The store is nice, clean and organized not to mention I was helped as soon as I came in. I picked my color within 5 minutes of being there. The owners daughter is also very nice and helped me very much.Tay does a wonderful job, affordable too. He kept up the small talk and was very detailed about his work. 10/10 I will say they do have a limited amount of browns which isn’t a big problem because I’m still very satisfied with his work. I definitely will be coming again

Tay, at Novelty Nail Salon, does a wonderful job! Not only is he super sweet and fun to talk to but, he takes his time and does an amazing job. The salon is very clean, decorated nicely, and has very fair pricing.

I went to get my nails done yesterday with dip and tip and I was very satisfied! The service ended up being only $40 which was very affordable compared to my old nail place. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the nails! Definitely my new nail place!

***update*** I took my 76 year old mother there yesterday to get her nails dipped for the first time. They gentleman who did hers was wonderful with her! As previously when I went they did a great job! Will continue to go there.Very nice guys did a great job!!

This was my first time going to novelty after hearing so many positive things about it! but i went today and the man i had was very rough with me. he would grip my hand very hard and would constantly be moving my arm without a single word. i would have at least appreciated it if he told me how he wanted my arm to be positioned instead of being rough. he also filed my nails so far he hit m fingers and made me bleed and still kept filing it. he never apologized for making me bleed multiple times. they still turned out pretty but not worth the pain.

I did a walk in tonight about 45 minutes before closing time, I honestly thought it would be a rushed service seeing how I needed a full set with gel right before closing time. I was pleasantly surprised though! I had Leo working on my nails and he was so professional and nice, even though I walked in late he was very accommodating, I wanted a pink and white marble with glitter accents and he went above and beyond! He lined up multiple shades of pink acrylic and showed me what each looks like on an artificial nail tip! I then chose which pink I liked best and he got to work.. he NAILED it ! Honestly the best my nails have looked in a really long time. Thank you Leo!

I previously had my nails done and had to get them shortened for an event. They did my nails very fast and made them look very good even paying attention to the bottom of my acrylic nails! Definitely recommend

This is a wonderful place! We had an appointment for 1. They had 3 people call in, and as soon as 1 came around we were apologized to over and over for them being behind. We got to sit inThe massage chair the whole wait. They were so so sweet and very professional. This will be my go to nail place from now on.

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. I had to have it redone twice because it was so inconsistent and lumpy. My cuticles were raw and bleeding, the color choices are poor quality and off brand...and it shows. The lady started getting frustrated and lazy so it led to more mistakes. Whatever they used for their lotions and cuticle oils had a horrible odor. The best they could do was take off $4 for their mistake. I will not be returning and I suggest you don’t either.

Listed hours are until 7pm...door sign said open but I go in at 5:31pm...stating they are closed with workers standing around..ok..wont be back

My first experience was decent. They take their time and kept asking if I liked it. However, I only went for a full set that was only $28, but the lady apparently put something on my nails that boosted it to $33 without my knowledge. Other than that, I enjoyed it and will be coming back.

So I went to Novelty after my usual place told me they couldnt do my nails, even though I came an hour before they closed. I called Novelty before we stopped by--they were so nice on the phone and even though they closed at the same time, they were more than willing to take me and my friend and do our nails. When we got there, they were super welcoming and got right to work! They took their time even though they were suppose to be closing and Ive never been more pleased with my nails! They did the dip powder all the way to the cuticle and the shape was done perfectly!! Also, the place is SO clean!!! I love this place and it will now become my regular spot! :)

If you want the best pedicure in town then come here and get the $35 pedicure. Its the best in all of fayetteville! I promise I have tried every salon in town and you will not find a better deal. It is high end spa quality! Hot stones, relaxing massage, friendly staff.

The place was so nice and clean inside and decorated so cute and the people were super sweet. The only issue I had was my gel didnt even last a week (it began cracking and chipping). And for whatever reason the gel light-machine shocked my nails which really freaked me out (not sure about that one). I probably wouldnt go back.

Really LOVE this place. Very clean. Always happy with my nails and I am not afraid to speak up and tell them what I really want which I often find is a problem at other salons. Definitely suggest making an appointment during weekends or evenings or you will be waiting awhile, but if you dont it is still worth the wait.

Came in for a pedi and was seated immediately, no wait time to speak of. Even though I upgraded to a higher level pedi I didnt get the leg and foot massage I expected. My service seemed unfortunately half hearted, but all the other women around me seemed to be getting better pedis/massage 🤷‍♀️ Was never offered the complimentary wine that is touted on their Facebook page. Thought I would try out a new place, but I am unlikely to return.

This place is amazing!!! I got white dip nails and they look so good and have been perfect the past 2 weeks and don’t seem like they will chip or come off for awhile. Prices were good, it was clean, and they had complimentary drinks. Fav place in Fay get dip !!!!

Yesterday I visited Novelty Nail & Spa and I was thoroughly impressed by this establishment! It was a clean and friendly environment. The employees are very talented; I will definitely go here again!

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. Two of my acrylic nails broke from them being extremely rough while filing them. Instead of replacing them, they tried to glue them back together. 30 minutes later 4 nails completely broke off. Very unprofessional work. Do not waste your time at this salon.

Originally when I went in my nails ended up looking pretty bad. However, I went in the next day to have them fixed and I didnt have to pay to have them redone, and the staff was very friendly. Ultimately, I appreciate them not charging me to have them redone, and now they look way better!

Keep in mind that I am usually not one to leave poor reviews, in fact I dont think I have ever left a Google review. But, I have been a loyal customer for a little over a year (visit almost every two weeks), however I will not be returning in the future. Previously, I was incredibly impressed by the staff and the quality of work, unfortunately over the last few months, it has deteriorated. Issues started out small (staff was rude or snappy), but I continued to go. The last time I went, the lady doing my nails got upset when I asked if we could cut my nails down more than she had already done. Immediately her and the lady next to her started talking and they were looking at me and rolling their eyes, obviously irritated. After that, she was rougher with me than she should have been- My cuticles are all raw and my nails hurt after leaving. Although I am disappointed by Novelty and will not be returning, there are some great people that do work there, I just dont want to take the chance that I will have an experience similar to todays again.

Have been going here for a while and had a not so great experience. The woman that did my pedicure seemed like the owner and not interested in it at all. For the amount I paid, I was unhappy with the service. We then proceeded to wait 45 min in the chair instead of the dryer after the pedicure because they were too busy to help us.
