Candle Nail Bar is the best!! I have had my nails done religiously since I was 15 and Lina, BY FAR, does the best set of nails I’ve ever had. The salon is TOP NOTCH…always clean, sanitized, and merely perfect. It’s a plus that you can make an appointment with your tech since they are always so busy. Voted #1 for me!!

My very 1st visit to Candle was with my Best Friend and her daughter Christy.The service was absolutely amazing at Candle Nail Bar. The atmosphere was equally as amazing, and so relaxing. The nail Techs that provided our services were very professional and friendly. Tweet and the beautiful Tech with the long purple hair were very knowledgeable and thorough with both our Aloe Pedicures & Manicures.I will definitely return when Im in town visiting my parents or Best friend 😊

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I had Tu do my pedicure and she was very personable and took her time. I had Kelly do my fill in. I was telling her I wanted a nude polish color and I couldnt find one I liked (even though they literally had 100s of colors to choose from). She recommended the nude ombre and Im in love!!!

I visited this nail salon for the first time today and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a nail salon. The gentleman that assigns seating with a nail tech based upon the service selected speaks to you in a rude manner as though he doesn’t want to be bothered. Customer service and quality work are huge priorities with any business, without it you have no customers willing to utilize your services and support your establishment. The work I had performed by the nail tech was a COMPLETE waste of my time and money!

Very clean and well laid out salon. It was very crowded with less than 50% of clients and staff following the current mask mandate. My tech was very rough it was not a relaxing and enjoyable pedicure. I will not be going back here again.

I have been coming to Candle Nail Bar for about 2 years and this place always seems to amaze me. My nails are done by Lina who is very skilled, sweet, creative, gives tips about your nails and ideas, and she works with you on how you want your nails done. Every time I get my nails done by her, I just show her a picture of what I want my nails to look like and she does it just like the picture and even more sometimes. I only go to her now when I go here. I 100% recommend you get your nails done by her.

I simply love Candle nail Bar they are the best in Fayetteville. When I enter I am greeted with a smile and so much friendlinessand they offer me a snack and a drink. Lina is awesome she always do a great job and always ask me if I like my nails. I encourage anyone to go and check out this awesome establishment. Oh the shop is always clean and ready to serve you. I went in for a fill and reshape, I showed a picture with the color and shape I wanted which was coffin and a natural clear pink and he gave me a price. The man that did my nails left some purple polish on my nail and it showed through also 1 nail was much shorter and crooked when I asked him to fix the 1 nail he told me no and said he would cut the others down when I was not happy and then was rude about fixing the purple showing through as well. When I went to pay it was also $10 more then I was quoted. I called and spoke to a manager as the 1 short crooked nail bothered me and the nails were already lifting at the base and was told to come in when I have time to fix the problems I showed up and they told me I needed to make an appointment and sent me away so I asked for a refund as being told no then coming back and being sent away I didnt have time to come back a 3rd time thats why I asked before leaving to have it fixed the 1st time. I was told no to getting a refund and went somewhere else and just had them removed altogether.

My experience was just okay. I had a 1030 appointment, when it got to be 1100 I asked the receptionist to just reschedule for a different day; they insisted someone just came available, so I went ahead with the appointment. My nails look good, very similar to my reference picture. The manicurist did gouge my cuticles with the nail Dremel, 4/10 nails beds were bleeding. Makes for a pretty uncomfortable day when we are all using alcohol based sanitizer and washing our hands more frequently.Bottom line: Didnt feel punctual, process left a little to be desired, service results were pretty good (as in the actual dip looked good)

Ive went here for my last 3 fill ins and pedis and with appts getting in and out is great. But the price and the quality of work does not match. The price has been more each time. Theyre focus is quantity not quality..

The place is nicely decorated although I wasnt pleased overall with my pedicure. I take pretty good care of my feet being a man but my tech could have done a better job.

It was okay. Went in for a mani pedi with my teenage daughter along with my sister and niece. We had an appointment and got right in. Pedicure was fine but seemed expensive. I got a gel manicure done, it hasnt even been a week yet and already looks like it needs filled. I was absolutely surprised that my bill was over $200 for my daughter and I together for nothing excessive. Seems expensive for just okay. What absolutely shocked me the most is that the manager (owner?) insisted my 5 year old nieces manicure and pedicure were full price as well. Hers was basic and took no where near as long as the rest of us, so come on!! I wont go back. Wasnt impressed for the price.

Its okay for the type of place that it is. Customer service was good. These types of establishments focus on getting you in and out for the most customers served as possible so dont expect spa relaxing time. They are rushing so sometimes they can be a little rough and painful. I didnt find it worth upgrading my service. I opted for a fancy pedicure while my friend got the basic. We started and finished at the same time. All they did was rub squished up fruit up and down my leg, which I thought was weird. I would stick to the basics and be sure to make an appointment otherwise your wait can be long.

Friendly and accommodating on the phone. Ken made my nails exactly how I wanted and was gentle and fast. They’re prefect!

Waited 26 minutes when I had an appointment and no one asked if I needed anything, the reason for the wait, or how long the wait would be. The nail technician then didnt paint my entire nail bed and when I asked them to go over it again, they refused. You can see the white space in my big toe. Wont be coming back here again.

SO SO GOOD! If you are scared to come to this place with a difficult nail design, don’t be. I got put with Wendy and I really recommend her! She asked me several times if I liked it and if I wanted to change anything which was amazing and helped me get what I was achieving ! Price was cheap too! Only $65 for a full set and no add ons for how difficult my nail design was ! Make sure to ask for Wendy if you come here !

Today I made an appointment for 5:30p.m for a mani pedi and the person who did the pedicure did it all wrong and she had to redo it and it took 2 hours and then when I inquired about my manicure the small receptionist had the audacity to tell me oh they are contractors and they dont have to do your nails I was like excuse me that lady has a bad attitude and they could use a different receptionist. Not the first time having a bad experience here but I guess they figure the demand is high enough to treat customers how they want. Definitely my last time getting my nails done here. Then when I spoke to the manager she had the audacity to tell me would you like to come another day because she was getting her nails done totally ruined my Friday mood. 0 stars. I will take my money where I am welcomed and the experience is worth it.

For best service by appointments. The lady who did my nails was awesome. Sweet and painted nice. The male manager I thought was a bit rude. Very strict regarding appointments and service you asked for. Nice looking environment.

Not one to share negativity but was extremely bothered by my experience here on 7/14/2021. I made an appointment to see Ken (second time meeting him, thought I’d book an appointment after no walk in availability the day before) with a new front desk woman, who was clearly bothered to do her job. Poor customer service. & Maybe Ken was having a bad day himself but I had two very sensitive torn nails the day of my appointment I expressed where giving me trouble from the start so I guess I was too tense for Ken’s liking after he cut the skin on a different finger of mine. Now a third finger in pain and bleeding. Instead of apologizing, he told me to relax and “Do you want to hurt you?” After repeating I needed to relax my hand and then I wouldn’t have hurt my hand. Very disappointed in the service I received to a place I send family and friends to. I WILL NOT be returning to or recommending to others in the future. Not sure Ken but “Would you tip you after service like that?”

This is one of the best nail salons in the Fayetteville area that I have been to. Upon walking in on a busy Saturday, I was advised to make a later appointment to be seen. The wait was almost 45 mins but I, did some minor shopping around the area while I waited. The salon itself is very clean and beautiful! The customer service is top notch! A Basic Pedicure is $32 and manicure is $18 which is reasonable for 1. The area 2. For the service you receive it’s worth every penny. They also provide you a drink of your choice some options are wine(dry or sweet) a soda or bottled water. The also have a VIP room starting at $99. I would recommend Candle Nail Bar to everyone.

Some of the nail techs rush your nails. Others are FANTASTIC. I dont know if I will continue to make that gamble. Need to find a place of consistency

Its clean and a bright atmosphere. Ill say for my own preference, music is kinda loud for relaxation. It was my 1st time here, so Im not sure what to expect. Hubbys 2nd time tho. He said his 1st time was way better.I do my own mani and pedi most of the time, thats why I know that they didnt get all the spots and deep cleaning that I needed. Outcome wise it looks good. My 1st time getting a professional nail extensions too, I ended up coming back in to get some retouch, and the lady apologized and did it.It feels like a quick thing. Everything was fast phase, (I know theres a lot of customers) it takes away from the experience. Im very used to feeling comfortable and at home while getting stuff done that it feels awkward here. Thats all.

I was in town for a graduation and needed a pedicure. I can say the service with average and the staff were nice. However, the poor quality of the pedicure is what made me give this place a one star. I paid $49 for a gel pedicure that literally kept peeling off in whole pieces. First, it happened the day after. They fixed it and I went on my way. The next day, two more toe nails had no paint. They were stuck to the inside of my sock. These are suppose to be gel nail polish. They are suppose to last. I am very disappointment that my bill was over $100 for a service that can’t even last. Luckily I’m not from this area, but if I go back I will skip this high price low quality nail spot. It’s not worth the money.

This place is very clean, spacious, and professional. Ive had a good experience with each nail technician. Just make sure you save time by explaining everything you want at the begining of your service so the technician can tailor the service to fit your needs. Feel free to ask questions and check-in periodically. If you are not satisfied ensure you tell them so they can fix it before you leave.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I paid $94 for both a gel manicure and pedicure. Both my nails and toes and bubbles in the polish after they were done. Not to mention my nails began to chip three days later. Absolutely nothing worth the money or the time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, do not go here. I left out with bloody cuticles and half done manicure/ dip. “The technician” Nina was so ruff and did not care, just rushed through the whole thing. My wedding is in 2 days and my nails look a mess. Not to mention we made an appointment and we were on time and still waited 30mins.

The workers are very professional and friendly, they interact with you they serve glasses of wine. It also has its own VIP room where you can watch Netflix while you get your feet done and different treatments, its a very welcoming place to get pampered and taken care of. ❗☺️

Way too expensive for regular nails, they charged me $70 for regular Acrylic nails and it was horrible ! After asking to speak to the owner she proceeded to tell me she will redo them for me but I have to pick another color as if the one I had on was too hard to do or whatever . I will post a picture of what was $70 abs btw this was only a week from now . I will not be returning .

I personally would never come back to this establishment. The lady who did my full set incorrectly took off my nails hurting me in the process despite me saying numerous amounts of times to have my hands soak in acetone. She used an acrylic tip to pop my nails off which not only damaged my nail bed, broke half of my real nails off, but also caused me to bleed. Also, the guy who did my eyebrows not only had an attitude but even after the fact still did not do my eyes brows correctly to the point I literally had to tell him multiple times how I wanted them. Poor service & quality.

I got my pedicure and my nails dipped with Kyle and it was and awesome experience! He knew what he was doing and was gentle when doing my pedicure! Thanks Kyle!

Is ok place, is beautiful decoration prices are high for no reason costumes service is ok.. very clean bathrooms. I have been using candle nail bar as my manicurist for about 2 years. I would not reccomend any other salon. Henry, Lannie, and Lina do excellent nails. Aaron gives amazing pedicures. The front desk staff are excellent. They have taken excellent care of my daughters nails and toes as well. I cant recomend this place higher.

If you want dip, go to Angel. She is the best Dip Powder person ever. Wendy and Lisa are INCREDIBLY talented when it come to acrylic powders. I don’t recommend Ken. He is very tough with thenail he made me and mom bleed a couple of times. But other the. that the place is great! Great service,Nice workers, and ETC!

Never get my nails done but I picked the right place to get a mani pedi for a wedding. Beautiful place and staff. Anna did my nails and eyebrow threading. I felt comfortable even though the place was so fancy and I was new to this kind of thing. I will definitely go back.

UPDATE! Angel moved and Now Tweety is my favorite. She does a wonderful job with my dip manicure. All of the staff do well. I love the services! The manicure with the hot stones massage, and paraffin wax is a must try. It is very relaxing... I go to Candle Nail about every 3 weeks, I love the color options as well.💅💅💅💅💅💜💜💜💜Prices are reasonable, I think dip is $40ish, and the extra special mani with massage is $30, and I think u get a discount if you do both together??Pedis arpound 35ish and up. 😉😉😉Angel is the best. She takes her time and does a great job. I always get a pedi and dip powder manicure. The reason I go there is because of her.

Left polish on fingers, no attention to detail. Nails were filed uneven, no attention to the cuticles. They tried to skip my daughters manicure and only apply polish, sloppy application.

This place is very elegant with a nice vibe. Miss Eva did my nails perfect. She offered me some red wine and they give you two snacks to enjoy while youre being pampered. This company definitely beats any other nail salon in the area. It has a nice vibe and relaxing ambiance. I would suggest to create two columns on the pricing sheet. The prices with regular polish for all services and the prices for no chip polish with all services. This way it is clear and everything is out in the open.

I Always leave very satisfied. Lina is amazing. Shop is clean, customer service(I think her name is Amy)is so polite and is absolutely on point. There are plenty of color options. And I think work is appropriately priced.I stay about 45 minutes away and make this drive every two-three weeks.

The associate was pushy and kept redirecting us to the more expensive services. My daughter and I ordered the same service, but received completely different services. Both were good, but not what we ordered or intended.

I LOVE this nail salon. Ive been to a few nail salons in the area. Its easy to make an appointment and theyve always kept the appointment. Ive been to a few where they make me reschedule later even though Ive arrived in time but not here. The salon is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always do a top notch job on my mani and pedis. Definitely my go to.

This salon is very nice very clean the stuff seems well organized. The only thing I did not care for is that my nail tech was too busy trying to get me to get something else done with my nails that she cut my cuticle, which made it painful to put the acrylic on, because of the burning from the chemicals. However, they do have and great selection of nail polish.

The wait took longer then expected. Nail tech saw what I wanted said she was able to do it and got mad when I told her that it didnt look right and then got mad when I asked her to change the design. If you arent comfortable with a design then dont say you can do it.

I made an appointment for a full set. I get there, check in and was asked to wash my hands. Not sure if it is because of Covid or if this was practice before, but I thought it was very important. As soon as I finish washing my hands, she calls my name and pulls my seat out for me to sit. The technician was there immediately. He asked if I needed a beverage, went to get my bottled water and nail color (picked out as soon as I sat down), came back and started on my nails. He was very thorough and kept asking if the length was good, shape was good and if the thickness was to my liking. This is the first time in EVER that someone has done this. Lee did a phenomenal job and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be back to this nail salon.Oh and he cut back any cuticle skin that would interfere with the application, at no additional cost! If i could rate a 10, I would!

I’ve rated this nail bar pretty highly before but they disappointed me today, long wait even with appointment time and unprofessional front desk staff.

They didn’t have zero, this salon is a joke. I went there for a simple polish change and their nail tech didn’t listen and did what she wanted with my nails. I asked for her to stop when she was doing my nails with the color and she continued. I also let her know I didn’t want her filing or using a drill on my Natural nails. So when the gel polish was drying I was in pain. Knowing that nail shops close at 6pm on Sunday she asked another tech to just remove the color and let me go. Still not listening that it was her techs error. How do mess up a color and I picked from their book for gel color. The manager gets pound with me because she is feeling herself. So I walked out. The service was good but I did not end up with the nails I wanted.

Overall impressed but was a little dissatisfied to find out only one person was able to draw a sunflower. Wanted my toes and nails to match but no Bin couldnt find someone to draw one on my toes, he tried I give him that. When doing my nails I had to wait for another tech to complete what I actually wanted.

Multiple people have had complaints of getting painful cuts after a service. My mom was one of them, and went to the doctor and got diagnosed with the infection due to Contact Dermatitis. I’m a licensed Esthetician, all i can say is that is from dirty instruments or not properly disinfecting/sterilizing the work area. The manager proceeded to tell her she took too long to come in and began trying to diagnose my mother again (over the doctor). By pushing and rubbing on her wound.I’m writing this for awareness to other clients who don’t truly understand why stuff like this happens. I highly reccomend you going to Candle Nail Bar. They have great customer service and are always clean and dont really overcharge. I recoomend when you go to ask for Tony to do your pedicures you ill not be disappointed because he is really gentle, kind and professional.

It’s always a hit and miss with Candle Nail Bar, sometimes services are fabulous and some times it horrible, today was an okay service. I got a pedicure and a full set done. I love the polish and design it was done fabulously. But the service was way too quick, she didn’t properly clean under my toes nails, I still have calluses on my feet, like it feels like I only got my polish redone. And I still had acrylic under my nails that I had to pull off myself. I was literally in an out in an hour. But overall the service was okay. Wendy was very sweet and any time I flinched she would stop and ask if I was okay. And she made sure I was happy with the service she did. Again it’s a hit and miss, I would go back.

It was a really nice place! I went with my sister in law and my 2 daughters. My 2 daughters (5 &9) got their mani/pedis for the first time and loved it!!! They did a great job and I would definitely go back again

Best nail salon within 60 miles of fayetteville. I have tried some others but always come back here. Make sure to book an apt bc they are busy. Tri does the best dip powder nails!!! He pays attention to detail. Its a very clean facility and love the decor and music. Great selection of colors and also great selection of pedicures.

Made an appointment 3 days prior for a mommy and me nail date. We got there at 9:55am, 5 minutes before appointment time. We checked in and were asked to wash our hands and that it would be just a few more minutes. After watching four other girls walk in and immediately get seated, I asked the receptionist were were going g to be seated. She told me that they were a little behind because two technicians had called out that morning, so I sat and waited another 10 minutes. Now at 10:20am, they hadn’t communicated anything to me, just kept ignoring my daughter and me. When I approach again, she just said it will be soon. By 1030, I was fuming and she proceeded to “be honest” and tell me that there was not a spot for my daughter and me because our appointment should have never been made, blaming it on the “new girl” that works there. I was so upset and she called over her manager, who showed absolutely no remorse for how a customer was treated. He said they don’t take just manicure appointments bc it’s “not good use of their employs time” which made me more angry bc this was out 3rd time that’s for a mommy/ me mani date. He never apologize, just said I could keep waiting to see what comes up.After talking to other ladies, I’ve learned that this is a normal practice there and we aren’t the only ones who’ve experienced this.We will not be going back and I hope some ladies wise up and not continue to pour their money into this place. I’m pregnant and just wanted to treat myself for the day. I went in to have a regular gel manicure on my NATURAL nails. No acrylics nothing fancy just wanted a light natural pink. Lorena the manicurist asked if I wanted to apply a third coat because the polish wasn’t applying smooth. I agreed and after it just looked globby like old nail polish.She said it was a bad brand. She offered to remove it and recommended a different brand. I had no problem I was happy she was willing to fix. I asked her just to get me a brand that was good and I would just choose a color from that swatch. Although, when removing the gel with the drill my nails kept getting so hot and my cuticles were getting cut. I told her they were getting very hot. I sat through it but after I rinsed my nails under the water they were extremely sensitive and bleeding. She kept grabbing regular polish asking if I liked the color I said yes the color is fine. She would then ask another worker if it came in gel he would tell her no and right in front of me told him “she doesn’t know what she wants.” My fingers were on fire, the appointment was already ruined, and I honestly felt like it was just going to hurt to apply new polish and put it under the light. What I wanted was simple but instead of apologizing for the bad job she blamed it on me not knowing what I wanted. After that I immediately told her I’m just going to leave and walked out.

This place is very good at what they do. The people all there have great attitudes and do a fantastic job at what they do. I will definitely be returning.

I came in and asked for a pedicure and Nicole was the person who did my pedicure. Nicole gives amazing massages and she pays attention to details, I will definitely be back to see her again. Get the milk and honey pedicure, I can guarantee you that you will love it!

I was a walk-in and received a dip mail service and during my time I was sitting behind a plexiglass that separated me and my tech.Well then an employee or owner came over and proceeded to have several lengthy conversations with my tech on MY side of the plexiglass WITHOUT A MASK. I thought the first two looks would let her know that I was not pleased...but nope the came back again for another conversation. So I politely asked her if she wouldn’t mind talking after I leave. She stormed off and said “I don’t care” my response....”I do”. Then I noticed that several employees were not wearing mask.Not paranoid just aware that things are in a vulnerable place so WEAR YOUR FREAKING MASK AND TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS DURING YOUR STAFF MEETINGS. YOU’RE NOT THE ONLY BILINGUAL RESIDENT IN FAYETTEVILLE!

I recieved excellent service today. Booked another appt for me and hubby.

I am very upset with my visit. My birthday is tomorrow and I really just wanted a great pedicure like I normally receive for here. But as the nail tech was removing my toe nail polish she ripped off part of my toe nail. And didn’t even apologize. Then as she is prepping my toes she asked me if I wanted something on my toe (I wasn’t sure what she was saying because it was hard to understand her) and she tells me that it’s going to cost $5 more! Why would you up charge me for something you messed up on! So I told her no and then she proceeds to spray alcohol on my toe nail that she ripped off and it burned so bad! And then she kept touching the spot the she ripped off, obviously it’s going to hurt. I just wanted to cry and I’m very disappointed and this is the worst pedicure I have ever received. I’m sorry but I will not be coming to this nail salon anymore.

The owners daughter works the front desk she over books the schedule so your appointment never starts on time. They forget to book both a pedi & mani when clearly you’ve scheduled one an act like you didn’t ask for both.They have a HIGH turn over rate of their employees they sometimes quit prior to their clients appointment then the front desk says they had a “” family emergency but they actually quit and you never see them again! The owner son an friend who ran the front desk quit so it’s just the daughter now doing it.Their prices are over rated for the quality of work they provide. You can never have a group of clients have appointments at the same time or even two people. They will not work with you so you can have both a pedi at same time while next to each other even with 6ft distance they’ll have one getting nails done while the other gets a pedi when u schedule them to be done at same time!Prior to COVID it was a classy nail salon with outstanding service every since they reopened its went down hill! There’s not enough parking for the amount of appointments they book. They really need to focus on hiring someone who knows how to run a schedule because clearly the one they have isn’t it! The main issue is that schedule an lying to clients saying “”family emergency for everything when just be honest and say they quit we can’t call someone in to do your appointment! Honesty goes a LONG way!! Lying is unacceptable.Why can’t they keep their employees is my question? I’d not recommend this location to anyone because don’t get use to someone doing your nails because they’ll quit shortly after a month or so they don’t stay long. Out of all their staff they only have like 3 whose been there since before Covid! That says something!!! Everyone else stays new they have that high of a turn over rate!

I love candle nail bar. Very clean and the service is always amazing. They offer you a drink and little snacks. You rarely have to wait because there are so many people working. The only downfall is that it is a tad expensive. I got a fill with gel and it was 40 dollars without tip. But you get what you pay for. They always do an amazing job and my nails look amazing.

This is my second time and my best experience at this business. My nails look great and I would say I am a very picky person who is extremely perceptive and has an appreciation for the details.

I went to get my nails done for a wedding on a Thursday. FRIDAY MORNING they were chipped and peeling. I had to paint my own nails for that wedding.

I came into get my nails done. Unfortunately the lady who was doing my nails was very unprofessional. I asked her multiple times how I would like to get my nails done. She had this attitude like no one can tell her what to do. And no one should tell her how to do her job. If I am paying $95 for a full set, I should be able to get my nails done however I would like them. I finally gave up and said do them how you wanna do them. This is the last time I will EVER go to this place. Ridiculous!

I been going to this place for 3 years and i have always love it but today way beyond spa experience Lee did my full set and pedicure the time and detail he did it with it was perfect I feel like I was going to a super expensive spa

I have been here multiple times there is always a line so this time I decided to schedule a appointment. I eventually gave up and left after 40 minutes of no service. I called to speak to a manager to speak to him about the lack of time appreciation. The manager informs me that no where I go will be ready on the appointment time and that it is not the nail shops fault that their was scheduling mishaps on their end. I will not be returning
