I got a gel manicure and not even a full week and they’re already peeling off. I was overcharged but wasn’t upset because she didn’t give me a poor experience but this is ridiculous.

Used to love this place until I just payed $38 for a sloppy fill in. Did not want any color at all, they insisted on a matte and then charged me $8 for it. Bottom nails were not filed out. And left some of my previous nail color. You guys just lost a long time customer that wouldnt mind wasting hundreds here. Cuticle is horrible.

Very welcoming and professional. Nail tech was attentive and did a fabulous job on my toes. Will definitely be back!!

WORST PLACE EVER. My daughter just went today for a acrylic full set and the lady that took care of her was on a rush and disrespectful. Every time my daughter wanted to say something she was so unprofessional answering back. Yanked my daughter’s hand. Got mad because my daughter reminded her about the crystals that she asked at the beginning and the lady forgot ot . My daughter told her since the beginning and she got mad because she already got the top coat on. Then when she got home and jumped into the shower the nail fell out. SERIOUSLY A NEW FULL SET. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

WAYYYY OVER PRICED!!! $45 for a fill is crazy!!!! She was rushing the whoke thing and didnt do anything with my cuticles and the polish didnt go all the way down! Not ever going back!!

Last Thursday I did have an issue with my nails after I had them done. They did contact me and I went back for my nails to be fixed. They were very kind and apologetic, fixed them perfectly. I even met the owner he came out and spoke with me and he is really a great person. I will recommend this place to everyone. It is very clean and welcoming even a relaxing atmosphere. He knows how to run a business. Thank you

Nelson is awesome. However, I made an appointment at 11am and wasnt seen until 12pm. No one called or texted to let me know. They said it would be a 30 minute wait, but it was 1 hour.

I used to like this place a lot but now it is so unprofessional. I made an appointment for 2pm. Got seated at 2:08, but didn’t get my feet done until 2:50. I’ve sat in the cold water for 45 or so minutes. The young lady at the front was nice enough to heat the water up but when I asked someone when will I be seen they gave me an attitude. Once someone finally began my feet the man started talking about the other clients and their kids. Once I got home I looked at my feet and they were sloppy and a hot mess. Never again.

This place is amazing. I always get compliments on my nails in front of my clients. They aim at perfection and remember you. I absolutely love coming here and will be a forever client.

This is the best nail shop I have ever been to✨I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did my nails better than the picture and did them super fast and on to of that my nails were straight and perfect with no problems at all I love it there and I will be going back 😊

Service is so dependent on who you get. Some are great, others are terrible. I asked one to cut my nails down and they hissed at me, the massage was a joke. Not worth it unless you get the right one. And god forbid you’ve painted your own nails at some point because they will point it out every time then take out a grinder to get your polish off dramatically. Good news is I still have all my calluses because they took no effort to remove them...such a waste for $65...

Worst experience at a nail salon ever! The owner has some serious anger management issues. I waited longer than expected and asked if I could just have callous removed instead because I did have somewhere I needed to be. I got a menu shoved into my arm and she said No we can only do a basic $30 pedicure. which is fine but because she shoved that menu into my arm I decided between the wait and her attitude I wanted to leave. she makes the sweet front desk associate charge me for the water that was used to soak my feet! I will never go there agian and 100% will never recommend this place.

Just went in for a manicure. Was asked no less than 3 times if I wanted a pedicure too. I can’t say it was bad...but it was a manicure that cost me $17. I am not complaining, it was ok. The place is nice, clean, decorated for the holidays.

Came in and asked for a full set. Got pointed to someone who was open. Asked for thin short coffin shaped nails and got long lumpy coffin-ish nails that they charged me $50 for. Extremely disappointed. There is nail polish everywhere and overall it was a messy job.

Terrible customer service do not go! They are prejudice and speak their language to talk about us Americans. My sister caught the owner husband talking negatively about me. Him and his wife were speechless. They are rude and please stay away from this place.

Me and my 3 daughters had an appointment today when they first opened. They were prompt, clean and hospitable. They took all safety measures they possibly could to comply with social distancing. I appreciate that. They were also very quick, and delivered high quality. In total services altogether, full set gel, pedicure, eyebrow waxing. We were satisfied with the services. Went for my first pedicure in several years and walked out with my first ingrown toenail. It’s been a week and I am still in pain. The nail tech was aggressively “cleaning out” my toes even after I expressed discomfort. Now I’m limping and having to soak and apply ointment to my toe several times a day. At least the polish is pretty!

Im not from here and have trust issues when it comes to getting my nails done... its like a hair stylist (you just dont cheat on those). Well my friend recommended and it was relatively close to where i live. I walked in at around 6:15 (closing was 7:30pm) so i was a little nervous. I got a mani pedi. Bigmac was absolutely amazing!!! I was worried that everything was going to be rushed since it was close to closing time. Finished my pedi at around 6:50 with no rush at. Started my dip mani after (again, really nervous about the time crunch). Bigmac took his time with each layer and buffed out any little imperfection despite going over closing time. Everything was set and dry by around 8pm. Needless to say i will be back. Definitely recommend Bigmac!I only docked a star because i feel like i was judged into getting a pedicure by the receptionist. (Just the way he looked down at my feet and said “you getting a pedicure too”?) but its whatever because I enjoyed it.

Set up an appointment online came 30 minutes early they said they didn’t have it walked away after I asked if they could still take me left me standing at the desk 10 minutes then came back and asked again what I wanted. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a nail shop it will not be this one

I recently got my nails done here and had two separate individuals do my nails. I tipped them both separately in cash and paid for the balance with my card. Everyday I check my account to see what purchases comes out and the amount and this place had the audacity to take out more than the amount that I paid for. Sadly, they are closed right now but I will be contacting them and my bank first thing in the morning to report it. Thats stealing and now you all just lost a client.

I got every 2 weeks, in 5 months I have grown enough of my nails that I just get an overlay for extra protection from breaking

This was a very nice nail salon, definitely recommend! Although, you do run the risk of getting cut many times on your fingers and getting a nail-bed infection! I have been her many times but just recently, one of the workers used a tool and infected my whole nail-bed. My toe was very inflamed and it was an awful experience...

I absolutely love this place! For YEARS I have searched for somewhere that provides consistent quality in this town. Since last year I’ve been coming here for pedicures and eyebrow wax. Today I got my nails done for engagement photos and they did not disappoint yet again!! It’s a huge plus that KitKat is funny and enjoys chatting during the apt.

I got a spa pedicure and got eyebrows done and I love it they are very nice and professional. I am most defiantly coming back here.

I had my nails done here 5 days ago and was really happy with the service I received, I planned to return to see the same nail tech, but now I have developed a nail bed infection on my pinky finger and one of my toes. I have had my nails and toes done all over the place in the past, I’ve even been cut pretty obnoxiously at other nail salons, but NEVER, have I ended up with an infection or experienced this much pain from a tiny nail! I don’t know if it was the nail techs ungloved hands/acrylic nails or if they aren’t washing/sterilizing their tools, but I would not recommend this place.

This is my favorite place!! It is clean, I love the music, and the environment!! They have over 600 colors. I got the Spa pedicure with the fruits omg!! I have to treat myself more often. The prices were reasonable. They serve wine too!!

Great experience, love my nails!

I tried this place on a whim. It was close to my home and I really needed a manicure. The prices are fair, my nails did not look good after my service. Needless to say, my gel polish didn’t properly cure, which led to bubbles in my nails. The polish was also very spotty. My service was rushed. I will not return, very disappointed in my service. The salon was clean and receptionist was very nice.

Miss Mai is a real nail artist. Everyone I know loves her work & I just adore it. Its always clean & peaceful when I come here.

Maybe rethink getting a wax here? I asked if they re-dip the stick into the wax and they said yes, and when I said never mind, they said no.Incase you’re wondering why that’s bad, if they wax someone with some unwanted issues (ex. Crabs or herpes) you can possibly adopt those same issues.

This used to be my favorite place to go to get my nails and feet then until recently. The new receptionist is not professional shes always rushing you in and out the door. Recently me and my son went and got our feet done.. as I was getting my feet done she comes to my nail tech and tells him we have other customers please hurry up. Hmmmm no maam I was sitting at the foot dryer literally just check my feet she comes maam I think youre dry now, I responded back by saying no I just checked them, then have nerve to say, well I can take your payment. Like what really... Please bring the last girl yall had back or someone with better service manners..

Very professional and awesome experience. The shop is meticulously clean and very quiet and relaxing. Caroline is my expert artist and she is absolutely “the best”; I don’t venture. out anywhere else - all of the services are excellent and competitive in price.

Ive been coming Skibo Nail Bar since they opened and I love this place!! I will never go anywhere! They are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. The nail staff was so great! She was able to keep the length of my natural nails. I told her she didnt have to worry about keeping the length because I accidentally ripped off the nail on my index finger the day before. She told me she would fix it, which was totally nice of her! I have never had a more pleasant experience getting my nails done before. So nice! Excellent service!..

Great service ! A girl definitely feels pampered at Skibo. Great selection of colours and the staff is very talented with nail art. Very clean environment and tools. They know what they’re talking about. Dry manicure is actually the correct way to do the manicures. It’s a great place to have a girls day . I will be back ! Worth the 40 minute drive.

Always busy and the techs are great! Always good service even if the manager is a little quick with clients, but its usually packed so hes efficient and fast. My husband works for a company that services appliances and out of the many nail salons hes seen, he said theirs was the cleanest. Very organized and no cockroaches or other issues hes seen in other locations back areas. Going back today for a pedicure!

Lady with the red hair is a sweet girl but she rushed through my pedicure . I’m sure she finished in like 12 mins . I can see my old paint on my toes, she put all the stuff on my feet at one time and massaged it, my toes are filed horrible . I had to ask her if there was a time limit on pedicures or something . She actually said yes but I’m over it . These places work on commission so they’re just rushing through people feet and doing it for the money . They don’t want returning clients cause I’m sure not coming back. Tipped her a little two dollars anyway . IF you like relaxing pedicures you can enjoy on your day off . Don’t go here !Also they don’t greet you when You come in ✌🏾

I recemtly moved here from Virginia. I always got Dip Nails there and loved it. I was looking for a nail salon to contine my love for Dip Nails. I visited 2 other salons and was highly disappointed. They didnt know what Dip Nails was. I was referred to Skibo Nail Bar by one of my customers. I was pleased that they knew what Dip Nails were. I was satified during getting my nails completed and after. George Did a superlative job. Thank You!!!! I will be returning.

My first time coming here and I had my nails done (gel manicure and eyebrows) the nail tech did good with both my nails and eyebrows although I had to go back the next day because my polish was chipping on two nails BUT after I got those fixed, my polish started chipping AGAIN the day after that. Mind you I’ve always had gel manicures and never have I ever experienced this issue before.

Very nice and well kept place. My first time going there was a great experience I took advice from other reviewers and scheduled an appointment. They always made sure I was taken care of. Amazing customer service and my feet looked amazing after the pedicure left a nice tip and definitely will come again I recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon.

Completely ignored for 30 minutes after signing in. They took in 3 customers as I was sitting I the entrance. One other came in, had an appointment. Not an issue for him. Just the other walk-ins. Never greeted, just ignored. Never going back for their rudeness.

My friends and I the night before prom were looking for a nail salon that was open past 7 oclock, we got there at 7:45 (after their close time at 7:30) and the staff was about to leave, but they saw us and kindly said that they would do our nails. They did an amazing job! The staff was very nice!

Very disappointed in the services I received. I get the same service done every two weeks at my usual salon. However, my salon was closed so I tried this place out. I’ll never go back here. The dip on my finger nails is coming off not even a week later, which I’ve never had happen. The job wasn’t even finished as the sides of my nails weren’t filed which makes my nails look sloppy and uneven. My nails were catching in my hair since the first day I got them done. I expected a way better job for how much I paid.

So I don’t remember the first time I came here but my nails were perfect the way I wanted them, all my nails were perfectly shaped. But the second time I came idk if the lady was tired of me coughing ( Allergies ). But my nails were/are not even, she didn’t clean the polish off the sides. I would come back but just not to her. Very displeased!

Facilities are clean, bright and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING, especially Miss Anna. The massage she gave me during my pedicure was excellent. The prices are average, but definitely worth it! They have an entire menu of services. I will definitely be going back.

I had gel nails done last Sunday and today (Friday) they are already peeling and a mess. The lady who was doing my nails kept looking around the salon, talking to other people, and pausing while painting my nails. Im not going back, especially since you can pay just as much somewhere else and get much better quality.

My pedicure was a little rushed (thats why I took away a star) but the technicians were still very courteous for the duration of my service. Will be visiting again!

Just moved here from Nashville and needed a new nail salon that did the dipping powder. Vincent did my pedicure and my powder. Best pedicure I have ever had. Got the deluxe with the hot stones. Awesome! He also did a great job on my nails. Will definitely be back. Only been open a couple of months. I highly recommend it. My boyfriend got a pedicure with Carolyn. She was a delight and did a great job.

I am a travel nurse and have been to a lot of nail shops. This takes the cake. Ive had 3 pedicures here they were all wonderful. The herbal is my fav, with fresh oranges and rose petals in the water. The scrub had fresh herbs. They were careful and attentive to my cuticles and if you have problems with in grown nails see Caroline or Carol. This place is immaculately clean. I was offered water and/or wine and snacks. Check them out for yourself.
