my nails to be shaped better, they were not even. My lady seemed a little irritated that I asked for it, even though I thanked her twice for going back to fix. It was just a little additional filing. We spoke with three of the people that work there, one man and two women. Their English was very hard to understand. My opinion is that might be why they do not communicate more with clients. Overall, my experience was a little less than average. I came home and fixed my uneven nails. My cuticles look a little ragged. I wont be back and will continue looking for a salon that is a good fit for me.

Long story short they took care of us with no problems & had patience with my girls I received no attitude or bad vibes no smart remarks their clients even complemented on how well behaved my girls were. They are good at pedicures but one of the girls are too rough doing my pedicure and I started bleeding. But, other than that they are fine lisa is very nice!

Made an appointment and they sat me right away. They have a really nice selection of colors regular; lots of naturals as well as sparkly/bold/fun. They paid excellent attention to my cuticles and did a fantastic job with painting. The conversation was so friendly and welcoming, Ill definitely be back!

As someone who is so sensitive to manicures (cuticles usually are over-cut & I tend to bleed), I enjoyed my experience here so much. My manicurist did the BEST JOB today making sure I was taken care of and checking in to make sure she wasnt hurting me. She was so sweet, kind, patient and most importantly did a fantastic job. Im coming back for a pedi.

My husband and I went here to get pedicures on our anniversary, the spa was very busy but they fit us in without appointments and were very kind! We both got classic pedicures and they were very thorough and took their time massaging our legs, removing calluses, and generally cleaning up our nails. Love this place!

I am posting to advise of my truth. Amy and her husband Peter (owners) are so very pleasant. I have been getting my nails done here for two years. My daughter is a client as well. I always make an appointment and they are always on time. I have had another patron talk nasty to me as I moved from the manicure table to the pedicure chair to receive service prior to her. She expressed her displeasure as “she was there first”. Perception is everything ladies. I advised her that she was inaccurate and why and she quickly calmed down and waited her turn. I have never seen any of the nail techs sitting doing nothing. They are always working hard. If I break a nail they always do their best to work me in the schedule and give me an accurate time to arrive. I always look forward to going!!

Went to this place on a coworkers suggestion, GREAT work!! I got an acrylic full set with normal polish. My manicurist - she was so meticulous and detail oriented. Never have my acrylics looked this natural!! Will definitely be going back.

Came in as a recommendation from a co-worker. I have very fragile nails so I try to steer away from the acrylics. I came in with the first picture as a sample from Pinterest. Staff totally nailed it with my gel manicure. First time coming and I loved it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional. The owner, a grown woman argued for 10 minutes with my FIFTEEN year old foster child because she didn’t know the difference between a manicure and pedicure, a simple mistake... because she is a kid. Worst customer service. This place needs to be shut down. Definitely not fit to be working with people if they don’t know how to act professional. Classic nails is 900 FT away and have the best customer service.

I got my nails done at this location on Friday. Its been 4 days and Ive had to revisit TWICE to get my GEL paint and GEL nails fixed. Its literally peeling off like paint its crazy this is is the WORST experience Ive had with nails. They half fixed my nails each time and now my nails are peeling again. This would be my THIRD revisit in less than a week on a 50+ nail job that just cant be executed correctly. They didnt even offer any type of refund or offer to do anything for me being inconvenienced all those times. Wont be revisiting.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They made we wait over an hour before seating me. After seating me I had to wait at least another 20 minutes. Then when the tech was supposed to be removing my gel polish she kept getting up between each nail to go do other things. And the wait between each nail was so long that after about 4 times I started scraping the gel off my nails myself. Finally, I left without getting my manicure. They should have just told me they were too busy for me instead of letting me waste an hour and a half there. I could have just gone somewhere else. And no apologies from them either.

Horrible place! I genuinely dont understand how they are still open. I gave them few chances, but I am done now... First of all, they always lie about the wait times - no matter if you set up an appointment, or just walked in: they will put you in one of the chairs, so their waiting area looks empty, but no one starts working on your nails for another hour! Second of all, they change prices as they go, constantly adding on services you either did not ask for or specifically verified the services provided are included in the final price. Lastly, they are simply rude - instead of fixing the shape of the nail to match the others, manicurist will accuse you of having weird shape nails. Unbelievable!

One of those times I wish I had read the reviews before visiting. First visit: after 45 minutes of waiting decided to leave. Second visit, second chance: Same thing! They even seat people in the pedi chairs to wait, giving the illusion of being serviced.

Two and a half hours later and I’m walking out of the salon with a botched big toe and messed up pointer finger because that’s just entirely too long to be there for a simple mani pedi and I dont have time now to stay and get it fixed. About 10 people left before me who got there after me. Theres apparently only one person who answers the phone OR takes money from customers and I had him, so that’s why my mani/pedi took all day after 400 phone calls and cashing everyone out all in between steps of my mani. Seems very unprofessional to keep stopping over and over especially as I’m growing visibly more impatient by the second. Thank goodness I had a gift card because I won’t be back.

Wonderful staff and very clean:) They do a great job and stay busy; always be sure to allow for 15-30 mins to wait to be seated. Its worth it:)

Had a very bad experience with the staff there. The owner and wife were very pleasant, but my manicurist and pedicurist were extremely rude. My pedicure polish was uneven and I was told it was because I picked a see through color. When I wanted another coate, my manicurist actually said work it out with the pedicurist (who was working on someone else) or get another color next time. They were also talking with each other at one point and though they were speaking in another language I could tell they were talking about me, and not in nice way either. Very unsettling and upsetting experience as I choose to pay my money to relax, not to be treated in that way.

This nail place is the very best that I have visited. It is very, very clean. It is managed very well.

Rude and unprofessional - will make you wait hour+ beyond your scheduled appointment time. The saddest part is that the owner treats customers like she is doing them a favor for letting them get services there. Very disappointing.
