Thu is an awesome business owner, who has great customer service. She also is a great waxer and nail technician who will accommodate you with early morning appts. Been going to her for services since 2012.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Unsanitary, reuses foot utensils for all customers. French tip looks terrible and when I asked for a refund the lady basically said “no, I did what you asked” would not recommend and will not be returning.

Got a full acrylic set. They did a really good job. The guy who did my nails was a little rough in his approach but he handle me with such gentleness. Took one look at my pic and knew exactly what I wanted. He even cracked a smile at the end. Will definitely be going back.Quality work. Quality prices

First of Google says they close at 730 PM on Saturdays, I come here and the guy said they close at 7 but door still open. The lady told me to wait, then she sends a guy to cut my nails off, this guy is hurting my nails, I told him he was hurting me. I asked is this the right way to take nails off he said I dont have time and we are closed. I said I could of done this at home, the reason why I come here to get them off is so I dont hurt myself. And he said ok you go do it at home. He refuse to keep working on me and he wants me to go home like this.Update Review, the lady that took me in to get my nails removed was nice, and apologized for the guys attitude towards me. She was really sweet. Appear to be the owner. She removed and filed my own nails.

Thu owner of Pro Nails on Andrews Road, Fayetteville, NC, is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. I highly recommend her and she is my No 1 choice since 2002! I drive 25 miles and pass 10 other salons, which I’ve tried, and pass them all to go to her.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere. Made appointments for pedicures, they were very accommodating. Lots of nail colors to choose from. Follows the covid-19 guidelines. Plastic partitions between chairs masks were worn and I felt very comfortable. I have been here several times before, but not since the pandemic started. Everyone should go out and get their nails done at Pro Nails.

Got gel on my nails 6 days ago. After the first day they were already chipping, each day one would chip. I finally had to take them off on day 6. I thought it would last at least 14 days. Little disappointed.

I have been going there for over 20years. I have tried other places but by far this is the best. They treat you just like you are family. If you have not visited them give them a try also the prices are readable as well.

Other nail salons I have been to are inconsistent with their pricing. Ive been going to Pro Nails for well over a year, and Im highly satisfied with their attention to detail and consistent pricing. I have referred my friends there, and they too are satisfied.

Horrible experience.I went in with originally dip polished natural nails; long, healthy nails. The lady that did my nails drilled the polish off instead of placing acetone soaked cotton balls and wrapping with aluminum foil (the way dip polish is normally removed (which I mentioned to her) and she told me thats not the way *she* does it. She drilled my nails so much that they were so fragile 2 of them broke while I was washing my hands. I mentioned this to her and again, dismissed. She told me how much better gel is and should give it a try. So I did. She did not fully gel my whole nail and because of how fragile she made them with the drill and 2 breaking, I had to cut down all my nails to match. 😔 She also horribly shaped them (all uneven) and my nails looked clumpy from the gel not being drilled evenly. I went back to have her fix them but in reality, theres no fixing this hot mess. I now have to let my nails grow again and go back to my regular nail tech and get them fixed. This is what I get for trying to save a trip and cheating on my nail tech. Lesson learned!

They are rude as rude can be when I made an appointment like I do every time I need thea fill in or full set the lady over lapped my time with another customer and made me leave when I was already there before the other customer this is not her first time doing this to me. I been Going to her for about 10+ years and she never did that to me. This explains why they have barely any customers because they have poor customer service.

I was questioning going here or not but I went anyways and I had the man. He was sweet to me. He made small talk, took his time, was gentle. Nice man!

They did a horrible job on artificial nails. It looked like a little kid polished. When we asked to fix the problem they wanted to charge 40.00 to remove nails and instead of soaking off they were tearing off so we walked out and soaked off at home.

I just recently move to the area and decided to try this Nail shop. My daughter and I waited for over an hour to be service because only 2 staff were working and they were extremely slow. 2 customers came after us and left because it was taking soooo long. I hope this was just a day they were short staff. I appreciate good customer service but be mindful when you have people who have been waiting for over an hour. It appears that they wanted us to leave since they close at 7pm. Not taking into consideration that we made it there at 5:15 and by 6:21 still nobody service us. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is by far the worst nail salon Ive been to. I went in for full-ins, and this was my third time going here. So, I know how they do fill-ins. So this time I said oh are they going to be like this? And shes like yes, if you know so much why dont you do it yourself. Like that is not customer service. She pulled my hand trying to do service on me even when I said no thanks. And I paid her $7 since fill in is $13 trying to pay at least half. Since she did fill-in my nails I didnt want to just not pay. And she started saying racial slurs and everything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Please do not come here to get coffin nails I’m not sure if they know how to shape them right. All of my nails are different shapes n sizes,, I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time. Honestly just wasted $40 because I will go somewhere else to get them fixed. The music was cool and the guy everyone calls rude did my nail. He didn’t bother me I found most of the stuff he said kinda funny

I visited this shop on 4/26/18. I was very hesitant because of the bad reviews. Let me tell you. That this was the best my nails have ever been done. The staff were so friendly. I will be making this my regular nail care spot!

Man is very rude! Price range is okay but the man can get very rude and nasty with you! And doesn’t want to make conversation sometimes. I love the lady though, she’s very sweet and holds excellent conversation with her clients

1 hr 10 minutes later, 40 mins waiting to be seen, 30 mins JUST FOR A POLISH CHANGE! Man is really rude, no filter, dirty long fingernails that he uses to scrape excess nail polish off your skin. Place is disgusting when you actually sit down and take a look around. I arrived at this salon at 11:00AM on Saturday, 21JUL18. There were two female technicians and one male technician working on three female customers. I signed the log book and let them know I just needed a polish change on my toes and I had to be gone by 11:50AM for my son’s birthday party. They ensured me they could accommodate me. Pretty reasonable right? Wrong! The customer waiting before me walked out with her two kids making the comment they ensuredher she would be seen soon but was waiting far too long. Another customer walks in telling me she had to wait 2 hours there one time. After 15 minutes, I asked how much longer and the woman ensured me it would only be a few more minutes. After 30 minutes I asked again, to only be reassured it wouldn’t be much longer. I wasn’t assisted UNTIL 11:40 (40 minutes after my arrival when I was told it would only be a few minutes). Before the man started on my toes, I asked if he would be done in 10 minutes for a polish change because I needed to leave, he said yes. This man takes me to a table top to prop my legs up under the table on his KNEES to remove my polish then takes me to the pedicure seat to cut, file, buff, and polish my nails. This process took FOREVER, they are so unbelievably slow. I told him I didn’t need all of that, just a polish change. He didn’t listen. Before he put the polish on I said look I need to go it’s 12:00PM I was suppose to be done by 11:50 I have a birthday party to go to. He says, “It’s fine. They will have a birthday every year. It’s not that big of a deal. I am almost done” I was shocked. I said it matters to me. He then puts on the polish SLOW AS MOLASSES and finally at 12:10PM I called it quits and got up. 1 hr 10 minutes later, 40 mins waiting to be seen, 30 mins JUST FOR A POLISH CHANGE! I go to pay and he tells me it’s $11 for a polish change and they did not accept cards. I ended up giving him a $9 tip for a POLISH CHANGE because I didn’t have cash on me and their minimum for cards is $20. I will never return here again! When I walked out, guess who was still there? The two customers they were working on when I got there. One customer getting a pedicure and the other getting her nails filled in. I had already been there for over an hour and the pedicure customer’s toes still weren’t painted and the fill-in only had ONE HAND DONE. My recommendation if you are in a time crunch, try out Regal Nails at WalMart on Ramsey. They can get pretty busy but if you tell them up front your time limits, they work really quickly and have great prices. In 1 hour I got a pedicure and my nails filled in and polish change for $80! If you want quality work, clean environment, and have some time on your hands then go to Pamper Nails & Spa next to PetSmart on Ramsey!!

I like a salon where you can have a friendly chat with the person providing services. This didnt happen here. When a tech cant be bothered to just make small talk while holding onto your hand, well, it seems rude and it makes me uncomfortable. Not the experience I want when ingomin for my fills twice a month. I just moved to the area and this was the first salon I tried. Will go somewhere else for my fill. Oh, and I brought my 8year old son with me and he asked if he could get a manicure because in the cold his skin was dry and chapped and his cuticles were painfulAnd peeling. My boynlikes to look good! Lol when I asked how much for him they looked at me like I was insane. I dont plan on giving my business to a place that finds it strange that a male child wants a salon service. He is 8 for god sakes! I havent raised any of my kids to feel bad about themselves and for wanting to take good care of themselves. As far as I know my straight son wanted a manicure cause hes a total metrosexual lol but if he was anything else I dont expect a supposedly professional business to make him feel odd for it.

As soon as I walked into this salon, I regretted it. The nail tech appeared to be sleeping on the couch when I walked in. There were not a lot of color choices for a gel manicure (maybe 20 - all very similar). The foot/leg massage was painful. My fingernails were not properly filed. She ended up filing my SKIN off with a dirty nail file, and the abrasion that she caused really burned when she put alcohol on my nails. The manicure utensils were thrown in a tin can with skin and dust. I wouldnt be surprised if they had never been sanitized. I honestly could not enjoy my experience because I was so worried that I would contract an infection or a fungus from this place. Another customer came in and complained that her last service did not last more than a day and accused them of using cheap supplies. There is a handwritten sign that says We are not responsible if nails are damaged after you leave. NO KIDS ALLOWED.Im only giving two stars because the nail tech was friendly and the mani/pedi was affordable (only $45 for gel mani and regular pedi).

Very unprofessional,dropped my daughter there for a manicure pedicure and she called me crying about how bad they looked....finger nails look terrible so we asked for them to be removed,she cut the tips off and then proceeded to pry nails off instead of soaking them in acetone,so at that point we asked her to stop,but she still wanted me pay 38.00....l paid to keep from slapping her..
