Carla is the best. My hair is black and turning it blonde is usually a difficult process, for most of the other stylist I tried. She has skills because she lightened my hair several shades on the first try. She uses good products also. Save your time and money and go to an experienced hairdresser like Carla. I love my blonde highlights and will definitely be back whenever I need a touch up or anything done to my hair : )

I loved it! I used Eve and she understood exactly what I wanted and gave me amazing tips on how to add volume to my otherwise flat hair. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner she recommended and my color has stayed vibrant through several washes. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely loved Stevie I came in nervous having to find a new hair designer, but Stevie she helped me through the coloring process and the cut she was so professional and knowledgeable and rocked my hair cut and cut!! I will be back!! Thank you Sweetie!!

Went to get my hair highlighted and left with my roots highlighted and the rest of my hair the same color as I walked in. Brown. No color. The colorist even said it didn’t lift and didn’t offer to fix it and still charged for the service: I would not recommend this salon.

Kristina Mabe is the absolute best!.. Absolutely love her she always does an amazing job on my hair, my mothers hair, and now my sons.. Ive been getting my hair done by her for a little over 8 years now and I currently live in VA.. I gladly drive 4 hours just to get my hair done by her and I will continue to do so!.. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Kristen did my hair she did an excellent job. She took her time with the cut and style and provide feedback through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist.

Been here before did some highlights here and put another color in my hair, I wont name the artist bc I dont feel she did this maliciously, but the bleach and color she used on my hair, FRIED my hair. My bangs broke off damn near to the root. The bleach she used was WAY too harsh for my fine, thin, sensitive hair, and it burned and damaged my hair really badly. I only went 2 or 3 times, but ended up going back to my original hair dresser bc she knows what to use on me for highlights without frying my hair. Guess the grass isnt always greener on the other side after all.

Called at 10 to try to get a hair cut/wash/style and the lady didn’t know anyone’s schedules which is fine. She took my number so she could call back or have someone call back when info was found out with schedules and who was on their way in. However, when about 10 min later I get 3 texts from “eve” from the salon asking me what kind of cut I was looking for and whatnot I was shocked. Are you really texting me? I don’t know you. I just called the shop and you are really going to text me whoever you are? How unprofessional! What is this world coming to that we are hiding behind texts instead of calling customers especially when you don’t know them? I did not respond and decided to go elsewhere.

Reasonable price, top quality results. I had a haircut including wash and blowdry, it cost me $35 and I love the result. My stylist was Jeanette.

I have been to many salons and spas in my years of travel and more so when I was working in the field of entertainment and television. From Warren Tricomi and Paul Labrecque Salon & Spa both in New York City, to West Hollywood where I went to Sally Hershberger salon . Fredericks has some of the best hospitality and down to earth stylist who are paralleled with a genuine desire to be of service and make you feel important .I cant tell you how nervous I was, I was a walk in with a mess that Required immediate color correction, my anxiety began to lessen when I noticed this lady that kept leaving her area to come check on my hair and the correction, finally I asked the stylist is that the owner, yes she replied .. I thought to myself wow wowShe must have come over to my chair 15 times to see if the chemical was taking and turning out ok. I had a great stylist Katelyn who was very informative and comforting to add to that the lady owner added such a overwhelming sense of assurance that all would be ok !If youre ever in the area and are looking for somewhere to get Color or a haircut. Male or female, it doesnt matter they have a very diverse staff from all backgrounds. I am truly blessed to have bumped into this place by accident for I called the Paul Mitchell school and they were not the most hospitable on the phone so I headed to the ultra tan and its like God put Fredericks hair design right in front of me. Im so grateful for the new friends I met there and if I could give 10 Stars I wouldHighly recommend this place to anyone in the Fayetteville or surrounding areaYall Rock !!!C
