Beware. If you do not like your nails, they will not re-do them and will still charge you. $30 wasted. My nail tech rushed through the entire thing and did not even ask what shape I wanted. Not to mention, the place is extremely dirty. I am highly dissatisfied and do not recommend this place to ANYBODY. Spend your money elsewhere, where they appreciate their customers. I will never be back.

I have two people that I will allow to touch me. my eyebrow lady with the hat and the older lady with the short bob hairstyle. Those two don’t play no games. They get you in and out.

Even though they didnt open til 5 today. It was a great experience. They were extra busy, and even though some may have been rushing them and or nasty, they all stayed professional as possible. I will recommend anyone and everyone to join my first time but not last time experience!

I love this place! Theyre some of the best priced and do the best work. Mrs. Lee i think is her name is so sweet and asked me if they looked even and they were which is important to me, Im a perfectionist and she did a beautiful job and was very considerate. Everyone in there seems to do awesome work especially the guy in there with blue eyes who I didnt get my nails done by so I didnt catch his name but my friend did and she said he had been doing nails quite a while and her nails looked amazing! This place is packed usually but thats a good sign in my opinion plus they move pretty fast but they dont do rushed work. Its my favorite place to go now, I wish I had known about them sooner! Thanks to everyone up there, you guys are amazing :)

The nail tech rushed and didnt ask what size or style I wanted. I ended up with uneven, lumpy, block shaped nails ...WOULDNT Recommend! Waste of money....

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had my worst ever nail experience today. The nail tech, Khy, told me that she would not give me any sympathy when i told her she was hurting me when she filed my nails. I had asked her to shape the nail before she applied the acrylic to avoid this, but she refused and complained when i told her she was hurting me. When i described the nail shape I wanted, lipstick, she did an exaggerated version of what i asked for. I stopped her on the first nail to correct it. She said next time i come i need to go to someone else. I scrolled on my phone while she finished trying to just get through it. When she finished the hand i can’t even describe what the shape was. Like a rounded slanted stilletto. I stopped her and said this is not the shape. She blamed me. I asked her what shape is it bc that’s not lipstick. She threw her hands up and asked me what i wanted her to do about it. She was basically mad that i told her what i wanted. Next she told me I could just leave so i did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Lastly, i brought my own glitter. She sealed it up w her monomer so now i can’t even open my glitter.

Went in looking for the nail tech that did a particular set. Ms.lee went out her way to let me charge my phone to see what I wanted. I guess the tech was busy or wasnt there or whateva but Ms. Lee said she could do it for me.. &Honnaay did she.! They turned out beautiful. She was busy and it did take a while but It was all worth it. The price was reasonable. And they Glow! Ididnt know she even did that for me..she worked her magic because its been 4 weeks and they still look pretty good..The only con is by boyfriend keeps getting mad at me because I want to be extra careful with my nails and I cant do to much leaving him to do everything. lol hell just have to survive til I break one 😂😝Ill post the inspiration and mine... Oh yeah plus Ms.Lee gave me a stylus pen to use on my phone. Thanks girl much needed ❤️Will be back!!!

They did a terrible job. They said they couldn’t do French tip because my nails were short which makes no sense! I haven’t gotten French tip multiple times so I didn’t understand. They rushed through my nails and the polish is uneven. Never going back.

The Worst Service ever Lashes come off the next day and they want you to pay again hoooorrrriibbllleee the only person I recommend is Linda for your nails!!! Pedicures & Lashes, it’s a No for me!!!

It has not been 2 weeks and five nails broke I understand why they was close and I could not come in however I mad I have never been this dissatisfied with a nail job ever I hope ms lee please fix me when I come in because the nail tech who did my nails used some horrible quality acrylic. I have never seen nails just pop off from moving cloths its embarrassing to look like this and its not even been 2 weeks and I dont do hard work Im so disappointed words cant explain

My nail technician was RUDE. She made fun of my toes and the color I picked out. She was rushing and said I couldn’t afford gel . I was going to tip her 100 just for doing my nails and feet because of COVID but she didn’t get anything. She didn’t put lotion on my legs in fact all she put on my legs was oil. At least the price was cheap though right ?

I just left there it was the worst experience ever. I waited there for over 40 minutes and they allowed two people to skip me giving little reason. Whenever they want to justify what they do, in this situation being skipped, they just speaking really fast so you dont even understand what theyre saying, therefore giving you no other reason but to just allow everything they do Because how are you even going to defend yourself and you dont even understand what they are saying because theyre purposely saying it very fast.

DO NOT GO HERE! The price will change every time you go and the quality won’t match the high prices they try and charge you! Also, if you’re one to like your nails a specific way then don’t even bother with this place. You can mention what you want before the service and they’ll still mess it up. They really like to make a big deal and cause a scene over any comment you make. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!

My experience was wonderful from start to finish! M does an outstanding job on eyelashes and Ms. Rose did an outstanding job on nails. All of the staff were very friendly and polite. They thanked me for coming. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend Unique Nails!

I like Unique Nails. I just dont understand why some of the nail techs have attitudes. Im not going to say her name....this time. But she had an attitude because I didnt want my 13 year old daughter to have long nails. I dont like paying my money to anyone with an attitude. Since this is the first time Im having an issue with her, Im not going to put her on blast. However, if it happens again I will say her name. She should just do her job and be grateful I am spending my money with her. My daughters nail length is not her business.

I was introduced to this shop in 2013 and I have been going here every since. I havent been to any other nail salon that tops Unique Nails. I drive the extra miles with no problem to receive great service. Big thanks toKim, my eyebrows tech and queen. Indeed she is the best.

She took her time with each nail to make sure they were perfect and kept making sure that I liked the length and that I was comfortable with it. Everyone was very friendly and they are up to date with the styles now and days. Will definitely come back!

Great pedicure, great nails BUT... when I asked for a future dated appointment I got the run around. Called back told you cant make Saturday appointments. Now you know..I saw several work Saturday appointments, and the lady that did do my nails only did them because her appointment was a no-show. So you are probably thinking maybe they changed the policy/ practice because of the no- show. Nope, told to walk in and lady arrived for her appointment. So I guess they have their Choice to make you and appointment or not.

I love going there me and my mom hang out and get our nails done together. The girls that do our nails know what we like, and even what we dont like. They are funny, we laugh, crack jokes, its just a beautiful place to go.

I had an issue with my nails initially, however, Mrs Lee made sure that they were fixed. This was the fastest service ever received. I left satisfied.

I love how fast the service is. I got my toes done with regular acrylic polish and it lasted for almost 3 weeks which doesnt happen very often. They tend to get really busy so it would be best to schedule and appointment and not just walk in

They are runninng out of a lot of glitter gel nail colors and still havent re-ordered or re-stocked any! Every color I get, they are scratching the sides of the nail polish bottle to get a full coat in. They need a better system when it comes to the payment as well, I did my own feet at home and when it was time to pay, the guy who did my nails was gonna charge me for my feet, a job they didnt do!

Best part is that they are open 365 days of the year. The second best thing is the lady who does eyebrows. Most times they are busy but you cant complain cuz theyre always open. My nails always look good. Nothing real fancy about the ambiance, hospitality or decor. They just aim to get you in and out.

Nice here.. Sometimes crowded closes at 9 i give it a 3 because day I went it was about 8:30 a black lady wanted her feet done but she told her she was closing to come back tomorrow.. 2 white woman come in she sends them back with no problem..

Rose has been doing my nails for a very long time!! I love her she is nothing short of amazing! However Mrs. Lee(the owner) is SO money hungry!! After almost nine years I will NOT return! I normally pay $45/$55 for a full gel Set. Last week I was charged $45 for a fill in...my nail tech said Its Mrs Lee all she cares about is money! Okay no sweat I paid and brushed it off.. Today I return for one nail repair...Mrs Lee didnt greet me or three other black customers that came in..however a Caucasian lady with friend walks in and she proceeds to get up and greet the customers! Still no biggie just things Im noticing after all these years! I sit in Rose chair for a repair one nail and Rose says its $8 idk why Mrs. Lee just told me that .... So after today I will NEVER return to unique nails even if it was a free set!! Customer service is EVERYTHING and they have none here and its SAD...customers are who keep the business afloat and the disrespect is real. Ill never spend a penny of my hard earned money in unique nails again🤷🏻‍♀️

Looks like a small sketchy place from the outside. .. but the talent of the 3D and design work is amazing. A few gems that really know their craft and a few that just want to make sure the little things are taken care of. Wont go anywhere else!

I’ve been going here for about a year; and the past three or four times I’ve gone in, I ended up with chemical burns on my hands from whatever it is in the bottle labelled acetone (I say it like that because I’ve use 100% acetone on myself before and never had a reaction). The woman (Nini) who did my nails this last time didn’t do them properly. The shape of them is all off. I will not go back to them. The only nail tech there who actually does a good job is Paris. She’s the only one who hasn’t caused me to end up with chemical burns.I went there with my bridesmaids to get my nails (hands and feet) done before my wedding. My acrylics fell off after barely a week. My Maid of Honour’s polish kept chipping. One of my bridesmaids nails were severely crooked and had to be taken off and redone. The guy who painted my toenails even made comments about how two of my toes are crooked.(Side note: why are they even putting “acetone” on acrylics anyways ?? That just breaks down the acrylics)

I went to this salon on Sunday October 6,2019 at 11:30 but the shop was closed. I sat out for thirty minutes until it was opened. I go inside and the nail technician asked me what I wanted. I told her and she told me to have a seat. She forgot that I was there and was letting other people go before me. I questioned her and she said it goes by the time you walk through the door. Everyone was stunned because they knew I was there before them. I politely got out of my chair and said God BLess You and walked out.You will never get my money treating me that way!

I enjoy being there and the work they do is awesome not to mention half the price of what I paid at other places for nails that werent as pretty nor shaped right and believe me Im picky! I mean theyre good, but they have one person who does design, and shes never here when I come in. How is one person out of all the ladies that can do the design that I want. And instead of listening to what I have to say she pushes me away and gave me someone number and didnt really explain what Im suppose to do with it.

The lady who did my nails did not file and cut them evenly, didnt know how to paint properly, and they dont have a nice selection of regular nail polishes. All the nail polishes they had available were cheap,old and half full; I personal like OPI and they only had two colors in that brand. There was also drama while I was getting my nails done. I expected my experience to be peaceful and that was not the case.
